Sistem Informasi Distribusi PAMDES pada Desa Saragih Berbasis Website dengan Metode Waterfall: Website-Based PAMDES Distribution Information System in Saragih Village using the Waterfall Method
The distribution of Pamdes in Saragih village is still done manually. To register to become a member, residents need to find the officer directly and for payment the officer must directly bill the user. To solve this problem, a Pamdes information system design was created which handles registration and payments for Pamdes users. In designing this Pamdes information system, the author uses the Waterfall model. It is hoped that the results of designing this information system will make it easier for the public to register and register as well as assist officers in processing data in the Pamdes
REGIONAL GOVERNMENT SPENDING EFFICIENCY ON HEALTH AND EDUCATION IN DECENTRALIZATION ERA : EVIDENCE FROM INDONESIA
The purpose of this paper is to assess spending efficiency of regional governments in Indonesia on health and education during the fiscal decentralization period year of 2010-2017. Relying on a sample of 33 provinces as regional government, this paper compute efficiency scores adopting nonparametric frontier that estimated by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to study spending inefficiency. Results of the paper show that in west regions, Bali, Bangka Belitung, DI Yogyakarta, Jawa Tengah, and Kep. Riau relatively most efficient in public spending both on health and education in period of study. DKI Jakarta and Jawa Barat have efficient score on health, and Bengkulu has efficient score on education. On the other hand, in east regions, Gorontalo, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur and Sulawesi Utara were also most efficient in public spending on health and education services. Maluku and Sulawesi Tenggara have efficient score on health, and Kalimantan Selatan, Maluku Utara, Nusa Tenggara Barat, and Sulawesi Barat have efficient score on education. Analisis Minat Penggunaan Surat Elektronik Kedinasan Pada Organisasi Sektor Publik (Studi Kasus Balai Diklat Keuangan Makassar)
This research aims to evaluate the factors that influenced the behavioral intensity of apparatus for using official electronic mail in public organization based on perceived user with Theory Acceptance Model approach. Data used in this research is primary data by using questionaire. Sample collection methods used in this research was random sampling technique. Data analysis in this research uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with component or varian based with Partial Least Square. The result showed that perceived ease of use significantly positive influence to perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use significantly positive influence to attitude toward using, perceived usefulness significantly positive influence to attitude toward using, behavioral intention to use significantly positive influence to actual system usage. In the other correlation path, this research also show that perceived usefulness has no significant effect on behavioral intention to use, and attitude toward using has no attitude toward using behavioral intention to use
ANALISIS KONDISI KESENJANGAN EKONOMI DAERAH : STUDI KASUS KABUPATEN/KOTA DI SULAWESI SELATAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis secara empiris kesenjangan ekonomi antarwilayah di kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari rilis publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) yang terdiri dari data time series tahunan periode 2011-2015 dan metode analisis kuantitatif pengukuran kesenjangan ekonomi, yaitu (1) Model Indeks Williamson, (2) Model Klassen Typology dan (3) Model Indeks Theil. Hasil penelitian ini secara empiris menemukan bahwa tingkat kesenjangan ekonomi di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang ditunjukan dengan nilai Indeks Wiliamson pada kurun waktu 2011-2015 memiliki kecenderungan menurun dengan kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata selama 5 tahun sebesar 0,64. Ketimpangan wilayah yang diukur dengan Indeks Theil, menunjukan kesenjangan antar wilayah di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan berfluktuasi. Jika didekomposisi, tingkat kesenjangan antarwilayah lebih besar diakibatkan oleh besarnya kontribusi ketimpangan yang terjadi internal kabupaten/kota dibandingkan ketimpangan dalam provinsi (antarkabupaten/kota). Berdasarkan Tipologi Klassen, masih banyak daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang berada pada kuadran III dan IV, yaitu kabupaten/kota yang tergolong maju tapi tertekan dan relatif tertinggal (37,50%). Hipotesis “U†terbalik dari Kuznets cenderung berlaku pada kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, sehingga hasil pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi ini dapat dirasakan oleh keseluruhan masyarakat yang ada di Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan dalam jangka panjang

This study aims to describe the narrative element of the film Nobody Knows and describe the moral values contained in the film Nobody Knows. The author uses the literature study method to obtain data and also data observations by viewing the Nobody Knows movie over and over. The theory used in this study is moral value by Andri Wicaksono.
Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that in the Nobody Knows film there are 8 moral values contained in human and self relations, and 5 moral values contained in human relations with other human beings in the social sphere

