Modeling the Process of Developing Career Competence of Future Bachelors in Enterprise Economics
No full textСучасний ринок праці висуває нові вимоги до професійної підготовки фахівців економічного профілю, зокрема до формування в них здатності до ефективного кар’єрного саморозвитку. Розвиток кар’єрної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з економіки підприємства є важливим чинником підвищення їхньої конкурентоспроможності, професійної мобільності та готовності до динамічних змін у сфері праці. Це зумовлює потребу в науковому обґрунтуванні педагогічної моделі, що забезпечує цілісність і результативність процесу формування кар’єрної компетентності у вищій школі. Мета. Теоретично обґрунтувати та розробити модель формування та розвитку кар’єрної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з економіки підприємства у процесі фахової підготовки. Методи. У дослідженні використано комплекс теоретичних (аналіз, синтез, узагальнення, моделювання) і емпіричних методів (спостереження, анкетування, педагогічний експеримент), що забезпечили об’єктивність і наукову обґрунтованість отриманих результатів. Результати. Проведений теоретичний аналіз наукових джерел та узагальнення результатів педагогічного досвіду дозволили визначити методологічні засади побудови моделі розвитку кар’єрної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з економіки підприємства. Основою її розроблення стали положення компетентнісного, системного, аксіологічного та діяльнісного підходів, що забезпечують цілісність, структурну впорядкованість і динамічність процесу формування кар’єрної компетентності. Врахування соціального замовлення, професійних вимог та особистісних потреб студентів зумовило виокремлення ключових компонентів і педагогічних умов ефективного розвитку зазначеної компетентності у процесі фахової підготовки. Розроблено модель формування та розвитку кар’єрної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з економіки підприємства, яка є цілісною, відкритою та динамічною системою, що охоплює взаємопов’язані цільовий, змістовий, технологічний і діагностичний блоки. Її реалізація відбувається поетапно, забезпечуючи поступове зростання рівня кар’єрної компетентності студентів та формування їхньої готовності до професійного саморозвитку й кар’єрного зростання у сфері економіки підприємства. Висновки. Реалізація запропонованої моделі забезпечує системність і цілеспрямованість процесу розвитку кар’єрної компетентності майбутніх економістів. Перспективи подальших досліджень вбачаються у вдосконаленні педагогічних технологій підтримки кар’єрного зростання випускників економічних спеціальностей.The modern labor market poses new challenges for the professional training of specialists in the field of economics, particularly in developing their ability for effective career self-development. The development of career competence among future bachelors in enterprise economics is an important factor in enhancing their competitiveness, professional mobility, and readiness for dynamic changes in the labor sphere. This highlights the need for a scientifically grounded pedagogical model that ensures the integrity and effectiveness of the process of forming career competence in higher education. Purpose. To theoretically substantiate and develop a model for the formation and development of career competence among future bachelors in enterprise economics within the process of professional training Methods. The study employed a set of theoretical (analysis, synthesis, generalization, modeling) and empirical methods (observation, questionnaire survey, pedagogical experiment), which ensured the objectivity and scientific validity of the obtained results. Results. Theoretical analysis of scientific sources and generalization of pedagogical experience made it possible to determine the methodological foundations for constructing a model of developing career competence among future bachelors in enterprise economics. The model is based on the principles of the competence-based, systemic, axiological, and activity-based approaches, which ensure the integrity, structural coherence, and dynamism of the process of forming career competence. Considering social demand, professional requirements, and students’ personal needs led to the identification of key components and pedagogical conditions for the effective development of this competence during professional training. A model for the formation and development of career competence among future bachelors in enterprise economics has been developed. It represents an integrated, open, and dynamic system encompassing interrelated target, content, technological, and diagnostic components. Its implementation occurs in stages, ensuring the gradual growth of students’ career competence and the formation of their readiness for professional selfdevelopment and career advancement in the field of enterprise economics. Conclusions. The implementation of the proposed model ensures the systematic and purposeful development of career competence among future economists. Prospects for further research include improving pedagogical technologies that support the career growth of graduates of economic specialties

Ascorbic acid metabolism in the organism under the lack

Abstract
The number and ratios of the metabolites of vitamin C - ascorbic, dehydroascorbic and diketogulonic acids were studied under the action of closed space hypoxia, acute blood loss and during sleep – the conditions associated with various oxygen saturation of the organism. It was found that in case of closed space hypoxia, the level of ascorbic and diketogulonic acid decreased with a simultaneous increase in the content of dehydroascorbic acid in the heart and brain. Acute blood loss resulted in decrease in the level of all metabolites of ascorbic acid. During sleep, the level of ascorbic acid metabolites increased. The ratio of vitamin-active metabolites to vitamin-inactive form of ascorbic acid in case of closed space hypoxia and acute blood loss decreased, and during sleep – it did not change significantly.

We provide survival and density functions for these models, which are used for the numerical studies and valuation of insu- rance product, specifically a yearly life annuity paid to each insured in the group, whose remaining life time is given by the multivariate Pareto distribution.
