This study aims to explore the impact of parental neglect on children's learning motivation at TPQ Barokah, Gonilan Village, Kartasura District. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The research subjects included children studying at the TPQ Barokah, their parents, and teachers. The findings indicate that a lack of parental attention, such as minimal involvement in learning activities, absence of guidance during tasks, and poor communication between parents and children, contributes to a decline in children's learning motivation. Children who receive less attention tend to exhibit low levels of participation in learning, lack discipline, and have lower self-confidence in the learning process. Conversely, consistent parental attention significantly enhances children's enthusiasm and interest in learning, both at home and in the TPQ Barokah environment. This study highlights the crucial role of parental involvement as a key factor in supporting children's educational success. The findings recommend increasing parental awareness of their role in supporting children's education and fostering closer collaboration between educational institutions and families to create a more supportive learning environment

A study is said to be valid if it has a proven causal relationship between its variables. A study is said to have validity if it can minimize various confounding factors that can affect the results and the level of trust in the study. Several threats to internal validity that can affect the results of the study The purpose of this study is to describe the role of internal validity in a scientific study and the threats to internal validity. The articles used as sources of literature review in this study are based on Google Scholar and PubMed data. The search for research literature uses the keywords "internal validity" and "threats to internal validity". The analysis technique used is the narrative method by grouping the data that was excavated. This study aims to describe internal validity and threats to internal validity in research. Threats to internal validity history, maturation, subject characteristics, mortality, location, subject attitude, instrumentation, testing, regression, implementation. Threat control techniques random assignment, blocking, matching, placebo, in addition to standardization of conditions, research subject information, detailed research information, and selection of appropriate designs internal validity ensures that research has a high level of trust and accuracy. Researchers must be confident that threats have been successfully controlled and their risks minimized so that they do not affect the research. Various techniques can be used to control threats to internal validity. Threats cannot be completely eliminated but can be anticipated and controlled

Theoretical and Practical Analysis in Formulating Research Problems: A Literature Review

This study aims to identify key elements in the preparation of research problems, including characteristics, questions, sources, and research problem formulation techniques. This review uses a literature method by analyzing various articles and scientific books relevant to the topic, which are selected through strict inclusion criteria to ensure the quality and relevance of the data. The main findings suggest that a good research problem should have specific characteristics, such as relevance, clarity, and usefulness, which allow the research to contribute significantly in its field of science. The study also reveals that research questions should ideally be directed and testable, thus providing a solid basis for the formulation of research hypotheses and methodologies. In addition, the sources of research problems vary, including from empirical observations, previous literature, and theoretical gaps, which together enrich the context of the research. Effective problem formulation techniques involve an analytical and reflective approach, which takes into account problematic conditions in the literature, such as inconsistencies in findings or the need for a theory update. These findings are expected to be a reference for researchers in selecting and formulating research problems that have an impact and can encourage the quality and relevance of research in various disciplines

The Construction of Al-'Uqud Al-Murakkabah in the Hawalah Contract from the Perspective of Islamic Law and Indonesian Positive Law

This research comprehensively discusses the construction of Al-'Uqud Al-Murakkabah in the context of hawalah contract from the perspective of Islamic law and Indonesian positive law. The primary focus of this study is on identifying and analyzing the multi-contract elements involved in debt transfer, as regulated in the DSN-MUI fatwa. The research identifies four main multi-contract models frequently applied in hawalah transactions, namely the combination of Qard, Bai' al-Wafa', Murabahah, and other variation forms such as Ijarah Muntahiyah bi Tamlik. From an Islamic law perspective, this study evaluates the compatibility of these multi-contract models with Sharia principles, including the prohibition of gharar, riba, and the fulfillment of contract conditions and pillars. Meanwhile, from the perspective of Indonesian positive law, the research discusses regulations, implementation mechanisms, and the legal validity of debt transfer within the national legal system, including its relation to Civil Law and related regulations. The research results indicate that the existence of multi-contracts in hawalah transactions presents unique challenges, both in terms of Sharia compliance and harmonization with Indonesian positive law. The study emphasizes the importance of an integrative approach between Sharia principles and the national legal system to create a clearer and more applicable legal foundation. Additionally, the research recommends the creation of a specific fatwa regarding multi-contract law, capable of addressing contemporary economic needs while maintaining the sustainability of Sharia principles. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of hawalah contract practices in Indonesia and serve as a reference for policymakers and Islamic economic practitioners
