Mata pelajaran Instalasi Motor Listrik di SMK merupakan mata pelajaran yang ada di program keahlian Teknik Ketenagalistrikan yang harus ditempuh siswa kelas XI dan XII. Dalam silabus kurikulum 2013 materi yang ada berbeda dengan Kurikulum KTSP, oleh sebab itu diperlukannya pengembangan dan penyempurnaan bahan ajar guru dan siswa yang sesuai dengan kurikulum yang diterapkan. Bahan ajar mempunyai peran yang penting dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah, pengembangan bahan ajar dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu siswa menuntaskan kompetensi dasar dan menyelesaikan materi yang harus dikuasai selama satu semester. Bahan ajar juga sebagai pendukung dalam pembelajaran baik berupa praktikum maupun teori yang dikembangkan, sedangkan bagi guru bahan ajar dapat membantu untuk mempermudah dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran. Motode pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dalam bahan ajar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa SMK yaitu menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek atau project based learning yang memiliki tahap pembelajaran: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, dan (3) evaluasi.Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan Dick and Carrey. Adapun tahap-tahap pengembangan bahan ajar tersebut adalah: (1) menentukan tujuan umum pembelajaran yang dirumuskan berdasarkan analisis KI dan KD, (2) malakukan analisis pembelajaran,(3) mengidentifikasi tingkah laku awal dan karakteristik peserta didik, (4) merumuskan tujuan khusus, (5) mengembangkan instrumen penilaian, (6) mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran (7) mengembangkan dan memilih bahan ajar yakni buku guru dan buku siswa, (8) melakukan evaluasi formatif dengan uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil, dan uji coba lapangan, (9) revisi, dan (10) melakukan evaluasi sumatif.Buku ajar ini telah divalidasi oleh dua orang ahli serta telah diuji cobakan kepada siswa kelas XI di SMK AL Huda Kota Kediri melalui uji kelayakan dan uji efektifitas. Kelayakan bahan ajar diketahui berdasarkan hasil angket. Hasil angket dari uji coba perorangan yaitu reviewer ahli 1 mendapatkan skor 88,89 % (sangat valid), dari reviewer ahli 2 mendapatkan skor 89,35 % (sangat valid), hasil angket pada uji coba kelompok kecil mendapatkan skor 87,50 % (sangat valid), dan hasil angket siswa pada uji coba lapangan mendapatkan skor 86,12 % (sangat valid). Berdasarkan skor tersebut, bahan ajar dinyatakan valid dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Keefektifan bahan ajar dapat diketahui berdasarkan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil belajar siswa diambil dari proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan buku ajar yang dikembangkan, nilai hasil belajar rata-rata yang didapat adalah 83,6. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa nilai yang didapat siswa lebih tinggi dari Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) di SMK AL Huda Kota Kediri yaitu 75. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, buku ajar dinyatakan efektif untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah.SUMMARYHakim, Sultonil. 2019. Electric Motor Installation is one of compulsory subjects that must be taken by any XI grade students who take Electrical Engineering as their expertise program in a vocational school. The application of the 2013 curriculum to replace the KTSP curriculum has made it essential for teachers to adapt, adopt, and make several changes in materials taught in the classroom. Teaching materials have important roles in students’ learning activities in schools. The development of teaching materials in this study aims to help students in completing basic competencies and materials that must be mastered in one semester as well as support the teaching and learning process; both in the form of practicum and theory. For teachers, the developed teaching materials can be utilized to help facilitating the learning process implementation. The learning method developed in the teaching materials was in accordance with the needs and characteristics of vocational high school students, namely by using project based learning that has a learning phase as follows: (1) planning,(2) implementation, and (3) evaluation.The textbook in this study was developed in accordance to Dick and Carrey’s development model. The stages of developing teaching materials are: (1) determining the general objectives of learning formulated based on the analysis of KI and KD, (2) conducting learning analysis, (3) identifying initial behavior and characteristics of students, (4) formulating specific objectives , (5) developing assessment instruments, (6) developing learning strategies (7) developing and selecting teaching materials namely teacher books and student books, (8) conducting formative evaluations with individual trials, small group trials, and field trials, (9) revisions, and (10) conducting summative evaluations.This textbook had been validated by two experts and tested on XI grade students of SMK AL Huda Kota Kediri through feasibility tests and summative tests. The feasibility of teaching materials was known based on the results of the questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire from individual trials showed positive validity results, with a score of 88.89% (very valid) from expert reviewer 1 and a score of 89.35% (very valid) from expert reviewer 2, the results of the small group trials’ questionnaire gained 87.50% (very valid), and the results of the questionnaire in the field trials got a score of 86.12% (very valid). Based on these scores, the teaching materials were considered valid and suitable to be used in school. The effectiveness of the teaching materials can be determined based on student learning outcomes. According to the scores earned by the students while using the developed textbook, it was found out that the students’ learning outcomes got the average value of 83.6, higher than KKM set in SMK AL Huda Kota Kediri which is 75. Therefore, the developed textbook is considered effective to be used in learning activities in school

