Al-Dur Al-Farīd Kiai Abul Fadhol Senori, Karya Terbesar Ilmu Kalam Ulama Nusantara
The kalam science is considered an Islamic science that has succeeded in becoming the hallmark of Islam. Even in Orientalist literature it receives special attention, as a special approach too. In al-Dur al-Farīd contains the core themes of kalam science by following the flow of the verses of Al-Laqqani's poetry, the author is also sensitive to modernity and even corresponded with Rashid Ridha. Meanwhile, this can be considered as the greatest work of Indonesian kalam science. This research will provide important information that there are Indonesian ulama whose expertise is on par with world ulama. This study will use Husserl's phenomenological approach, so that we can approach Senori's intentionality and consciousness more clearly
Kerjasama Maritim Indonesia-Amerika Serikat sebagai Implementasi Politik Poros Maritim Indonesia: BAKAMLA-US Coast Guard
Maritime and territorial disputes have become one of the world's main concerns, along with the awareness of the importance of the sea and the development of disputed regional issues between countries related to maritime. Reflecting on the various crime cases in the sea also accidents that caused many casualties, are certainly big concern for the importance of sea security.
This research was chosen considering that the ocean is also important to be maintained, because Indonesia has focused more on development and security on land than sea. The author will use descriptive qualitative methodology wih the concept of National Interest and Maritime Security. This study found that the collaboration between the Indonesian Goverment Indonesia and the Government of the United States through Indonesian Marine Security Agency (BAKAMLA RI) and the US Coast Guad is one tangible manifestation of realizing the World Maritime Axis through security and disaster management at sea. There are various Indonesian national interests that benefit from this collaboration, including transfer of knowledge and technology, cooperation in handling illegall fishing and marine crime.Permasalahan maritim dan sengketa wilayah telah menjadi salah satu perhatian utama dunia, seiring dengan adanya kesadaran pentingnya laut dan berkembangnya permasalahan wilayah yang dipersengketakan antar negara terkait maritim. Berkaca pada adanya banyak berbagai kasus kejahatan di lautan serta kecelakaan yang menimbulkan banyak korban jiwa tentunya menjadi perhatian pentingnya keamanan laut.
Penelitian ini dipilih mengingat lautan juga penting untuk dijaga dan diperhatikan, karena selama ini Indonesia lebih menitikberatkan pada pembangunan dan pengamanan di daratan. Penulis akan menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif dengan konsep Keamanan Maritim dan Kepentingan Nasional. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kerjasama antara Pemerintah Indonesia dan Pemerintah Amerika Serikat melalui lembaga Badan Keamanan Laut Indonesia (BAKAMLA RI) dan US Coast Guad merupakan salah satu wujud nyata mewujudkan Poros Maritim Dunia melalui keamanan dan penanggulangan bencana di laut. Implementation of Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making on a Decision Support System Using Simple Adaptive Weighting Method to Determine Tutors, Case Study: BETA Private Institution
The use of technology in the process of decision making is increasing by day, as the data used through the process is constantly growing exponentially. Current decision making methods vary between the type of attributes and the data being handled, the key is to select the most suitable method to be implemented into the system. FMADM or known as Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making Method is one of the widely used methods in decision making. As mentioned in its name, the FMADM is known to be suitable for data that has multi attribute and a more complex outlook on its criteria. These multi-attribute criteria can be processed further using a SAW or a simple additive weighting calculation that will finalize the process of decision making. One of the current issues that involves the process of decision making is inside the management of a private institution namely Beta Private. Their main internal issue is the process of selecting and determining the right tutors that are suitable based on the student?s criteria. Acknowledging this problem, the author implemented a decision making method in order to resolve the issue faced by Beta Private, using both FMADM and SAW
The Concept of Contentment in the Qur'an: A Thematic Study in the Tafsir of Tahrir and Tanwir
