    Evaluation of Investment Feasibility on the Establishment of Palm-tree Oil Plant at Bengkalis Regency Agus Triyono The objective of this study is to evaluate investment feasibility of the establishment of palm-tree oil plant at Bengkalis Regency from business aspect, technical aspect, and financial aspect. Analysis on business aspect feasibility is done with reviewing market aspect and industrial environmental analysis. Analysis on market aspect is done with reviewing: size of the market, selling method, price level, distribution chanel. Industrial environmental analysis is done on five strenghts methods that support industrial competitiveness which are buyers, suppliers, substitute product, new products and inter-industrials competition. Technical aspect feasibility analysis in done to review all things that relate to engineering and production of palm-tree oil include raw materials, technology, infrastructure, human resources. Analysis on financial aspect feasibility is done with calculation of investment criteria, payback period, net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), benefit cost ratio (BCR). The result of business aspect feasibility analysis, technical and financial aspect showed that decision to establish palm-tree oil plant by The Cooperative Berkat Sepakat at Bengkalis Regency is the correct effort

Populasidansampeldalampenelitianiniberjumlah 20 orang.Instrumen yang digunakandalampenelitianinimenggunakanteskecepatanpemanjatan (Manual KompetisiFederasiPanjatTebingIndonesia).Berdasarkanpenelitian yang telahdilakukan, hasil rata-rata pretestkemampuankecepatanpemanjatan17,806 detikdanhasil rata-rata posttestkemampuankecepatanpemanjatansebesar13,144 detikdenganselisih 4,662 detik. Inimenunjukkanbahwalatihan ladder drillterhadap test kemampuankecepatanpemanjatanmemberikanperubahan.Penelitimendapatkanhasilbahwalatihanladder drillmemberikanpengaruh yang signifikanterhadap peningkatankecepatanpemanjatanatlet FPTI Kota Malang kategorispeed (t hitung = 7,258>t tabel 1,685). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkanbahwaterdapatpengaruh yang signifikanlatihanladder drillterhadappeningkatankecepatanpemanjatanatletFPTI Kota Malang kategorispeed.     ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN LANSIA DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN NYERI SENDI TERHADAOP GOUT DI UNIT PELAYANAN SOSIAL MARGO MUKTI REMBANGAgus Triyono (NIM. P1337420415095)Abstrak - Asam urat atau Gout Artritis, yaitu peradangan pada persendian. Dikatakan menderita Gout Artritis jika pemeriksaan serum asam urat lebih dari 7,0 mg/dl untuk pria dan lebih dari 6 mg/dl untuk perempuan. Studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di unit pelayanan sosial margo mukti Rembang dari 70 lansia didapatkan 7,14 % posistif gout. Mampu untuk melaksanakan dan pengelolaan asuhan keperawaatan gout. Selama penulis melakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3 hari pada pasien 1 pada tanggal 4-6 April 2018 dan pasien 2 pada tanggal 6-8 April 2018 penulis menemukan masalah keperawatan yaitu gangguan nyaman nyeri berhubungan dengan kerusakan integritas jaringan sekunder terhadap gout dan gangguan mobilitas fisik berhubungan dengan nyeri persendian. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diberikan teknik kompres dingin, teknik relaksasi/distraksi, dorong untuk sering mengubah posisi agar tidak kesemutan, berikan massase yang lembut, instruksikan untuk minum 2-3 liter cairan setiap hari, pantau kadar asam urat serum. Setelah melakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3 hari masalah keperawatan pasien 1 dan pasien 2 belum teratasi.Dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada lansia perlu peran aktif dari pasien untuk mentaati pola makan dan Jika terjadi nyeri pasien dapat menggunakan kompres dingin dan teknik distraksi/relaksasi.Kata kunci : Lansia, Gout, Nyeri Send

    Pengaruh Alkalisasi Terhadap Kekuatan Tarik Dan Impak Pada Komposit Epoxy Berpenguat Serat Daun Nanas

