AHL DALAM AL-QUR'AN PERSPEKTIF SEMANTIK 'AISYAH BINTU SYATHI'
 Arabic usually use the word al-usrahor al-‘ailahto refer to family. However, the Qur’an also employs some different words to describe family, namely ahl, ‘asyirah, rahtu,alu, qurbaand ruknu. This article aims to examine the word ahl. This is based on the fact that ahlis the most frequent word mentioned theQur’an to refer to the family. Using the semantic analysis proposed by ‘Aisya bint al-Syati’, this article shows that the original meaning of the word ahlis “entitledâ€and “appropriateâ€.Itscontextual meaning, however,might refer to the people of the book (ahl al-Kitab), residents (al-sakin), followers (qawm al-NabÄ«), people who are entitled or reserve the right(al-mustahaq), the core family (usrah), and clans or extended family (‘ailah). This article contributes to the ideal of building a family. By referring to the meaning of ahl,the family should be correctly and appropriately built so as to achieve happiness

IMPROVEMENT OF STUDENTS' MATHEMATICAL ABILITIES IN COACHING THE MATHEMATICS AND NATURAL SCIENCE OLYMPICS IN THE AHMAD YANİ KUNİNGAN CLUSTER. To participate in the Mathematics Olympics elementary school activities, school lessons are not enough. Students must have more experience, especially non-standard questions. This article aims to examine the improvement of students' mathematical abilities in coaching the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Olympics in the Ahmad Yani Kuningan Cluster. Coaching methods include planning, implementing, and evaluating. The results of this activity are the mathematical abilities of elementary school students increase from the pretest results to the posttest results with an average increase in N-Gain of 0.67. As many as 50% of the activity participants achieved a high category increase and another 50% achieved a medium category increase. With this coaching activity, elementary school students in the Ahmad Yani Cluster have improved their mathematical abilities so that they are ready to take part in the Mathematics Olympics at District, Provincial, and National levels
Efektivitas Aplikasi Pupuk NPK dengan Kandungan Magnesium (14-14-14+1.5MgO) pada Hasil dan Komponen Hasil Jagung Manis
Pemupukan tanaman yang seimbang dalam jangka panjang dapat mempengaruhi produksi tanaman jagung manis secara optimal. Magnesium merupakan unsur hara makro esensial untuk metabolisme, pertumbuhan, dan perkembangan tanaman. Aplikasi pupuk majemuk seperti pupuk NPK dengan penambahan magnesium dapat mengoptimalkan hasil panen serta berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap ketahanan pangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kebun Percobaan Sawah Baru IPB, Jawa Barat. Percobaan disusun dengan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap teracak (RKLT) dengan faktor tunggal yaitu dosis pemberian pupuk. Perlakuan disusun dalam 6 taraf aplikasi yaitu: (1) tanpa pemberian pupuk yang diuji (kontrol), (2) pupuk NPK standar sebagai pembanding, (3) 0.5 dosis pupuk uji (0.5 NPK), (4) 0.75 dosis pupuk uji (0.75 NPK), (5) 1.0 dosis pupuk uji (1.0 NPK), (6) 1.5 dosis pupuk uji (1.5 NPK). Percobaan dilakukan dengan empat ulangan sehingga terdapat 24 satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa taraf pemupukan NPK+Mg (14-14-14+1.5MgO) dari 0.75 (P3) sampai dengan 1.50 dosis (P5) secara umum dapat memberikan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, bobot tongkol berkelobot, produksi serta produktivitas yang secara statistik lebih tinggi terhadap perlakuan pembanding (P1). RAE tertinggi mencapai 197.95 % atau 1.98 kali peningkatan hasil dari perlakuan pembanding terhadap kontrol, yang didapatkan pada perlakuan dengan 1.50 dosis NPK (14-14-14+1.5MgO).

PENGARUH PRAKTEK MSDM TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR (OCB) MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI MEDIATOR (STUDI PADA PEGAWAI UPT PPD PROVINSI KALIMANTAN BARAT)
Pentingnya membangun OCB tidak lepas dari komitmen karyawan dalam organisasi. Komitmen karyawan akan mendorong terciptanya OCB dan tanpa adanya kontrol yang baik dalam pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai dengan hasil kerja tentunya memperlambat kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan OCB. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 orang. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB.
