The writer take the title to find out how the impact of service quality on satisfaction. The method used is a descriptive analysis with searching trought library,observation and quetioner. Technical analysis used of data is descriptive analysis, the data has been collected will be processed with SPSS. In this study the author used technical data analysis correlation. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the prence of a positive relationship between service quality on customer satisfaction by 5,293 and the magnitude of impact of service quality to customer PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol conducted customer satisfaction levels by 29,2% while the remaining 70,8% influenced by other factors

    Sukaraja Health Center as a basic health service unit, plays an important role in providing quality services to the community. However, there are indications that the organizational culture at the Health Center does not fully support optimal service performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Data were obtained through questionnaires, interviews involving 60 respondents. Path analysis was used to identify the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. The results showed that organizational culture had a significant influence on employee performance with an adjusted R² of 0.050, which means that organizationalculture affects employee performance by 5%, while 95% is influenced by other factors. Although the organizational culture at the Sukaraja Health Center was considered good by respondents, these results indicate the need for further improvement to ensure that organizational culture can support the achievement of optimal employee performance. This study provides important insights for Health Center managers to improve organizational culture and improve the quality of employee performance at the Sukaraja Health Center.Puskesmas Sukaraja sebagai unit pelayanan kesehatan dasar, memegang peran peting dalam memerikan pelayanan yang berkualitas bagi masyarakat. Namun terdapat indikasi bahwa budaya organisasi di Puskesmas belum sepenuhnya mendukung kinerja pelayanan optimasl. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara yang melibatkan 60 responden. Analisis jalur (path analysis) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan adjusted R² sebesar 0,050, yang berarti budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 5%, sementara 95% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Meskipun budaya organisasi di Puskesmas Sukaraja dinilai baik oleh responden, hasil ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan lebih lanjut untuk memastikan budaya organisasi dapat mendukung pencapaian kinerja karyawan yang optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengelola Puskesmas untuk memperbaiki budaya organisasi dan meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan di Puskesmas Sukaraja

    The tesis entitled “Conversation Analysis on the Interview between News reporter of New York Times and Author on Bestseller Novels” is aimed at describing the aspects of conversation found in that interview. Those are opening and closing, adjacency pair, topic management and turn taking. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to study the problem, because this study has a purpose to describe and analyze the aspects of conversation in an interview. The data were taken from written data of news interview of news reporter and author in Stuart Wood’s (author) official webpage. The speakers are a news reporter and author. The conversation was an English dialogue in formal conversation. The result showed that there is no opening and this interview because the interviewer directly asked question to the author. The closing is indicated by the preclosing” “Anything else you’d like to say to readers?”. Then, it was followed by the answer of the interviewee or the novel’s author. The dominant adjacency pair found in this interview is question-answer. The topic discussed in this interview is only one that is about the novel wriitten by the author. The initiator of the topic is interviewer by asking something to the interviewee. The topic is developed by the interviewee by giving answer to the interviewer. There are 114 turn takings in the conversation: 57 times from the interviewer and 57 times form the interviewee. In this conversation there is no dominant person or less dominant person because both of them gives the same turns. Beside that, the form of the conversation is just question and answer. So, the turn taking just happened when the interviewer gives question to the interviewee

With the growth of students' learning motivation, the educational goals will be achieved as expected. Students' learning motivation towards Islamic religious education is still lacking due to lack of learning motivation and also a busy classroom atmosphere, students prefer to chat, play cellphones, rather than pay attention to teachers. The formulation of this research is whether there is an effect of giving gifts on the learning motivation of students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of gift giving on students' learning motivation. This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to determine how much influence the gift giving has on students' learning motivation. The population and sample in this study amounted to 52 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation, data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis. From the results of hypothesis testing with a significant value, namely p = 0.000 <0.05, where there is a strong enough influence between giving gifts to the learning motivation of class VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru by 57%, meaning Ha is accepted.     This research has purpose to know the quality of internet banking service in PT BNI Persero Tbk KC Madin, to know customer satisfaction at PT BNI Persero Tbk KC Madiun. In this study the population consists of 512 customers with a sample of 225 clients taken with Incidental sampling technique. Technique of taking data taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed with SPSS version 20.0 using simple linear regression with hypothesis test, determination test and t test. The result of the research shows that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 12,646 + 0,635 X, constant equal to 12,646 meaning if variable of Quality of Internet Banking Service is fixed then Customer Satisfaction amount is 0,635 so there is influence between Quality of Internet Banking Service to Customer Satisfaction. The result of Coefficient of Determination Adjust (R2) is known 0,377 means 37,7% Quality of Internet Banking Service influenced by Customer Satisfaction, while the rest 62,3% Quality of Internet Banking Service influenced by other variable not examined in this research. The result of t test is t_hitung value is 11,697 while t_tabel is 1,651. This means that the value of 〖t〗 _count> t_table (11,697> 1,651). so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted

    Anlysis Of Chicken Floss Quality From Spen Layer Hent

    This study aims to increase the economic value of spent layer hens by using them in a form of a food product, namely chicken floss. The research was conducted in November 2022 at the Catering Workshop, Department of Family Welfare, Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, Padang State University. The type of research used was an experiment with a completely randomized design (RAL) method to compare the quality of chicken floss between broiler and spent layer hens. The used are primary data obtained directly from three (3) expert panelists who provide answers from a questionnaire (organoleptic test format) on the quality of chicken floss. After obtaining the data, it is then tabulated in tabular form and Independent Sample T-test (Poilet variance) is performed. The results of the comparative t-test showed that there were significant differences in the quality of chicken floss in terms of color and texture. The best treatment was the X₁ with a color quality of 3.44 for the golden yellow color category, aroma quality of 3.78 for the fragrant scent category, texture quality of 3.56 for the fine fibrous texture category, and taste at 4. 00 categories of savory flavors.

    Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Presensi Finger Print, Disiplin Kehadiran Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Pengadilan Agama Pekanbaru Kelas IA. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas penerapan presensi finger print pada pegawai kantor pengadilan agama pekanbaru Kelas IA. Dalam hal ini masih terdapat fenomena dimana mesin presensi finger print terkadang mengalami kendala seperti sensor lama membaca sidik jari bahkan ada beberapa pegawai sidik jarinya tidak terbaca dan kurang tegasnya sanksi pelanggaran yang diberikan sehingga meski penerapan presensi finger print ini sudah 8 tahun namun masih terdapat pegawai yang melakukan pelanggaran disiplin kehadiran, seperti presensi tidak sesuai waktu yang ditentukan bahkan tidak melakukan presensi meski hadir dikantor. Indikator yang digunakan meliputi, pencapaian tujuan, tersedianya sumber daya, proses internal dan kepuasan anggota. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode Deskriptif, dengan teknik analisa data kuantitatif dibantu dengan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini diambil dari seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 39 orang. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder, data primer merupakan data yang didapatkan melalui kuisioner dan wawancara sedangkan data sekunder berupa dokumentasi atau peraturan yang barkaitan dengan penerapan presensi finger print dikantor Pengadilan Agama Pekanbaru Kelas IA. Setelah melalui proses penelitian dan penyajian serta analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tingkat Efektivitas Penerapan Presensi Finger Print Pada Pegawai Kantor Pengadilan Agama Pekanbaru Kelas IA dalam Kategori Cukup Efektif dengan alasan pegawai sudah mulai menerapkan disiplin kahadiran namun belum maksimal karena masih terdapat beberapa pegawai yang belum menerapkan disiplin kehadiran dengan baik
