Modified method of searching keywords and keyterms in text data
No full textУ даній статті розглядається питання автоматизованого пошуку ключових слів та термінів у текстових даних. Для підвищення ефективності засобів автоматизованого пошуку ключових слів у тексті за критеріями абсолютної точності та повноти за Жаккаром розроблено модифікацію одного з найсучасніших методів для пошуку ключових слів. Запропоновано модифікацію існуючого гібридного методу пошуку ключових слів, що враховує складні залежності між парами слів у тексті для визначення багатослівних виразів, що, на відміну від оригінального методу, дозволяє знаходити ключові терміни, які складаються з кількох слів. Здійснені випробування створеної модифікації гібридного методу пошуку ключових термінів показали ефективність її використання для пошуку ключових термінів у текстах у порівнянні з існуючими аналогами.This article discusses the issue of automated search for keywords and key terms in text data. To improve the efficiency of the tools of automated search for keywords in the text according to the criteria of absolute accuracy and Jaccard index, a modification of one of the most modern methods for searching for keywords has been developed. A modification of the existing hybrid keyword search method is proposed. It takes into account complex dependencies between pairs of words in the text to determine multi-word expressions, which, unlike the original method, allows finding key terms consisting of several words. Tests of the created modification of the hybrid method of searching for key terms showed the effectiveness of its use for searching for key terms in texts in comparison with existing analogues
Determination of conductometric sensor parameters for automatic control of power equipment
No full textВстановлено закономірності процесів визначення робочих характеристик кондуктометричних сенсорів, призначених для автоматизованого управління енергетичним обладнанням шляхом вимірювання питомої електропровідності та концентрації розчинів електролітів в умовах невизначеності та нестаціонарності параметрів навколишнього середовища. Описано техніку калібрування сенсорів і алгоритми комп’ютерної обробки даних калібрування. Встановлено універсальні залежності між сигналом сенсора та питомою електропровідністю.The study establishes patterns in the processes of determining the operational characteristics of conductometric sensors designed for automatic control of power equipment by measuring the specific electrical conductivity and concentration of the electrolyte solution under conditions of uncertainty and non-stationarity of environmental parameters. The sensor calibration technique and algorithms for computer processing of calibration data are described. Universal dependencies between the sensor signal and specific electrical conductivity have been determined

No full textМетою публікації є впровадження до наукового обігу нових відомостей про приділи Кирилівської церкви. На основі виявленої інформації створити мапи приділів Кирилівської церкви в Києві протягом ХІІ–ХІХ ст.
Припущення, висновки, нові відомості, на нашу думку, мають безперечну наукову новизну. Методи дослідження застосовано відповідно до поставленої мети на основі принципів об’єктивізму та науковості. Переважно використано метод аналізу, індукції та дедукції, архівного пошуку.
Висновки: у результаті дослідження віднайдено інформацію про наявні в храмі протягом ХІІ–ХІХ ст. приділи й вівтарі. Розроблено схеми розміщення престолів на першому та другому поверсі церкви. Віднайдено свідчення щодо опорядження приділів, з’ясовано, де було облаштовано печі для опалення теплих приділів. Це доповнило знання про історію Кирилівської обителі в Києві – унікальної пам’ятки ХІІ ст.The purpose of the publication is to introduce into scientific circulation new information about the aisles of the Cyril church during the 12th–19th c. On the basis of the revealed information, we aim to create a map of the aisles of St Cyril church in Kyiv. Assumptions, conclusions, new information on this issue, in our opinion, have indisputable scientific novelty. The research methods were applied in accordance with the set goal based on the principles of objectivism and scientific research. The method of analysis, induction and deduction, archival search was mainly used.
