Cet article revient sur la légende praef. class. et orae marit. ex s. c. figurant sur les émissions monétaires de Sextus Pompée, qui ne faisait pas référence à une quelconque magistrature, mais rappelait les conditions d’attribution de son imperium et de sa prouincia, ex senatus consulto, en 43 av. J.-C. Elle doit donc être lue en praef(ectus) clas(si) et orae marit(imae) ex s(enatus) c(onsulto) et met en avant la définition de la prouincia de Sextus Pompée, alors simple priuatus cum imperio. Tout en lui permettant d’affirmer la légitimité de son action politique, cette titulature forgée de toutes pièces manifeste sa position institutionnellement friable, déterminant sa pratique du commandement, en particulier la prééminence des affranchis dans son entourage.Sextus Pompeius, an (il)legitimate imperator. This paper aims to study the legend praef. class. et orae marit. ex s. c. on Sextus Pompeius’ coinage, which did not allude to a specific public charge, but reminded the conditions for attribution of his imperium and prouincia in 43 B.C., ex senatus consulto. It should be read as praef(ectus) clas(si) et orae marit(imae) ex s(enatus) c(onsulto) and underlines the definition of the prouincia of Sextus Pompeius, who was then a priuatus cum imperio. While asserting his political legitimacy, the title he fabricated demonstrates the weakness of his institutional position, which determined his command practice, particularly the prominence of liberti in his entourage

Käesolev lõputöö on inspireeritud Marit Ilisoni tsitaadist „Minu peamine eesmärk on luua kogemusi, püsivaid ja meedlejäävaid tundeid; mida omada ja hoida – olgu selleks siis meeliköitva ruumiinstallatsiooni kogemine või lihtsa musta kleidi kandmine“ [1].
Unisex kollektsiooni Black Heart on loonud disainer Marit Ilisoni poolt, kellaga koostöös ja juhendamisel valmisid kollektsiooni olemasolevate mudlite lisamudelid. Disaineri eesmärgiks on läbi rõivaste hea ja turvalise tunde loomine. Kollektsioon koosneb mugavatest ja minimalistlikest hea kvaliteediga ja mõnusa tunnetusega vabaajarõivastest, mille stiil on minimalistlik ja ning põhimaterjaliks ÖKO-Tex 100 tekstiilimärgisega kootud trikotaaž-samet
Lähtuvalt disaineri lähteülesandest töötati lõputöös on välja 4 unisex ehk nii meestele kui ka naistele mõeldud mudelit. Mudelid BHVT-UNI-S ja BHHP-UNI-S on konstrueeriti inglise süsteemi metoodika põhjal. Mudelid BHSH-UNI-S ja BHJS-UNI-S on valmisid tuletamise meetodil ehk unifitseerimise teel baaslõigetst. Põhilõigete konstrueerimiseks on töötati välja mõõtudetabel, kus baassuuruseks määrati meeste Msuurus. Baassuurus M naiste L suurusnumbrile. Lõiked on konstrueeriti käsitsi ja kohandati vastavalt maketi proovidele. Seejärel lõiked digitaliseeriti ja paljundati arvutiprogrammis Modaris V81.
Hinnakujundamisel on lähtutud materjalikulust ja ettevõtte Supermoon OÜ hinnastamise põhimõtetest.A quote by Marit Ilison: "My main goal is to create experiences, lasting and memorable feeling; to have and to keep -be it a mind blowing spatial installation or an act of wearing a simple black dress."[1]
Marit Ilison is the desinger of the Black Heart collection. Four unisex loungewear styles were developed in collaboration and guidance with her as part of the collection and this thesis. Based on the concept of comfot and creating feelings, the styles are minimalistic and modest. The main fabric is jersy velour, wich is certified with OEKO-Tex 100 standard. Models made for men and woman are called BHVT-UNI-S and BHHP-UNI-S. These models were constructed by using the English garment construction system. Models BHJS-UNI-S and BHJS-UNI-S were made by unification. A unisex sizing chart was developed to construct the base patterrns, where referencesize M correspond to men`s size M and womens size L. The patterns were constructed manually and adjusted according to sample model fittings. After that, the styles were digitalised and graded in Modaris V81.