    The visible fast increase in the growth rate of world population occurred during the second half of the twentieth century due to the faster declines in mortality following the medical and public health advances made around the time of World War II. The global population growth rate after peaking of at around 1.7 to 1.9 percent per annum in the 1970s and 1980s has since started declining and is currently around 1.4 percent per annum. The world population more than doubled, recording 142 percent increase, from 2.51 billion in 1950 to around 6.07 billion in 2000 [Hakim (2000)]. Most of the increase has been in less developed countries, from 1.68 billion in 1950 to 4.88 billion in 2000, recording 190 percent. Compared to this, the more developed countries witnessed only a marginal increase of 43 percent from 0.83 billion in 1950 to 1.19 billion population in 2000.

    Praanggapan tindak tutur tokoh Beik dalam Novel Himar Hakim karya Taufik Hakim (Kajian Pragmatik)

    Novel Himar Hakim by Taufiq Hakim tells about the friendship that exists between a writer named Beik with a pet donkey, which sometimes Beik equates his habit with the donkey. The novel is very philosophical and full of psychic experiences from the main characters described. The main character of the novel is the Taufiq Hakim, in terms of the background in Egypt, and the professor, a writer who in the novel is portrayed by a film dialog writer. The form of the conversation in the novel Himar Hakim by Taufik Hakim is inseparable from the act of speech or the intent to be conveyed by the author to the reader. In Himar Hakim's novel, there are speeches of Beik figures with various forms and objectives of the act of speech and the type of preoccupation. The problems discussed in this research are: how the act of indirect illustration of Beik in the novel of Judge Himar Hakim by Taufik Hakim, and how the presupposition of Beik speech acts in the novel Himar Hakim by Taufik Hakim. The purpose of this research is to know the act of indirect illusions of Beik in the novel of Himar Hakim by Taufik Hakim, and to know the type of presupposition of Beik's speech acts in the novel Himar Hakim by Taufik Hakim. To achieve these objectives, this research uses descriptive analytic method. Then in the data collection techniques using the method refer, then the data were analyzed by using the method of extralingual padan and grouping Beik's speech by using pragmatic approach of speech acting theory and pre-response. Based on the analysis of the novel Himar Hakim by Taufik Hakim, it can be concluded that in the novel there are speeches that contain representative, directive, expressive, commodative and declarative illustrations, with various purposes, including: affirming, stating, asking , ordering, suggesting, commanding, blaming, denouncing, apologizing, insinuating, complaining, refusing, declaring ability, swearing, offering, promising, expecting, praying, and decisive. Expressive speech acts with the purpose of mocking into the findings that dominate Beik's speech. The types of presuppositions contained in the speech are such as existential prejudice, factual presupposition, lexical presuppositions, non-factual presuppositions, structural presuppositions and counterfactual presuppositions.     PANDANGAN HAKIM PENGADILAN AGAMA BANGKALAN TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS DAN SANKSI KODE ETIK HAKIM OLEH ORGANISASI PROFESI

