    Supervision is not only aimed at controlling to see whether all activities have been carried out according to the plans or programs that have been outlined, but more than that. Supervision also pays attention to the state of the teacher's performance whether he is successful in teaching or not besides that supervision also pays attention to and helps the teacher in dealing with problems or weaknesses of the teacher in teaching so that he can be successful in teaching or educating. For this reason, supervision is carried out by the principal in improving teacher performance. Teacher performance is increasingly important when the institution will reposition. This means how the institution must know what factors affect teacher performance. The results of the analysis will be useful for making teacher HR development programs optimally and it is very necessary to advance the quality of education. Teachers need special attention from the government and society, therefore the government regulates the improvement of the quality of educators or teachers nationally through Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System.     Penilaian merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang sistematis dan berkesinambungan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi tentang proses dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Tes merupakan salah satu prosedur evaluasi yang komprehensif, sistematik, dan objektif yang hasilnya dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam proses pengajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru. Tes lisan merupakan salah satu tes yang digunakan dalam penilaian aspek pengetahuan. Tes lisan merupakan oral test dimana jawaban atas pertanyaaan yang diajukan menuntut siswa memberikan jawaban secara lisan. Tes lisan dapat dibedakan  menjadi dua yakni: Tes lisan bebas dan Tes lisan berpedoman. Tes lisan memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Manfaat pertanyaan dengan tes  lisan yaitu Mengembangkan pemahaman siswa, Mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir dan membuat keputusan, Mengaktifkan kedua belah pihak guru dan siswa. Penentuan materi dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kriteria: urgensi, kontinuitas, relevansi, keterpakaian.     مستخلص البحث مت تشكيل التسامح يف ادلدرسة ياسيت و ادلهاجرين منذ فرتة طويلة. وميكن أن نالحظ ادلدرستني السابقتني يف إدارة تنوع التالميذ وتشابه اخلدمات حيث ال تفرقان بني اخللفية الثقافية والعرق والوضع اإلجتماعي والوضع اإلقتصادي. قد تكملت ادلدرستان ادلذكورتان قيم التقافات ادلتعدّدة يف تدريس الرتبية اإلسالمية لتحقيق التالميذ الذين عندهم مواقف الثقافات ادلتعدّدة. تركيز هذا البحث هو: )0( كيف مفهوم تنمية قيم الثقافات ادلتعدّدة يف ادلدرسة ياسيت بنجكايانغ وادلدرسة ادلهاجرين مديرية مسباس كليمانتان الغربية؟ )9( كيف منوذج تطوير تدريس الرتبية اإلسالمية على أساس الثقافات ادلتعدّدة لتنمية التسامح يف ادلدرسة ياسيت بنجكايانغ وادلدرسة ادلهاجرين مديرية مسباس كليمانتان الغربية؟ )3( كيف تقومي نتيجة تدريس الرتبية اإلسالمية على أساس الثقافات ادلتعدّدة لتنمية التسامح يف ادلدرسة ياسيت بنجكايانغ وادلدرسة ادلهاجرين مديرية مسباس كليمانتان الغربية؟ استخدم الباحث ادلدخل الكيفي على ختطيط التخصصات ادلتعدّدة يف هذا البحث. وأساليب مجع البيانات ادلستخدمة هي ادلالحظة وادلقابلة والتوثيق. وقام الباحث بتحليل البيانات على خطوتني، مها التحليل بادلوقع الواحد والتحليل مبتعددة ادلواقع. وأما تفتيش صحة البيانات فقام الباحث بأسلوب ادلصداقية وقابلية النقل واإلعتمادية والتأكيد. اعتمادا على حتليل البيانات، كانت نتيجة البحث تدل على أن: )0( مفهوم تنمية قيم الثقافات ادلتعدّدة يف ادلدرسة ياسيت بنجكايانغ وادلدرسة ادلهاجرين مديرية مسباس كليمانتان الغربية اقتداء برسول اهلل حممد صلى اهلل عليه وسلّم منها : حبل من النّاس على اساس اخالق الكرمية, و القيمة الوطنية ادلأثورة من القران و احلديث, و أمّا مفهوم تنمية قيم الثقافة ادلتعدّدة يف ادلدرسة ياسيت بنجكايانغ و ادلدرسة ادلهاجرة مديرية مسباسكليمانتان الغربية بطريقة التدريس, األسوة احلسنة, اإلشراف, و ادلمارسة. )9( منوذج تطوير التدريس حيتوي على ختطيط رئاية ادلدرسة والرسالة واألهداف وتطوير كفائة ادلدرسني وأصحاب اإلدارة )األخالق وادلعرفة والرتبية(، وشكل مناهج دراسية الثقافات ادلتعدّدة. )3( تقومي نتيجة التدريس حيتوي على تقومي تدريس النشاطات ادلنهجية الداخلية واخلارجية وإجراء الشخص وإجراء ادلدرسة. وأما ادلكتشفات الرمسية يف هذا البحث فهي منوذج الرتبية على أساس الثقافات ادلتعدّدة يف تنمية اخلصائص الروحية لدى التالميذ، وهم الذين يستطيعون أن يزينوا عقوذلم وأنفسهم وخطواهتم وبيئتهم. ABSTRACT Culture of tolerance in Islamic education institutions MTs. Yasti Bengkayang and MTs. Al-Muhajirin Sambas has been formed for a long time. It can be seen in the management of diversity of students and the similarity of services without discriminating cultural background, ethnicity, race, social status, and economic status. Islamic religious education learning at the two institutions mentioned above has integrated multicultural values in Islamic religious education. The focuses of this study are: (1) How are multicultural values in MTs. Yasti Bengkayang Regency and MTs. Al-Muhajirin Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan? (2) How to model the development of multicultural-based Islamic religious education learning to build a culture of tolerance in MTs. Yasti Bengkayang Regency and MTs. Al-Muhajirin Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan? (3) How to evaluate multicultural-based Islamic religious education learning to build tolerance in MTs. Yasti Bengkayang Regency and MTs. Al-Muhajirin Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan? This study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site design. Data collection techniques, using: participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out in two stages, namely single site data analysis and cross site data analysis. To test the validity of the data, credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability techniques are used. The results of this study indicate: (1) Multicultural values that grow and develop in MTs. Yasti Bengkayang and MTs. Al-Muhajirin Sambas, West Kalimantan is based on the example of Rasulullah