    Bahasa yang digunakan manusia dikaitkan dengan penutur dan mitra tutur maka akan terbentuk suatu tindak tutur dan peristiwa tutur. Skripsi ini membahas mengenai tindak tutur ilokusi pada transaksi jual beli ikan di Desa Luwung karena pada tuturan penjual dan pembeli mengandung beberapa jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) jenis tindak tutur ilokusi pada transaksi jual beli ikan, (2) fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi pada transaksi jual beli ikan, (3) relevansi hasil penelitian daya pragmatik tindak tutur ilokusi pada transaksi jual beli ikan dan relevansinya dalam pembelajaran teks negosiasi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 11 data jenis tindak tutur ilokusi pada transaksi jual beli ikan. Tindak tutur ilokusi tersebut terdiri dari 3 tindak tutur ekspresif, 4 tindak tutur direkuf, 1 tindak tutur representatif, 2 tindak tutur komisif, dan 1 tindak tutur deklaratif. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat ditemukan 7 data fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi. Fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi tersebut terdiri dari 1 fungsi bersaing, 4 fungsi menyenangkan, 5 fungsi bekerjasama, dan 1 fungsi bertentangan. Relevansi hasil penelitian tindak tutur ilokusi pada transaksi jual beli ikan memiliki keterkaitan dengan materi pembelajaran yaitu pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia materi teks negosiasi kelas X. Selain itu, dapat digunakan sebagai acuan maupun referensi bagi guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar terkait dengan keterampilan berbicara dan keterampilan menulis, mempermudah guru dalam membentuk kevariasian jenis tuturan kepada peserta didik, dan dapat membantu siswa dalam menentukan dan memilah bahasa yang akan digunakan.     Leverage is one of the alternative funding from outside the company who can provide advantages and disadvantages for the company. This study aims to analyze the influence of the independent variables that include profitability, fixed tangiable assets, growth opportunities, institutional ownership, liquidity and firm size and control variabel which is number of subsidiaries, on the other hand leverage is as a dependent variable. Trade-Off Theory used to support the hypothesis in this study. This study uses secondary data derived from ICMD and the annual report, involving 33 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2009 to 2012. Sampling using purposive sampling method with the provisions of the company's annual report and have issued a positive net income during the study period. Using the method of pooled data so obtained sample of 132 observations. Data analysis using regression analysis which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heterocedastisity test. While hypothesis testing carried out by F test and t test. The test results found partially that profitability, growth opportunities, liquidity, firm size and number of subsidiaries, have a impact on leverage while tangiable fixed assets and institutional ownership not significantly affect the leverage. Adjusted R square obtained from this study is 0.512. This indicates that 51.2 percent of the dependent variable which is leverage can be explained by the six independent variables are profitability, fixed assets tangiable, growth opportunities, institutional ownership, liquidity, and firm size and one control variabel is number of subsidiaries, while the remaining 48.8 percent is explained by the variable other than this mode

    Kecerdasan sebuah pengelolaan emosi sangat  di butuhkan dalam dunia anak-anak, karena  emosi diri merupakan bagian dari sebuah kematangan perkembang tumbuhan anak yang sangat di perlukan, karena anak-anak akan menjadi generasi berikutnya yang harus kita jaga baik dalam pola berfikir, tingkah laku, dan dalam pengelolaan emosi.  dalam sistem pendidikan yang di lakukan dengan melakukan kegiatan TPQ (keagamaan) dan bimbel(umum), untuk memberikan pendidikan yang lengkap dan seimbang agar terbentuk jiwa emosi yang stabil. Sebelum kegiatan ini di lakukan kegiatan TPQ dan bimbel di liburkan, sehingga kegiatan anak-anak dalam mendapatkan pendidikan agama tertunda, dan sekarang berjalan dengan  baik yang di ikuti oleh anak-anak meski terbatas. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Dalam kegiatan TPQ dan bimbel ini telah memaksimalkan yang di lakukan, untuk memberikan kegiatan pembelajaran kepada anak-anak di desa Bancarkembar, yang efektif dan tergeraknya kegiatan yang di selenggarakan dalam mengatur, memantau dan mengarahkan anak-anak untuk bisa mengelolah emosi dan tingkah laku yang di perankan oleh orang tua dan guru di sekitar agar stabil dalam kehidupannya yang bisa memberikan gambaran keseluruhan kehidupan

    This paper explores youth creativity through training in making aromatherapy candles. This training intends to empower the community in the midst of a pandemic where many people work from home and school children learn online. Conditions like this lead to stress, which can hinder work and remote learning. In particular, the stages of activities carried out in this training are socialization and practice of making aromatherapy candles. The participants who took part were teenagers around RT 003 in Kranji Bekasi Barat, and it was held in February 2022. This activity uses the science and technology diffusion method which produces an aromatherapy candle product. The results obtained in this training are that teenagers can increase their knowledge and practice how to make aromatherapy candle crafts using materials that are easy to find around. The hope from this activity is that teenagers are active and creative in utilizing existing materials to be turned into valuable materials