Proteininnhold i grovfôr som en funksjon av tilført nitrogen og svovel
Økt fokus på selvforsyning med norskbasert fôr til melkekyr førte til denne studien om S-tildeling til timoteibasert eng. For å sikre et grovfôr med nok proteiner og høy energiverdi til melkekyr er det viktig med riktig gjødsling. Oppgaven er knyttet opp mot et prosjekt til Norsk institutt for bioøkonomi (NIBIO) som utføres i samarbeid med Norsk Landbruksrådgivning (NLR). I prosjektet blir det testet hvordan ulike nitrogen (N)- og svovel (S)-mengder kombinert med husdyrgjødsel (HG) påvirker avling og kvalitet i timoteibasert eng i tre regioner i Norge. Denne oppgaven bygger på data fra hovedsakelig forsøksfeltet i Levanger (Trøndelag), men og noe fra Leknes (Nordland). Forsøket varte fra 2020 til 2022 og er et blokkforsøk med ni behandlingsledd hvor ulike kombinasjoner av N-mengder (11-, 17- og 23 kg/daa) og S-tilførsel fra Yaras gjødseltyper Sulfan og Opti-NS ble testet. Alle ledd fikk også HG (3 tonn vår og 2 tonn etter førsteslått). Prøver av jord, husdyrgjødsel og gras er analysert. Problemstillingen for oppgaven er om det er mulig å øke proteininnholdet i grovfôr, hovedsakelig bestående av timotei, med økt gjødsling med nitrogen og svovel.
Resultatene viser at økt S-tilførsel gir noe økning i plantetilgjengelig S (S-AL) og utbyttbar S (Sulfat-S) i jorda. Svoveltilførsel har ingen påvirkning på jordas innhold av plantetilgjengelig P, K, Mg, Na og Ca, pH eller organisk materiale. Økt S-tilførsel gir økt S-innhold i graset og økningen er godt korrelert med økt innhold av råprotein Analysetall fra Levanger og Leknes viser sammenlagt økt innhold av råprotein ved økt N-tilførsel. Råproteinet ble ikke signifikant høyere ved økt S-tilførsel, men det var en tydelig positiv trend. Med hensyn på N/S-forholdet var det ingen behandling som gav et forhold større enn 15, men behandlingsledd uten S-tilførsel og høyeste N-mengde hadde signifikant høyere N/S-forhold enn de andre. Yaras Sulfangjødsel gav noe lavere N/S-forhold enn Opti-NS-gjødsel. Svoveltilførsel gav noe meravling i Leknes, men ikke i Levanger. Bidraget av S fra HG varier mellom år og prøve bør tas. Husdyrgjødsla hadde lavt C/S-forhold som indikerer stor mineralisering, men ved høye N-mengder (23kg/daa) burde ekstra S tilføres for å dekke behovet til avling og proteinsyntese.Increased focus on self-sufficiency with Norwegian feedstuff for diary cows led to this study on S supply to timothy dominated meadow. In order to ensure roughage with enough crude protein and a high energy value for dairy cows, it is important with correct fertilization. The assignment is linked to a project from The Norwegian Institute of Bioeconomy Research (NIBIO) which is carried out in collaboration with Norsk Landbruksrådgivning (NLR). In the project, it is tested how different amounts of nitrogen (N) and sulphur (S), combined with animal manure (HG), affect yield and quality in timothy dominated meadows in three regions in Norway. This thesis is based on data mainly from the experiment in Levanger (Trøndelag), but also some from Leknes (Nordland). The trial lasted from 2020 to 2022 and is a block trial with nine treatment stages where different combinations of N amounts (11, 17 and 23 kg/daa) and S supply from Yara's Sulfan and Opti-NS fertilizers were tested. All sections also received HG (3 tonnes in the spring and 2 tonnes after the first mowing). Samples of the soil, manure and grass have been analysed. The issue for this thesis is whether it is possible to increase the crude protein content of forage, mainly consisting of timothy, with increased fertilization with nitrogen and sulphur.