Rıza, insan hayatında en önemli kavramlardan birisidir. Öyle ki insanların toplumsal hayatında huzur ve istikrar ancak rıza ile gerçekleşebilmektedir. Karşılıklı rızalaşmak ise İslam'da insanlar arasındaki muamelelerin temelini teşkil etmektedir. Bu yüzden insanlara en doğru yolu gösteren Kur'ân-ı Kerim, birçok âyet-i kerimesinde bu konuyu işlemiştir. Kur'ân'da rıza kavramı iki manada kullanılagelmiştir. Bunlardan ilki Allah'ın insanlardan razı olması ve ikincisi, insanların Yüce Allah'tan razı olmaları şeklindedir. Bu karşılıklı manası itibarıyla rıza kavramı, bazı âlimlerce müteşabih kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir. Çağdaşımız sayılabilecek kadar yakın geçmişte vefat eden Muhammed b. Tâhir b. Âşûr kapsamlı tefsirinde Kur'ân'ın rıza kavramının manalarının açıklanmasına çok özen göstermiştir. Bu çalışma onun et-Tahrîr ve't-tenvîr isimli tefsirinde rıza kavramını ve manalarını nasıl incelediğini ele alan konulu tefsir çalışmasıdır. Çalışma onun, Allah'ın rızasının manasındaki pek çok yönü ve karinelerini açıklamak üzere hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmacı bu çalışmasında, niteliksel ve tahlili metodu benimsemiştir. Çalışmada, öncelikle rıza kavramının Kur'ân-ı Kerim'deki manalarını tahlil etmiştir. Sonrasında benzerlik yönlerini ve karinelerini ve bu ikisi arasındaki münasebeti açıklamıştır. Çalışmada bilhassa İbn Âşûr'un rızayı Allah'ın sıfatı olarak incelemesini merkeze alarak değerlendirmiştir. Çalışmada Allah'ın sıfat ve fiillerinde yaratılmışlara benzetilmekten, insanların aklına hayaline geldiği şekle benzetilmekten uzak tutulmasının gerekliliğini incelenmiştir. Çalışma; Allah'ın rızasının izafi benzerliğindeki kapalılıkları, müfessirin gücü nispetinde açıklaya bildiği oranda rıza kavramının müteşabihlikten muhkemliğe ulaştığı sonucuna ulaşmıştır.Ridha is an essential part of human social life, without which it is impossible to create harmonization between people. Mutual ridha is the main principle of the concept of muamalah in Islam, and it is well known that the Qur'an as a guide for humans is not spared from discussing it. The term ridha in the Qur'an comes from two aspects the first ridho man to Allah while the secondis the aspect of ridha Allah to His servant because it makes Ridha vague in meaning or mutashabih. The meaning is vague, so scholars try to explain the meaning. Ibn Asyur was among the scholars who sought to explain the meaning and change or parse the meaning of istibah or the similarity of the Ridha verse about the mutasyabih verse. This research will explain the meaning of Riza in Al Quranul Karim analytical studies on the interpretation of tahrir wat tanwir by Ibn Ashour and the explanation of the wujuh istibah (aspects of uniformity) and its evidence of condolence (koroin al tanzh) from mutashabihat verses. The author takes the method of deciphering the interpretation with an analytical descriptive objective method which concludes that ridho is a verse mutasyabihah idhofi, according to which when a mufassir finds postulates about it, then he is a muhkam verse
Reinterpretasi Ayat Pernikahan Beda Agama
God created human beings in pairs to complement each other between men and women. Marriage is the sunnah of the Prophet, and so much benefit occurs from a marriage bond. Furthermore, marriage is how it is said to be valid in Islam. Whether interfaith marriage is also part of a muslim's personal treasure. In order to answer this, the author uses the tahsis motto in expressing the opinion of Rasyid Ridha in his interpretation, and is also a supporter of several related articles. Konsep pendidikan akhlak perspektif K.H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy`ari
ABSTRAK
Ihsan dalam arti akhlak mulia atau pendidikan ke arah akhlak mulia sebagai puncak keagamaan dapat dipahami juga dari beberapa hadits terkenal seperti “Sesungguhnya aku diutus hanyalah untuk menyempurnakan berbagai keluhuran akhlak dan sabda Beliau lagi bahwa yang paling memasukkan orang ke dalam surga ialah taqwa kepada Allah dan keluhuran akhlak”.
Sesungguhnya makna-makna di atas itu tidak berbeda jauh dari yang secara umum dipahami oleh orang-orang muslim, yaitu bahwa dimensi vertical pandangan hidup kita (iman dan taqwa “habl min al-Lah”, dilambangkan oleh takbir pertama atau takbirat al-Ihram dalam shalat) selalu, dan seharusnya, melahirkan dimensi horizontal pandangan hidup kita (amal salih, akhlaq mulia, habl min al-nas, dilambangkan oleh ucapan salam atau taslim pada akhir shalat). Jadi makna-makna tersebut sangat sejalan dengan pengertian umum tentang keagamaan. Maka sebenarnya di sini hanya dibuat penjabaran sedikit lebih mendalam dan penegasan sedikit lebih kuat terhadap makna-makna umum itu.