    Pengembangan teknologi komposit serat alam dan limbah pertanian perkebunan dapat membantu mengatasi kelangkaan bahan baku industri otomotif dan dapat mencegah kerusakan lingkungan (Supriyatna, 2018). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Polymer matrix composites (PMC) yang merupakan komposit yang bahan dan matriksnya terdiri dari polimer resin. Serat alam digunakan dalam penelitian sebagai material penguat dalam komposit polimer karena mempunyai sifat mudah terurai. Penelitian ini menggunakan reinforce serat daun nanas yang di beri perlakuan alkalisasi dengan parameter bebas variasi alkalisator (NaOH) 3%, 5% dan 7% dan lama waktu perendaman dalam alkali sebesar 2jam, 4jam dan 6 jam. Parameter terikat dengan perbandingan resin epoxy dan hardener sebesar 2:1, campuran komposit dengan fraksi massa resin dan reinforce sebesar 98% : 2%. Setelah perlakuan alkalisasi serat daun nanas diamati dengan scanning electron microscope (SEM) untuk mengetahui struktur serat sebelum perlakuan alkalisasi dan sesudah alkalisasi. Hasil penelitian untuk pengamatan SEM menyatakan bahwa serat sebelum alkalisasi terdapat lignin pada permukaan serat dan setelah perlakuan alkalisasi tampak kekasaran permukaan serat karena larutnya lignin pada proses alkalisasi. Hasil pengujian tarik komposit serat daun nanas tanpa perlakuan alkalisasi mendapatkan kekuatan sebesar 38.98 MPa dan kekuatan optimum berada pada variasi 5% selama 2jam dengan kekuatan sebesar 53.68 MPa. Hasil pengujian impak komposit serat daun nanas menunjukan kekuatan optimum berada pada variasi alkalisasi 5% selama 2jam dengan rata-rata kekuatan impak sebesar 149.75 kJ/mm2

    Mungbean include one of food plant that has been widely recognized by society, even the plants that belonging to the family of pulses has been long cultivated. In Indonesia, mungbean plant is the third-crop beans that are largely grown after soybean and peanuts. Because of its relatively high protein content and the price is relatively cheap, mungbean have a good prospect as a nutritious food that can be consumed by the public, so it is appropriate to be developed in order to increase their economic value. One alternative forms of processing, is to make yogurt from mungbean. However, the short shelf life of yogurt is sometimes become an obstacle, its because the ignoranced consumer about the storage of yogurt. To ensure that the yogurt is still worthy to consumed and not damaged, you need information about shelf life. This study aims to determine shelf life of mungbean yogurt and measuring the decline in the quality of yogurt during storage. This research was conducted with storing mungbean yogurt in the three different temperatures, that is 5 oC, 15 oC and 25 oC. And packaged in three different packaging, that is glass bottles, HDPE and PP. To determine the shelf life of mungbean yogurt, it use Extended Storage Studies (ESS) or the conventional method of determining the expiration date with in the way to save a product at normal conditions of daily and observed for its decrease quality until it reaches the quality level shelf. Quality parameters were analyzed during storage of yogurt that is fat content, protein content, pH, total acid, and the presence of coliform bacteria. The results for the initial characterization showed that the yogurt product having 4.06 in pH; total acid of 1.90%, 0.15% fat content, protein content of 7.85%, and negative values to test the presence of coliform bacteria. During the storage period there was a change of pH, total acid, fat and protein content, and presence of coliform bacteria. Critical parameters of shelf life of mungbean yogurt is the presence of coliform bacteria and total acid. Based on this research, for total acid as a critical parameters during storage, obtained that shelf life of mungbean yogurt is 21 days for yogurts that stored at 5 °C in glass bottle, HDPE and PP. Then, 18 days for yogurt that is stored on temperature of 15 oC in the packaging of HDPE, and 21 days for yogurt that packed with glass and PP packaging materials. Whereas, yogurt that stored at a temperature of 25 oC, has the shortest shelf life, its just six days for the products that are packed with every type of packaging, that are glass, HDPE and PP. For existence of coliform bacteria as a critical parameters, during storage at 5 °C, the yogurt that was not safe again to eat because of the presence of bacterial, is yogurt that packed with HDPE. For the yogurt that stored at a temperature of 15 oC, which already exceeds the safe limit of SNI is yogurt that packed with HDPE and PP. While, yogurt that stored at a temperature of 25 oC, there is no product that exceeds the safe limits of the presence of coliform bacterial from SNI

    Factors Associated with Herbs Clinic Utilization in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus in Tawangmangu, Central Java

