No full textAn independent mosque is a mosque program that aims to prosper the mosque and the environment around the mosque. In managing and developing independent mosques, of course, we must pay attention to the right strategy in managing independent mosques. Independent mosque management requires proper communication as a channel for conveying information and its development. The communication needed is development communication. According to Peterson, development communication is an organized effort to use communication processes and media to improve the social and economic level that generally takes place in developing countries. This study aims to determine how development communication in the development of an independent mosque at Masjid Al-Muhajjirin Bumi Asri. This research uses qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is descriptive research and tends to use analysis. Process and meaning are highlighted in qualitative research. The theoretical basis is used as a guide so that the research focus is in accordance with the facts on the ground. The data collection method is by observing the Al-Muhajjirin Bumi Asri Mosque, interviews with mosque administrators, and devotion at the Al-Muhajjirin Bumi Asri Mosque. So the author can draw the conclusion that the development communication strategy used in the development of an independent mosque at the Al-Muhajjirin Bumi Asri Mosque is a strategy of using media, marketing, and also participatory

Song lyric is a form of poetry literature because there are elements of poetry such as diction, rhyme, imagery, and rhetoric. Poetry as a literature explains something indirectly. According to Riffaterre in his book Semiotics of Poetry (1978), this indirect is caused by: displacing meaning, distorting meaning, and creating of meaning. Therefore, the author realized that the lyric of a song is a medium that is used to deliver a message when the audience can clearly understand the meaning behind it.
In this research, the author tried to analyze the kind of the indirect expression and theme contained in Kalafina’s lyric. As mentioned above, poetry explains something indirectly; therefore the author intends to analyze the meaning behind every lyric.
The method that is used to analyze this research is Riffaterre’s semiotic method that includes indirect expression, heuristics, and hermeneutics.
As the result of the analysis, the author found three classifications of indirect expression: displacing meaning, distorting meaning, and creating of meaning that are contained in the lyrics. Kalafina’s lyrics often use private symbols as well. The theme lyrics are hope, better changes, hardship, happiness, and religion. Each of the lyric tells about life and its relation to God. There are a lot of message indicating that God takes big part in every aspect of human life.

No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Pemahaman Mendengarkan dan Kemampuan Berbicara pada Semester III Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Universitas Muhammadiyah Palu. Masalah penelitian adalah “Apakah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pemahaman menyimak dan kemampuan berbicara pada semester ketiga mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Universitas Muhhamadiyah Palu?â€. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris yang mengambil mata pelajaran Listening III dan Speaking III pada tahun akademik 2016/2017. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 17 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah investigasi bahan dokumenter. Dalam menganalisis data, peneliti menerapkan Pearson's Product Moment Correlation dan Significant of Coefficient Correlation Formula. Peneliti menggunakan tingkat signifikan 5% dengan 15 (17-2) derajat kebebasan (df), peneliti menemukan bahwa t-hitung (2,627) lebih besar dari t-tabel (0,482). Artinya ada hubungan positif antara Pemahaman Mendengarkan dan Kemampuan Berbicara pada semester ketiga mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Universitas Muhammadiyah Palu dan dikategorikan sedang.Kata kunci: korelasi, Pemahaman mendengarkan dan kemampuan berbicara

lembaga yang melayani pemberangkatan calon jamaah Haji dan
Umrah. Maka dibutuhkan pelayanan juga kualitas layanan demi
mempertahankan kepuasan kepada calon jamaah. Hal inilah yang
menarik penulis untuk mengetahui kondisi pelayanan terhadap calon
jamaah haji dan umrah, sehingga judul: “Manajemen Pelayanan
Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Layanan calon jamaah Haji dan Umrah
pada PT. Bunda Asri Lestari Kota Bandar Lampung”.yang memiliki
tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara meningkatkan kualitas
layanan. Meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan haji dan umrah, memiliki
keterkaitan erat dengan jamaah. Kualitas dapat memberikan dorongan
kepada jamaah untuk menjalin ikatan yang kuat dengan perusahaan
dalam jangka yang panjang. Oleh karena itu diperlukan peningkatan
kualitas pelayanan agar visi misi perusahaan berjalan dengan baik.
Dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan haji dan umrah dengan cara
menambahkan fasilitas kantor yang menunjang kenyamanan
pelayanan, rekruitmen sumber daya manusia yang profesional,
membuat jaringan informasi melalui internet seperti media social, dan
membina hubungan baik dengan jamaah.
Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian
jenis lapangan ( field reseach) yaitu suatu penelitian yang langsung
dilakukan dilapangan atau pada responden. Penelitian ini bersifat
kualitatif deskriptif yaitu penelitian berupaya menghimpun , mengolah
dan menganalisis data secara kualitatif deskriptif. Maksudnya
melakukan pendekatan investigasi, peneliti pengumpulkan data
dengan cara bertatap muka secara langsung dan berinteraksi dengan
orang-orang ditempat penelitian. Mengumpulkan data dan informasi
dengan 4 orang dan sampelnya yaitu semua populasi dalam penelitian
ini dan 5 orang jamaah PT. Bunda Asri Lestari kota Bandar Lampung.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT.
Bunda Asri Lestari Kota Bandar Lampung sudah menggunakan fungsi
manajemen dari planning, organizing, actuating, maupun controllin.

