PENGARUH BENTUK LATIHAN MENGGUNAKAN HURDLES TERHADAP PENINGKATAN POWER OTOT TUNGKAI DALAM CABANG OLAHRAGA FUTSAL
Bentuk latihan menggunakan hurdlesmerupakan salah satu bentuk latihan plyometrics, untuk meningkatkan power otot tungkai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anggota UKM Futsal di STT Bandung. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 14 orang,teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling.Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalahStanding Broad Jump, tujuannya untuk mengetahuipower otot tungkai. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data, ditemukan pengaruh yang siginifikan latihan menggunakan hurdles terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara bentuk latihan menggunakan hurdles yang dilakukan dengan dua tungkai dan satu tungkai terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Saran bagi para pelatih yang di berikan terkait dengan hasil penelitian ini adalah para pelatih dapat menggunakan latihan hurdles untuk meningkatkan power otot tungkai yang sebelumnya atlet harus sudah memiliki kekuatan otot tungkai terlebih dahulu.;--- Hurdles exercise is one of plyometrics exercise to increase legs muscle power. The method of this research is using experiment method. Subject of the research is the members of Student Activity Unit (UKM) Futsal at STT Bandung. Sample in this research is 14 peoples;the technique to collecting sample is total sampling. The instrument of this research which is used is standing broad jumptest,the goal is to know legs muscle power. The processing and data analysis in this research found a significant effect of the exercise using hurdlesto increase legs muscle power. There is no significant difference between the exercise using hurdles with double legs and single leg to increase legs muscle power. Suggestions for coaches related with the results of this research are the coaches can use hurdles exercises to increaselegs muscle power which is before it the athlete should have legs muscle strength first
Literature Review: Integrating Leadership Values Through Physical Education Learning in Senior High School Students
This study aims to examine how leadership values are integrated into Physical Education (PE) for senior high school students and to identify effective pedagogical approaches that support leadership development. Using the PRISMA 2020 framework, a systematic literature review was conducted across Google Scholar, ERIC, Scopus, Web of Science, DOAJ, and Indonesian databases such as SINTA and GARUDA, focusing on peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025. A total of 35 studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed using a structured extraction matrix. The findings indicate that leadership development in PJOK is most effectively facilitated through the Sport Education Model, cooperative learning, game-based learning, project-based learning, outdoor education, and service learning, all of which provide authentic leadership experiences through structured roles, collaborative tasks, and reflective activities. The reviewed studies consistently reported improvements in responsibility, communication, teamwork, decision-making, and student confidence, although challenges related to teacher preparedness, instructional consistency, and school resources were evident, particularly within Indonesian contexts. Overall, the review concludes that PJOK offers a meaningful platform for fostering leadership among adolescents when supported by intentional, well-designed, and reflective pedagogical practices, underscoring the need for strengthened teacher capacity and the adoption of evidence-based instructional models
Energy justice for whom? Territorial (re)production and everyday state-making in electrifying rural Indonesia
This article seeks to examine the material implications of the emergence of an energy justice (energi berkeadilan) vision in Indonesia, paying particular attention to the state's spatial practice to achieve such a vision in the form of rural electrification programs including the deployment of off-grid decentralised renewables. Informed by semi-structured interviews, participant observation and secondary data analysis, we contribute to the growing conversations on geographical political economy of energy transitions by closely attending to the multiple space-making processes characterising the Indonesian government's pursuit of their energy justice vision. Inspired by Henri Lefebvre's ideas on state space and territory, we begin by unravelling the historical connection between the rise of energy justice vision and the Indonesian state attempts to maintain and expand its territorial reach through rural electrification, as evidenced throughout the country's contemporary political economies and its earlier history of postcolonial struggles. We simultaneously unpack various legal mechanisms and instruments underpinning the government's efforts to deliver energy justice promises by way of universal electricity access, demonstrating the centrality of such strategies in the (re)production of state territories. Through inquiring how energy justice is mobilised by (and for) the Indonesian state, our study illustrates that such everyday state-making processes entail a calculative technique as another form of territorial intervention that obscures the reality of socio-spatially uneven and fragmented electricity access in rural Indonesia. PENGGUNAAN MEDIA KARTU BERGAMBAR DALAM PENGUASAAN KOSAKATA BAHASA ARAB STUDI KASUS DI MTS SURYA BUANA
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari penggunaan media kartu bergambar dalam proses penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab siswa kelas VII A MTs Surya Buana. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini berlokasi di MTs Surya Buana, beralamat di Jalan Gajayana IV No. 631, Dinoyo, Kec. Lowokwaru Kota Malang. Objek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII A MTs Surya Buana. Peneliti memperoleh data penelitian melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media kartu bergambar telah memberi pengaruh yang positif dalam penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab siswa kelas VII A MTs Surya Buana. Pengaruh tersebut dibagi menjadi dua yakni; pengaruh internal dan pengaruh eksternal. Individu seorang siswa menjadi pengaruh internal dalam penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab. Sedangkan yang menjadi pengaruh eksternal adalah peran guru pengampu mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab. Antusias, semangat, keaktifan, serta hasil penilaian tugas yang meningkat membuktikan bahwa media kartu bergambar berpengaruh baik dalam penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab siswa di kelas VII A MTs Surya Buana
ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN SETSUBIJI -隊 (TAI) DAN -団 (DAN) DALAM KALIMAT BAHASA JEPANG

Dalam bahasa Jepang terdapat berbagai jenis imbuhan atau setsubiji, di antaranya yaitu setsubiji –tai dan –dan. Menurut Vance, setsubiji –tai dan –dan merupakan setsubiji yang menyatakan kelompok. Setsubiji –tai dan –dan keduanya memiliki kesamaan arti yaitu ‘kelompok’. Namun, terdapat ketidakjelasan cara penggunaan setsubiji –tai dan –dan pada suatu kata di dalam kalimat apakah dapat saling menggantikan atau tidak. Hal inilah yang menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini.
