No full textSumber daya manusia merupakan tujuan utama pembangunan suatu bangsa dan negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh belanja langsung yang terbagi atas belanja pegawai, belanja barang dan jasa serta belanja modal terhadap kualitas pembangunan manusia yang diindikatori dengan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Data sekunder atas obyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kabupaten/Kota di Pulau Papua pada tahun 2010-2015. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi teknik cross section dan time series. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji linier berganda Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa belanja pegawai dan belanja barang dan jasa berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas pembangunan manusia, sedangkan belanja modal berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kualitas pembangunan manusia pada Kabupaten/Kota di Pulau Papua pada tahun 2010-2015. No full textProstate Specific Antigen (PSA) is a glycoprotein with a molecular weight of approximately 34,000 daltons serine protease secreted exclusively by prostatic epithelial cells that lining acini and prostate gland. Increased of PSA levels can be caused by prostate cancer or benign prostate enlargement (benign prostatic hyperplasia, BPH). PSA in the blood was found in the free condition (free PSA) and most of the bound protein (complexed-PSA, c-PSA). Measuring levels of PSA was found in the blood can be done by several methods such as by immunoradiometricassay (IRMA) methods or ELISA methods. IRMA method is one of immunoassay techniques using radionuclides ,/' 125 oJ I as a tracer, so the sample in small 13 quantity can be detected The purpose of this study was obtained PSA reagent kit that includes 1251labeled PSA as a tracer, PSA coated tube and PSA standard that requirements of the kit, then it can be optimized assay design, that eventually PSA reagent kit can be used for early detection of prostate cancer. It has been done labeling of Mab PSA using 125 1with reaction time was 90 seconds, amount of PSA MAb was 75 ugram and the activity of Na_ 125I was 1000 flCi. Preaparation of PSA coated tube using 0.05 M Na2C03 solution, at pH: 9.6 with volume was 250 ml., standard PSA with 0.025 Mphosphate buffer at pH 7.4 containing 5% BSA and 0.1% NaN3, and resulting at 1,25% and 14,12% respectively of NSB and BIT that requirement of the kit

No full textDalam perkembangan jaman teknologi modern saat ini, film telah menjadi tren sebagai sarana dalam menyebarkan ide. Permasalahan standar kecantikan dikaji secara detail pada pembahasan pembacaan karakter. Isu permasalahan ini umumnya memiliki perbedaan dalam penggambaran setiap individu. Dalam penelitian ini penulis meneliti penggambaran tentang standar kecantikan yang disampaikan melalui Sarah Ashburn dan Shannon Mullins sebagai pemeran utama mewakili dalam film The Heat.
Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengganalis data karena data yang dianalisis merupakan penjabaran dari penggambaran standar kecantikan oleh pemeran utama. Dalam kasus tersebut, pemeran utama memiliki perbedaan dalam penampilan juga kepribadian yang mempengaruhi penggambaran standar kecantikan. Sehingga metode penelitan mengunakan kualitatif adalah metode yang paling sesuai untuk menganalisis film The Heat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Mullins mengakui jika Ashburn adalah sebagai perwakilan dari kecantikan fisik wanita, Ashburn memiliki paras yang cantik dan tubuh yang ideal. Namun, ia tidak perlu menlakukan apapun untuk mempunyai kecantikan fisik tersebut, perhatiannya hanya pada tugasnya sebagai polisi detektif. Ashburn mengakui bahwa perlu memiliki kecantikan fisik. Hal ini terlihat sebagaimana ia mencoba untuk memelihara bentuk tubuh yang bagus. Akan tetapi, keduanya menentang kecantikan yang tunduk pada otoritas pria, mereka adalah wanita pemberani, tangguh, berpendidikan dan mempunyai banyak prestasi. Faktanya, ikon kecantikan pada pemeran tambahan yang kentara sebagai standar kecantikan malahan memiliki akhlak dan nilai negatif dari pada Mullins dan Ashburn. Memberi penerangan dari film The heat, terdapat diskriminasi terhadap wanita cantik yang merias wajah bahwa mereka yang terlihat cantik atau memenuhi semua harapan dari kecantikan fisik adalah mereka yang dideskripsikan sebagai wanita kurang pandai atau wanita yang kurang berpendidikan

This research is a literature research entirely obtained from written sources. This research focused on the lyrics of Banda Neira's album Part Time album that is "On Home", "Tomorrow Pasti Jumpa", "The Broken Growing, The Lost Change" and "Rain in the Dream". The aspect that the author carefully is the lyrics of songs in the form of educational messages and meaning that will be submitted to the reader. The theory that will be used is hermeneuitik Wilhelm Dilthey to know the content of meaning in the lyrics of the song. The research method used is data collection techniques, data analysis techniques, and presentation techniques of analysis results. The results of this study include the concept of triangle, Erlebnis (live experience), Ausdruck (phrase), and Verstehen (understanding) in Banda Neira song lyrics and the content of educational value in the lyrics of the song.

