ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Online Behavioural Advertising, Hedonic Shopping, dan Discount terhadap Impulsive Buying pada Tiktok Shop dengan Mediasi Positive Emotion. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 147 sampel. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan melalui google form. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk membuktikan hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan SmartPLS. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa Online behavioural advertising berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapimpulsive buying, hedonic shopping tidakberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapimpulsive buying, discount tidakberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapimpulsive buying,online behavioural advertising berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadappositive emotion, hedonic shoppingberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadappositive emotion, discountberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadappositive emotion,online behavioural advertising berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapimpulsive buyingdengan mediasi positive emotion, hedonic shoppingberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapimpulsive buyingdengan mediasi positive emotion, discountberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapimpulsive buyingdengan mediasi positive emotion, dan impulsive buying berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadappositive emotion.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Online Behavioural Advertising, Hedonic Shopping, and Discount on Impulsive Buying at Tiktok Shop with Mediation of Positive Emotion. The research method used in this research is quantitative with the number of samples used is 147 samples. Sample collection was done via google form. The data analysis method used to prove the hypothesis is carried out using SmartPLS. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that online behavioral advertising has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, hedonic shopping has no positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, discounts have no positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, online behavioral advertising has a positive and significant effect on positive emotion, hedonic shopping has a positive and significant effect on positive emotion, discount has a positive and significant effect on positive emotion, online behavioral advertising has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying with positive emotion mediation, hedonic shopping has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying with positive emotion mediation, discount has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying with positive emotion mediation, and impulsive buying has a positive and significant effect on positive emotion.

PERKEMBANGAN PENDIDIKAN FORMAL DI SAMBAS PADA MASA PEMERINTAHAN SULTAN MUHAMMAD MULIA IBRAHIM TSAFIUDDIN (1931-1943)
No full textAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pendidikan Islam pada masa pemerintahan Sultan Muhammad Mulia Ibrahim Tsafiuddin tahun 1931-1943, pengaruh Belanda terhadap pendidikan di Sambas pada masa pemerintahan Sultan Muhammad Mulia Ibrahim Tsafiuddin tahun 1931-1943, dan sistem pendidikan Madrasah Al-Sultaniyah. Penelitian menggunakan metode sejarah kritis yang terdiri dari empat langkah, yaitu heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi dan historiografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan Islam pada masa pemerintahan Sultan Muhammad Mulia Ibrahim Tsafiuddin adalah berlanjutnya pendidikan Madrasah Al-Sultaniyah yang masih berorientasi dalam pendidikan agama dan berkembang menjadi Tarbiyatul Islam. Pendidikan Islam di Sambas mendapat pengaruh Belanda terlihat Sekolah Tabiyatul Islam memasukkan semua pelajaran Holland Inlandsche School (HIS) dalam kurikulumnya. Ilmu pengetahuan modern, terutama bahasa Belanda yang diterapkan di sekolah Tarbiyatul Islam dipandang sebagai alat untuk mengejar kemajuan. Sistem pendidikan formal di Sambas melalui Madrasah Al-Sultaniyah mauoun Tarbiyatul Islam menggabungkan pendidikan Islam dan Pendidikan Belanda. Kata Kunci: pendidikan, Sultan Mulia Ibrahim Tsafiuddin, Sambas AbstractThe aim of this research is to find out the islamic education in era of Sultan Muhammad Mulia Ibrahim Tsafiuddin in 1931-1943, the influences of Netherland to the education in Sambas while the government of Sultan Muhammad Mulia Ibrahim Tsafiuddin in 1931-1943, and the system of education Madrasah Al-Sultaniyah. The methods of this research is a historical research. The methods of the research is descriptive-analitic includes four stages; heuristic, verification, interpretation, and historiography. The results of this research show if islamic education in era of Sultan Muhammad Mulia Ibrahim Tsafiuddin is the continous of the education Madrasah Al-Sultaniyah with the orientation in education of religion and developing to be Tarbiyatul Islam. Islamic education in Sambas gain the influences from Netherland, we can see from Tarbiyatul Islam included all of studied from Holland Inlandsche School (HIS) in their curriculum. The modern science, especially Dutch language in Tarbiyatul Islam seeing as a tool for gain the significant progress. No full textSalah satu variabel yang menarik untuk diteliti dari kajian Hadis adalah kaidah keadilan sahabat yang berbunyi al-ṣaḥābah kulluhum ‘udūl. Kaidah ini berimplikasi terhadap keadaan sahabat yang tidak perlu dikritik kredibiltasnya. Kendati demikian, hal ini justru menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam kajian kritik hadis karena menyisakan banyak pertanyaan dan perdebatan. Bukan hanya terjadi di antara golongan teologis tetapi juga oleh para tokoh dari klasik hingga kontemporer. Adapun di antara tokoh tersebut adalah Muṣṭafā al-Ṣibāʻi dan Muhammad Syahrur.
Oleh karena itu, dalam rangka mendalami wacana keadilan sahabat tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah gagasan pemikiran kaidah keadilan sahabat menurut Muṣṭafā al-Ṣibāʻi dan Muhammad Syahrur. Penelitian ini, termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Merujuk pada dua sumber primer, yakni kitab al-Sunnah wa Makānatuha fī al-Tasyrī’ al-Islāmī karya Muṣṭafā al-Ṣibāʻi dan al-Sunnah al-Raṣūliyyah wa al-Sunnah al-Nabawiyyah; Ru’yah Jadīdah karya Muhammad Syahrur serta didukung oleh sumber-sumber sekunder yang lain.
Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwasanya Muṣṭafā al-Ṣibāʻi menyepakati kaidah keadilan sahabat sebagaimana yang dirumuskan para oleh ulama terdahulu. Adapun Muhammad Syahrur berupaya untuk mengkritisi kaidah tersebut sebab sahabat tidak bisa disebut sebagai orang yang adil begitu saja. Perbedaan pandangan di antara keduanya bertumpu pada pemahaman terhadap dalil-dalil al-Qur’an dan Sunnah, perbedaan dalam menyepakati ijtihad ulama dan perbedaan pandangan dalam menilai sahabat sebagai generasi pertama