Pengaruh Sistem Penyaluran Kredit terhadap Kepuasan Anggota Credit Union Karya Murni Medan
Nawary Saragih. Credit Union (CU) Karya Murni Medan is a business engaged in lending and receiving deposits. Members of the CU often complain because of the vulnerable process of administering credit until the disbursement phase, resulting in members less satisfied with the credit distribution system set by the CU. From the problem identification, formulated the research problem is "Does the credit channeling system have a significant influence on the satisfaction of CU members" .The research hypothesis "Is there any effect of credit distribution system on the satisfaction of CU members".
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of credit distribution system on the satisfaction of CU members. The benefits of research is to increase insight and knowledge of the author on the influence of credit distribution system to the satisfaction of CU members. The study population is all members of CUtahun 2016 as many as 7200 people. The sample was taken 96 people with maximum error sampling. Data collection techniques are documentation techniques and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis.
Conclusion: The credit disbursement system in CU has not been optimally satisfying the members, due to the length of time span between applications with credit realization. The credit interest rate offered is higher than other CU. Members of CU complain that they are not responding quickly enough to complain, if the application is approved, it is obliged to pay the administrative fee. The equations are y = 0.727 + 0.803.x. That is, the credit channeling system has a positive effect on the satisfaction of CU members. The correlation coefficient value is 0.769. That is, the credit channeling system has a positive relationship to the satisfaction of CU members. Determinant coefficient value of 0,591, meaning that member satisfaction can be explained by credit distribution system equal to 59,1% while 40,9% again explained by other factor. The test results z-count = 11.646> z table = 0,000, then H0 is rejected. That is, the credit channeling system has a significant effect on the satisfaction of CU members, can be accepted at a significance level of 5%.
Suggestion as information material. Instead, CU will accelerate the decision making of credit realization, to maintain member loyalty. Preferably, CU decreases loan interest rates in anticipation of the shift of members to other CUs that offer lower interest rates. To increase member satisfaction, CU should waive members on the credit administration costs . Because satisfaction on credit distribution system there are other factors as much as 40.9%, then CU Management should be in overcoming it requires system improvement and service improvement in various fields

Comparative Analysis Using Topsis and Waspas Methods in Determining Model Employees
64 HalamanCV. Multisindo Karya selaku industri konsultan teknologi data pada cara penentuan karyawan teladan saat ini masih menggunakan cara pemantauan langsung. Namun, proses ini dinilai belum efektif dan belum bisa mengakomodir terhadap hal-hal lain yang harusnya mendukung penilaian karyawan sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam penilaian dan memperlambat proses penentuan karyawan teladan acuan sedang memakai cara kalkulasi sebagai buku petunjuk, cara ini pastinya menghabiskan durasi cukup lama. Proses penilaian dengan menggunakan beberapa kriteria yang digunakan yaitu , kriteria dalam penilaian karyawan seperti disiplin kerja, tanggung jawab, komunikasi dan kerjasama, pemahaman dan penguasaan pekerjaan, dan inisiatif. Kriteria-kriteria di atas yang nantinya akan dijadikan acuan untuk menentukan karyawan teladan dengan menggunakan perbandingan antara metode TOPSIS dan WASPAS. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin memuat sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mempermudah dalam menentukan karyawan teladan dan, dibutuhkan sesuatu sistem yang terkomputerisasi guna memberikan keringanan untuk perusahaan. Dengan memakai metode Technique for order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) serta metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment (WASPAS) penulis merancang suatu aplikasi yang dapat melaksanakan cara penentuan karyawan teladan dengan hasil yang dapat dibanding antara kedua tata cara. Bersumber pada hasil kalkulasi dari tata cara TOPSIS memberikan hasil Ira Astriani Saragih dengan angka TOPSIS Vi 0, 748, Serta menggunakan tata cara WASPAS memberikan hasil Ira Astriani Saragih dengan angka WASPAS Qi 0,960. Dan tingkat akurasi yang didapat metode TOPSIS ialah 49,67% dan WASPAS ialah 50,33%. determining exemplary employees is currently still using direct monitoring. The assessment process uses several criteria, namely, criteria in employee assessment such as work discipline, responsibility, communication and cooperation, understanding and mastery of work, and initiative. The criteria above will later be used as a reference for determining exemplary employees by using a comparison between the TOPSIS and WASPAS methods. Therefore, researchers want to load a decision support system to make it easier to determine exemplary employees and, it takes a computerized system to provide relief for the company. By using the Technique for order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method, the author designs an application that can carry out the method of determining exemplary employees with comparable results between the two procedures. Based on the results of calculations from the TOPSIS procedure, Ira Astriani Saragih results with TOPSIS numbers V_(i )0, 748 , and using the WASPAS method gives Ira Astriani Saragih results with WASPAS numbers Q_(i )0.960. And the level of accuracy obtained by the TOPSIS method is 49.67% and WASPAS is 50.33%
