Keterwakilan Perempuan Dalam Politik (Studi Kasus: Caleg Perempuan DPR RI Tahun 2024-2029)
Full text linkThis study analyzes women's representation in politics in the Indonesian House of Representatives in 2024-2029. Although women's participation in politics has increased, their number in parliament has still not reached the target of 30% according to Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning Elections. In the most recent election, women's representation reached 21.9%, up from the previous period, but still shows a gap between the number of female candidates nominated and those elected. Personal, cultural, and structural barriers are the main factors that hinder the achievement of gender quotas. Therefore, although affirmative action has been implemented, further efforts are still needed to encourage the role of women in politics
Pendekatan Thinking Across dalam Dynamic Governance: Strategi Efektif untuk Mewujudkan Gerakan Sumsel Mandiri Pangan (GSMP)
Full text linkGerakan Sumsel Mandiri Pangan (GSMP) adalah inisiatif strategis dari Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan untuk mencapai ketahanan pangan berkelanjutan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dan optimalisasi sumber daya lokal. Namun, pelaksanaan program ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kurang optimalnya sosialisasi, minimnya pendampingan lapangan, serta bantuan yang belum sepenuhnya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan lokal. Pendekatan Thinking Across dalam kerangka Dynamic Governance menawarkan solusi strategis untuk menghadapi tantangan ini melalui kolaborasi lintas sektor, inovasi kebijakan, dan tata kelola yang adaptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif, mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan analisis dokumen dari para pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat dalam GSMP. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Thinking Across meningkatkan efektivitas program dengan mendorong sinergi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan integrasi perspektif beragam dan pengetahuan lokal, menjadikan program lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan lingkungan dan dinamika sosial-ekonomi. Selain itu, pendekatan ini memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat dan memastikan intervensi program selaras dengan kebutuhan lokal. Dengan mengedepankan pemikiran lintas sektor dan strategi dinamis, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori tata kelola adaptif di sektor pangan. Rekomendasi meliputi peningkatan sosialisasi program, pendampingan teknis yang lebih terarah, dan pengambilan kebijakan berbasis data untuk memaksimalkan dampak GSMP dalam mencapai ketahanan dan kemandirian pangan
Penerapan Prinsip Desain pada Kemasan Oleh-Oleh Makanan Bandung
Full text linkA souvenir can be interpreted as a reminder of an experience from a particular tourist trip. From all kind of souvenirs, food is a type of souvenir that tourist favours so much as a local identity for specific places. This research aims to document and map souvenir packaging for Bandung’s special food that existed between 1930 to 2020 and evaluate the application of design principles while also evaluating the application of design principles such as balance, unity/harmony, emphasis,contrast, scale/proportion/alignment, patterns/repetition, and movement/rhythm/flow on that packaging. The research also records the design elements used in the packaging, identifying those that are present and those that are not. These elements include typography/typeface, images/illustrations, color, graphic forms, layout, branding, and logos. This research uses qualitative methods by using Nvivo calculation. The result of this research is expected to know how far the application of principal design for Bandung’s special food between 1930 to 2020 was used. The packaging is classified into several criteria: legendary and well-established Bandung brands, brands that have entered modern retail (souvenir shops), authentic local cuisine brands, and newly established brands (startups). After filtering, nine brands representing different product categories were selected according to these criteria. The study aims to offer insights that contribute to the main objective: creating value in SME product labeling and packaging in Bandung. The findings of this paper can also be used for further research involving samples from various case studies
Desain Karakter Webkomik Tentang Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Untuk Usia 16-24 Tahun
Full text linkPost-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a mental health disorder that occurs after a person experiences or witnesses a traumatic event which can cause sufferers to experience excessive anxiety, flashbacks, nightmares and significant emotional disturbances. Based on this problem, the author is interested in raising the theme of designing PTSD in the context of adolescents aged 16-24 years. The main focus is depicting the main character's experiences and struggles in dealing with PTSD, as well as including messages of awareness and support for the target audience. This research uses qualitative methods and is supported by sources and data from interviews with experts, namely psychologists, official Webtoon comic artists, PTSD survivors themselves and is also strengthened by other supporting sources such as books or journals. Meanwhile, for the quantitative method, it is taken from the results of a questionnaire which shows the quantity for certain data collection needs. A problem-solving plan through comic character design that integrates artistic elements to support the narrative, including color, facial expressions, and body gestures, in creating emotional depth and reader engagement. It is hoped that the resulting comic will provide inspiration, support and enlightenment for individuals who may be experiencing PTSD or have friends and family who are affected. Thus, it is hoped that this design will be the first step in building public awareness of mental health problems among teenagers and early adults through media that is accessible and of interest to them
Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Surat Digital Kelurahan Berbasis Android Pada Kelurahan Sukajaya Palembang
Full text linkThe advancement of information technology has driven various innovations in public services, one of which is through an Android-based digital system. This study aims to design and develop a Digital Mail Service Information System in Sukajaya Village, Palembang, to overcome the problems of long bureaucracy, lack of transparency, and limited public accessibility. This system provides solutions for administrative management, such as submitting domicile certificates, business certificates, and other letters, with superior features in the form of user registration, service submission, and real-time monitoring of application status. The methodology used is a prototype, which involves the stages of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and system testing. The system is designed using Java for Android application development and MySQL as a database. The test results show that this system is able to make it easier for the public to access services, reduce administrative process time, and increase the efficiency of village employees. This study concludes that the implementation of an Android-based information system can provide significant benefits, both for the community and the village government, in building modern and technology- based governance. This system is also expected to be a model for other villages in improving public services digitally
Sistem Informasi Layanan Kesehatan Di Puskesmas Sukarami
