Проаналізовано можливості адаптивного навчання, індивідуалізації освітнього процесу та використання штучного інтелекту, аналітики великих даних, доповненої та віртуальної реальності для підвищення ефективності навчання. Особливу увагу приділено питанням універсального дизайну, навчальної аналітики та інклюзивності освітнього середовища. Запропоновано підходи до вдосконалення цифрових платформ для забезпечення рівного доступу до якісної освіти.The article considers digital educational platforms as a key tool for personalized learning in the context of the digital transformation of education. The possibilities of adaptive learning, individualization of the educational process and the use of artificial intelligence, big data analytics, augmented and virtual reality to improve learning efficiency are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the issues of universal design, learning analytics and inclusiveness of the educational environment. Approaches to improving digital platforms to ensure equal access to quality education are proposed

У ньому висвітлюються загальні питання психології, аналізуються закономірності психічних процесів та діяльності, а також досліджуються емоційно-вольова сфера особистості й її індивідуальні особливості. Увага приділяється також психології особистості, колективу та взаємодії у спілкуванні. Особливий акцент зроблено на психології людської діяльності, методах її реалізації, інноваційних технологіях і механізмах творчості.
У підручнику інтегровано інформаційно-методичний блок, який сприяє активному та свідомому засвоєнню матеріалу. До системи завдань для самостійної роботи входять:
– Визначення ключових понять кожної теми.
– Структурована подача основних логіко-психологічних елементів.
– Формулювання запитань для поглибленого вивчення теми.
– Альтернативно-тестові завдання для самоперевірки.

It highlights general issues of psychology, analyzes the patterns of mental processes and activity, and also explores the emotional-volitional sphere of the personality and its individual characteristics. Attention is also paid to the psychology of the individual, the collective, and interaction in communication. Special emphasis is placed on the psychology of human activity, methods of its implementation, innovative technologies, and mechanisms of creativity.
The textbook integrates an information and methodological block that promotes active and conscious assimilation of the material. The system of tasks for independent work includes:
– Definition of key concepts of each topic.
– Structured presentation of the main logical-psychological elements.
– Formulation of questions for in-depth study of the topic.
– Alternative test tasks for self-testing.
– Psychological tasks and problem situations.
The methods described in the textbook allow you to record your organization and develop abilities through educational modeling of tasks. They open up prospects for creating models of mental processes in specific conditions.
The experimental-genetic method is key, as it is based on a theory that includes design, transformative experiment and diagnostics. This method allows you to record both intermediate and final stages of personality development. Its relevance to the study of mental functions is based on dialectical principles, in particular, on the idea of the social nature of consciousness and mental development as the appropriation of cultural achievements of society.
A special place is occupied by the genetic-modeling method, which reveals the personality unit through basic needs. It consists of five stages that help to realize and satisfy these needs, contributing to the development of the personality. The genetic-creative method is focused on the formation of creativity through modeling and solving creative problems, which stimulates the development of unique talents and motivation for self-expression.

Methodology for selecting artificial intelligence services based on the Aixploria catalog for professional development of teachers
Full text linkВ статті описано структуру методики добору сервісів штучного інтелекту на базі каталогу Aixploria для професійного розвитку вчителів, яка містить: цільовий компонент (мета добору, цільова група), змістовий, технологічний (методи, форми та засоби добору, вимоги до апаратного забезпечення користувача) та результативний. Структура методики є класичною та подібною до структури методики використання того чи іншого сервісу в педагогічних науках. При цьому ключовими компонентами на які слід звернути увагу в першу чергу є: цільовий те технологічний компоненти. Цільовий компонент містить мету добору, а власне визначає ключову характеристику добору. В якості прикладу ключовими характеристиками можуть виступати: види діяльності (вчителя, учня чи батьків), контент який продукують сервіси штучного інтелекту (текст, графічні файли, відео, аудіо, презентації) чи специфіка сервісів (загальні чи спеціалізовані). Після визначення ключових характеристик слід окреслити критерії за якими відбуватиметься добір. В кожному окремому випадку критерії залежать від мети добору, як саме вчитель планує використовувати сервіси штучного інтелекту (ШІ). В статті наголошується, що перш ніж виконувати добір сервісів ШІ вчителеві слід визначитись яку класифікацію даних сервісів буде взято за основу, адже від цього безпосередньо залежить як саме буде виконуватись добір. Так, можна обрати одну із класифікацій, що вже існують в наукових дослідженнях. Інший шлях – виконати класифікацію самостійно. Технологічний компонент розкриває специфіку даної методики, адже методи і форми добору орієнтуються не лише на діяльності вчителя, але охоплюють всіх учасників навчального