No full textThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment

The inception of sharia banking has led further to sharia-based agreements with characteristics different from those of civil law. This research aims to analyze the evidentiary power of a sharia lending agreement in the form of a notarial deed and the regulatory conceptualization of the notarial deed concerning sharia lending with legal certainty. The research methods constituted juridical and normative methods, statutory and conceptual approaches. The research results reveal that the evidentiary power of the notarial deed discussed in this paper lies in the addition of the Arabic word ‘basmalah’ and an excerpt of verses from the Koran. The notarial deed issued by notaries is deemed to be an authentic deed with its evidentiary power. Moreover, the regulatory reconceptualization regarding the agreement concerning sharia lending also involves legislative review by lawmakers, or through policymaking (beleidregels) that is intended to inform by the minister in charge of notarial matters.
Civil Code/Burgelijk Wetboek (BW), Staadblad 1847 Number 23 of law Number 30 of 2004 concerning Notarial Position, amended to Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendment to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning Notarial Position, and Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking are some of the colonial legacies, and they represent the implementation of concordance principle to fill the legal loopholes. Regulatory provisions regarding pieces of evidence are outlined in Article 100 of Law Number 5 of 1986 concerning State Administrative Law stating that pieces of evidence include:
a. A letter or a piece of writing;
b. Testimonies from an expert;
c. Testimonies from a witness;
d. Confession of parties involved;
e. Judges’ knowledge.
The authority of a notary is outlined in Article 15 paragraph (1) of Law concerning Notarial Position:
“A notary is authorized to issue an authentic deed as regards all actions, agreements, and decisions that are mandated by law and/or expected by the parties concerned, in which all matters involved must be outlined in an authentic deed. The date the deed is signed must be stated on the deed; the deed must be kept; Grosse, copies, and excerpts of the deed must all be kept as long as the deed issuance is not delegated or exempted to another official or individual as governed by law.”
The evidentiary power reinforced by adding the Arabic word ‘basmalah’ and the excerpts from Koran involve the following three aspects: evidentiary power in a physical, formal, and material form. A notarial deed must convince judges and must be deemed true for as long as the falsification cannot be proven.

Kata Kunci: kehidupan malam, prostitusi, penciptaan, seni lukis surealis Seiring perkembangan jaman yang semakin pesat, kehidupan dunia malam sangat identik dengan hal-hal yang negatif salah satunya yang akan diangkat oleh penulis ialah prostitusi. Bahkan dari pihak pemerintah melakukan segala cara untuk memberantas tindakan prostitusi tersebut. Pelacuran atau prostitusi adalah penjualan jasa seksual, seperti seks oral atau hubungan seks, untuk uang. Resiko yang dipaparkan tindakan prostitusi antara lain adalah keresahan masyarakat dan penyebaran penyakit menular seksual, seperti AIDS yang dapat menyebabkan kematian dan tidak bisa disembuhkan. Pada penciptaan ini penulis ingin mengangkat konsep, ide atau gagasan prostitusi. Keresahan penulis akan tindakan prostitusi akan divisualisasikan melalui karya lukis surealis. Prostitusi yang diangkat disini adalah kejahatan atau tindakan negatif mucikari, beserta pelaku seks komersial lainnya. Pelaku disini adalah wanita. Sifat elok wanita, sabar, rajin, baik, lemah lembut, sangat bertentangan dengan tindakan prostitusi tersebut. Tindakan mucikari yang sangat meresahkan adalah salah satu keresahan penulis dimana wanita itu adalah sosok yang indah, wanita adalah ibu, harus dijaga, dilindungi, disayangi, bukan untuk diperjual-belikan. Ide atau gagasan tersebut diwujudkan dalam karya seni lukis surealis. Seni lukis surealis dipilih oleh penulis sebagai media berkreasi dalam mengekspresikan jiwa. Proses dalam penciptaan karya seni lukis ini bermula dari perancangan konsep yang didalamnya terdapat ide atau gagasan, tema, dan objek yang akan diciptakan. Setelah itu menentukan karakteristik karya, kemudian menentukan teknik serta alat dan bahan yang akan digunakan. Jika semuanya sudah terpenuhi untuk langkah selanjutnya adalah proses visualisasi yaitu membuat sketsa diatas kertas lalu memindahkannya di atas kanvas. Kemudian proses pewarnaan dengan menggunakan berbagai macam teknik yaitu teknik plakat, tuang, semprot, siluet, dan teknik cipratan. Setelah itu proses detail karya untuk penegasan cahaya gelap terang serta bentuk dan yang terakhir adalah proses melapisi karya dengan pelapis cat transparan. Penulis menampilkan 6 karya seni lukis surealis dengan media estetik berupa titik, garis, bentuk, ruang dan warna sebagai simbolisasi dari konsep. Menggunakan karakteristik karya berobjekkan burung siluet, dengan latar belakang galaksi atau nebula. Berdasarkan hasil penciptaan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman lama atau baru kepada orang lain dalam menghayati karya seni lukis surealis. Mulai dari perancangan konsep, hingga proses visualisasi karya, dan diskripsi karya berdasarkan sudut pandang pribadi penulis. Dan semoga dengan karya ini dapat membantu pemerintah agar tindakan negatif prostitusi ini dapat diberantas, terkontrol serta diberikan solusi yang terbaik bagi pelaku prostitusi tersebut
