Evaluation of soil nutrient status is a way to be able to determine the
needs and soil nutrient management techniques to be performed on an area of
land .This study aimed to evaluate the nutrient status of the soil ( pH , N , P , K ,
Ca , Mg ) based on the position of the land in Inti Gambier Gardens Pakpak
Bharat. It was conducted at Inti Gambier Garden Pakpak Bharat district, North
Sumatera in March 2013 until June 2013. The method used in this research is
descriptive method by conducting surveys and soil sampling based on the position
of the land which is on the top of the hill , hillside and valley sectio. The results
showed nutrient soil status of total-N in Inti Gambir Garden Plants Pakpak
Bharat is likely to increase in the valley compared to the top of the hill and
hillside . As for the value of pH and P-available soil are relatively the same, while
the value of K, Ca and Mg - exchange rate tends to decrease.52 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan

Keberhasilan perusahaan dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah sumber daya manusia, karena sumber daya manusia merupakan pelaku dari keseluruhan tingkat perencanaan, pelaksanaan sampai dengan pengevaluasian. Disiplin merupakan suatu hasil yang dicapai karena termotivasi dengan pekerjaan dan puas dengan pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan. Banyak cara dilakukan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja karyawan, seperti melalui pemberian motivasi, pemberian gaji dan gaya kepemimpinan dalam perusahaan harus di perhatikan. Dengan cara-cara seperti itu diharapkan karyawan lebih memaksimalkan diri dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab atas kewajiban yang diemban.
Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel motivasi kerja, gaji dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Batik Gunawan Setiawan (Kauman) Surakarta. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode Kuisioner, Wawancara dan Studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 responden yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda.
Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa ke tiga variabel independen yang diteliti terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap variabel dependen, melalui uji F dapat diketahui bahwa ke tiga variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh postif dan signifikan. Angka Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,306 menunjukkan bahwa 30,6% disiplin kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen, sedangkan sisanya 69,4% merupakan sumbangan dari variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam persamaan regresi berganda dalam penelitian ini

The research method is normative juridical research, namely research that describes in detail the social phenomena that are the main problems in everyday life in relation to the applicable positive criminal law regulations. The results of criminal law enforcement regarding the protection of protected wild animals, especially those that occurred in the Surabaya District Court area with Case Register Number 2451/Pid.B/LH/2023/PN Sby, show efforts to enforce criminal law, namely declaring defendant I MUHAMMAD SOFYAN UMAR, defendant II INDRI SETIAWAN, and defendant II BENI KRISTIANTO have been legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing the criminal act of participating in intentionally keeping and trading in protected animals while alive, guilty and possibly guilty of committing the criminal act of "trafficking in protected animals while alive"

Pelatihan keterampilan menganyam yang disertai dengan pemahaman nilai-nilai agama dan budaya bertujuan untuk memperkuat ikatan sosial di antara masyarakat, serta melestarikan tradisi budaya lokal. The research population is online taxi drivers and conventional taxi drivers in the city of Palembang. The research sample used was 20 online taxi drivers and 20 conventional taxi drivers. Data testing use the independent sample t test. The results showed that there was no difference between the income received by online taxi drivers and conventional taxi drivers.Keyword : Online Taxy, Conventional TaxyAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan unuk melihat dampak ekonomi (pendapatan) adanya taksi berbasis jaringan (online) dibandingkan dengan taksi konvensional. Populasi penelitian adalah supir taksi online dan supir taksi konvensional yang ada di Kota Palembang. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah 20 supir taksi online dan 20 supir taksi konvensional. Pengujian data menggunakan independent sample t test. PENGARUH PASAR MODAL NEGARA G-3 TERHADAP PASAR MODAL ASEAN-5
Get PDFThe stock market has captured the attention of many practitioners and scholars in the past decade. It has become one of the most vital aspects of a modern market economy. The stock market provides companies with access to capital and gives opportunity for investors to have a slice of company ownership. The present paper investigates the impact of G-3 stock markets (US, Japan and Europe) to ASEAN-5 stock markets (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Singapore). The data coverage is composed of daily closing stock index at G-3 stock markets and ASEAN-5 stock markets over the period from January 4, 2000 to December 31, 2014. The historical stock market data were analyzed by using Structured Equation Model (SEM). The empirical results suggest that the G-3 stock markets have a positive and significant impact on ASEAN-5 stock markets. For further, the researcher could add other Asia stock markets such as Nikkei225 Index (Japan), Hang Seng Index (Hong Kong), Kospi Index (South Korea), and BSE Index (India).Keywords: G-3 Stock Markets, ASEAN-5 Stock Markets, Structured Equation Model, Stock Market Diversification; Contagious Effect.Â
Developing Inquisitive Dartboard Game as a Teaching Medium for Teaching Speaking to Eight Graders
No full textABSTRACT This research was conducted to develop a product used as a learning medium to teach speaking to 8th graders of SMPN 25 Malang. This medium is named Inquisitive Dartboard. The content was arranged based on the syllabus of curriculum 2013, especially basic competence 3.2 and 4.2 which are, asking for and giving information about someone’s ability. In developing the product, the researcher adapted the Research and Development design by Borg and Gall (1983). The researcher modified the 10 steps in the design into 8 steps. They were (1) need analysis, (2) planning, (3) product development, (4) product try-out, (5) product revision I, (6) product validation, (7) product revision II, and (8) final product. In the need analysis, it was found that only a few of the students in the class seemed quite active in speaking activity. It was also found that interaction only happened between the teacher and the students, but hardly ever happened among students. The data which were collected during and after try-out showed positive result. Based on the observation during try-out and the questionnaires distributed after, it was found that mostly the students could create or produce the sentences correctly, more than ninety percent of the students stated that the game could help them improve their pronunciation, speaking fluency, and could help them develop sentences especially about stating and asking about someone’s ability