The results show that increased S supply gives some increase in plant-available S (S-AL) and exchangeable S (Sulphate-S) in the soil. Sulphur application has no effect on the soil's content of plant-available P, K, Mg, Na, Ca, pH or organic matter. Increased S supply gives an increased S content in the grass and the increase is well correlated with an increased content of crude protein Analysis from Levanger and Leknes together show an overall increased content of crude protein with increased N supply. The crude protein did not become significantly higher with increased S supply, but there was a clear positive trend. With regard to the N/S ratio, there was no treatment that gave a ratio greater than 15, but treatment sections without S supply and the highest N amount, had significantly higher N/S ratios than the others. Yara’s Sulfan fertilizer gave a slightly lower N/S ratio than Yara’s Opti-NS fertiliser. Additional S gave some extra yield in Leknes, but not in Levanger. The contribution of S from HG varies between years and a sample should be taken. The manure had a low C/S ratio, which indicates a lot of mineralization, but with high N amounts (23kg/daa) extra S should be added to cover the needs for yield and protein synthesis
Foreldresamarbeid: "Hvordan opplever ansatte i NN barnehage endringer i samarbeid med foreldre?"
I løpet av mine praksisperioder i studiet har foreldresamarbeid vært et av de fagområdene jeg har likt godt å jobbe med. Jeg synes det har vært spennende å møte og bli kjent med ulike foreldre, og sett verdien av å knytte gode relasjoner basert på hva som opptar de mest – barnet sitt. Samtidig opplever jeg at foreldresamarbeid er noe mange medstudenter ser på som utfordrende, og dette har fått meg til å reflektere over hva det er med foreldresamarbeid som oppleves som vanskelig? Hva kreves det av barnehagelæreren for å skape et godt foreldresamarbeid?
Mye har skjedd i norsk barnehagesektor etter at den første barnehageloven kom i 1975. Når det gjelder foreldresamarbeid vil det være vesentlig å trekke frem formålsparagrafen fra 2010, som presiserer kravet til samarbeid mellom foreldre og personalet i barnehagen: «Barnehagen skal i samarbeid og forståelse med hjemmet ivareta barnas behov for omsorg og lek, og fremme læring og danning som grunnlag for allsidig utvikling» (Barnehageloven, 2005, § 1). Videre står det i Rammeplanen for barnehagens innhold og oppgaver (Kunnskapsdepartementet, 2017, s. 22) at god dialog og informasjonsutveksling med foreldrene skal sikre foreldrenes rett til medvirkning i tilretteleggingen av tilbudet, og at samarbeidet alltid skal ha barnets beste som mål.
Med nesten full barnehagedekning speiler foreldrene mangfoldet i samfunnet, noe som innebærer at barnehagen møter langt flere og ulike foreldre enn tidligere. Når vi snart skal ut i arbeid som barnehagelærere vil vi kunne møte foreldre med ulike krav og forventninger, eller foreldre som ønsker gode råd i oppdragerrollen. Dette er en av grunnene til at jeg ønsker å få mer kunnskap om hvordan vi kan skape gode relasjoner til foreldrene, og hvordan vi kan fremstå som trygge og tillitsfulle samarbeidspartnere. Som Lysebo & Bratt (2017, s. 3) påpeker vil relasjonene som skapes mellom barnehage, foreldre og barn danne grunnlaget for det pedagogiske arbeidet i barnehagen

A; mRNA expression in quadriceps muscle. For reverse transcriptase quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR), tissues were homogenized in TRI Reagent solution (Thermo Fisher) and phase-separated by adding chloroform. RNA was then isolated with a Nucleospin RNA extraction kit (Macherey-Nagel) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. cDNA was synthesized with a Tetro cDNA synthesis kit (Bioline). qPCR was performed using TaqMan reagents and predeveloped assays from Applied Biosystems. Raw data is found in "Raw data SFig1a.csv"; CT values in duplicates, as quantified in CFX manager (Bio-Rad).