процесу: учнів та батьків. Тому слід під час добору сервісів ШІ слід враховувати мотивацію учнів, рівень їх знань, зону найближчого розвитку. Серед засобів добору вказано специфічні, ті що наявні в якості інструментарію каталогу Aixploria. В якості прикладу продемонстровано як технічно можна виконувати пошук сервісів ШІ в каталозі Aixploria. Зокрема продемонстровано пошук безкоштовних сервісів ШІ та за категоріями. Детально описано основні категорії та підкатегорії всіх наявних сервісів в каталозі Aixploria.The article describes the structure of the methodology for selecting artificial intelligence services based on the Aixploria catalog for the professional development of teachers, which includes a target component (selection goal, target group), a content component, a technological component (methods, forms and means of selection, requirements for user hardware), and a performance component. The structure of the methodology is classical and similar to the structure of the methodology for using a particular service in pedagogical sciences. In this case, the key components that should be paid attention to first are the target and technological components. The target component contains the selection goal and determines the selection's key characteristic. As an example, key characteristics can be types of activity (of a teacher, student, or parent), content produced by artificial intelligence services (text, graphic files, video, audio, presentations), or the specifics of the services (general or specialized). After determining the key characteristics, the criteria by which the selection will take place should be outlined. In each case, the requirements depend on the purpose of the selection and how exactly the teacher plans to use artificial intelligence (AI) services. The article emphasizes that before selecting AI services, the teacher should decide which classification these services will be taken as a basis because it directly depends on how the selection will be performed. Yes, you can choose one of the existing classifications in scientific research. Another way is to perform the classification yourself. The technological component reveals the specifics of this methodology because the methods and forms of selection are focused not only on the teacher's activities but also on all participants in the educational process: students and parents. Therefore, when selecting AI services, the motivation of students, their level of knowledge, and the zone of nearest development should be considered. Among the selection tools, specific ones are indicated and available as tools in the Aixploria catalog. For example, it is demonstrated how technically it is possible to search for AI services in the Aixploria catalog. In particular, the search for free AI services and by categories is presented. Рsychological science during wartime and postwar periods in Ukraine: a theoretical and methodological analysis
Full text linkСуспільство трансформується під впливом подій, які відбуваються у воєнний і повоєнний періоди України, наука не стоїть на місці. Відбувається оперативне проєктування відповідних завдань наукового дослідження. Для прикладного дослідження важливою є методологія і як певна система методів, і як сукупність основних філософських положень, які допомагають розробити концепцію наукового знання.
Мета статті: здійснити аналіз наукової літератури щодо інформаційно-аналітичного супроводу психологічної науки та ефективного теоретико-методологічного аналізу цього питання; описати вплив дослідження на суспільство, науку.
Використано аналіз, синтез, порівняння, систематизацію – для з’ясування інформаційно-аналітичного супроводу психологічної науки та ефективного теоретико-методологічного аналізу цього питання; опису наукової продукції дослідження на теоретико- аналітичному етапі; узагальнення.
Автор обґрунтовує актуальність психологічної науки у воєнний і повоєнний періоди України, яка набуває глибшого соціального впливу й значення через нове мислення, нове бачення проблем у ролі прикладного дослідження, що вимагає за своєю суттю використання конкретної методології, постановки чітких цілей розвитку сучасного соціуму й особистості в ньому.
Теоретичне значення полягає в системному інформаційно-аналітичному супроводі психологічної науки у воєнний і повоєнний періоди України, ефективному теоретико-методологічному аналізі цього питання. Практичне значення полягає у створенні на теоретико-аналітичному етапі наукової продукції за темою дослідження.
Висновки статті сприяють формуванню державної політики, впливають на психологію виховання і самовиховання особистості, різні сфери життя: здоров’я та якість життя (психологічна підтримка, профілактика захворювань, розвиток психологічних служб тощо); розвиток передової науки (популяризація психологічної науки, допомога молодим ученим тощо); розвиток освіти (оновлення навчальних програм, створення освітніх ресурсів тощо); розвиток соціальної сфери та культури тощо.Society is transformed under the influence of events that occur during the wartime and postwar periods in Ukraine, and science does not stand still. There is a rapid identification and design of the relevant tasks of scientific research. For applied research, methodology is important both as a structured system of methods and as a set of basic philosophical positions that help develop the concept of scientific knowledge.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the scientific literature on information and analytical support for psychological science and to conduct an effective theoretical and methodological analysis of this issue; and to describe the impact of the research on society and science.