    Background: The utilization of herbs incre­ased for complementary medicine and alterna­tive chro­nic diseases including Diabetes Melli­tus (DM). There are many factors that affect patients with Diabetes Mellitus to utilize herbal clinic. This study aimed to analyze the effects of age, gender, education, occupation, income, marital status, family support, knowledge of herbs, attitude towards herbs, and duration of Dia­betes Mellitus on herbs clinic utilization.Subjects and Method: This was a cross-sec­tional study. This study was conducted in Tawangmangu, Central Java, from January to March 2020. A sample of 200 DM patients aged 15-60 years who were examined at Jamu Research House (rrj) or community health center in Tawangmangu. The sample was col­lected by purposive sampling. The dependent variable was herbs clinic utilization. The inde­pendent variables were sex, age, education, occupation, income, marital status, family sup­port, knowledge of herbs, attitude towards herbs, and duration of DM. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by path analysis run on Stata 13.Results: Herbs clinic utilization was directly increased by positive attitude towards herbs (OR= 5.37; 95% CI= 2.49 to 11.60; p<0.001), duration of DM ≥5 years (OR= 2.02; 95% CI= 1.00 to 4.07; p=0.040), high family income (OR= 2.67; 95% CI= 1.41 to 5.01; p= 0.003), good family support (OR= 1.93; 95% CI= 0.96 to 3.87; p= 0.063), age ≥35 years (OR= 1.45; 95% CI= 0.27 to 7.19; p= 0.666), female (OR= 0.59; 95% CI= 0.31 to 1.12; p= 0.108), and married (OR= 0.64; 95% CI= 0.26 to 1.61; p= 0.343). Herb clinic utilization was indirectly affected by knowledge of herbs, education, and occupation.Conclusion: Herbs clinic utilization is directly increased by positive attitude towards herbs, duration of DM ≥5 years, high family income, good family support, age ≥35 years, female, and married. The development of information technology and the use of social media as a tool for developing personal branding is currently impossible to resist. Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono uses YouTube, a social media platform, to develop personal branding to attract the interest of the younger generation. The purpose of this research is to find out more about Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding strategy on YouTube. By using foundations such as personal branding, agenda setting, framing and dramaturgy. The author uses qualitative research techniques. Framing analysis will be replaced by research that focuses on issues related to Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding. Based on the findings of this study, personal branding, framing, and dramaturgy produce personal branding developed by Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's management through YouTube social media which has formed a realistic personal branding. Abstrak Penyambungan logam tak sejenis antara SS400 dengan Al6061 mengalami kesulitan, karena adanya perbedaan sifat fisik mekanik dan thermal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh temperatur lapisan intermetalik terhadap sifat fisik mekanik sambungan difusi logam tak sejenis antara SS400 dengan Al6061. Proses sambungan difusi menggunakan furnace induksi dengan parameter variasi temperatur dan komposisi variasi filler. Variasi temperatur yang digunakan 850°C, 875°C, 900°C dengan waktu tahan 1800 detik. Filler yang digunakan serbuk ferro (Fe) dan copper (Cu), dengan komposisi variasi filler Fe : 70%, 75%, 80% dari volume tempat filler. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pembentukan lapisan intermetalik pada semua temperatur. Hasil Scanning Electron Microscop ( SEM ) daerah interface terjadi ikatan antara baja dengan aluminium. Ikatan interface akan membentuk lapisan intermetalik. Lapisan intermetalik yang terbentuk FeAl dan Fe3Al. Hasil distribusi kekerasan yang paling keras terjadi pada temperatur 900⁰C dengan komposisi variasi filler ferro 75%. Hasil pengujian geser tarik, nilai tegangan yang tinggi terjadi pada temperatur 900⁰C dengan komposisi variasi filler ferro 75%. So the sense of motion is painting with light. The author makes a comedy movie using Circular Linear plot as the plot. The method used was the story begins from conception, data collection techniques of filming and editing videos. Before authors begin filming this, the authors conducted several research methods, such as literature, namely by looking for books related to the movie-making process. Moreover, the authors also conducted an analysis of some of the films made in reference to the character creation as well as analyzing the properties commonly used in a comedy movie. Film "AGUS" tells about the life of a young person who wanted to try his fortune village in the city. Are then faced with a dilemma, in which he must decide wisely over what happened. The process of making this film started pre-production process that begins with the design work of ideas and concepts. Writers develop it into a movie by using the techniques of filmmaking in general. This film uses a video editing software on finalizing, it will also facilitate the task of the writer in perfecting. Finally, the hope of the author of the final report will be the best, so it can be a role model for others, both technical and moral message contained in the film, and through this work, the author is able to provide different entertainment that could shift the interest of the film market film eroticism to quality films
