Get PDFAnak kelompok B TK Islam Maulidia Kota Bekasi sebagian besar dalam kemampuan motorik kasar kurang maksimal. Hal itu bisa terlihat dengan rendahnya kemampuan anak untuk mengkoordinasi gerak tubuh secara terampil dan lincah berkaitan dengan kegiatan fisik motorik. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak kelompok B TK Islam Maulidia Kota Bekasi alternatif yang digunakan adalah menggunakan permainan tradisional engklek. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Tujuan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini adalah untuk mengetahui berkembangnya kemampuan motorik kasar anak kelompok B TK Islam Maulidia Kota Bekasi dengan menggunakan permainan tradisional engklek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang terlihat dari lembar observasi serta grafik yang terdapat dalam bab IV. Dari hasil penelitian siklus I dan hasil penelitian siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan pada persentase setiap anak. Kesimpulan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini adalah bahwa penerapan permainan tradisional engklek dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak kelompok B TK Islam Maulidia Kota

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai apakah pengendalian internal
pada Toko Buku Zanafa sudah berjalan sesuai dengan teori COSO serta
mengetahui peranan pengendalian internal atas barang konsinyasi. Jenis
penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan
data yang dilakukan dengan pengamatan langsung di tempat penelitian dengan
menggunakan dokumentasi dan wawancara kepada pihak manajer Toko Buku
Zanafa Panam Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan
pengendalian internal atas barang konsinyasi pada Toko Buku Zanafa Panam
Pekanbaru sudah sesuai dengan teori pengendalian internal.

This study was aimed to investigate types of Politeness strategies used by an
english teacher in the classroom and how does the teacher realized the politeness
strategies and to describe the reasons politeness strategies realized by the teacher
in the classroom. This study was conducted by applying descriptive qualitative
research. The source of the data was an English teacher of class VIII in SMP Bina
Satria Mulia Medan. The instrument of this study was video recording . The data
were anlyzed using data descriptive. The findings of the result were that (1) there
were all of politeness strategies namely : Bald on record (55%), Positive
Politeness (31%), Negative politeness (6%) and off record (11%). (2) Bald on
record was realized because it made close relationship between teacher and
students, Positive politeness was realized because to give respect to the students
during teaching learning process, Negative politeness was realized because to
maintain closer friend among them, Off record was realized because the teacher
wants the students more understand to the teacher just by giving a clue in teaching
learning process

This scientific work was made with the aim of knowing of Employee Work
Effectiveness at PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia. The method that used for writing
this paper is with descriptive analysis method and through literature study and
observation.
From the results of the writing,it can be seen that there are several problem
which results in less effective work at the company. And to solve that work
effectiveness problem is to complement the supporting factors of effectiveness so that
the work can be completed appropriately.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