Saw, namely hablum minannas based on morals and the nobility of the nation comes from the Qur'an and Hadith, the concept of planting multicultural values in MTs. Yasti Bengkayang and MTs. Al-Muhajirin Sambas with teaching methods, uswatun hasanah, guidance methods and habituation methods. (2) Learning development models in MTs. Yasti and Al-Muhajirin are integrative-holistic covering: formulating the vision, mission, and objectives of the madrasa, developing the competence of teaching and educational staff (attitudes, knowledge, and pedagogical), the form of multicultural curriculum (3) evaluation of learning outcomes including: evaluation of intracuricular learning, extracurricular, individual performance and madrasa performance. The formal findings of this study are multicultural-based Islamic religious education models in shaping the multicultural personality of students, namely students who can arrange their thoughts, arrange their minds, arrange their movements, and arrange their environment. ABSTRAK Budaya toleransi di lembaga pendidikan Islam MTs. Yasti Bengkayang dan MTs. Al-Muhajirin Sambas telah terbentuk sejak lama. Hal ini tampak pada pengelolaan keragaman peserta didik dan kesamaan pelayanan tanpa membeda-bedakan latar belakang budaya, etnis, ras, status sosial, dan status ekonomi. Pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam pada kedua lembaga tersebut di atas telah mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pendidikan agama Islam. Fokus penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana nilai-nilai multikultur di MTs. Yasti Kabupaten Bengkayang dan MTs. Al-Muhajirin Kabupaten Sambas Kalimantan Barat? Bagaimana model pengembangan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam berbasis multikultur untuk membangun budaya toleransi di MTs. Yasti Kabupaten Bengkayang dan MTs. Al-Muhajirin Kabupaten Sambas Kalimantan Barat? (3) Bagaimana evaluasi pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam berbasis multikultur untuk membangun toleransi di MTs. Yasti Kabupaten Bengkayang dan MTs. Al-Muhajirin Kabupaten Sambas Kalimantan Barat? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan multisitus. Teknik pengumpulan data, menggunakan: observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dua tahap, yakni analisis data situs tunggal dan analisis data lintas situs. Untuk menguji keabsahan data, digunakan teknik kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Nilai-nilai multikultural yang tumbuh dan berkembang di MTs. Yasti Bengkayang dan MTs. Al-Muhajirin Sambas Kalimantan Barat berlandaskan keteladanan Rasulullah Saw, yaitu hablum minannas berbasis akhlakul karimah dan nilai keluhuran bangsa bersumber dari al-Qur’an dan Hadits, konsep penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural di MTs. Yasti Bengkayang dan MTs. Al-Muhajirin Sambas dengan metode mengajarkan, uswatun hasanah, metode bimbingan dan metode pembiasaan. (2) Model pengembangan pembelajaran di MTs. Yasti dan Al-Muhajirin adalah integratif-holistik meliputi: menformulasikan visi, misi, dan tujuan madrasah, mengembangkan kompetensi tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan (sikap, pengetahuan, dan pedagogis), bentuk kurikulum multikultural (3) evaluasi hasil pembelajaran meliputi: evaluasi pembelajaran intrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler, kinerja individu dan kinerja madrasah. Temuan formal penelitian ini adalah model pendidikan agama Islam berbasis multikultural dalam membentuk kepribadian multikultural peserta didik, yaitu peserta didik yang dapat menata pikiran, menata mental, menata gerak, dan menata lingkungan

    This study uses the literature study method to analyze the role of multicultural education in enhancing students' tolerance attitudes in Sambas Regency. The literature research method gathers data from various primary and secondary sources, such as books, journals, and research reports, relevant to the topic being studied. The data is analyzed descriptively and interpretively to provide a deep understanding of the management of multicultural learning and its impact on students' tolerance attitudes. The results show that, although education in Sambas Regency has made significant progress, there are still challenges in developing lesson plans that cater to students' needs. Therefore, multicultural education can serve as a solution to improve the quality of learning and assist teachers in developing inclusive materials and methods. Multicultural education plays a strategic role in teaching students to appreciate differences and create a harmonious and inclusive environment. Furthermore, this education can reduce discrimination, enhance students' social skills, and raise higher cultural awareness

    This study examines the implementation of multicultural education in Indonesian Junior High Schools (SMP), aiming to explore and evaluate innovative strategies in creating a more inclusive and harmonious learning environment. Through a systematic literature review methodology, the research analyzes various academic references to understand best practices in implementing multicultural education. The findings reveal diverse approaches adopted by various junior high schools, including the integration of democratic and humanistic values in the curriculum and the development of extracurricular programs that support cross-cultural understanding. Key findings indicate that schools adopting a holistic approach, integrating both curricular and extracurricular aspects, demonstrate higher success rates in creating inclusive learning environments. This research contributes to the development of effective multicultural education models at the junior high school level, concluding that successful implementation depends on the systematic integration of diversity values, school community support, and student-centered learning methods. The research findings have significant implications for developing educational policies to address the needs of an increasingly diverse society
