Analisis Manajemen Perwasitan Persatuan Bolabasket (PERBASI) Pengurus Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dibimbing oleh Suwardi dan Wahyu Jayadi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: hasil Analisis Manajemen Perwasitan Persatuan Bolabasket (PERBASI) Pengurus Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Respondenya adalah pengurus 10 orang, pelatih 10 orang, wasit 10 orang dan atlet 10 orang teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengggerakan dan pengawasan perencanaan pengurus, perwasitan PERBASI pengprov Sulawesi Selatan yaitu sebesar 70%, dikategorikan baik, 2) Manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengggerakan dan pengawasan perencanaan pelatih perwasitan PERBASI pengprov Sulawesi Selatan yaitu sebesar 70% dikategorikan baik, 3) Manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengggerakan dan pengawasan perencanaan perwasitan PERBASI pengprov Sulawesi Selatan yaitu sebesar 70%, dikategorikan baik, dan 4) Manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengggerakan dan pengawasan perencanaan atlet perwasitan PERBASI pengprov Sulawesi Selatan yaitu sebesar 80%, dikategorikan baik.     Isolation and characterization of endophytic fungi from Acacia mangium / Muhammad Haris Hussin

    Acacia mangium is the most common plantation tree species that are widely planted mainly in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand. Endophytic fungi are essential microorganism that are presents within the plants tissues, including a broad range of plants in various ecosystems, and thus play an essential role in the natural environment. There are more than one million species of endophytes and are estimated to exist based on a ratio of vascular plants to fungal species of 1:4 or 1:5. Furthermore, the study of the endophytic fungi from the Acacia mangium might deliver a new knowledge and understanding. The project will be helpful to identify which endophytic fungi associated with the plant. Therefore, the purpose of the research are to isolate endophytic and identify the endophytic fungi from Acacia mangium by using the morphological characteristics. Based on the result obtained, all the endophytic fungi observed under the light microscope were conidia and the division of endophytic fungi were Ascomycota except AM20 is in categorized as Zygomycota. It can be concluded that most of the fungi isolated were belonged to Ascomycota consist of septate hyphae and some were belonged to Zygomycota which consist of aseptate hyphae and it is recommended for future researcher to study about endophytic fungi because of its important and gain new knowledge and understanding

    MUHAMMAD HARIS (2023) : PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN TEPUNG AMPAS KELAPA (Cocos nucifera. L) FERMENTASI DENGAN EM4 TERHADAP PERFORMA AYAM BROILER Ampas kelapa dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pakan alternatif karena masih memiliki kandungan nutrisi. Ampas kelapa memiliki serat kasar dan lemak yang cukup tinggi sehingga perlu dilakukan perlakuan berupa penepungan dan fermentasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas nutrisi ampas kelapa. Fermentasi dengan memanfaatkan inokulum dapat memecah senyawa kompleks menjadi lebih sederhana. EM4 digunakan sebagai inokulum untuk memperbaiki nilai nutrisi dari ampas kelapa. Tepung ampas kelapa fermentasi (TAKF) memiliki kandungan nutrisi yang cukup baik, protein kasar 5,56%, lemak kasar 34,39%, serat kasar 22,67% dan energi metabolis 4933,52 kkal/kg. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung ampas kelapa fermentasi terhadap performa ayam broiler. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan dan lima ulangan dimana P0 (0% TAKF dalam Ransum); P1 (4% TAKF dalam Ransum); P2 (6% TAKF dalam Ransum); P3 (8% TAKF dalam Ransum) dengan parameter yang diamati yaitu konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi ransum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penambahan TAKF hingga level 8% memberikan pengaruh tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi ransum. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah penambahan TAKF hingga level 8% tidak dapat meningkatkan konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan dan tidak menurunkan konversi ransum. This thesis studies a cryptographic primitive called Private Information Retrieval (PIR), which hides a client's query from the database server. While PIR is very compelling from a privacy standpoint, current protocols incur a significant performance overhead. In particular, current practical PIR protocols, which leverage somewhat homomorphic encryption (SHE), have high communication overhead due to aggressive noise growth in the underlying homomorphic encryption operations and high server computation due to a linear number of complex homomorphic encryption operations. Two variants of PIR, BatchPIR and Stateful PIR, have been proposed, both aimed at improving the computation when the client has multiple queries. Unfortunately, even the protocols for these variants have several practical limitations. In previous BatchPIR schemes, communication does not get amortized, resulting in high communication overhead, especially when dealing with small entries. Meanwhile, in Stateful PIR, among other challenges, the client must store hints of substantial size, which can be a hurdle for devices with limited storage capacity. This thesis proposes three new practical PIR protocols to overcome these limitations. Our first protocol, OnionPIR, utilizes recent advances in SHE and carefully composes two lattice-based SHE schemes and homomorphic operations to control the noise growth and response size. OnionPIR achieves a response overhead of just 4.2x over the insecure baseline, in contrast to the 100x response overhead of previous protocols. We also presented an updated version of OnionPIR v2, in which response overhead is only 3x. Additionally, server computation is 2x better in this version than in the previous version and the best PIR schemes. We also demonstrate the practicality of OnionPIR by incorporating it into privacy-preserving ad delivery. We have utilized it to design a highly efficient and privacy-oriented ad delivery system, PrivateFetch. This system can deliver ads within a second, even when the ads database includes millions of ads. We then present the BatchPIR protocol, Vectorized BatchPIR, in which computation and communication are amortized, resulting in efficient overall performance for various database configurations. This protocol uses vectorized homomorphic encryption that allows oblivious merging of PIR responses. Our protocol's communication cost is 7.5x to 98.5x better than previous solutions for retrieving 256 entries from a database with one million entries of 256 bytes each. Finally, we design a new stateful PIR protocol, RingPIR, in which the client storage is significantly smaller than the previous schemes. Concretely, to fetch an entry from a database with 32 bytes and 16 million entries, the client storage is only 290 KB, 100 times smaller than the previous protocols. Additionally, the amortized computation is comparable to other stateful protocols and around 79x cheaper than the stateless protocol. Most stateful PIR protocols, including RingPIR, require the client to fetch the hint from the server privately in the offline phase. However, to fetch this hint, all the previous protocols require the server to download an entire database. We, therefore, propose an efficient hint retrieval protocol that uses a technique based on the homomorphic evaluation of copy networks. The proposed approach drastically reduces its response overhead by avoiding downloading the entire database in the offline stage.     PENERAPAN METODE KOOPERATIF GROUP INVESTIGATION PADA PEMBELAJARAN RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA(RAB) DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI TEKNIK KONSTRUKSI BATU DAN BETON DI SMK NEGERI 2 WONOSARI Oleh Muhammad Haris Hasibuan NIM 07505241012 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan metode Group Investigation terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasi Experimental Design. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi variabel bebas, yaitu metode Group Investigation dan variabel terikat, yaitu Prestasi belajar terhadap mata pelajaran Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah populasi terbatas yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI Teknik konstruksi batu dan beton SMK Negeri 2 Wonosari berjumlah 30 siswa, yang terbagi dalam 15 siswa yang menjadi kelompok eksperimen dari kelas rombel A serta 15 siswa menjadi kelompok kontrol dari kelas rombel B Pengambilan data menggunakan tes prestasi belajar Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang berupa pre-test dan post-test. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan paired sample t-test dan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Kooperatif Group Investigation lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). Hal ini dapat terlihat pada peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada Post-test pada kelas eksperimen (89,00) lebih tinggi dibanding nilai rata-rata pada kelompok kontrol (68,33) sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang positif dan signifikan dengan dengan p < 0.05. Dengan demikian metode Kooperatif Group Investigation efektif untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) siswa kelas XI Teknik konstruksi Batu dan Beton di SMK Negeri 2 Wonosari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Sosiologi pada materi integrasi dan reintegrasi sosial siswa kelas XI IIS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 dengan cara menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Game Tournament (TGT). Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IIS 1 SMA N 1 Boyolali sebanyak 34 siswa. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data utama adalah observasi dan tes sementara teknik pengumpulan data pendukung menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Persentase motivasi belajar peserta didik menunjukkan peningkatan dari 26,47% pada siklus I menjadi 79.41% pada siklus II. Hasil belajar siswa menunjukan peningkatan dari nilai rata-rata kelas 78,35 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 52,94% pada pratindakan meningkat menjadi 81,17 dengan persentase ketuntasan siswa 67.64% pada siklus I dan kembali meningkat menjadi 87,88 dengan persentase ketuntasan 85.29% pada siklus II. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Game Tournament dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Sosiologi siswa kelas XI IIS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali Kata kunci : Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, Team Game Tournament, Motivasi belajar, Hasil Belaja

