Perancangan animasi wisata Pulau Bali sebagai media promosi bidang pariwisata
No full text Animasi wisata Pulau Bali merupakan salah satu media promosi dalam bidang pariwisata untuk menarik wisatawan menuju Bali. Dalam animasi ini menyajikan informasi mengenai wisata yang terdapat pada Pulau Bali, dan diberikan aspek-aspek yang menunjang kondisi daerah Pulau Bali itu sendiri. Sehingga melalui animasi ini diharapkan wisatawan domestik mengetahui apa saja yang terdapat pada Pulau Bali. Proses visualisasi animasi wisata Pulau Bali ini mempunyai 3 tahap perancangan, yaitu pra produksi yang dimulai dari pencarian data, lalu menentukan ide, sinopsis dan judulnya, setelah itu dibuat storyboard, desain karakter, desain properti, dan desain sound, produksi dimulai dari tahap modeling,rigging, teksturing, animating dan editing. post produksi adalah tahap dimana karya animasi yang sudah jadi dipublish di ‘Youtube’ dan ‘Blog’. Sedangkan model perancangan yang digunakan adalah model prosedural yang bersifat deskriptif, yaitu menggariskan langkah-langkah yang harus diikuti untuk menghasilkan produk. Perancangan ini menghasilkan karya berupa animasi yang berjudul “Destination to Bali” yang sudah diunggah di ‘Youtube’ dan ‘Blog’ dengan durasi animasi 3 menit 20 detik. Selain animasi, perancangan ini juga menghasilkan media pendukung yaitu banner dan sticker

Dalam suatu pemerintahan dikenal dengan adanya pelayanan publik, Pada pelayanan publik asas kepentingan umum dan asas pelayanan yang baik harus digunakan. Konsep pelayanan publik haruslah bersifat adaptif dan terus berkembang sesuai dengan perkembangan yang ada agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat secara maksimal. Upaya pengembangan pelayanan publik yang dilakukan secara elektronik/ online yaitu permohonan paspor secara elektronik tersebut diharapkan dapat berlangsung secara maksimal agar dapat mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengajukan permohonan pembuatan paspor. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa mengenai Implementasi Pasal 3 Huruf (b) Peraturan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia nomor 8 tahun 2014 tentang Paspor Biasa dan Surat Perjalanan Laksana Paspor di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Palu belum berjalan secara efektif, dengan melihat dari penerapan yang ada dilapangan tidak berjalan dengan maksimal dikarnakan adanya sistem terpusat yang sedang adanya peremajaan sistem serta penulis memuat keefektifan dari realisasi implementasi dalam penerapan permohonan paspor secara elektronik. Upaya-Upaya yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Palu belum maksimal dalam mengatasi permasalahan permohonan paspor yang diajukan secara elektronik/online. Tujuan penelitian ini diharapkan akan mempermudah Imigrasi Kelas I Palu, pemohon dalam mengatasi masalah terkait permohonan paspor secara elektronik. In the governmental management is called as a public service. In public services, public interest principle and public service principle should be used. The concept of public services should have adaptive characteristic and always develop based on the existence of development in order to fulfill the need of society maximally. The efforts of public service development that have been done through electronic device or online, namely the application of passportthrough electronic device is expected to be implemented maximally in order to facilitate the society in applying the application of ordinary passport. Based on this research, it get results that the implementation of Article 3, Letter b ofRegulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 8 Year 2014 on Ordinary Passport and Travel Document in Lieu of a Passport is still not effective that can be seen from the implementation in the field which is not implemented maximum because of the central system that obtain the rejuvenationsystem and the author looks at the effectiveness from the realization of implementation on applying application of passport through electronic devise. An Intrinsic and Extrinsic Analysis of Novel “The Little Prince” by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
Full text linkThis article aims to analyze the novel The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint Exupéry through intrinsic and extrinsic elements. This article analyzes qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. This study focuses on four aspects: theme analysis, character analysis, plot and setting analysis, and extrinsic context including the author\u27s historical background. From the results of the analysis, 4 elements were found: (1) prominent themes in the novel The Little Prince, such as loneliness, friendship, love, and the serch for meaning; (2) the development and nature of his unique character; (3) The author\u27s reflection on his life, especially when he was a pilot and faced the harshness of war, greatly influenced the depth of meaning and symbols scattered throughout his narrative; and (4) moral and existential messages conveyed through the story. Through contemplative reading, the researcher found that the harmony between the intrinsic elements and the author\u27s life background created layers of emotion and messages that transcended cultural boundaries. This study proves that qualitative literary analysis is not only a tool to appreciate the beauty of language, but also a window to understand the human values that live in it

