Potensi Pengembangan Desa Pada BUMDES Bumi Mulya Desa Gunung Mulya Kecamatan Gunung Sahilan
Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) adalah Badan usaha yang ada di desa yang di bentuk oleh Pemerintahan Desa Bersama Masyarakat Desa. Pembentukan BUMDes dimaksudkan sebagai upaya menampung seluruh kegiatan di bidang ekonomi dan/atau pelayanan umum yang dikelola oleh Desa dan/atau kerjasama antar desa. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di Bumdes Bumi Mulya Desa Gunung Mulya. Potensi pengembangan desa pada BUMDES Bumi Mulya memiliki beberapa permasalahan diantaranya banyaknya pinjaman yang menunggak dan kurangnya pengurus BUMDES yang melakukan pengawasan pada usaha simpan pinjam. Selain itu, pada usaha toko material, BUMDes mendapatkan keuntungan yang kecil. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode diskusi tanya jawab antara tim pengabdian dengan direktur dan perangkat BUMDes. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan yaitu perangkat bumdes belum dapat meningkatkan potensi desa dengan maksimal. Hal ini dibebkan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan kurangnya keikutsertaan perangkat bumdes pada bimbingan teknis BUMDes. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan bumdes yaitu dengan mencari peluang usaha lain seperti waduk wisata, pasar desa dan usaha pertanian.
Integration of Human Resource Management and Leadership Culture in Corporate Social Responsibility
This study explores the integration of Human Resource Management (HRM) and leadership culture within Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) frameworks. Using a qualitative research approach based on a literature review, the article examines how HRM strategies and leadership values intersect to enhance CSR initiatives in organizations. By reviewing relevant academic literature and case studies, the research identifies key themes such as the role of leadership in fostering CSR values, the alignment of HR practices with social responsibility goals, and the impact of leadership culture on employee engagement in CSR activities. The findings suggest that successfully integrating HRM and leadership culture into CSR practices improves organisational reputation, enhances employee morale, and strengthens stakeholder relationships. The study highlights the importance of leadership in setting ethical standards and ensuring that CSR objectives are embedded within the organisation's strategic goals. HRM practices, such as talent development, employee engagement, and ethical performance evaluations, promote a culture of responsibility and sustainability. The article contributes to ongoing discussions about the strategic role of HRM and leadership in CSR, offering insights for companies seeking to strengthen their commitment to sustainable and socially responsible business practices
DEVELOPMENT OF LEADERSHIP CULTURE FOR SUSTAINABILITY: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW
This study aims to explore how leadership culture oriented towards sustainability can be implemented across various organizations. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, this research examines articles discussing various leadership models that support sustainability, including CSR leadership, transformational leadership, collaborative leadership, and experience-based leadership. Out of 155 articles found, 9 articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed to uncover their contribution to the development of a leadership culture that supports sustainability goals. The main findings show that CSR leadership, which integrates sustainability into organizational strategy, can enhance organizational learning and the adoption of green technologies. Additionally, transformational and collaborative leadership have proven effective in motivating employees and strengthening organizational commitment to long-term goals. This study also highlights the importance of gender equality in leadership, which can accelerate organizational sustainability. In conclusion, various inclusive, CSR-based, and transformational leadership models are highly relevant in supporting a sustainability culture in organizations. This research contributes to the understanding of how organizations can develop more sustainable leadership
PENGARUH PROMOSI DAN PELAYANAN TERHADAP PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN UNTUK MENGUNJUNGI MUSEUM KONFERENSI ASIA AFRIKA BANDUNG
This minithesis has been arranged by Fitra Setyarini (02 08 M21), titled “The
Influence of Promotion and Service on The Decision Making to Visit Museum of
Bandung Asia Africa Conference”. In the arrangement of this minithesis the author has
been advised by Sri Wiludjeng SP, S.E.,M.P, acted as an advising instructor. The method
used by the author in this minithesis is descriptive research method.
This research has been carried out at Museum of Bandung Asia Africa Conference by
taking the sample as many as 100 respondents. This research has been conducted to identify
four main issues : how the implementation of promotion carried out by Museum Asia Africa
Conference, how the visitor’s response to the service conducted by Museum of Bandung Asia
Africa Conference, how visitor’s decision making to visit Museum of Bandung Asia Africa
Conference and how the influence of promotion and service on the decision making to visit
Bandung Asia Africa Conference. The objective of this research is to identify the
implementation of promotion carried out by Museum Asia Africa Conference, the visitor’s
response to the service conducted by Museum of Bandung Asia Africa Conference, the
visitor’s decision making to visit Museum of Bandung Asia Africa Conference and the
influence of promotion and service on the decision making to visit Bandung Asia Africa
Conference.
The result of research shows that visitor response to the implementation of promotion
carried out by Museum Asia Africa Conference is high. Can be seen from the average value
is by 3.85 it means the promotion carried out by Museum of Bandung Asia Africa
Conference has been made as well, because under interval 3.40 – 4. 19. Visitor’s response to
the service, has been responded as well that can be seen from average value wholly
concerning the service by 3.88 meaning service conducted by Museum of Bandung Asia
Africa Conference is evaluate to be high, because average value of the entire statement is by
3.60 under interval 3.40 - 4.19. The decison making can be seen from average value wholly
concerning the visitor’s decision making to visit the Museum of Bandung Asia Africa
Conference is valuated to be high, because the average value of the entire statements is by
3.91 under interval 3.40 – 4.19. Thus, it can be concluded that the visitor’s decision making
to visit the Museum of Bandung Asia Africa Conference is evaluated to be high.
