    Antisipasi Degradasi Moral di Era Global

    In the globalization era, environment has a broad definition. Someone could very easily find an atmosphere that he likes. It brings to positive or negative effects. Teenagers (aged 12-22 years) are the generation most vulnerable to the negative influences that lead to moral decadence. This problem is very difficult to overcome if it just rely on the secular West psychological theories. Islamic education is expected to provide a solution to these problems through functional strategy, integral and progressive. Religious teachings not only memorized but should also be presented in the spirit to assist young people in solving the problem. This strategy could be: guiding problem solving in dealing with problems themselves and society as well as the formation of an integral understanding of his relationship with God. Teens should have spirit that can transform itself into a superior person.   Abstrak Dalam era globalisasi, lingkungan memiliki definisi yang luas. Seseorang bisa sangat mudah menemukan suasana yang dia suka sehingga memunculkan efek positif atau negatif. Remaja merupakan generasi yang paling rentan terhadap pengaruh negatif yang menyebabkan dekadensi moral. Masalah ini sangat sulit diatasi jika hanya mengandalkan teori-teori psikologi Barat yang sekuler. Pendidikan Islam diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi masalah ini melalui strategi yang fungsional, integral dan progresif. Ajaran agama tidak hanya dihafal tetapi juga harus dihadirkan dalam jiwa untuk mendampingi kaum muda dalam menyelesaikan masalahnya. Strategi ini bisa berupa: pembimbingan problem solving dalam menghadapi persoalan diri dan masyarakatnya serta pembentukan pemahaman secara integral tentang hubungannya dengan Allah.     Strategi Pendidik dalam Mengantisipasi Tindakan Bullying Untuk Mewujudkan Sekolah Ramah Anak

    Bullying is often a serious problem that disrupts children's comfort and safety at school. So this research aims to explore the strategies implemented by educators at Al-Azhar 29 Semarang Islamic Kindergarten in preventing bullying and creating a child-friendly school environment. The method used in this research is qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews with school principals and educators, observation, and documentation to understand the strategies implemented in depth. The results of the research show that educators' strategies for anticipating bullying at Al-Azhar Islamic Kindergarten 29 Semarang are carried out in the form of (1) parenting activities involving parents, (2) implementing value-based learning such as inviting children to sing anti-bullying songs, (3) providing understanding and direction regarding bullying, (4) providing advice and examples of good and bad behavior, (5) creating a child-friendly school environment. Apart from that, the success of implementing educators' strategies in anticipating bullying is influenced by internal factors, namely the support of school principals and educators in school policies related to anti-bullying. Meanwhile, the obstacles are influenced by external factors, namely parents, where there are differences in parenting styles at home and at school and there is no cooperative attitude from the child's parentsBullying seringkali menjadi masalah serius yang mengganggu kenyamanan dan keselamatan anak-anak di sekolah. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi strategi yang diterapkan oleh pendidik di TK Islam Al-Azhar 29 Semarang dalam mencegah bullying dan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah ramah anak Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitin ini adalah  kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah dan pendidik, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk memahami strategi yang diterapkan secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pendidik dalam mengantisipasi tindakan bullying di TK Islam Al-azhar 29 Semarang dilakukan dalam bentuk (1) kegiatan parenting dengan melibatkan orang tua, (2) penerapan pembelajaran berbasis nilai seperti mengajak anak bernyanyi lagu anti bullying, (3) memberikan pemahaman dan pengarahan terkait tindakan bullying, (4) memberikan nasihat dan contoh perilaku baik dan buruk, (5) menciptakan lingkungan sekolah ramah anak. Selain itu keberhasilan dari implementasi strategi pendidik dalam mengantisipasi tindakan bullying dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal yaitu adanya dukungan dari kepala sekolah dan pendidik dalam kebijakan sekolah terkait anti-bullying. Sementara hambatannya dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal yaitu orang tua, dimana terdapat perbedaan pola asuh dirumah dan disekolah serta tidak adanya sikap kooperatif dari orang tua anak. &nbsp

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penerapan Game-Based Learning dalam meningkatkan keterampilan 4C+S (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, Collaboration, dan Spirituality) pada siswa di SMPN 35 Semarang. Game-Based Learning diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) melalui penggunaan game Team Game Tournament (TGT), Snowball, Scramble, dan Quizizz, yang disesuaikan dengan materi salat dan zikir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan melaporkan pola atau tema dalam data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi penerapan Game-Based Learning di SMPN 35 Semarang meliputi integrasi permainan dengan materi PAI makna salat dan zikir, pembentukan kelompok kerja dinamis dan interaksi positif, serta refleksi dan diskusi terpandu. Dengan demikian, Game-Based Learning mampu meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dimana siswa didorong untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi materi secara mendalam. Kreativitas menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu menyampaikan ide-ide inovatif dalam memecahkan masalah. Komunikasi menunjukkan siswa mampu menyampaikan pendapat dengan percaya diri serta aktif dalam bertanya. Kolaborasi siswa mampu bekerja sama dan saling memberi masukan kepada temannya. Dari aspek spiritual, siswa merasa lebih sering teringat untuk dekat dengan Allah Swt setelah strategi ini diterapkan

    Implementasi Permainan Mini Maze Mengemudi Untuk Peningkatan Kognitif Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun

    The purpose of this study was to implement a mini maze driving game to improve the cognitive abilities of children aged 4-5 years. One aspect of child development that must be met is the cognitive aspect. In addition, teachers must also be creative in creating an interesting learning atmosphere so that all aspects of child development can be met. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The location of the study was at KB-RA Al-Azhar Mosque in Group A aged 4-5 years. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis. The results of the study proved that the implementation of this mini maze driving game can improve children's cognitive abilities which include first, problem-solving skills in the form of the ability to find solutions when choosing the wrong path. Second, developing logical thinking skills where children are trained to think to find the right path. Third, symbolic thinking skills such as knowing geometric shapes, namely circles, squares, and rectangles

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