    Effect of cross-linking and chain defects on the crystallization of Poly(ethylene glycol)

    Verschiedene Architekturen von Poly(ethylenglykol) (PEG) wurden mittels CuAAC („Klick“-Reaktion) synthetisiert und auf ihr Kristallisationsverhalten untersucht. Im ersten Teil der Arbeit wurden PEG-Netzwerke synthetisiert, die eine zufällige Anordnung und eine breitere Größenverteilung von PEG-Kristalliten aufweisen. Sowohl die Schmelztemperatur als auch der Kristallinitätsgrad sind nach der Vernetzung verringert. Quellungs- und Festkörper-NMR Untersuchungen zeigten eine inhomogene Netzwerkstruktur aufgrund von Netzwerkdefekten. Des Weiteren wurde in der Mitte der PEO-Kette ein 1,4-disubstituierter 1,2,3-Triazolring (TR) als Defekt eingeführt. Röntgen und Festkörper-NMR Messungen zeigen, dass der TR-Defekt beim Erwärmen im PEG-Kristall enthalten ist. Im letzten Teil wurden PEG-Proben mit zwei TR-Ringen, getrennt durch n-Alkylgruppen unterschiedlicher Länge (n = 2-8), synthetisiert. Es wurde ein Alternanz der Schmelztemperaturen beobachtet. Temperaturabhängige WAXS und Festkörper-NMR Messungen zeigen die vollständige Einbindung kleinerer Defekte und die partielle Einbindung größerer Defekte in die PEG-Kristalle.Different architectures of Poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) were synthesized via (CuAAC) click reaction and investigated for their crystallization behavior. In the first part, cross-linked PEG networks were synthesized which exhibit a random arrangement and broader size distribution of PEG crystallites in the network. Both melting temperature and degree of crystallinity was reduced after cross-linking. Swelling and solid-state NMR studies revealed an inhomogeneous network structure due to network defects. In the second part, one 1,4 disubstituted 1,2,3 triazole (TR) containing point defects was introduced in the middle of PEO chain. Temperature-dependent SAXS, WAXS, and solid-state NMR measurements reveal the incorporation of TR defect in the PEG crystal upon heating. In the last part, PEG samples having two TR rings, separated by n-alkyl spacers (n = 2-8) of different lengths were synthesized. An odd-even effect in the melting temperatures was observed. Temperature-dependent WAXS and solid-state NMR measurements reveal the complete incorporation of smaller-sized defects while partial incorporation of larger-sized defects in PEG crystals.vorgelegt von Muhammad Haris Samiulla
