    SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PROYEK BERBASIS WEB PT MEDIA JAYA KONTRUKSI

    The design of a Project Management Information System (PMIS) using the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method at PT Media Jaya Konstruksi aims to optimize project scheduling planning and control. PERT was chosen because it can analyze uncertainties in project task completion time by estimating optimistic, pessimistic, and most likely durations. The system is designed to facilitate the company in managing the complexities of construction projects, estimating project duration, and identifying critical paths that impact project success. The system development methodology follows the PERT approach, encompassing the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Key features of the system include creating PERT diagrams, calculating critical paths, simulating project schedules, and generating automatic reports. Additionally, the system is equipped with an interactive dashboard to visualize project progress and support data-driven decision-making. The design results show that the PERT-based information system can help PT Media Jaya Konstruksi identify project bottlenecks earlier, reduce the risk of delays, and enhance project management efficiency. The system's implementation is expected to support the company in increasing competitiveness and maintaining client satisfaction through more structured and timely project completion

    The advancement of information technology has significantly impacted operational efficiency across various sectors, including the fabrication industry. However, many companies still face challenges in managing inventory accurately, in real-time, and in a structured manner. PT Armindo Jaya Mandiri is a company engaged in engineering and fabrication, yet it still relies on manual Excel-based records for managing raw materials, inventory, and tool assets. This has led to data discrepancies, loss of equipment, and errors in project material distribution. This research aims to design a mobile-based warehouse management system to address these issues using the Mobile Application Development Life Cycle (MADLC) approach. The system development focuses on features such as recording incoming and outgoing goods, managing material and consumable stock, handling shipping and receiving of items, as well as implementing a production tool rental system (tools asset rental). The research method used is a qualitative approach through direct observation, interviews with warehouse staff and supervisors, and literature studies. The results of this study show that the designed application system can improve warehouse operational efficiency, accelerate real-time data access, and enhance the accuracy of recording and asset tracking.     Digital technology is developing rapidly and has a wide and significant impact on the health sector, including through the presence of health monitoring applications such as the Flo application. This application is designed to help women track their menstrual cycles, fertile periods, and pregnancy. As an application that is personal and used routinely, user satisfaction is an important factor that determines the quality and sustainability of services. Sentiment analysis is needed to explore user views and preferences for this application. This study aims to analyze 18215 user reviews of the Flo application from the Google Play Store to classify sentiment, using web scraping techniques as a data retrieval method. Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor are used as classification algorithms in data analysis. Data are analyzed through several stages, namely preprocessing, sentiment classification, model evaluation, and interpretation of results. The results showed that 93.1% of reviews were positive and 6.9% of reviews were negative. In terms of performance, the Naïve Bayes algorithm showed the best results with an accuracy value of 99%, precision 100%, recall 98%, and f-measure 99%, and without False Positive errors. Meanwhile, the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm obtained an accuracy of 95%, precision of 97%, recall of 90%, and f-measure of 93%. The results of the study showed that the Naïve Bayes algorithm was more effective in analyzing the sentiment of Flo application user reviews

    This study aims to examine the influence of bureaucratic structure, organizational culture, and employee competence on organizational performance, with transformational leadership as a moderating variable at the Deputy for Regional Research and Innovation, National Research and Innovation Agency. A quantitative approach was employed, and data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square) method, a multivariate data analysis technique combining factor analysis and regression, acilitated by the SmartPLS 4 Application. The population consisted of 546 regional agencies responsible for research, development, assessment, and application, as well as invention and innovation in local governments, with a total of 248 regional agencies respondents. The results that bureaucratic structure and employee competence significantly affect on organizational performance, while organizational culture does not. Transformational leadership positively moderates the relationship between bureaucratic structure and organizational performance but negatively moderates the relationship between employee competence and organizational performance. Conversaly, transformational leadership does not moderate the relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance. The results provide recommendations for improving organizational performance by improving adaptive bureaucratic structures and increasing employee competence on an ongoing basis, as well as strengthening organizational culture as a factor supporting organizational performance. Furthermore, adjustments to the transformational leadership approach can strengthen structure and competence

    Waste management is a complex issue that requires innovative and sustainable approaches. Klungkung Regency faces challenges in waste management, including increasing waste volume, limited infrastructure, and low community participation. The Klungkung Regency Government has implemented the Local Waste Processing Site (TOSS) Program as an innovative strategy for managing waste into alternative energy sources. This study analyzes the effectiveness of waste management policies and the implementation of the Neo-Weberian State (NWS) principles in environmental governance in Klungkung. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that although the TOSS Program has had a positive impact in reducing waste generation and creating economic opportunities, various obstacles are still faced, especially in terms of community participation and supporting infrastructure. Therefore, a more effective, innovative, and sustainable strategy is needed to improve the success of waste management in the Klungkung Regency