Hasil analisis data diperoleh dengan temuan penelitian sebagai berikut
sudah berjalan sesuai operasional dalam meningkatkan kualitas
layanan prima didasari dengan Attitude (Sikap), Ability (kemampuan),
Attention (perhatian), Action (tindakan), Accoutability ( tanggung
jawab), Appearance (penampilan) dan sympathy (simpati). PT. Bunda
Asri Lestari Kota Bandar Lampung, sudah memberikan layanan yang
berkualitas kepada calon jamaah haji dan umrah, dan juga calon
jamaah merasa pelayanannya terpenuhi dan merasa nyaman terhadap
pelayanan sehingga terciptanya loyalitas dari calon jamaah haji dan
umrah terhadap PT. Bunda Asri Lestari Kota Bandar Lampung.

ABSTRACT
PT. Bunda Asri Lestari Bandar Lampung City is an institution that
serves the departure of prospective hajj and umrah pilgrims. So
service and quality of service are needed to maintain satisfaction for
prospective pilgrims. This is what attracted the author to find out the
conditions of service for prospective hajj dan umrah pilgrims, so the
title: “Service Management in Improving The Service Quality of
Prospective Hajj and Umrah pilgrims at PT. Bunda Asri Lestari
Bandar Lampung City”. Whose aim is to find out how to improve
service quality. Improving the quality of hajj and umrah services,
having a close relationship with the congregation. Quality can provide
encouragement to the congregation to establish strong ties wiht the
company in the long term. Therefore, it is necessary to improve
service quality so that the company’s vision and mission run well.
Improving the quality of hajj and umrah services by adding office
facilities that support service comfort, recruiting profesional human
resources, creating imformation networks via the internet such as
social media, and building good relationships with pilgrims.
The type of research used is field research, namely research that is
directly carried out in the field or on respondents. This research is
descriptive qualitativ, that is, the research attempts to collect, process
and analyze data in a descriptive qualitative manner. This means
taking an investigative approach, researchers collect data by meeting
face to face and interacting with people at the research site. Collecting
data and information with four people and the sample is the entire
population in this study and five PT. Congregation members. Bunda
Asri Lestari Bandar Lampung.
Based on the research results, it can be concluded that PT. Bunda Asri
Lestari Bandar Lampung City has used the management functions of
planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. The result of daya
analysis obtained with the following research findings have been
running according to operations in improving excellent service quality
based on Attitude, Action, Accoutability, Appearance and Sympathy.

services to prospective hajj dan umrah pilgrims, and also prospective
pilgrims feel that their services are fulfilled and feel comfortable with
the service, thus creating loyalty from prospective hajj and umrah

