Porous silica nanoparticles as carrier for curcumin delivery
No full textMesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN) with large surface areas and pore volumes show great potential as drug and gene carriers. However, there are still some challenging issues hinders their clinical application. Many types of research in the use of mesoporous silica material for drug and gene delivery involving complex and rigorous procedures. A facile and reproducible procedure to prepare combined drug carrier is required. We investigated the effect of physiochemical parameters of mesoporous silica, including structural symmetry (cubic and hexagonal), particles size (micro size: 1-2 μm and nano size: 100 -300 nm), on the solubility and release profile of curcumin. Transmission Electron Microscopy, XRay Powder Diffraction, and Nitrogen sorption were used to confirm the synthesis of the mesoporous silica materials. Mesoporous silica materials with different mesostructures and size have been synthesized successfully. Curcumin has anti-oxidant, anti-inflammation and antivirus properties which are beneficial to fight various diseases such as diabetic, cancer, allergic, arthritis and Alzheimer. Curcumin has low solubility which minimizes its therapeutic effect. The use of nanoporous material to carry and release the loaded molecules is expected to enhance curcumin solubility. Mesoporous silica materials with a cubic mesostructure had a higher release profile and curcumin solubility, while mesoporous silica materials with a particle size in the range of nano meter (100-300) nm also show better release profile and solubility

The aspects studied in the writing of this final task is how the official travel procedures conducted at the office of the Institute for Development and Quality Assurance of Education and what are the obstacles experienced during the procedure. In this final project the author uses descriptive research type and data collection process is done by interview and observation. From the research can be described the preparation stage of official travel on LP2MP invitation letter, making a letter of assignment, making details of official travel expenses, making SPPD and making travel reports. Official travel procedures on LP2MP have been good but still found some obstacles that are experienced are the lack of time to prepare for official travel, the absence of making a list of official travel, limited travel budget. Therefore it is necessary to improve both in terms of procedures and the implementation of the procedure itself

The focus of this research is, What is the role of Pokdarwis Lejar Misuwur in developing Gemah Beach tourism in Tulungagung Regency? This research aims to determine the role of Pokadarwis Lejar Misuwur in developing Gemah Beach tourism. This research uses a qualitative approach method with a descriptive type with data sourced from primary data and secondary data sources. In obtaining research data, the author used observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses the structural functional theory proposed by Talcott Parsons. The role of Pokdarwis Lejar Misuwur in tourism development, namely Pokdarwis being the government's partner in tourism development, Pokdarwis being the beneficiary of the development of Gemah Beach tourism, Pokdarwis Lejar Misuwur being a driving force in the community to be a friendly host, Pokdarwis Lejar Misuwur being a driving force in the community in realizing Sapta Pesona. Pokdarwis' role in developing Gemah Beach has been successful and it has improved the economy of the people of Keboireng Village

Menghadap kiblat itu termasuk salah satu syarat sahnya shalat. Apabila tidak menghadap kiblat, shalatnya tidak sah bagi seorang muslim. Umat islam di Indonesia pada umumnya meyakini kiblat itu berada di sebelah Barat sehingga identik dengan arah Barat tempat terbenamnya matahari. Akibatnya, bagi mereka shalat itu harus menghadap ke Barat dimanapun mereka berada. Dengan demikian, masalah kiblat itu menjadi masalah yang “sederhana” yang dapat diketahuinya arah terbit dan terbenamnya matahari.
Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, peneliti mengadakan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat akurasi arah kiblat masjid Muhammad Cheng Hoo Pandaan dengan menggunakan metode yang ada didalam ilmu falak yaitu metode Imam Nawawi, Bayang-bayang Kiblat dan Segitiga Bola.
Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengunakan jenis penelitian yang berupa penelitian empiris. Maka pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan ilmu falak yang lebih spesifik dengan menggunakan tiga metode yaitu metode Imam Nawawi, segitiga bola dan bayang-bayang kiblat. Pendekatan ini merupakan pendekatan secara langsung yaitu dengan meninjau langsung di lapangan dan di padukan dengan metode Imam Nawawi, bayang-bayang kiblat dan segitiga bola. Keunggulan dari ketiga metode yang digunkana adalah ketiga metode tersebut telah dipelajari oleh peneliti dan sedikit banyak peneliti telah menguasai dari ketiga metode tersebut.
Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa arah kiblat masjid sudah sesuai dan Arah kiblat masjid cheng hoo sudah akurat karena selisih dengan arah masjid tidak terlalu jauh. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari metode Imam Nawawi adalah 5⁰ sedangkan dengan menggunakan segitiga bola 1⁰ dan menggunakan bayang-bayang matahari berselisih 2⁰.