Activity Budget and Diet in Sumatran Orangutan (Pongo abelii) at Soraya Research Station, Aceh
No full textGeographical and environmental factors influence the food availability and diet of orangutans. Moreover, tree phenology affects productivity and food availability in orangutan habitats. As a result, orangutans must be able to adapt to their food availability in the wild. This study aims to analyse the daily activity patterns and eating behaviour of the Sumatran orangutan (Pongo abelii) and their relationship to food availability through the fruit availability index (FAI) and phenology at Soraya Research Station (SRS), Aceh. From the 648 hours of observation on five orangutans' daily activities, we found that resting is the activity with the highest percentage (48%), followed by feeding (22.5%) and moving (21.8%). The high percentage of resting activity might correlate with its low FAI in SRS (1.01%). The resting activity limits orangutans' energy expenditure. Furthermore, barks, fruits, and other plants (including lianas, ferns, and epiphytes) were the main type of diet of Sumatran orangutans in SRS with a frequency of 40.6%, 28.9%, and 15.6%, respectively. The high bark consumption by the orangutans acts as their fallback diet at SRS and is thought to be a form of adaptation to the low fruit availability. This study showed the orangutan adaptation to low fruit availability in SRS through their daily activity and diet patterns

This study, will be studied novel Perempuan di Titik Nol by Nawal El-Saadawi in terms of picture of life phenomenon of Paradise. Nawal El-Saadawi, this one literary writer often lies behind his story with his historical and life experiences. His writings draw heavily on the background of society, Nawal has always highlighted a harsh critique of social reality in his society, in Egypt. Especially related to the condition of women in Egypt. Researchers analyzed using Gramci hegemonic theory to see the male hegemonic form of the Fidaus and the form of Firdaus's resistance to men in Perempuan di Titik Nol of the Work of Nawal el-Saadawi. While the method used by the author is the method of intensive reading, data analysis, and presentation of data analysis results.
The result of this research is the form of hegemony of male figure to woman figure (Firdaus) that is; covert violence perpetrated by male figures to paradise, rape of female characters (Firdaus), beatings and physical attacks on Paradise, torture that leads to the parental organs of Paradise, and the sexual abuse experienced by Paradise. Meanwhile, the form of resistance of female characters to the hegemony of male characters namely; fight hegemony to get education, fight hegemony to get a decent economy, and fight hegemony to gain a decent life.

Produksi Kit Immunoradiometricassay (IRMA) CA-125 untuk Deteksi Dini Kanker Ovarium
No full textOvarian cancer is the second highest incidence after cervix cancer, but has higher fatality level than cervix cancer. Generally, patient is known suffering ovarian cancer in very late stadium, III or IV, which is almost incurable. Cancer Would be easier to cure if detected early. In blood of ovarian cancer patient, Carbohydrate Antigen-125 (CA-125), an antigenic glycoprotein, is presence in a very low concentration initially and will increase proportionally with the level of malignancy. Therefore, early detection of ovarian cancer can be carried out by measurement of low level CA-125 in the blood. The most suitable method for the measurement is immunoradiometricassay (IRMA). Our laboratoryhas developed CA-125 IRMA kit since 2003, at first in form of CA-125 IRMA kit components that consisted of 125I-CA-125 tracer, CA-125 standard, and monoclonal antibody-coated tubes. We then made assay optimization of the IRMA CA-125 kit which gave B/T value of 19.05%, NSB value of 0.53% and Working area of 0 to 200 mIU/mL. Our further Works on validation of IRMA CA-125 kit using high and low concentration quality control (QCH and QCL) showed an intra assay (n=15) CV value of 9.9% for QCL and 2.97% for QCH, While inter assay (n=7) CV value of 13.1% and 4.9% for QCL and QCH respectively. The results comply with the IAEA protocol requirement
