Licenciamento ambiental para coleta e transporte de resíduos perigosos: estudo de caso de Gaspar/SC

Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental.A execução do serviço de coleta e transporte de resíduos sólidos perigosos apresenta riscos ao meio ambiente e á saúde humana. Neste sentido, está sujeito ao licenciamento ambiental e a observância das exigências legais e normativas é imprescindível para a minimização dos riscos envolvidos. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo a análise e descrição do processo de licenciamento ambiental e adequações de uma empresa localizada no município de Gaspar, SC, para a coleta e transporte de resíduos perigosos. Para isto foi realizada pesquisa exploratória com coleta de dados in loco, a fim de contextualizar o problema; pesquisa documental, através da qual foram analisadas as condições exigidas pela legislação; e por fim pesquisa descritiva, através da qual foram descritas as adequações propriamente ditas para atendimento às normativas e relatado acompanhamento de coleta de resíduos de serviços de saúde em São João Batista. Os resultados demonstraram que mesmo após a expedição da licença ambiental pelo órgão ambiental competente a empresa deve continuamente investir em treinamento dos colaboradores e zelar pela segurança no trabalho a fim não só de continuar atendendo as exigências legais mas também pela integridade dos funcionários e do meio ambiente
Zebrafish as a Model to Unveil the Pro-Osteogenic Effects of Boron-Vitamin D3 Synergism
No full textThe micronutrient boron (B) plays a key role during the ossification process as suggested by various in vitro and in vivo studies. To deepen our understanding of the molecular mechanism involved in the osteogenicity of B and its possible interaction with vitamin D3 (VD), wild-type AB zebrafish (Danio rerio) were used for morphometric analysis and transcriptomic analysis in addition to taking advantage of the availability of specific zebrafish osteoblast reporter lines. First, osteoactive concentrations of B, VD, and their combinations were established by morphometric analysis of the opercular bone in alizarin red-stained zebrafish larvae exposed to two selected concentrations of B (10 and 100 ng/ml), one concentration of VD (10 pg/ml), and their respective combinations. Bone formation, as measured by opercular bone growth, was significantly increased in the two combination treatments than VD alone. Subsequently, a transcriptomic approach was adopted to unveil the molecular key regulators involved in the synergy. Clustering of differentially expressed genes revealed enrichment toward bone and skeletal functions in the groups co-treated with B and VD. Downstream analysis confirmed mitogen-activated protein kinase as the most regulated pathway by the synergy groups in addition to transforming growth factor-β signaling, focal adhesion, and calcium signaling. The best-performing synergistic treatment, B at 10 ng/ml and VD at 10 pg/ml, was applied to two zebrafish transgenic lines, Tg(sp7:mCherry) and Tg(bglap:EGFP), at multiple time points to further explore the results of the transcriptomic analysis. The synergistic treatment with B and VD induced enrichment of intermediate (sp7(+)) osteoblast at 6 and 9 days post fertilization (dpf) and of mature (bglap(+)) osteoblasts at 15 dpf. The results obtained validate the role of B in VD-dependent control over bone mineralization and can help to widen the spectrum of therapeutic approaches to alleviate pathological conditions caused by VD deficiency by using low concentrations of B as a nutritional additive

The novel 24 Jam Bersama Gaspar by SabdaArmandio is a detective story novel. The purpose of this thesis is to reveal the heroism value which the author of the novel wanted to deliver to the readers. The issue of the research is how are the elements of the structure of the constructor-of-the-literary-work noveland what kind of heroism values that can be discovered within the novel 24 Jam Bersama Gaspar.
This research was a library research. The method used in this research was qualitative method. There were three steps within this research, the first step was the data collection. The technic used wasNote-taking.After the data collection was complete, the next step was the data analysis. The data wasanalyzeddescriptively. The presentation of the data analysis was in the form of words which explained the novel 24 Jam Bersama Gaspar.
The result of the research showed: The single main character within the novel 24 Jam Bersama Gasparwas the I character (Gaspar). The technic used in the characterization of the novel 24 Jam Bersama Gaspar wasanalytic dramatic technic. The plot of the novel 24 Jam Bersama Gaspar was mixed parallel plot. The most common and dominant setting of place within the novel 24 JamBersama Gasparwasthe stall beside Wan Ali’s gold shop. The setting of time within the novel 24 Jam Bersana Gaspar was explained specifically, based on the chronological story within the novel which occurred twenty-four hours, started from noon, afternoon, evening, morning, and back to noon. The social setting in the novel 24 Jam Bersama Gasparshowed the free life style of I (Gaspar). The result of the analysis of heroism in the novel 24 Jam Bersama Gasparwere about quelling crime, sympathy, helpful to others, alleviating friends frompoverty and the will to sacrifice.

