    Beberapa studi menunjukkan bahwa hoaks lebih cepat menyebar di media sosial disebabkan oleh perilaku manusia sebagai penerima pesan. Hal itu dikarenakan seseorang tidak mampu mengenali hoaks. Sehingga penelitian ini akan mencari faktor yang memengaruhi seseorang dalam mengenali hoaks. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pemrosesan pesan di memori seseorang melalui pendekatan model kapasitas terbatas dalam mengenali hoaks di platform whatsaap, facebook, twitter dan Instagram pada kalangan mahasiswa UIN Jakarta. Penelitian ini akan mencari pengaruh penggunaan media dan penyimpanan pesan serta pengaruh gender, kelompok jurusan, pendapatan orang tua, dan pendidikan orang tua terhadap pengambilan pesan dari memori otak untuk mengenali hoaks. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan pesan dari memori untuk mengenali hoaks. Itu berarti semakin tinggi penggunaan media sosial karena obesitas informasi maka semakin rendah kemampuan seseorang mengenali hoaks. Sedangkan penyimpanan pesan di memori otak yang dilakukan oleh seseorang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan pesan dari memori untuk dikeluarkan menjadi pengetahuan agar mengenali hoaks. Artinya, semakin baik seseorang menyimpan pesan berupa proses asosiasi di memori otak yaitu menautkan informasi baru dengan informasi lama maka semakin tinggi kemampuan seseorang mengenali hoaks. Sementara itu, pengaruh gender, kelompok jurusan, pendapatan orang tua, dan pendidikan orang tua tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Adapun secara simultan atau bersama-sama variabel dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengambilan pesan seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh tingkat signifikansi F < &#945; (0.000 < 0.05) dan R-Square sebesar 0.576. Artinya kontribusi variabel independen dalam memengaruhi variabel dependen sebesar 54,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,4%, dijelaskan oleh variabel di luar penelitian ini. Secara keseluruhan penelitian ini menjelaskan penggunaan media yang tinggi dan penyimpanan pesan di memori otak yang rendah (terbatas) memungkinkan seseorang kesulitan mengenali hoaks, begitu juga sebaliknya

    Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh penggunaan media sosial dan penyimpanan pesan di memori otak serta pengaruh berdasarkan demografi (gender, kelompok jurusan, pendapatan orang tua, dan pendidikan orang tua) terhadap pengambilan pesan dari memori otak untuk mengenali hoaks. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan model kapasitas terbatas yang bertujuan untuk mencari faktor determinan yang memengaruhi kemampuan seseorang dalam mengenali hoaks. Subjek penelitian 100 orang mahasiswa UIN Jakarta. Dalam analisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan pesan dari memori untuk mengenali hoaks itu berarti semakin tinggi penggunaan media sosial karena obesitas informasi maka semakin rendah kemampuan seseorang mengenali hoaks.     The role of social media for teenagers is related to psychological impacts, including mental health problems. As a social media platform that is popular to used, Instagram has become an educational platform for its users, one of which is as a medium for mental health education. One of the psychoeducational accounts that uses Instagram social media as a means to build awareness of the importance of mental health is Studio Jiwa. The use of social media in the health sector has shown the urgency in providing accurate and up-to-date health information. The thoughts of religious figures also have the potential to provide valuable insight into mental health. One of them is the thoughts of Abu Zayd Al-Balkhi in his work Mashâlih al-Abdân wa al-Anfus. This research aims to answer the problem formulation of how to analyze the content of @studiodjiwa Instagram content according to Philipp Mayring's Qualitative Content Analysis theory and the dominant message indicators in @studiodjiwa Instagram content. The research uses a qualitative approach. The technique used to obtain the data needed in this research is by observing and documenting. Then, to analyze Studio Jiwa's content, Philipp Mayring's qualitative content analysis theory was used. The results of the research show that there are 7 contents from 14 November 2023 to 11 April 2024, of which 5 contents are included in the indicator category for maintaining Al-Balkhi's mental health internally, and 2 contents maintain health externally. Meanwhile, the dominant message indicator in @studiodjiwa Instagram content is an indicator of maintaining mental health internally

    Optimizing Gender Equality Messages on the Mubadalah.id Website

    This qualitative study aims to measure the optimization of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on content containing gender equality values ​​on the mubadalah.id website. This research focuses on the editorial team's and writers' efforts to use SEO on the mubadalah.id website using Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC) theory to optimize asynchronous communication. The values ​​of gender equality are seen from the perspective of Qira'ah Mubadalah, which has three indicators, namely a perspective (minzhar) that humanizes humans, a way of reading (qira'ah) reference texts by placing men and women as subjects and whole human beings, and ways of grouping (qa'idah) experiences, mutuality, or cooperation between men and women. This research uses interview and digital observation methods. The results show that mubadalah.id has a comprehensive SEO strategy, but there is still room for improvement in its implementation

    Visual Da‘wah in the Mediatized Era: A Virtual Ethnographic Analysis of Illustrative Content on the Instagram Account @sholahayub