Dalam penelitian ini setsubiji –tai dan –dan dianalisis dari segi kata dasar dan makna setsubiji –tai dan –dan. Tinjauan kata dasar dianalisis berdasarkan teori gabungan dari teori Masuoka dan Takubo serta teori Terada, dan analisis asal usul kata dasar berdasarkan teori Sunarni dan Johana serta teori Sudjianto. Tinjauan penggunaan dan makna setsubiji –tai dan –dan akan dianalisis berdasarkan teori Vance mengenai setsubiji –tai dan –dan. Penulis menggunakan teknik subtitusi untuk mencari persamaan dan perbedaan serta untuk mengetahui setsubiji –tai dan –dan bisa saling menggantikan atau tidak pada suatu kata di dalam kalimat. Data berupa contoh kalimat yang diperoleh dari laman surat kabar daring berbahasa Jepang yaitu Yomiuri Shinbun (www.yomiuri.co.jp).
Hasil penelitian ini adalah jenis kata dasar yang melekat dengan setsubiji –tai dan –dan umumnya yaitu jenis jitai meishi atau chuushouteki na meishi. Persamaan setsubiji –tai dan –dan dari segi makna yaitu keduanya menunjukkan makna ‘kelompok’ dalam kalimat bahasa Jepang. Dari segi kata dasar, jenis kata dasar setsubiji –tai dan –dan sama-sama berupa kata benda yang cenderung kepada jitai meishi atau kata benda abstrak. Perbedaan setsubiji –tai dan –dan, yaitu setsubiji –tai digunakan untuk menyatakan kelompok yang terbentuk secara terstruktur untuk mencapai suatu tujuan sehingga menekankan kesan ‘kesamaan tujuan’, sedangkan setsubiji –dan digunakan untuk menyatakan kelompok yang terbentuk karena kesamaan jenis, status, atau profesi sehingga menekankan kesan ‘kesamaan jenis’. Dari segi kata dasar, jenis kata dasar pada setsubiji –dan lebih luas dan hampir semua jenis dapat digunakan, sedangkan jenis kata dasar pada setsubiji –tai lebih cenderung kepada jitai meishi/chuushouteki na meishi. Setsubiji –tai dan –dan dapat saling menggantikan jika dalam suatu kalimat kata yang bersubtitusi setsubiji –tai dan –dan tidak mengubah makna, baik makna kata yang terbentuk melalui afiksasi maupun makna keseluruhan pada suatu kalimat.

There are various types of affixes or setsubiji in Japanese, including the setsubiji -tai and -dan. According to Vance, setsubiji -tai and -dan are setsubiji which represent groups. Setsubiji -tai and -dan both have the same meaning, 'group'. However, there is a lack of clarity about how to use setsubiji -tai and -dan in a word in the sentence whether they can replace one another or not.
In this research setsubiji -tai and -dan are analyzed in terms of the basic words and meanings of setsubiji -tai and -dan. The basic word review is analyzed based on the combined theory of Masuoka and Takubo’s theory and Terada’s theory, and the analysis of the origin of the base words based on Sunarni and Johana’s theory and Sudjianto's theory. A review of usage and meaning of setsubiji -tai and -dan will be analyzed based on Vance's theory of setsubiji -tai and -dan. The author uses substitution techniques to look for similarities and differences as well as to find both of setsubiji -tai and -dan can substitute or not in a word of the sentence. The data are form of example sentences obtained from the pages of Japanese online newspaper, called Yomiuri Shinbun (www.yomiuri.co.jp).
