Improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning is becoming increasingly important amid the challenges of globalization and digitalization, especially when spiritual values often receive less attention in modern education. This article aims to examine the concept of Islamic Education learning in the Qur'anic perspective, focusing on the dimensions and principles of learning that are relevant for the contemporary era. This research uses a literature study approach with content analysis of Qur'anic verses related to education, as well as literature review of academic journals and book literature. Data were collected through literature review and analyzed descriptively-qualitatively to identify a comprehensive conceptual framework. The results showed that the Qur'an offers a holistic educational framework that includes cognitive, affective, and psychomotor dimensions, as well as principles such as exemplarity, relevance, justice, patience, and development of individual potential. The integration of Qur'anic values into innovative learning strategies, such as project-based methods and the utilization of digital media has the potential to create relevant, effective, and meaningful learning experiences for learners

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of instant translation tools based on artificial intelligence in translating Arabic texts into Indonesian. The tools examined include Google Translate, Deep Translator, and ChatGPT, which represent widely used AI-based translation technologies in educational and academic settings. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method by collecting primary data from the translation outputs of the three tools, as well as secondary data from literature related to translation studies and artificial intelligence. The findings indicate that instant translation tools provide convenience, speed, and efficiency in translating words, phrases, and simple sentences. However, notable limitations remain in terms of grammar, morphology, semantics, idiomatic expressions, and cultural context, especially when dealing with complex or religious texts such as Qur’anic verses. A comparison with human-produced translations shows that human translators are still superior in capturing contextual meaning and cultural nuances. Therefore, while instant translation tools are valuable as supporting media for learning and initial comprehension, human intervention is still required to produce translations that are accurate, meaningful, and contextually appropriate

This article examines the Prophet Muhammad's thoughts on education in his hadith, which are the main source for developing the concept of Islamic education. The research method used is library research with content analysis. Hadith not only serve as normative guidelines, but also present a practical approach to education that is comprehensive, covering spiritual, intellectual, moral, and social aspects. The goal of Islamic education is to develop a complete human being, one who has a balance between morals and knowledge. This study focuses on the obligation to seek knowledge and character building based on the values of the hadith. The educational process exemplified by the Prophet involved various methods such as lectures, question and answer sessions, experiments, and demonstrations that were able to reach the humanity of the students. Important values such as honesty, trustworthiness, humility, and compassion are emphasized in Islamic education. Lifelong education is also an important point in the hadith, which is in line with the concept of continuous learning in modern education systems. The Prophet's hadith serve as the basis for integrative and transformative values in developing an Islamic education system that is relevant to the needs of the times

The development of digital technology demands effective and adaptive learning, especially in post-pandemic blended learning conditions. In 2021, teachers faced the challenge of limited face-to-face learning, where some students studied at school and others studied from home. Observations at SD Negeri Diwek 1 showed that Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning was still dominated by lectures and literacy with minimal use of technology, resulting in students tending to be passive and less enthusiastic. This study aims to describe the application of 21st-century education strategies in improving the effectiveness of PAI learning through the integration of information technology and to identify the obstacles and solutions faced by teachers. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the application of flipped learning with digital media and learning videos was able to increase student independence and engagement. The obstacles found included limitations in devices, internet networks, and technological capabilities. Teachers overcame these obstacles by adjusting methods and providing simple technology training

Determination Of The Amount Of Dowry At Lampung Traditional Marriage In A Review Of Fiqh Munakahat

This article examines the determination of relatively high dowries (mahar/maskawin) in Lampung Melinting traditional marriages in East Lampung and their conformity with Islamic law and Indonesian marriage law. Using an empirical juridical approach, data were collected through interviews with traditional leaders, religious leaders, community figures, and married couples, supported by statutory and conceptual materials. The findings show that the amount and form of dowry are not fixed, but are negotiated through family deliberation, taking into account the groom’s economic capacity and the expectations of the bride’s family within local custom. A high dowry is perceived as a symbol of pride, social status, and the groom’s seriousness in building a household, but it may also trigger social pressure, land sales, and economic burden. From the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, there is no minimum or maximum standard of dowry as long as it is lawful, valuable, and agreed upon willingly. The study concludes that the Lampung Melinting practice of determining dowry reflects a dynamic interplay between religious norms, state law, and living custom, which needs continuous contextualization in modern society and justice

This study aims to analyze the concept of Sufism-based Islamic education for adolescents from the perspective of KH. M. Qoyyim Ya’qub and its relevance to character development in the modern era. The study is motivated by the growing imbalance between physical (jasadiyah) and spiritual (ruhiyah) dimensions in contemporary Islamic education, which has contributed to various adolescent problems such as moral degradation, weak self-control, and spiritual crisis. This research employs a library research approach using a philosophical perspective and descriptive-analytical method. The data were collected from the works of KH. M. Qoyyim Ya’qub as primary sources, supported by scholarly literature on Islamic education, Sufism, character education, and adolescent developmental psychology. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis focusing on educational concepts, stages, methods, and value orientations of Sufism-based education. The findings reveal that KH. M. Qoyyim Ya’qub’s Sufism-based educational concept is structured systematically and gradually through four main stages: shari‘ah, tariqah, haqiqah, and ma‘rifah. This approach emphasizes the internalization of spiritual values, habituation of religious practices, the exemplary role of the spiritual guide (mursyid), and the integration of spiritual education with social life and practical skills. Sufism-based education is positioned not merely as a ritual practice but as a holistic pedagogical approach aimed at fostering moral awareness, emotional maturity, and spiritual resilience among adolescents. This study contributes theoretically to the development of an adaptive framework of Sufism-based Islamic education for modern adolescents and practically offers an alternative model of character education for Islamic educational institutions. However, this study is limited by the absence of empirical field data; therefore, future research employing qualitative field studies is recommended to further examine the effectiveness of this educational model.

Human resource planning (manpower planning) in Islamic education is a strategic component that determines institutional sustainability and educational quality amid challenges of professionalism, unequal teacher distribution, and rapid digital transformation. This article aims to analyze human resource planning in Islamic education from an Islamic philosophical perspective by emphasizing ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions, as well as to formulate an integrative and applicable human resource planning model. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research design, reviewing relevant national and international literature in Islamic educational management and human resource planning. The findings indicate that human resource planning in the Islamic perspective extends beyond efficiency and productivity, emphasizing spiritual and moral development through the values of tawhid, amanah (trust), adl (justice), ihsan (excellence), and maslahah (public benefit). The study also identifies structural challenges in Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, including limited professional competence and digital literacy among educators, weak long-term planning, and unequal distribution of teachers across regions. As its main contribution, this article proposes the Islamic Tauhidi Human Resource Planning Model, a conceptual framework that integrates Islamic philosophical principles with modern strategic management practices. This model offers an alternative paradigm for managing human resources in Islamic education that is ethical, professional, adaptive to socio-technological changes, and oriented toward sustainable public benefit.