    This study examines digital Islamic preaching content on the Instagram account @sholahayub using the media space theory (Nasrullah, 2017) to revisit communication theory within the context of contemporary da’wah. The&nbsp;study&nbsp;assumes posits that visual content and user interactions on social media not only convey religious messages but also collectively shape religious identity and solidarity, particularly in humanitarian issues such as Palestine. The method employed is qualitative analysis based on cyber media analysis across four levels: media space, media document, media object, and user experience, with data consisting of illustrative posts, reflective narratives, and user responses. The findings reveal that semi-realistic illustrations and contemplative captions create a communicative and affective preaching space, where user interactions demonstrate deep emotional and spiritual engagement. These results expand communication theory by showing that social media functions as a dynamic, inclusive, and socially relevant space for the production of religious meaning. In conclusion, digital da’wah through Instagram serves as an effective medium of communication for fostering spiritual awareness, humanitarian solidarity, and strengthened devotion to Allah through transformative visual and emotional experiences

    The salafi da’wa movement in Jakarta from the perspective of media glocalization

    Salafi is a transnational Islamic movement. In Indonesia, the spread of Salafism is influenced by graduates from the Middle East. As a conservative movement, the Salafi community in Jakarta has been different from its early days. Today they are a movement that enjoys modernity and negotiates its ideology. This research aims to investigate and analyze the occurrence of glocalization on the global ideology of the Salafi movement with local aspects in Jakarta, and to what extent this glocalization influences the transformation of their dakwah media to localize their ideology for acceptance on a local scale. This research uses the theory of glocalization through media by Jan Servaes and Rico Lie. The first concept of glocalization through media theory explains it from a transformationalist perspective. Second, this theory explains hybridization in glocalization. Third, it explains globalization, localization, and cultural identity. The three concepts in this theory become a reference in research related to the Salafi da'wah movement in Jakarta. The results of the discussion and analysis of the glocalization media of the Salafi da'wah movement in Jakarta show that in responding to globalization, the Salafi community at the Nurul Iman Blok M Square Mosque is transformationalist. They hybridize their global ideology by negotiating the Pancasila ideology which is a local ideology so that the process of glocalization of da'wah can be accepted by the local community. Through the media, one of their preachers also hybridizes ideology with a display that represents local symbols by wearing a black skullcap or national cap that is identical to the Indonesian cultural cap. Salafi communities in Jakarta also hybridize their fundamental ideology with media products as global or Western products in the context of media glocalization

    Communication of Religious Extension Organizations in Developing Religious Moderation in Neglasari District, Tangerang City

    This study aims to analyze the organizational communication patterns of religious counselors in the Neglasari community in developing religious moderation in Tangerang City and to examine the factors that hinder their communication efforts. The research is grounded in the constructivist paradigm, which holds that observed social realities cannot be generalized. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews with religious leaders, the chairman of the Forum for Religious Harmony (FKUB), religious counselors, and community leaders. The findings reveal two main points: first, the organizational communication of religious counselors in the Neglasari community to promote religious moderation is shaped by efforts to maintain interfaith harmony. However, these efforts are often limited to interactions among religious leaders and religious organizations. Second, the barriers to organizational communication among religious counselors in developing religious moderation include a lack of intensive outreach, insufficient government guidance on religious moderation within the community, and, in some cases, community apathy toward government-sponsored activities, which reflects a lack of openness to social engagement

    The phenomenon of using the hijab from year to year is increasingly diverse. However, not only are there more and more uses and models, but the motifs on each hijab are also increasingly diverse. Merajut Kisah in this case presents a new face in the world of Muslim fashion where it gives a different touch to the hijab. Merajut Kisah adds a design inspired by various countries in the world that have a history of Islamic heritage and its development. This study aims to answer the question of how the syar'i voal hijab represents Merajut Kisah of Eyes of Andalucia in the series Andalusia, Granada, Alhambra, Seville, Plaza de Espana, and Cordoba. The theory used in this study is Stuart Hall's representation theory. Hall's representation has three important points in the analysis process, namely representational elements, representational systems, and representational approaches. The results of the study show that the six syar'i voal hijab of Merajut Kisah of Eyes of Andalucia represents the Islamic culture that once existed in Andalusia. The building, which was used as design inspiration by the Merajut Kisah team, is proven to implement the concept of art in Islam which combines geometry, calligraphy, and plant motifs. The science of geometry is used to create art combined with calligraphy to praise His greatness. Then, to beautify the two arts, plant motifs were also presented

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak program Smart Kampung terhadap peningkatan literasi digital komunitas Rumah Literasi Indoenesia (RLI) di Banyuwangi melalui pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mixed methods, yakni gabungan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui survei, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, sedangkan Data kualitatif dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ABCD di RLI berdampak positif pada tiga aspek utama: sosial, budaya, dan ekonomi. Dari sisi sosial, terjadi peningkatan partisipasi dan kolaborasi warga; dari sisi budaya, ABCD berkontribusi dalam pelestarian bahasa dan sastra lokal; sedangkan dari sisi ekonomi, pendekatan ini meningkatkan keterampilan dan peluang usaha komunitas. Kolaborasi antara RLI dengan pemerintah dan sektor swasta memperkuat keberlanjutan program ini dalam mendukung visi nasional pembangunan desa digital
