    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan  hasil belajar siswa  kelas  VI  SDN 24  SPBF Kelansam  Tempunak dalam  mempermudah   pemahaman  Negara melalaui  metode  peta  konsep. Penelitian  ini merupakan “Penelitian Tindakan” yang dilaksanakan dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Oleh karena itu, metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) dan peneliti sebagai pelaku tindakan. Penelitian tindakan kelas adalah penelitian tindakan yang dilakukan dengan tujuan memperbaiki mutu praktik pembelajaran di kelas, yang berfokus pada pembelajaran di kelas dan mengenai hal-hal yang terjadi di kelas. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata tes formatif sebesar 81,82 dan dari 25 siswa yang telah tuntas sebanyak 23 siswa dan 2 siswa belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Maka secara klasikal ketuntasan belajar yang telah tercapai sebesar 86,36% (termasuk kategori tuntas). Hasil pada siklus III ini mengalami peningkatan lebih baik dari siklus II. Adanya peningkatan hasil belajar pada siklus III ini dipengaruhi oleh adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran metode tanya jawab sehingga siswa menjadi lebih terbiasa dengan pembelajaran seperti ini sehingga siswa lebih mudah dalam memahami materi yang telah diberikan. Pada siklus III ini ketuntasan secara klasikal telah tercapai, sehingga penelitian ini hanya sampai pada siklus III. Kata kunci: peningkatan hasil belajar, peta konse

    How Implementation of Industrial Work Practice Program Increases Students' Competence Skills: Analysis of the Need of Workforce?

    This study aims to analyze the contribution of implementing the industrial work practice program to improve student skills and competence according to the needs of the workforce. The research used in this study uses a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative methods. The sample of this study was 5 Instructors, five field supervisors, and 25 students of Hamzanwadi University who had completed the industrial work practice program. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire by random sampling. The data analysis technique from the questionnaire was processed using descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the instructors of the industrial work practice program contributed to the implementation of the industrial work practice program towards improving the skills competency of Hamzanwadi University students obtained in an excellent category, namely with a percentage result of 96.31%. In addition to instructors, field supervisors also influenced the implementation of the industrial work practice program towards improving the skills competency of Hamzanwadi University students, with research results of 94.72% in the outstanding category. In addition, implementing the industrial work practice program towards improving students' skills and competency in the workforce was seen from the student responses obtained with the research instrument, with research results of 97% in the outstanding category. This result shows that implementing the industrial work practice program is conducive and can improve students' skills and competencies according to the workforce's needs

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) Mengembangkan bahan ajar prakarya dan kewirausahaan berbasis kearifan lokal, 2) mengetahui kelayakan bahan ajar prakarya dan kewirausahaan berbasis kearifan lokal menurut ahli materi dan desain, 3) mengetahui kelayakan bahan ajar prakarya dan kewirausahaan berbasis kearifan lokal untuk siswa kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) yang di kembangkan menurut guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang menggunakan model pengembangan Borg & Gall. Subjek penelitian adalah 50 siswa SMAN 1 Sambelia yang terbagi dalam kelas X IPS 1 dan kelas X IPS 2. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner (angket). Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan; 1) Produk yang dikembangkan berupa bahan ajar prakarya dan kewirausahaan berbasis kearifan lokal untuk siswa kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). 2) Bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan ini memiliki kelayakan dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan persentase keseluruhan dari semua aspek sebesar (87,67). Persentase keseluruhan tersebut dengan rincian, aspek isi materi berkategori “sangat layak” dengan persentase (91,30), aspek penyajian berkategori “layak” dengan persentase (84,22), dan aspek bahasa berkategori “sangat layak” dengan persentase (87,49). Sementara itu, untuk desain bahan ajar yang dikembangkan memiliki kelayakan dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan persentase keseluruhan dari semua aspek sebesar (91,66). Persentase keseluruhan tersebut dengan rincian, aspek kegrafikan berkategori “sangat layak” dengan persentase (87,08), aspek penyajian berkategori “sangat layak” dengan persentase (96,24). 3) Berdasarkan penilaian guru, kelayakan produk bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan berada pada kategori “sangat layak“, dengan persentase 93,03.     Modification of a carrying type lawn mower to a push type is a tool used to simplify the process of cutting grass compared to using a carrying type. Making a tool by modifying a carrying type lawn machine to a push type using hollow steel 15 x 30 cm then 4 wheels as a support so that the movement of the machine is stable, equipped with 2 front and rear guards and a steering wheel in the form of a handlebar plus a handgrip to make the steering grip more comfortable. From the data generated, the time comparison between the carrying lawn mower and the modification to the push type is equally 15 minutes with the area obtained being 36 m2 for the carrying type and 56 m2 for the modification to the push type. So the modification to the push type is faster than the carry type. The ef iciency obtained from the modification of the push type is 106, 87 % while the carrying type is 89