Doduše ovaj put svoje književno delo autor objavljuje pod drugim imenom, kao Lebrecht Gaspar. Naslov romana odnosi se na logor Topovske šupe. Roman „Konzlager Belgrad“ predstavlja memorijalizaciju žrtvama terora nemačkih nacista i srpskih fašista u Beogradu. Roman je pisan na temelju istinitih događanja s kraja oktobra i početkom novembra 1941. godine, kojim autor sugestivno gradi svoju toplu ali i otrežnjavajuću priču o ideologijama, narodima, veri, mržnji, bolu i nadi, pre svega o ljudskom prokletstvu kao odrazu njegove materijalne prirode, temi koja preokupira znane i neznane književne stvaraoce još od vremena kada je pisano Mojsijevo petoknjižje."Konzlager Belgrad", i.e. "Cannon sheds" is the fifth published book by writer Živojin Ivković. However, this time the author publishes his literary work under a different name Lebrecht Gaspar. The title of the novel refers to the Topovske šupe camp. The book "Konzlager Belgrad" is a memorialization of the victims of the terror of German Nazis and Serbian fascists in Belgrade. Were Juan Gerson the Illustrator and Gaspar de Torres the Author of the Voynich Codex?
No full textThe bizarre Voynich Codex, discovered in 1912 in Italy by the Polish book dealer Wilfrid Voynich (1864-1930), is written in a coded language with has eluded decipherment despite repeated attempts by world renowned cryptologists. Plant, animal, and mineral identifications as well as iconographic evidence indicate that the Voynich Codex is a 16th century work of New Spain. A typographical ligature based on the initials “JGT” in the first botanical image (folio 1v) suggests that artist was Juan Gerson, Tlacuilo, indigenous painter known for the apocalypse paintings in the monastery Asuncion de Nuestra Senora of Tecamachalco. The name “Gasp. Torres” also embedded in the first botanical image suggests that the author could be Gaspar de Torres, medical doctor, estate lawyer, master of students at the College of Santa Cruz in Tlatelolco from 1568-1572, and Governor of Cuba in 1580. Iconographic similarities between the paintings of Juan Gerson and the Voynich Codex, along with a biography of Gaspar de Torres provide additional support for this conjecture.</jats:p

His witty cleverness is clearly seen in the newspapers El Nuevo Depositario and La Nueva Depositaria, written during the war of Independence to refute the royalist newspaper the Depositario by don Gaspar Rico y Angulo (La Rioja, - Lima, 1825). In the newspapers by Larriva, the literary quality overshadows the informative function as stated in the title of the article

Interpretasi musikal dapat dikembangkan melalui ide ataupun konsep dari seorang pemain musik. Dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini penulis akan mengembangkan interpretasi musikal dengan implementasi teknik rasguedo kedalam Suite for solo cello karya Gaspar Cassado. Teori yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pemahaman kontekstual dan konseptual sebagai pemahaman tentang unsur-unsur yang terkandung dalam interpretasi musikal dari suite for solo cello karya Gaspar Cassado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan studi kasus. Pendekatan studi kasus adalah metode penelitian yang melibatkan pemahaman secara mendalam tentang situasi, permasalahan, atau kejadian. Dalam tugas akhir ini topik yang akan diteliti adalah dampak dari implementasi teknik rasguedo terhadap interpretasi musikal dalam suite for solo cello karya Gaspar Cassado. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi teknik rasguedo berdampak terhadap interpretasi musical dalam karya ini. Musical interpretation can be developed through the ideas or concepts of a musician. In this research, the author will develop a musical interpretation by implementing the rasguedo technique into Gaspar Cassado's Suite for Solo Cello. The theory used in this study is contextual and conceptual, as an understanding of the elements contained in the musical interpretation of Gaspar Cassado's suite for solo cello. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The case study approach is a research method that involves an in-depth understanding of a situation, problem, or event. In this final project, the topic to be examined is the impact of the implementation of the rasguedo technique on musical interpretation in Gaspar Cassado's suite for solo cello. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the rasguedo technique has an impact on the musical interpretation of this work.