    ABSTRAKHakim merupakan salah satu penegak hukum yang menurut Undang-Undang bertugas mengadili perkara di Pengadilan. Dalam Menjalankan Profesinya harus sesuai dengan aturan yang disebut juga dengan Kode Etik Hakim. Adanya ketentuan Kode Etik dan Pedoman Perilaku Hakim diatur dalam Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) Nomor 047/KMA/SKB/IV/2009 dan Nomor 02/SKB/P.KY/IV/2009 tentang Kode Etik dan Pedoman Perilaku Hakim yang menerangkan mengenai Kode etik yang harus di patuhi oleh hakim dan harus ada keefektifan dalam menajalankan profesinya. Walaupun terdapat kode etik, tidak menutut kemungkinan bahwa ada hakim yang nantinya lalai  yang kemudian melanggar kode etik profesi hakim itu sendiri. Dalam penerapan sanksinya pun harus sepadan dan sesuai dengan pelanggaran yang dilakukan. Artikel ilmiah ini menggunakan  metode penelitian  ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan hukum normatif atau penelitian kepustakaan. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah ini dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap pihak yang terkait.Kode etik tersebut menjadi suatu keefektifan tersendiri bagi hakim khususnya di Pengadilan Agama Bangkalan dalam menjalankan profesinya, dilihat dari hakim yang memang melaksanakan tugas dan wewenang sesuai dengan Kode Etik Profesi Hakim. Namun. apabila melanggar terdapat sanksi yang diberikan walaupun hakim juga termasuk salah satu penegak umum dilingkup Mahkamah Agung, sanksi yang diberikan berbeda-beda yakni sanksi ringan, sanksi sedang dan sanksi berat. Hal ini disesuaikan dengan ringan beratnya pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh hakim. Tidak ada sanksi pelaporan pelanggaran yang diajukan masyarakat Bangkalan ke Pengadilan Agama Bangkalan, hal ini membuktikan hakim dilingkup Pengadilan Agama Bangkalan mematuhi kode etik yang berlaku. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengadilan Agama Bangkalan keefektifan dalam mengimplementasikan adanya Kode Etik Profesi sesuai dengan Pedoman memang benar-benar dipatuhi serta tidak ada sanksi pula yang dilanggar oleh Hakim yang ada di Pengadilan Agama Bangkalan.Kata Kunci : Hakim, Kode Etik, Efektivitas, Sanksi.  ABSTRACTThe judge is one of the law enforcers who according to the Law is tasked with hearing cases in the Court. In carrying out his profession must be in accordance with the rules, also called the Judges' Code of Ethics. The provisions of the Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct for Judges are regulated in the Joint Decree (SKB) Number 047 / KMA / SKB / IV / 2009 and Number 02 / SKB / P.KY / IV / 2009 concerning the Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct for Judges which explains the Code ethics that must be obeyed by the judge and there must be effectiveness in managing his profession. Even though there is a code of ethics, it does not undermine the possibility that there will be judges who will be negligent who then violate the professional code of justice itself. In applying the sanctions must be commensurate and in accordance with the violations committed. This scientific article uses this research method, the author uses a normative legal approach or library research. While the method of collecting data in writing scientific articles is by conducting interviews with related parties.The code of ethics has become a special effectiveness for judges, especially in the Bangkalan Religious Court in carrying out their profession, seen from judges who indeed carry out their duties and authority in accordance with the Professional Code of Ethics for Judges. However. if there is a sanction violated, even though the judge is also included as one of the general enforcers in the scope of the Supreme Court, the sanctions are different, namely mild sanctions, medium sanctions and severe sanctions. This is adjusted to the severity of the violations committed by the judge. There are no sanctions for reporting violations submitted by Bangkalan people to the Bangkalan Religious Court, this proves that judges in Bangkalan Religious Courts comply with the applicable code of ethics. So it can be concluded that the Bangkalan Religious Court's effectiveness in implementing the existence of the Professional Ethics Code in accordance with the Guidelines was really obeyed and there were no sanctions that were violated by Judges in the Bangkalan Religious Court.Keywords: Judge, Code of Ethics, Effectiveness, Sanctions

    AbstractProphetic Value in Poems by Guru K.H Abdul Hakim. The purpose of this study is to describe the manifestation of the prophetic value of humanization, liberation and transcendence in the poems by guru K.H. Abdul Hakim. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a hermeneutic approach. The hermeneutical approach used by the author is to interpret the meaning contained in the poems written by guru K.H. Abdul Hakim. The data collection technique used in this study was a literature study. Data analysis techniques used are library techniques, see, and record. The data sources in this study were poems written by guru K.H. Abdul Hakim, totaling 9 poems. The data of this research are words and sentences in the poetry written by teacher K.H. Abdul Hakim. The results of the research show the manifestation of prophetic values in 9 poems including; First, the value of humanization, invites to goodness, namely compassion and generosity. Second, the value of liberation, contains the value of liberation in ignorance, and forgiveness. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan hermenutika. Pendekatan hermenutika digunakan penulis adalah untuk menginterpretasikan makna yang terkandung dalam syair-syair karangan guru K.H. Abdul Hakim. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik pustaka, simak, dan catat. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah syair-syair karangan guru K.H. Abdul Hakim yang berjumlah 9 syair. Data penelitian ini ialah kata dan kalimat dalam syair karangan guru K.H. Abdul Hakim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan wujud nilai profetik pada 9 syair meliputi; Pertama, nilai humanisasi, mengajak pada kebaikan yaitu kasih sayang dan sifat dermawan. Kedua, nilai liberasi, mengandung nilai pembebasan dalam kebodohan, dan pemaaf.     El teatro de Tawfiq al-Hakim: un género literario y su legitimación

    El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar el teatro de Tawfiq al-Hakim, especialmente por lo que se refiere al interés inicial del autor por convertirlo en un género de la literatura árabe y su intento posterior de que alcance la más amplia difusión. También se aborda la permanente experimentación literaria de al-Hakim y su necesidad de conectar la nueva forma literaria con ciertas manifestaciones del turat.This article tries to analyse the Tawfiq al-Hakim theatre, specially because the author is interesed in converting it in a genre of the Arabic literature and afterwards, he tries the theatre to get the most extensive difussion.