Facing the Qibla that includes one of the validity conditions of prayer. When not facing the Qiblah, there is any validity condition inside the prayer. Muslims in Indonesia are generally believes that the Qibla is synonymous with the West place of the the setting sun. As a result, their prayer it should be facing to the West of wherever they are. Thus, the problem of the direction of it being a "simple" problems that could be causing the direction of the rising and setting of the Sun.
Based on these issues, researcher does a research with the aim to find out the level of accuracy of the Qiblah direction mosque Muhammad Cheng Hoo Pandaan using existing methods in the science of Imam Nawawi method falak, shadows of Qibla and the triangle ball.
The author uses the type of research in the form of empirical research in this study. And the author used the approach in this study a more specific approach to the science of the falak by using three methods of Imam Nawawi method, triangle ball and shadow of Qibla. This approach is a direct approach that is by direct review in the field and in mixed with Imam Nawawi method, the shadow of Qiblah and the ball triangle. The advantages of the three methods used are the three methods that have been studied by researchers and a few researchers have mastered from these three methods.
The results of this study show that the direction of the mosque's orientation is appropriate and the direction of the mosque cheng hoo is accurate because the difference with the direction of the mosque is not too far away. The results obtained from the Imam Nawawi method is 5⁰ while using the ball triangle 1⁰ and using the shadow of the sun disagree 2

No full textTahapan untuk menjadi dokter perlu melewati tahap sarjana kedokteran lalu program profesi dokter dan diakhiri dengan ujian UKMPPD sebelum akhirnya disumpah dokter. Pada kenyataannya terdapat banyak mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran yang tidak lulus UKMPPD sementara berdasarkan IPK pada tahap sarjana kedokteran dan program profesi dokter dinyatakan lulus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui ada tidaknya korelasi antara IPK sarjana kedokteran dan program profesi dengan nilai CBT UKMPPD. Data diambil pada 2022 di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Kristen Maranatha. Penelitian ini melibatkan 1.183 mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Kristen Maranatha yang mengikuti UKMPPD pada tahun 2016 sampai tahun 2022. Pengolahan data sekunder dilakukan dengan metode analisis bivariat dan multivariat. IPK sarjana kedokteran dan IPK program profesi dokter memiliki korelasi signifikan dengan nilai CBT UKMPPD. Pada tahap Pendidikan profesi seharusnya dalam hal praktik tetap melakukan tindakan sesuai dengan teori yang ada agar sesuai dan relevan dengan pembelajaran teori pada tahap akademik dan CBT UKMPPD

The operationalization of the concepts used in this study refers to the concept of Manullang (2004: 84). Informants in this study were as many as 6 people. The data analysis used in this study is qualitative data analysis. From the description that the author has explained the discussion, taking into account the indicators of the implementation of supervision on the implementation of the supervision of Green Open Space Development by the Inspectorate of Riau Province has been going well but there are still some indicators that must be re-considered for improvement. This can be seen from the fact that there are still a number of problems relating to the incompatibility of regulations and work procedures with activities. Comparison of Global Rating Assessment Between Examiners and Simulated Patients on Communication Skills with OSCE Scores: Perbandingan Penilaian Global Rating Antara Penguji dan Pasien Simulasi Pada Keterampilan Komunikasi Dengan Nilai OSCE
No full textIntroduction: In the field of medical education, the evaluation process of communication and clinical skills training is known as Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). OSCE can be assessed using the global rating method, which is a method of subjective evaluation by examiners and standardized patients of student performance. Objective: The study aims to examine the relationship between the subjectivity of examiners and standardized patients in OSCE scores using the global rating method. Methods: The study involved 985 students from the Faculty of Medicine at Maranatha Christian University who participated in the Local OSCE from December 2021 until January 2022. Secondary data were analyzed using logistic regression in SPSS software and presented in tables and multivariate analysis. Results: The global rating assessment by examiners showed a significant relationship with OSCE scores (p<0.001), while the global rating assessment by standardized patients did not show a significant relationship with OSCE scores (p>0.05). This indicates that the evaluation by examiners has a greater influence on OSCE results compared to the assessment by standardized patients. Recommendations: More comprehensive training is needed for standardized patients in conducting assessments using the global rating method to minimize bias. Furthermore, future research is recommended to explore other factors that may influence OSCE assessments to improve the validity and reliability of the evaluation

Informants inthis research are 2 people officer services from BPTPM, 2 people from BPTPM inproviding permit, and also 3 people which is using providing services in BPTPM. Thisresearch uses frame as reference in case developing to author about role of BPTM inpublic providing services. Based on that case, if BPTPM does services base on reles, soBPTPM could excellent services to society people.This research collects data with observation, interviews, and alsodocumentation. The Result from this research indicates BPTPM Kota Pekanbaru has arole in doing coordination and providing administration in permit and non permit onintegrating manner which have principal coordination, integration, synchronization,simplication, security and certainly of BPTPM in developing image from Government inPekanbaru that easy, quick, secure, transparent, friendly providing and also best publicservices in society.