An overview of clan culture in the hotel industry in Malaysia / Dian Aszyanti Atirah Mohd Asri
No full textThe hospitality industry contributed significantly to Malaysia's and the global economy. Therefore, it is important to understand what factors contribute to the success of this industry (Seidu et ah, 2022). Organizational culture can be a significant factor in the development of hotel management practices and eventually influence the success of an organization. Based on an online survey conducted in January 2022 among all 205 general managers in four- and five-star hotels listed under the Ministry of Tourism and Culture (MOTAC). The outcome shows that clan culture was the most practiced in Malaysia among all four types of culture. Based on the findings, the author has come up with an insight into the most agreeable culture, which is the clan culture. In the bustling world of hospitality, where exceptional service and guest satisfaction reign supreme, the choice of organizational culture can be pivotal. One such culture, the clan culture, has woven its way into the fabric of the hotel industry, shaping the dynamics of employee interactions and ultimately influencing hotel performance. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengamatan penulis
mengenai usaha budidaya jamur yang mana para petani belum mampu
memaksimalkan pendapatan dari hasil budidaya jamur tiram. Adapun
rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu Bagaimana peningkatan
kesejahteraan di Desa Ceringin Asri sesudah adanya usaha budidaya
jamur dan bagaimana peningkatan kesejahteraan petani dalam
prespektif ekonomi Islam. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah
untuk mengetahui peningkatan kesejahteraan di Desa Ceringin Asri
sesudah adanya usaha budidaya jamur.
Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan
pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat penelitian lapangan (fiel researc).
Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan
teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi,
wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Alasan penulis melakukan penelitian
dilokasi ini karena lokasi ini merupakan tempat budidaya jamur tiram,
sehingga diharapkan dengan meneliti ditempat tersebut, penulis dapat
memperoleh data yang valid tentang pembudidayaan jamur tiram.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Usaha Budidaya Jamur Desa
Ceringin Asri memiliki pengaruh terhadap ekonomi petani dan
pekerja/karyawan Desa Ceringin Asri. Dengan adanya usaha budidaya
jamur tiram ini sebagian petani sudah mampu meningkatkan
kebutuhan ekonominya, baik dalam kebutuhan sehari-hari bahkan
kebutuhan pendidikan anak dan kebutuhan lainnya. Setiap usaha yang
dibangun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi harus tergantung pada
tekad seseorang yang ingin membuat perubahan pada dirinya,
ekonominya, hingga sampai pada kesejahteraan. Dalam prespektif
Ekonomi Islam disimpulkan bahwa usaha budidaya jamur tiram yang
diterapkan sudah sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam. Bahan dan
produk yang dihasilkan baik dan halal dikonsumsi mempunyai
manfaat yang baik bagi tubuh.

ABSTRACT
This research is motivated by the author's observations
regarding mushroom cultivation where farmers have not been able to
maximize income from oyster mushroom cultivation. The formulation
of the problem in this study is how to increase welfare in Ceringin
Asri Village after the mushroom cultivation business and how to
increase the welfare of farmers in the perspective of Islamic
economics. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in
welfare in Ceringin Asri Village after the mushroom cultivation
business.
This research method is to use a qualitative approach that is
field research (field research). The data collection method in this
study was to use data collection techniques using observation,
interviews, and documentation. The author's reason for conducting
research at this location is because this location is a place for oyster
mushroom cultivation, so it is hoped that by researching the place, the
author can obtain valid data about oyster mushroom cultivation.
The results of this study indicate that the Mushroom
Cultivation Business of Ceringin Asri Village has an influence on the
economy of farmers and workers/employees of Ceringin Asri Village.
With the existence of this oyster mushroom cultivation business, some
farmers have been able to increase their economic needs, both in daily
needs and even children's educational needs and other needs. Every
business that is built to meet economic needs must depend on the
determination of someone who wants to make changes to himself, his
economy, to prosperity. In the perspective of Islamic Economics it is
concluded that the oyster mushroom cultivation business that is
applied is in accordance with the principles of Islamic economics.
Materials and products that are produced are good and lawful for
consumption and have good benefits for the body.

This thesis is entitled "The Condition of Cosmos Objects during the Doomsday
(The Analysis of Scientific Interpretation of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of
Indonesia)”. This research is motivated by some verses in the Qur'an that explain
scientific problems but have not been studied in detail and comprehensively.
Include the discussion of the doomsday. On the other hand, science and
technology are advancing rapidly. Therefore, to get a detail and comprehensive
explanation, a separate section with the suitable method and system is needed. So,
the author argues that this research is necessary. The purpose of this research is to
find out the interpretation of the Qur'anic verses about the cosmos objects on the
doomsday in the scientific interpretation of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of
Indonesia and to find out the relevance of the interpretation to the scientific
theory. This type of research is library research using the maudhui method. It is
using the data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. The conclusion of this
research is that the Sun, Moon and stars will lose their light on the doomsday. The
Sun will rapidly evolve to become a red giant star, swallowing the planets around
it, including the Moon, and stars will also fall. This situation is similar to the
theory by scientists. So, it can be said that the they have a relevant relation.