In order to identify how much the strength of promotion and service to decision
making to visit the Museum of Bandung Asia Africa Conference, so has been carried out a
test double correlation. It has been obtained a value R by 0.777 under interval 0.700 – 0.899
is classified to be strong relationship. Simultanneously, the influence of the promotion and
service to decision making to visit the Museum of Bandung Asia Africa Conference
significant influence from promotion and service to decision making to visit ( F count 73.910 >
F table 3.090) with the simultaneous contribution (R2) is 60.4 % and 39.6 % is influenced of
other variables that not investigated. As for partially the promotion variable (t count -4.686 > t
table -1.985) and the service has influence to decision making to visit ( t count 9.139 > t table
1.985).
In relation to the result has conducted, so the hypothesis initially purposed is : “ The

PENERAPAN METODE GALLERY WALK DENGAN TUGAS KARYA POSTER DALAM MELATIH KREATIVITAS DAN KETUNTASAN BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN BIOLOGI DI SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 1 SURABAYA
Penerapan metode pembelajaran Gallery Walk, hambatan belajar dapat teratasi seperti topik yang belum dipahami siswa dan belum maksimalnya hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan Metode Gallery Walk dengan Pembuatan Karya Poster dapat melatih kreativitas siswa pada pembelajaran biologi di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Suarabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. melalui metode eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XI 3 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 77 siswa dengan sanpel sebanyak 34 siswa, pengambilan data dilakukan dengan memberikan pre dan post tes, dan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasilnya Penerapan metode gallery walk dengan tugas kaya poster dalam melatih kreativitas dan ketuntasan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran biologi di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya mendapat respon sangat baik dari peserta didik dengan presentase sebesar 87,2

Prototype Design of Automatic Tilapia Feeding (Fish Feeder) Based on IOT Using Nodemcu Microcontroller and Android Application
Budidaya ikan nila menggunakan kolam buatan telah diminati oleh banyak kalangan masyarakat. Dalam meningkatkan produksi ikan nila, budidaya secara intensif perlu dilakukan dengan pemberian pakan secara terjadwal dan tepat. Pemberian pakan tanpa terjadwal dan tidak seimbang akan menyebabkan kerugian
atau pemborosan secara materil dan akan mempengaruhi kualitas air yang dapat mengganggu kelangsungan hidup ikan yang dipelihara. Penulis merancang alat pemberian pakan ikan nila yang dapat bekerja secara otomatis dan terjadwal serta dapat di kontrol dari jarak jauh dan melakukan analisa perbandingan pemberian
pakan menggunakan alat yang dirancang dengan pemberian pakan secara manual.
Alat tersebut dirancang menggunakan mikrokontroler NodeMCU sehingga alat tersebut dapat terhubung melalui via internet yang memiliki jangkauan lebih luas dan dapat dikontrol menggunakan android melalu aplikasi yang akan diprogram. Alat tersebut bekerja memberikan pakan sebanyak 3 kali dalam sehari pada pukul 8.00 WIB, 13.00 WIB dan 18.00 WIB dan pemberian pakan secara manual
dilakukan sama seperti pemberian pakan secara otomatis. Alat bekerja dengan
waktu respon dari perintah aplikasi android untuk menyalakan (pakan akan
keluar) atau mematikan (pakan akan berhenti keluar) motor servo yaitu antara 1 detik sampai dengan 2 detik dan berat pakan yang diberikan telah disesuaikan. Pemberian pakan secara menggunakan alat yang dirancang mengalami
peningkatan laju pertumbuhan berat rata-rata sebesar 2,1 gram dari berat awal dan
ikan diberikan pakan secara manual mengalami peningkatan laju pertumbuhan
berat rata-rata sebesar 1,9 gram.Tilapia cultivation using artificial ponds has attracted many people. In increasing the production of tilapia, intensive cultivation needs to be done by feeding in a scheduled and appropriate manner. Unscheduled and unbalanced
feeding will cause material loss or waste and will affect water quality which can interfere with the survival of the fish being kept. The author designed a tilapia feeding tool that can work automatically and scheduled and can be controlled remotely and analyze the comparison of feeding using a tool designed with manual feeding. The tool is designed using a NodeMCU microcontroller so that the device can be connected via via the internet which has a wider range and can be controlled using Android through the application to be programmed. The tool works to provide feed as much as 3 times a day at 8.00 WIB, 13.00 WIB and 18.00 WIB and manual feeding is done the same as automatic feeding. The tool works with the response time from the command of the android application to turn on (feed will come out) or turn off (feed will stop coming out) servo motor that is between 1 second to 2 seconds and the weight of the given feed has been adjusted. Feeding using a tool designed to have an average weight growth rate increase of 2.1 grams from the initial weight and fish fed manually had an increase in growth rate of an average weight of 1.9 grams