    Penyediaan rusunawa merupakan salah satu alternatif pemenuhan kebutuhan hunian di perkotaan untuk mengatasi kepadatan penduduk dan keterbatasan lahan. Hadirnya rusunawa tidak lepas dari berbagai permasalahan yang ditinjau dari berbagao aspek dalam memenuhi kebutuhan bermukim. Keberhasilan dalam penyediaan rusunawa dapat diukur dari tingkat livability. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat livability pada rusunawa di Surakarta. Dalam penelitian pemilihan lokasinya berdasarkan usia bangunan, pada setiap kecamatan diambil satu rusunawa, dan pengelolaan oleh pemerintah kota. Lokasi penelitian ini pada Rusunawa Begalon II, Jurug, Mojosongo, dan Mangkubumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dekdutif Jenis penelitian pada penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan analisis skoring dan deksriptif kuantitaif. Untuk kuantitatif di gunakan kepada kuesioner metode studi literatur untuk menganalisis berbagai aspek yang memengaruhi tingkat livability, termasuk kualitas fisik bangunan, aksesibilitas terhadap fasilitas publik, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, serta kepuasan penghuni. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat livability rusunawa di Kota Surakarta diperoleh skor persentase sebesar 76,8%. dikategorikan dalam tingkat livability “Tinggi.” Artinya, meskipun kondisi hunian sudah cukup layak dan mendukung kehidupan penghuninya, masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang memerlukan peningkatan agar mencapai tingkat yang lebih optimal untuk meningkatkan livability rusunawa di Kota Surakarta

    Utilization of the Whale Optimization Algorithm in Finite State Automata Design for Advanced Pattern Recognition Systems

    This research explores the application of the Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA) in designing Finite State Automata (FSA) for advanced pattern recognition systems. Pattern recognition plays a crucial role in various fields, requiring high accuracy and efficiency. Traditional approaches to FSA design often face limitations in adaptability and optimization. By integrating WOA, a nature-inspired metaheuristic algorithm, this study aims to optimize FSA structures to improve recognition capabilities. The research process involves implementing WOA within the FSA design framework, testing it on multiple artificial pattern recognition tasks to assess effectiveness, and comparing results with other optimization methods. The findings reveal that after 10 iterations, the WOA achieved a best score of 14.01% error, indicating initial progress but room for further improvement. At 50 iterations, the performance plateaued, maintaining a score of 9.43% error, suggesting a need for additional exploration of the parameter space. However, by 100 iterations, the WOA produced a significantly improved score of 0.0022% error, demonstrating a highly optimized solution as the parameters converged closely to their target values. After 100 iterations, the error value did not decrease any further, indicating that the effective iteration count for optimization is 100 iterations. These results highlight the effectiveness of WOA in enhancing FSA performance, showcasing its potential as a robust solution for complex pattern recognition needs. This study contributes to the development of intelligent recognition systems, advancing the state of the art in pattern recognition technology

    The digital comic Merah di Langit Bandung tells the heroic story of Mohammad Toha and Mohammad Ramdan during the historic Bandung Sea of Fire event, focusing on their high-risk mission to detonate the Dutch munitions warehouse in Dayeuhkolot in 1946. Featuring rich historical elements, this comic aims to reintroduce the nation's struggle for independence to younger generations in a more modern and accessible format. Consequently, Merah di Langit Bandung is published on LINE Webtoon, a popular platform for online comic reading that offers high accessibility and convenience for readers. This platform allows for dynamic storytelling and powerful visuals, making it highly relevant to the preferences of today's generation. Research for this project employed both quantitative and qualitative methods to understand audience needs and interests. One key aspect of the comic’s development is the thumbnail design, which not only serves as a visual representation of the story but also acts as an initial attraction that can make readers pause and decide to explore further. An effective thumbnail can be a deciding factor in capturing readers’ attention amid a vast array of available comics. Data analysis and surveys conducted with the target audience provided insights into the most effective visual elements, resulting in a captivating design concept. The proposed thumbnail design alternatives were chosen based on audience preferences, with the hope that the final design will maximize this digital comic’s appeal to readers

    Hypertension is a condition where blood pressure increases in the body, a person is declared hypertensive if the blood pressure is above 120/80mmHg. Factors that cause hypertension are unhealthy eating patterns and bad lifestyle habits. Most teenagers have bad lifestyle habits and eating patterns, such as smoking, alcohol consumption, excess caffeine and salt, making them susceptible to hypertension. One fruit that contains potassium which is good for preventing hypertension is the Yellow Ambon Banana. The main problem in this design is the lack of knowledge among teenagers regarding the benefits of consuming yellow Ambon bananas which can prevent hypertension. The main aim of this design is to provide important information about hypertension which can be prevented by consuming yellow Ambon bananas for the target audience, namely teenagers 17-25 years. In the media design process, the method used is design thinking which consists of 5 stages, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The main media used are the Game Board and Tensimeter.