dapat mengubah masyarakat dan pemerintah desa agar dapat
berinteraksi dalam menciptakan kesadaran untuk tujuan pembangunan
desa. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah : bagaimana
dinamika implementasi program smart village dalam meningkatkan
kesejahteraan petani?,bagaimana program smart village dalam
meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi
islam?.Dan tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dinamika
implementasi program smart village dalam meningkatkan
kesejahteraan petani dan untuk menganalisis pandangan ekonomi
islam tentang program smart village dalam meningkatkan
kesejahteraan petani.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan
atau field research, yaitu penulis melakukan penelitian langsung ke
lokasi untuk mendapatkan dan mengumpulkan data. Sifat penelitian
menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai pelaksanaan program
smart village berdasarkan elemen smart environment bahwa
pemerintah Desa Daya Asri telah mengubah suatu lingkungan terbuka
menjadi sebuah taman desa pintar untuk umum. Pemerintah desa juga
akan mengembangkan lingkungan-lingkungan alam dan sosial
yangvlain yang ada di Desa Daya Asri agar dimanfaatkan dan
dikembangkan potensinya. Dalam pelaksanaan program smart village
dengan terintegrasinya e-KPB bagi para petani di Desa Daya Asri
memberikan dampak positif. Dampak program smart village terhadap
kesejahteraan petani di Desa Daya Asri dalam perspektif maqashid
syariah menyediakan wadah untuk tujuan hidup yaitu fallah.

ABSTRACT
In the era of globalization, villages need to be developed
towards smart villages, one of the innovative steps in village
development can be done by implementing the smart village program.
Smart village can change the community and village government so
that they can interact in creating awareness for village development
goals. The formulation of the problem in this research is: how is the
dynamics of the implementation of the smart village program in
improving the welfare of farmers?, how is the smart village program
in improving the welfare of farmers from an Islamic economic
perspective? And the purpose of this study is to analyze the dynamics
of implementing the smart village program in improving the welfare
of farmers and to analyze the Islamic economic view of the smart
village program in improving the welfare of farmers.
The type of research used is field research, in which the
author conducts research directly to the location to obtain and collect
data. The nature of the research uses descriptive qualitative research
methods.
Based on the results of research regarding the implementation
of the smart village program based on smart environment elements,
the Daya Asri Village government has turned an open environment
into a smart village park for the public. The village government will
also develop other natural and social environments in Daya Asri
Village so that their potential is utilized and developed. In
implementing the smart village program with the integration of e-KPB
for farmers in Daya Asri Village, it has had a positive impact. The
impact of the smart village program on the welfare of farmers in Daya
Asri Village in the perspective of maqashid sharia provides a place for
life goals, namely fallah.

No full textPenelitian ini fokus membahas tentang poster website Siwarga GPA (Griya Pesona Asri) sebagai media penyalur informasi terkait fungsi website untuk kebutuhan pemberkasan dalam proses pendataan kependudukan warga dalam suatu wilayah. Poster tersebut juga berfungsi memberikan informasi terhadap vitur website Siwarga GPA yang ikut serta dalam Lomba Inovasi Teknologi INOVBOYO 2023 sebagai media promosi dan informasi untuk memahami website tanpa harus mencobanya. Poster website Siwarga GPA adalah himbauan penggunaan dan cara kerja program dengan tujuan tersebut penulis mencari data dengan memakai metode kualitatif dan juga teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah SWOT untuk landasan pembuatan poster dari komposisi, gambar, tipografi dan warna yang sesuai dengan website tersebut serta mempertimbangkan keinginan visualisasi dari beberapa pihak terkait. Dari latar belakang dan tujuan mengikuti Lomba Inovasi Teknologi INOVBOYO 2023 tersebut perancangan media informasi poster website Siwarga GPA dibuat.This research focuses on discussing the Siwarga GPA (Griya Pesona Asri) website poster as a media for distributing information regarding the website's function for filing needs in the process of collecting population data on residents in an area. The poster also functions to provide information on the features of the Siwarga GPA website which is taking part in the 2023 INOVBOYO Technology Innovation Competition as a promotional and information medium to understand the website without having to try it. The Siwarga GPA website poster is an appeal for the use and workings of the program with this aim. The author searches for data using qualitative methods and also the data analysis technique used is SWOT as a basis for making posters from composition, images, typography and colors that suit the website and taking into account wishes. visualization of several related parties.