    The Development of Student Worksheets Based on Simulation Methods

    This study aims to determine, the process of development, eligibility and student responses to student worksheets based on simulation methods. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D), using the Borg & Gall development model. The subjects of the study were students of class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Sambelia. The results showed that the results obtained were validated material, language, and design 3.44 with the appropriate category, and the students' response was 4.16 with the appropriate category. The results showed that the development of student worksheets based on simulation methods was feasible to use and influenced student learning outcomes in economic subjects.     This study aims to examine the product marketing strategies implemented by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The object of research is SMEs in East Lombok. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study obtained data that the business strategy in marketing its products is through social media, promotions, and giving discounts. The results of the study illustrate that the marketing strategy used by MSME actors in East Lombok can work by paying attention to consumer purchasing power during the COVID-19 pandemic. By using social media facilities, the funds needed by small business actors have an impact on increasing MSME income.     Abstract: This study aims to find out how the implementation of sociocultural education in the face of the industrial revolution era 4.0 in the Aliyah NW Pancor Madrasah. This study uses qualitative research with trigulation data collection techniques (a combination of observation, interviews, and documentation). Data analysis uses descriptive analysis. The results showed that the Sociocultural Values ​​in the Aliyah NW Pancor Madrasah were implemented in learning activities, both intracuricular and extracurricular activities. In intracuricurer activities, sociocultural values ​​are used as an approach by teachers by implementing sociocultural-based learning systems, while in extracurricular activities, these values ​​are inserted in the form of Islamic arts and culture. Sociocultural education creates a harmonious relationship between madrasa residents, both teachers, students, madrasah stap and gives birth to values ​​of tolerance and culture, such as respecting cultural differences and regional languages. the results of the study also showed that education carried out at the Aliyah NW Pancor Madrasah, at least touched three dimensions namely, the spiritual dimension of the culture and local languages, the social dimension between the madrasa residents, and the professional dimension. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pendidikan sosiokultural dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0 di Madrasah Aliyah NW Pancor. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara trigulasi (gabungan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi). Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Nilai-Nilai sosiokultural di Madrasah Aliyah NW Pancor yang diimplementasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, baik kegiatan intrakurikuler maupun ekstrakurikuler. Dalam kegiatan intrakurikurer, nilai sosiokultural digunakan sebagai pendekatan oleh guru dengan mengimplementasikan sistem pembelajaran berbasis sosiokultural, sedangkan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, nilai tersebut disisipkan dalam bentuk kesenian islam, dan budaya. Pendidikan sosiokultural menciptakan hubungan harmoni antar warga madrasah, baik guru, siswa, stap madrasah dan melahirkan nilai toleransi dan budaya, seperti menghargai perbedaan budaya dan bahasa daerah. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan yang dijalankan di Madrasah Aliyah NW Pancor, setidaknya telah menyentuh tiga dimensi yaitu, dimensi spiritual budaya dan bahasa daerah, dimensi sosial antar warga madrasah, dan dimensi professional

    ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA KUD GEMAH RIPAH KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU

    Penulis melakukan penelitian pada Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Gemah Ripah yang berada di Rimbajaya Kecamatan Kunto Darusalam Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Tahun 2010. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui bagaimana kelayakan usaha pada Koperasi Unit Desa Gemah Ripah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Analisis dan penentuan tingkat kelayakan finansial dilakukan dengan menggunakan kriteria, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan Net Present Value (NPV), setelah dikurangi jumlah PV benefit dengan PV cost maka diperoleh angka 24.628.470 ini menunjukkan angka lebih besar dari 0, sehingga menurut kriteria Net Present Value (NPV) ayak dikembangkan dan mempunyai keuntungan yang cukup besar. Selanjutnya dengan analisis Nilai Net Benefit Ratio setelah dibagi antara net benefit/cost ratio maka diperoleh angka sebesar 2.20677144, ini berarti bahwa nilai yang dihasilkan adalah lebih dari 1 (Net B/C > 1). Kemudian dengan menggunakan analisis Internal Rate Of Return (IRR). KUD Gemah Ripah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu mempunyai nilai IRR sebesar 29%, jadi angka ini lebih besar dari tingkat suku bunga yang digunakan yaitu sebesar 20%. Dengan demikian kriteria IRR ayak dikembangkan dan investasi yang ditanamkan memberikan keuntungan yang relatif besar kepada pengusaha tersebut

    This development was carried out to develop mobile-based Economics Teaching Materials to increase student learning motivation during the pandemic. The development model in this study uses the ADDIE development model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research instrument used consisted of: (1) Media Validation Sheet, (2) Material Validation Sheet, (3) Student Motivation Assessment Sheet, (4) Student Initial Needs Assessment Sheet. Validity data consists of validation assessment data from media experts and material experts who are analyzed and by converting the data scores into qualitative data. Effectiveness data was analyzed from the results of the assessment of the motivational instrument which was analyzed by determining the number of scores according to students and then determining the percentage of the total effectiveness based on the absolute assessment. The test results show that the mobile-based class XI economics teaching materials for increasing student learning motivation during the pandemic meet the valid and effective criteria. The validity criteria can be seen from the analysis results of media validity of 90.71% and material validity of 92.5% so that the two validation results meet the valid criteria. The criteria for effectiveness can be seen from the results of the analysis of the motivational instrument. Interest in the appearance and ease of understanding the material independently at home reached a value of 91.7% - 95.8%, indicating that interest in learning in using mobile-based economic teaching materials can be increased by innovative teaching materials that are interesting and easy to operate independently. So when viewed from the motivational instrument, it shows an average presentation of 92% from the standard > 87.50% so that the teaching materials are included in the category of very effective use in online learning during the pandemi