The article uses analysis, synthesis, comparison, and systematization to clarify the information and analytical support for psychological science and to provide an effective theoretical and methodological analysis of this issue; to identify and describe the scientific products of the study at the theoretical and analytical stage; and to summarize.The author substantiates the relevance of psychological science in the wartime and postwar periods of Ukraine, which has acquired a deeper social impact and significance through new thinking and a new vision of problems as applied research that requires the use of a specific methodology, and by setting clear goals for the development of modern society and the individual in it.The theoretical significance lies in the systematic information and analytical support for psychological science in the wartime and postwar periods in Ukraine and the completion of an effective theoretical and methodological analysis of this issue. The practical significance lies in creating scientific products on the research topic at the theoretical and analytical stage.

Це пояснюється, передусім, їх результативністю, завдяки якому за відносно короткий термін відбуваються позитивні зміни у поведінці людини. Участь у Програмі слугує ефективним інструментом корекції порушень ціннісно-смислової сфери людини. Учасники замислюються над своїми життєвими цінностями, набувають знань та вмінь щодо планування шляхів їх досягнення. Екзистенційний підхід вимагає від фахівців зваженого та уважного ставлення до формуванні системи цінностей особистості. Безперечно, визнання ефективності загальнолюдських цінностей є необхідною умовою впровадження Програми.The program is developed on the basis of existential psychology and parable therapy, the number of supporters of the practical application of which has increased significantly in Ukraine in recent years. This is explained, first of all, by their effectiveness, thanks to which positive changes in human behavior occur in a relatively short period of time. Participation in the Program serves as an effective tool for correcting violations of the value-meaning sphere of a person. Course “Development of digital competence of research and pedagogical staff by means of open educational and scientific information systems”
Full text linkМетою даного дослідження є виокремлення тенденцій, аналіз запитів та визначення засобів, розгляду яких респонденти потребують для підвищення рівня навчального, дослідницького, методичного та організаційно-виховного складників цифрової компетентності. В умовах воєнного стану задля забезпечення безпеки освітньо-наукового процесу, а також з огляду на стрімке впровадження дистанційних технологій в освітньо-наукову діяльність особливої актуальності набуває питання розвитку цифрової компетентності наукових і науково-педагогічних працівників. Дистанційний курс «Розвиток цифрової компетентності наукових і науково-педагогічних працівників засобами відкритих освітньо-наукових інформаційних систем» спрямований на підвищення рівня цифрової грамотності академічної спільноти України. Курс розроблений відділом відкритих освітньо-наукових інформаційних систем Інституту цифровізації освіти НАПН України та є відповіддю на сучасні виклики, пов’язані з цифровою трансформацією освіти й науки. За результатами
констатувального експерименту, проведеного у серпні-жовтні 2024 року за участю 344 респондентів, було визначено початковий рівень цифрової компетентності учасників та
виявлено основні потреби у розвитку навчального, дослідницького, методичного та організаційно-виховного складників. Наведено загальні тенденції для всіх розглянутих складників: найчастіше згадуваний запит у всіх складниках – це інтеграція штучного інтелекту; респонденти зацікавлені не просто у знайомстві з інструментами, а в ефективному практичному їх застосуванні. Також був затребуваний запит на інструменти, які можна використовувати на стику різних дисциплін. Великим попитом було виділено етичні аспекти використання цифрових технологій. Перевага надається безкоштовним або інституційним рішенням.The purpose of this study is to identify trends, analyze requests and determine the means that respondents need to consider to improve the level of educational, research, methodological, organizational and educational components of digital competence. In the context of martial law, in order to ensure the security of the educational and scientific process, as well as in view of the rapid introduction of distance technologies in educational and scientific activities, the issue of developing the digital competence of researchers and academic staff is of particular relevance. The distance course “Development of Digital Competence of Researchers and Teachers by Means of Open Educational and Scientific Information Systems” is aimed at increasing the level of digital literacy of the academic community of Ukraine. The course was developed by the Department of Open Educational and Scientific Information Systems of the Institute of Digitalization of Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and is a response to the current challenges associated with the digital transformation of education and science. According to the results of of the fact-finding experiment conducted in August-October 2024 with the participation of 344 respondents, the initial level of digital competence of the participants was determined and the main needs for the development of educational, research, methodological, organizational and educational components were identified. The general trends for all the components under consideration are as follows: the most frequently mentioned request in all components is the integration of artificial intelligence; respondents are interested not just in learning about the tools, but in their effective practical application. There was also a demand for tools that can be used at the intersection of different disciplines. The ethical aspects of using digital technologies were also in high demand. Preference is given to free or institutional solutions
