QUALITY OF LIFE OF PATIENTS WITH OVARIAN CANCER OF THE THIRD STAGE USING DIFFERENTIATED TREATMENT
The aim of this research was to assess the quality of life in patients with stage III ovarian cancer during the treatment period, depending on the applied therapeutic approaches.
A comparative analysis of the results of treatment of 350 patients with adenocarcinoma of the ovaries of III-IV stage, which have undergone suboptimal or non-optimal cytomelective surgery, was conducted. To assess the quality of life and to examine the relationship between changes in physical health and quality of life, patients in both groups were asked to complete the questionnaires EORTC QLQ-C30 and SF-36. According to the questionnaire of the EORTC QLQ-C30, the indicators of physical activity, the ability to do everyday affairs, were higher in the second group of patients who received differentiated treatment. The indicator of "social functioning" was also higher in the II group of patients. When evaluating the patients' liver on the scale of the questionnaire SF-36, it was found that the positive effect of differentiated therapy is maintained for 3 years. Life quality is an important criterion for evaluating the results of antitumor therapy, and when it is continuously monitored in patients with ovarian cancer the safety of treatment for patients could be improved, including at an advanced stage</jats:p
Graphics by Andriy Levytskyi
– 1996). Найвиразнішими творами Андрія Левицького стали «панорами» – довгі горизонтальні фризи, техніку виконання яких митець визначає як інталіо («Road to Town», «Love Comes in The Town» (об. – 2002), «Talking to myself» (2004), «Pine Spirit», «Dreamscape» (2005)); Чимало творів Андрія Левицького присвячено також деревам («Дерево» (2013), «My Trees», «My Life» (об. – 2014), «My Greece» (2018), «Дерево жука. Andriy Levytskyi is an interesting modern Ukrainian graphic artist, widely known both in Ukraine and abroad, a winner of a number of prestigious international awards for the best works in the field of graphic art. The artist has performed a series of etchings devoted to Kyiv at the turn of the 1980s – 1990s, combining well-known architectural monuments with symbolic and allegorical images (The House of Horodetskyi, Kyiv Lavra, St. Andrew’s Church, Theotokos (all of 1987–1990)). The theme is continued in the series My Kyiv-1 and My Kyiv-2 (both in 1996). Panoramas have become the most expressive works of Andriy Levytskyi. These are long horizontal friezes, which technique is defined by the artist as intaglio (Road to Town, Love Comes in The Town (both of 2002), Talking to Myself (2004), Pine Spirit, Dreamscape (2005)); a vertical “scroll” can also be considered as a kind of “panorama” (Geografica Nova (2007)). Panoramas are considered a peculiar kind of imaginary landscape, where fantasy architecture is combined harmoniously with beautiful natural motifs. A special place among them belongs to trees beloved by the graphic artist. Panoramas also contain numerous musical associations, allusions to personal memories, and impressions of the author, that lend them a special sincerity and intimacy. The work My Island (2010) also belongs to the Panoramas thematically. The topic of technical devices, which conquer various elements – earth, water, air – but do not spoil or destroy the environment, but rather become its continuation and integral part, appears in the intaglio Railroad, AVIA, Comets, Flights (all of 2009), Aerostation (2013), in the series Sailers (2017) and Sailboats-2 (2018). Quite a few works of Andriy Levytskyi are also dedicated to trees (Tree (2013), My Trees, My Life (both of 2014), My Greece (2018), Beetle’s Tree. Garden (2019)). The artist sums up his understanding of harmony in the sheets Hippo and Chamomile (2012) and Snail (2013), where all living inhabitants of the earth without exception, as well as sailors and retro planes, coexist in a close but peaceful and friendly neighborhood

Comparative analysis of quality of life 6 months after treatment completion did not show significant statistical difference. Combination of cytoreduction with HIPEC improves quality of life in patients with ovarian cancer, is tolerated better and has less systemic toxicities than systemic chemotherapy.
The area of practical use of research results: hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy is performed for patients suffering from malignant tumors of the abdominal cavity, including metastatic colon cancer, ovarian cancer, stomach cancer, pseudomyxoma, mesothelioma, rhabdomyosarcoma, and some other types of oncology.
Innovative technological product: combination of cytoreduction with HIPEC improves quality of life in patients with ovarian cancer.
Scope of application of an innovative technological product: HIPEC is an innovative treatment option for advanced cancer that has spread to the abdominal cavity (carcinomatosis) and has not gone beyond it
Epidemiology of papillomavirus infection in Ukraine
The aim of this study was to assess the prevalence of HPV infection among women in different regions of Ukraine.
Materials and methods. An analysis of data from the Quintip Recordati database, containing 195 records, was performed using frequency analysis methods. The distribution of different HPV strains among the women surveyed, who live in different regions, was determined. An analysis of the frequency of seropositive results depending on the degree of urbanisation was performed. The main ways of preventing HPV infection were identified.
Results. It was found that the number of positive tests accounted for 38.5% of the total sample. When comparing the frequency of detection of high-oncogenic strains, it was found that they are more often registered in cities with larger populations.
Conclusions: 1. The prevalence of HPV in the women examined is twice the European average. 2. The frequency of detection of highly oncogenic HPV strains is higher in urbanised regions. 3. Widespread implementation of HPV screening methods in Ukraine could significantly reduce the incidence of cervical cance