Full text linkSukarami Health Center in Palembang is a public health facility owned by the local government of Palembang City, located on Jalan Kebun Bunga RT.37 RW. 05, Kebun Bunga Village, Sukarami Subdistrict, Palembang. In providing healthcare services, sometimes the information regarding these services is not easily accessible by the residents of Sukarami. This is because the Sukarami Health Center does not have its own independent website and has been relying solely on the Palembang Health Department’s website, which results in outdated information that cannot be directly communicated to the public. Additionally, during healthcare services, residents or patients often struggle to find out what services are available at the Sukarami Health Center. The staff and personnel at the Sukarami Health Center also face challenges in managing patient medical records. This is because patient data is not integrated, and they currently rely only on medical cards and handwritten medical record books, making the data prone to damage or loss. This study was conducted to simplify the service process at Sukarami Health Center, allowing patients to access healthcare information and have online consultations from home. The system being developed is also intended to facilitate the staff at the health center in managing service data and patient medical records. This health service information system is built as a website using the prototype software development method and the black-box testing method to ensure that the system is tested according to the input and output requirements from the users
Analisis Efektivitas OPAC dalam Mendukung Mahasiswa Mencari Referensi Skripsi Menggunakan Model Delone & Mclean
Full text linkOnline Public Access Catalog (OPAC) is a service provided by the UIGM Library to support the academic needs of students, particularly in accessing thesis collections. Although this system has supported access to academic information, there are still limitations, particularly in the presentation of data that is not yet detailed. This requires users to come directly to the library to obtain comprehensive information. This condition poses a unique challenge for working-class students, given the time constraints they face due to work schedules that do not align with library service hours. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of OPAC in supporting students in finding thesis references and to identify the factors that influence its effectiveness based on the Delone and McLean model. The research results show that out of the nine hypotheses tested, six were accepted and three were rejected. These findings indicate that information quality, system quality, usage, and user satisfaction significantly contribute to the effectiveness of OPAC in thesis reference searches. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of OPAC still has room for further development
SISTEM INFORMASI LAYANAN JASA DAN PENJUALAN ATRIBUT SEKOLAH DENGAN METODE AGILE PADA USAHA MERAN JAYA PALEMBANG
Full text linkMeran Jaya Palembang Enterprise is a business that provides services and sells school supplies, including uniforms and other items. Currently, all operations are conducted manually, resulting in numerous problems such as difficulties in tracking order status, stock recording errors, and low efficiency in generating sales reports. This research aims to design and implement a web-based information system using the Agile method. The system is designed to meet various needs, including customer data management, service ordering, and automatic and real-time sales processes. The Agile method was chosen for its ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database for data storage, and tested using Blackbox Testing method to ensure its performance. Research findings indicate that this computer-based information system can improve operational management efficiency, reduce recording errors, accelerate transactions, and enhance customer service quality. With this system, it is expected that Meran Jaya Palembang Enterprise will become more competitive, organized, and responsive to customer needs in the digital era
Financial Performance Developments Towards Sustainability of Developing Countries in ASEAN
Full text linkThis study investigates the progress of financial performance and its consequences for the desires of developing countries in the ASEAN region. This study examines the complex relationship between financial indicators and desire outcomes, with the aim of gaining an understanding of the factors that influence and hinder the achievement of desire goals. This research uses an integrated approach that combines quantitative analysis with qualitative knowledge, using a mixed methods approach. Quantitative analysis uses regression analysis to test hypothesized relationships, while qualitative analysis uses thematic analysis to identify ethical considerations. This enhances their standing and fosters trust among stakeholders, ultimately contributing to organizational survival and stakeholder engagement as well as supporting the company's efforts to achieve a balance between profitability and social responsibility. Thus, it is hoped that this research can provide an important contribution to the literature discussing the relationship between financial performance and extinction in the ASEAN region, as well as providing practical recommendations for policy makers and industry players in improving their curiosity strategies. This research is also expected to provide a foundation for future research to explore other mechanisms that contribute to organizational desirability in developing countries. as well as providing new insights into how organizations in developing countries can leverage their resources strategically to create long-term value for stakeholders. By understanding the factors inhibiting and triggering disasters, this research also contributes to formulating more effective policies to support inclusive and sustainable economic transformation.

Analisis Pemanfaatan Wifi Melalui Taman Baca Digital sebagai Alat Komunikasi dalam Meningkatkan literasi Baca Nagari Pasilihan
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the utilization of WiFi through the Digital Reading Park as a communication tool to enhance reading literacy in Nagari Pasilihan. In an era where digital access is increasingly crucial for education and community empowerment, the presence of free WiFi infrastructure in public spaces opens new opportunities for literacy development in rural areas. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive method, combining field observations, interviews with community members, local leaders, and youth, as well as document analysis. The findings reveal that the Digital Reading Park, supported by accessible internet, serves not only as a center for reading and learning but also as a medium for social communication and knowledge sharing. It significantly increases reading interest among the youth, fosters digital literacy, and strengthens community engagement. However, challenges such as limited digital content in local languages and lack of consistent facilitation remain. The study concludes that the integration of digital infrastructure with community-based reading spaces can play a transformative role in improving literacy levels, especially when aligned with local cultural values and participatory management. It highlights the importance of collaboration between government, community, and educational stakeholders to ensure sustainability and inclusivity. This research contributes to the growing discourse on digital inclusion and grassroots communication strategies for literacy improvement in marginalized rural communities