B; Protein expression in gastrocnemius muscle measured with western blotting. Muscle tissue was homogenized in RIPA buffer and subjected to SDS-PAGE with criterion™ TGX™ gels (Bio-Rad). Protein transfer was done using the Trans-Blot Turbo transfer system and RTA transfer kit (Bio-Rad). For total protein measurements the membranes were either stained with Ponceau S, or visualized with TGX stain-free technology (Bio-Rad) for fluorescent detection of proteins. The membranes were then blocked in Tris buffered saline containing 0.1% Tween-20 and 5% BSA, and incubated over night with primary antibodies in 2.5% BSA in TBS-T. The following antibodies were used: Total OXPHOS rodent antibody cocktail (MitoScience LLC Cat# MS604, RRID:AB_2629281), glycogen synthase (GS; Cell Signaling Technology Cat# 3886, RRID:AB_2116392), phospho-glycogen synthase (pGS; Cell Signaling Technology Cat# 3891, RRID:AB_2116390), Ppargc1a (PGC1α; Santa Cruz Biotechnology Cat# sc-13067, RRID:AB_2166218), PI3 Kinase p85 (Millipore Cat# 06-497, RRID:AB_310141), Stat-3 (Cell Signaling Technology Cat# 4904, RRID:AB_331269) and phopho-Stat3 ((Cell Signaling Technology Cat# 9167, RRID:AB_561284)), Decorin (LF-114 antisera from Fisher et al(19)). For detection we used HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies (Jackson Immunoresearch) and the ChemiDoc™ Touch Imaging System (Bio-Rad). Quantification of band intensities was done in ImageJ and were normalised to loading control (ponceau stain or TGX stain-free fluorescent detection of proteins). For the OXPHOS proteins, the band detected slightly above 50 kDa was assumed to be complex 5 (ATP5A), complex 4 (MTC01) was assumed to be the band at around 40 kDa and complex 2 (SDHB) was detected at around 30 kDa. Raw data is found in "Raw data SFig1b.csv"; band intensities and loading control intensities, as quantified in ImageJ.
Data in Supplementary Figure 1a and 1b are presented as fold change, Dcn-/- relative to Dcn+/+. Statistical testing was done with a student one-sample t-test. *p<0.05, significant difference from 1.

Muscle tissue was fixed in 10% phosphate-buffered formalin, embedded in paraffin, sectioned and stained with hematoxylin and eosin for routine histology at the Garvan Histopathology Core Facility. Cross sections from whole muscles were scanned with a 5x lens on a Leica DM 6000 Power Mosaic microscope with a stepping stage for mosaic image acquisition. Fiber cross sectional area and Feret diameter was measured by manual annotation of 50-150 fibers per section, using ImageJ software (RRID:SCR_003070)

The Danish media theorist Anne Marit Waade explores in this timely study the phenomenon of media tourism, using tourism in the footsteps of Inspector Kurt Wallander as her example. The character of Wallander was invented in 1991 by the bestselling Swedish author Henning Mankell, one of the most successful authors of Nordic crime novels in recent decades, and further developed until 2009. The literary original has been translated and become successful in many countries including the UK, the US and Germany. The books were also adapted into several different TV series in Sweden (1994–2007, with Rolf Lassgård as Wallander, and 2004–2010, with Krister Henriksson) and in the UK (2008–2010, with Kenneth Branagh).</p