In writing this essay the author using normative juridical method that describe the facts or symptoms with the lapping action collector.Results of the study authors in the field based on real conditions that exist, then on this thesis illustrates that PT.Adira Finance in this case as the business communities establish that everything is charged to the consumer could be eliminated and still provide sanctions to Biller which in this case is the collection with reference to the provisions under Law Protection consumers are regulated in Article 19 paragraph (1) and (2).___________________________________________Keywords: lapping collector and consumer protection
The Design of Bali Island Tourism Animation As a Media for Promotion of Tourism
Full text linkThe tourist animation created for Bali Island is one of the promotional media used by the tourism sector. This animation presents information on various tourist attractions in Bali. In this case, it was supported by previous research by Niko Kurniawan with the theme of 3D Ergonomic patterns, and supported by Andy Pramono’s article themed 3D Animation using keyframe parameters. This animation visualization process is based on the source of the video that was made before, namely Bali Island Infographics by Afif CR. The process of making this tourist animation includes 3 stages, namely pre-production, production and post-production. While the design model used is a descriptive procedural model, which outlines the steps that must be taken to produce the product. This design produces 2 characters and 8 3-dimensional properties along with a combination of 2-dimensional animation that is harmonized into an animated video unit with a duration of 3 minutes 20 seconds.

Full text linkThis study discusses the implementation of mediation in the Religious Courts. The research is focused on mediating joint property cases. Where in the first trial the Panel of Judges must seek mediation against the parties with the assistance of a mediator judge. Mediation is a process that is private, not open to the public and cooperative in resolving a problem. The implementation of mediation in general can maintain a good bond between the disputing parties after a disagreement occurs. Success in the mediation process is related to the ability of husband and wife disputes to provide direction or advice. In reality, very few case decisions can end in peace.
The main problems in this study are 1.) How is the effectiveness of mediation in resolving joint property cases at the Sleman Religious Court? 2.) What are the factors that support or hinder the process of resolving cases through mediation?
This study uses a sociological juridical research method (empirical) which is a legal research method that seeks to see the law in a real sense or it can be said to see, examine how the law works in society. while the nature of this study is descriptive analysis, namely the author provides a complete, detailed and clear description and analyzes in this study the author uses the main data sample used in this study is interviews and data taken from the e-court PA Sleman and secondary data data collected obtained through literature, such as books, journals and papers related to research that are useful as supporting authors in this study. In this field study, the authors use data analysis methods based on qualitative methods, namely the analysis that connects the laws and regulations.
In the results of this studyit is known that the implementation of mediation in the Sleman Religious Court and the role carried out by the mediator judge is in accordance with Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning Mediation Procedures in Court. However, due to a lack of understanding of mediation from the litigants, the mediation process at PA Sleman became ineffective, which was caused by several inhibiting factors from the process of resolving mediation cases, such as the lack of goodwill from both parties to mediate, thus causing the success rate mediation becomes ineffective
The Impact of Kemal Atthatruk's Secularism on the Islamic World in the 19th Century.
No full textThe renewal of the Ottoman Empire was carried out by some groups from western education, aiming to strengthen domestic development through an effective strategy to maintain the territorial integrity of Turkey. The presence of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk was the beginning of progress as well as renewal in the Ottoman Empire which had long experienced collapse and destruction. In addition, his secular ideas made him the first leader to pioneer the westernization movement. With that Turkey became a modern country under the leadership of Kemal Atthatruk with military guard. In addition, he also made Muslims and interfaith tolerant in their religious practices. He also created a modern form of Islam by turning it into Islamic-oriented political parties. Therefore, this study aims to discuss the thoughts of secularism and the progress made by Kemal Ataturk as well as its impact on the Islamic world. To achieve this goal, in this study the author uses the historical method which is one way to solve a problem that originates in the past. By way of finding sources, verification, interpretation of sources and the last is historiography. INKLUSIVITAS GENDER DALAM TOP MANAGEMENT PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI NEGERI DI INDONESIA
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterlibatan gender dalam top management pada perguruan tinggi negeri di Indonesia. Studi ini menyajikan tabulasi data untuk menilai distribusi gender dalam top management, khususnya posisi rektor. Menggunakan metode pengumpulan data sekunder dari data Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Tinggi (PDDIKTI) atau website resmi universitas, atau berita yang menyediakan informasi terbuka terkait gelar akademik, usia, dan gender rektor-rektor universitas negeri di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap disparitas gender dengan hanya 11.83% rektor perempuan dari total 93 rektor yang diobservasi, menunjukan dominasi laki-laki yang signifikan. Pada sisi lain, ketika dilakukan pengujian chi-square tidak menunjukkan adanya hubungan ketidakseimbangan gender yang signifikan dari segi kualifikasi akademik atau distribusi geografis dengan kesempatan menjadi rektor. Meskipun tidak ada bukti statistik yang mengindikasikan hubungan antara gender dan peluang karir sebagai rektor, penelitian menyarankan kebutuhan melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang faktor-faktor yang menghambat inklusi gender pada top management perguruan tinggi negeri. Hal lain yang perlu menjadi pertimbangkan juga yakni pengembangan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan inklusivitas gender dan memberikan kesempatan yang lebih luas bagi rektor berusia lebih muda pada sektor pendidikan.
