Measuring The Accomodation of Sharia Principles in Determining the Pricing of Consumer Financing Products of BSM (Sharia Mandiri Bank)
This study is intended to evaluate the pricing determination of consumer financing products of BSM, so that the customers can find out if BSM provides a treatment of installment payments on consumer financing products in accordance with sharia principles. In establishing the pricing on consumer financing products, BSM uses two methods, namely: the annuity method and the proportional (flat) method. The Construction of pricing on the consumer financing products in BSM is based on: (a) the total of installment payment per-month, it is based on financing platfond, percentage of margin, and period of time, (b) the principal installment payment per-month, it is based on total of principal installment payment per-month, and margin, (c) the installment payament of profit margin per-month, it is based on platfond, principal, and percentage of margin. The pricing used by BSM needs to be revitalized because (a) there is a profit return factor for customers, (b) containing a gharar element, and (c) using the paradigm of conventional bank in setting pricing.</jats:p

Abstract:This paper aims to uncover some basic tenets of how muslim’s consumerism should be as stated in al-A‘râf (7):31 and al-Baqarah (2):168. Those basic principles are spending income proportionally, caring for others’ needs, consuming a good and lawful goods or service, and having a simple life Although the definition of consumption, generally, is enjoying goods and services to fulfill human’s needs, moslem can not deliberately do it without considering those principles. Meskipun konsumsi secara umum didefinisikan sebagai penggunaan barang dan jasa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia, tetapi seorang muslim tidak dapat begitu saja memutuskan untuk mengkonsumsi suatu barang atau jasa tanpa mempertimbangkan prinsip-prinsip dasar konsumsi yang diisyaratkan dalam Qs. al-A‘râf (7):31 dan al-Baqarah (2):168. Prinsip-prinsip dasar tersebut adalah proporsional, peduli terhadap kebutuhan orang lain, halal dan baik, dan hidup sederhana. Kritik Abdullah Saeed terhadap Praktik Pembiayaan Murabahah pada Bank Islam
This paper is aimed at discussing the critical view of Abdullah Saeed as far as murabahah is concerned. For Saeed, this banking practice, which is adapted and adopted from Syari’ah has caused a lot of controversies. The basic question that a man like him asks is, does this Syari’ah banking system really make a difference? Nonetheless, it is this Syari’ah-based banking product that dominated the whole Islamic banking system in the great majority of Islamic countries. Investigating the nature of this product becomes therefore both strategic and important so as to have a better and proper understanding of it. This proper understanding will in turn influence the way this product is promoted and sold to the public in line with the values of Syari’ah. It means that all matters which concern on the economic aspects, have been discussed in Islam. So that it could be concluded that the regulation of economic in Islam, is absolutely complete. PENGARUH METODE PEMBELAJARAN LANGSUNG DAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PASSING ATAS PADA PERMAINAN BOLAVOLI MURID SD INPRES NO 33 SUMPANG BINANGAE KABUPATEN BARRU
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of the direct teaching methods and learning methods on the ability of passing on volleyball in elementary school student SD Inpres No. 33 Sumpang Binangae Barru. The experiment was conducted in SD Inpres No. 33 Sumpang Binangae Barru This research includes experimental research, using the randomized pretest and posttest design. As the independent variable is the method of direct learning and cooperative learning methods jigsaw, then the dependent variable is the ability of passing on volleyball. Samples of 60 people divided into three (3) groups with matching technique Ordinal Pairing. Data were collected by using a test passing on volleyball. Data analysis technique used is the t-test at significance level α = 0.05.The results showed that: 1) direct instructional methods have a significant impact on the ability of passing on volleyball (t 4,067> table tο = 0.05 = 2,093). 2) Method of cooperative learning jigsaw significant impact on the ability of passing on volleyball (to = 6.989 > t Table 0.05 = 2.093). 3) Methods of cooperative learning jigsaw give a significant difference in the ability of passing on volleyball (to = 9.845 > t Table 0.05 = 2.042). Jigsaw cooperative learning methods (Mean = 11.8 and Sd = 1.6416) more effective use in the learning ability of passing on volleyball as compared to direct learning methods (Mean = 10.40 and sd = 2.2337).

Namun, mereka sering menempatkan prospek hasil materi yang lebih prioritas daripada risiko bekerja di luar negeri. Akibatnya, mereka sering dieksploitasi oleh orangorang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Construction of Buginese Local Wisdom on the Paradigm of Sharia Banking Development in South Sulawesi
Abstract: This study aims to assemble Buginese local wisdom into a paradigm in order to develop sharia banking in South Sulawesi. Based on this purpose, the design used is descriptive qualitative design. It means that it describes qualitatively a paradigm built on Buginese local wisdom to develop sharia banking in South Sulawesi. The approach used is cultural and economic approach. While the focus of this study is the economic values of Buginese local wisdom. Therefore, the data used in this study come from Lontara', documents and related books and references. Using literature study in collecting these data and were analyzed with content analysis and inter-text analysis. The result of this study is that the paradigm that can be built on the economic values of Buginese local wisdom, is the humanist paradigm, namely "Buginese Humanist". This paradigm leads to a view of subjectivity based on human consciousness, and more emphasis on human values. If this is adopted in the developing sharia banking, the Buginese society will not think long to deal with sharia banking. Therefore, local wisdom should be used as the basis for building a paradigm to develop sharia banking in South Sulawesi. If this is used as a paradigm in developing sharia banking. Berdasarkan pada tujuan penelitian tersebut di atas, maka desain yang digunakan adalah desain deskriptif kualitatif. Artinya, penelitian ini menggambarkan secara kualitatif paradigma yang dibangun dari kearifan lokal etnis bugis dalam mengembangkan perbankan syariah di Sulawesi Selatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kultural dan ekonomi. Sementara fokus penelitian ini adalah nilai-nilai ekonomi kearifan lokal etnis Bugis. Karena itu, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari Lontara’, dokumen dan buku-buku serta referensi yang terkait. Dalam mengumpulkan data-data tersebut digunakan studi pustaka. Data-data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan content analysis dan inter-text analysis. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu bahwa paradigma yang bisa dirangkai dari nilai-nilai ekonomi kearifan lokal etnis bugis adalah paradigma humanis, yakni “Humanis Buginis”. Paradigma ini bermuara pada pandangan subyektivitas yang berpijak pada kesadaran manusia, dan lebih menekankan kepada nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Jika ini yang dijadikan paradigma dalam mengembangkan perbankan syariah, maka masyarakat bugis tidak akan berpikir panjang untuk berhubungan dengan perbankan syariah.