The results of this study are basic types of words that are attached to setsubiji -tai and -dan generally the type of jitai meishi or chuushouteki na meishi. The setsubiji -tai and -dan equations in terms of meaning both indicate the meaning of 'groups' in Japanese sentences. In terms of basic words, the types of basic words setsubiji -tai and -dan are both nouns which tend to jitai meishi or abstract nouns. The difference between setsubiji -tai and -dan, namely setsubiji -tai is used to express groups formed structurally to achieve a goal so that it emphasizes the impression of 'similarity of objectives', whereas setsubiji - and is used to declare groups formed due to similarity in type, status, or profession thus emphasizing the impression of 'species equality'. In terms of basic words, the basic types of words in setsubiji -dan wider and almost all types can be used, while the basic types of words in setsubiji -tai are more likely to jitai meishi / chuushouteki na meishi. Setsubiji -tai and -dan can replace each other if in a sentence the substitution of setsubiji -tai and -dan does not change the meaning, both the meaning of the word formed through affixation and the overall meaning of a sentence.

RELEVANSI PERUBAHAN KURIKULUM 2013 TERHADAP KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR DI ERA DIGITAL
The curriculum is a very important part of the educational process, because the curriculum is the main substance in the material being taught. The Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia emphasized the need for changes and developments in the 2013 curriculum Besides that, the 2013 curriculum also develops information and communication technology literacy, as well as strengthening character education in character building and spiritual values. All education standards in Indonesia are formulated into the Indonesian Partnership for 21st Century Skill Standards. The author takes a study where the curriculum was made when the times were so fast with the use of technology, namely the 2013 curriculum or better known as K13 with the independent learning curriculum. The rapid changes in the Indonesian education curriculum where the 2013 curriculum has begun to be seen and can be felt has born a new system, a new curriculum that is echoed as the Independent Curriculum which has started in the 2022/2023 school year. This research uses a systematic review approach because the writing of this article is based on several references in the form of books and articles as well as scientific publications online. The 2013 curriculum is a competency and character-based curriculum that aims to increase educational attainment and is expected to produce productive, creative, innovative and effective young people. independent learning focuses on the freedom to learn independently and creatively. It is very appropriate that now a different curriculum is needed from the previous curriculum in dealing with the digital era
Metode Penyelesaian Ta’arudh al-Adillah dalam Metodologi Hukum Islam
The efforts of mujtahids in exploring the law are certainly not as easy as we imagine. Often they find difficulties because our legal basis is sometimes miraculous. Not infrequently there is a conflict between the arguments of one with another argument, which in ushul fiqh is called ta'arudh al adillah. Usul experts mutually engaged in trying to solve the problem. In this paper, we will discuss the meaning of ta'arudh al adillah and how the method of completion is done. And also components related to ta'arudh, such as nasakh mansukh, ‘amm khash, muthlaq muqayyad, and lughawiyyah rules. This paper is in the form of descriptive, which describes the meaning of ta'arudh and how to solve it, and also matters relating to the efforts to complete ta'arudh. The author concludes that ta'arudh are two propositions, each of which denies what is pointed out by other propositions. There are two methods that are put forward in this paper, namely the Hanafiyah method and the Mutakallimin method or Jumhur Ulama. According to them there are four ways in completing ta'arudh, namely nasakh, tajih, al jam'u wa al taufiq, and tasaqut al dalilain.
Usaha para mujtahid dalam menggali hukum tentu saja tidak semudah yang kita bayangkan. Sering kali mereka menemukan kesulitan karena dasar hukum kita yang kadang bersifat mujmal. Tidak jarang terjadi pertentangan antara dalil satu dengan dalil lain, yang dalam ushul fiqh disebut ta’arudh al adillah. Para ahli ushul saling berijtihad dalam usaha memecahkan permasalahan tersebut. Dalam tulisan ini akan dibahas tentang pengertian ta’arudh al adillah berikut bagaimana metode penyeleseiannya. Dan juga komponen-komponen yang berhubungan dengan ta’arudh, seperti nasakh mansukh, ‘amm khash, muthlaq muqayyad, dan kaidah lughawiyyah. Tulisan ini berbentuk deskriptif, yaitu mendeskripsikan pengertian ta’arudh serta cara penyeleseiannya, dah juga hal-hal yang berhubungan dalam usaha penyeleseian ta’arudh. Penulis memberi kesimpulan bahwa ta’arudh ini sebagai dua dalil yang masing-masing menafikan apa yang ditunjuk oleh dalil lain. Ada dua metode yang penulisan kemukakan dalam tulisan ini, yaitu metode Hanafiyah dan metode Mutakallimin atau Jumhur Ulama. Menurut mereka ada empat cara dalam menyeleseikan ta’arudh, yaitu nasakh, tajih, al jam’u wa al taufiq, dan tasaqut al dalilain.