Conclusions: as a result of the research, information was found about the aisles and altars in the temple during the 12th–19th c. Plans for placing thrones on the first and the second floors of the church have been developed. Evidence was found regarding the arrangement of the allotments, it was found out where the stoves for heating the warm allotments were installed. This added to the knowledge of the history of the Cyril monastery in Kyiv – a unique monument of the 12th c
Descriptions of the property of churches of Berezny (1921–1923)
No full textМета дослідження полягає у публікації інвентарних описів майна церков містечка Березного на Чернігівщині, що датовані 1921–1923 рр. Оприлюднені тексти майнових інвентарів Благовіщенського, Вознесенського, Покровського та Петро-Павлівського храмів. Описи були підготовлені у рамках проведення радянською окупаційною владою кампанії з вилучення церковних цінностей. Наукова новизна публікації пов’язана з використанням нових джерел, проаналізованих на підставі принципів історизму, об’єктивності та всебічності за допомогою сучасного методичного інструментарію. Висновки. Детальні характеристики предметів, які зустрічаємо в описах, дають змогу провести чітку ідентифікацію цінностей. Частина інвентарів зафіксувала майновий стан храмів Чернігівщини до та після кампанії з вилучення цінностей. Описи переважно підтверджують українську національну традицію щодо назв окремих богослужбових предметів, шанування ікон, незважаючи на церковну «асиміляцію» Росії.The purpose of the research is to publish inventory descriptions of the property of churches in the town of Berezny, Chernihiv region, dated 1921–1923. Texts of the property registers of the Annunciation, Voznesensky, Pokrovsky and Peter and Paul churches have been published. Descriptions were prepared as part of a campaign by the Soviet occupation authorities to seize church valuables. The scientific novelty of the publication is connected with the use of new sources, analyzed on the basis of the principles of historicism, objectivity and comprehensiveness with the help of modern methodological tools. Conclusions. Detailed characteristics of the items found in the descriptions make it possible to make a clear identification of the values in the absence of photos. Part of the inventory recorded the property status of the churches of the Chernihivschyna before and after the campaign to remove valuables. The vast majority of descriptions confirm the Ukrainian national tradition regarding the names of individual liturgical objects, veneration of icons, despite the churchʼs «assimilation» of Russia

No full textПроаналізовано й оцінено поточний стан взаємодії сторін соціально-трудових відносин щодо вирішення проблем кадрового забезпечення вітчизняної промисловості в умовах воєнних небезпек. Розкрито можливості та перспективи залучення наявного, але ще недостатньо задіяного кадрового потенціалу (жінки, молодь, люди старшого віку, внутрішньо переміщені особи, учасники бойових дій та ін.), що поліпшило б кадрове забезпечення промисловості. Визначено та обґрунтовано ключові напрями взаємодії сторін соціально-трудових відносин і соціального діалогу, орієнтовані на подолання кадрового дефіциту вітчизняної промисловості в умовах воєнних небезпек, а також низку практичних заходів, необхідних для реалізації цих напрямів у державній політиці.The authors of the article analyzed and provided an assessment of the current state and dynamics of labor supply of the Ukrainian industry, identified the main problems and threats in this area caused by military dangers. The areas of activity and interaction of the parties of social and labor relations (namely, trade unions, employers' associations and state authorities) in the context of overcoming the personnel shortage in the Ukrainian industry under influence of war dangers were also investigated.
Particular attention is paid to the analysis of problems, opportunities and prospects regarding the involvement of existing, but still unused personnel potential in the development of Ukrainian industry (women, young people, older people, internally displaced persons, veterans).
The main areas of interaction between the parties in social and labor relations and social dialogue, aimed at preserving and developing the personnel potential of Ukrainian industry under conditions of war threats, were defined and substantiated. Those are the following: assessment and consideration of industry needs in personnel; improvement of the normative and legal framework in the field of regulation of social and labor relations; strengthening the institutional capacity of the National Tripartite Socio-Economic Council as an organizational and coordination center for the development and implementation of activities to improve the staffing of Ukrainian industry; improvement of the system of collective agreement regulation; establishment and expansion of international cooperation. A number of practical measures necessary for the implementation of the specified areas of interaction of the parties of social and labor relations and social dialogue have also been determined