Berpijak dari latar belakang diatas, maka permasalahan yang ingin dijawab dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana konsep pendidikan akhlak perspektif K.H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy‟ari. Adapun tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep-konsep pendidikan akhlak perspektif K.H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy‟ari.
Penelitian yang penulis lakukan ini adalah termasuk dalam penelitian library research dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif analisis kritis. Dan agar penelitian berjalan dengan baik, maka dalam pengumpulan datanya, penulis menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk menganalisisnya, penulis menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis).
Hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan, dapat disampaikan disini bahwa konsep pendidikan akhlak perspektif K.H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy‟ari dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moral pada peserta didik terdiri dari beberapa komponen, yaitu: Belajar merupakan ibadah untuk mencari ridha Allah. Belajar harus diniatkan untuk mengembangkan dan melestarikan nilai-nilai Islam, bukan hanya untuk sekedar menghilangkan kebodohan. Pendidikan hendaknya mampu menghantarkan umat manusia menuju kemaslahatan, menuju kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat, hal mendasar yang harus dikembangkan dalam pendidikan adalah masalah adab ilmu. Ilmu yang baik akan lahir dari ketaatan semua, guru dan murid, terhadap adab-adab ilmu ini. Jadi, proses pembelajaran dan pendidikan bukan semata transfer ilmu, melainkan sebuah usaha melahirkan manusia-manusia beradab (ta‟dîb). Manusia beradab adalah manusia yang berilmu tinggi sekaligus takut pada Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta‟ala. Mendidik dengan menggunakan metode- metode yang relevan dengan pendidikan tradisional yaitu sorogan, bandongan, muhawarah, dan mudzakarah. Materi pendidikan akhlak dapat diambil dari al- Qur‟an, al-Hadits dan juga kitab-kitab klasik yang telah diverifikasi oleh K.H. Hasyim Asy‟ari. Lingkungan pendidikan akhlak yaitu: keluarga dan pondok pesantren.
Dari kesimpulan yang telah diuraikan diatas, perlu kiranya penulis memberikan sumbangan pemikiran berupa saran-saran antara lain, pendidikan akhlak menurut K.H. Hasyim Asy‟ari memiliki maksud dan tujuan yang mulia, dan tetap relevan hingga saat ini, ditengah degradasi moral yang melanda bangsa ini. Konsep pendidikan akhlak tersebut perlu diterapkan sebagai usaha dalam memperbaiki moral bangsa saat ini. Dan sebagai seorang pendidik hendaknya dapat menjadi uswah hasanah bagi peserta didiknya.

The meaning Ihsan in noble character or education toward noble character as top of religiousness can be understanding from some popular hadith like “In the truth I was delegated just to completely all of nobleness of character, and the other utterance of prophet that the most thing make human put into heaven is godfearing to Allah and nobleness of character”
Actually, the purpose above not different from the common that muslim can be understand, that is vertical dimension about point of view in our life (faith and godfearing “habl min Allah”, symbolized with first recitation of laudation (at opening of prayers) always and be supposed, think out horizontal dimension about point of view in our life (good deeds, noble character, “habl min al-nas”, symbolized with say salam or taslim in the end of pray). Thus meanings are very much in line with the common understanding of religion. So here is actually just made the translation a little bit deeper and stronger affirmation of the common meanings.
Base of the background above, the issues to be answered in this study is how the concept of character education perspective K.H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy'ari. The purpose of this study was to determine the concepts of character education perspective K.H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy'ari.
Research by the author are included in the library research using a qualitative descriptive approach to critical analysis. In order that the research behave right, to collect the data, the author uses the method of documentation. Whereas for analyzing them, the authors use content analysis techniques.
The results of research by the author, can be submitted that the concept of
character education perspective K.H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy'ari in instilling character values in students consists of several components, namely: Learning is worship for the sake of Allah. Learning must be intended to develop and preserve the Islamic values, not just to eliminate ignorance. Education should be able to deliver to the benefit of mankind, to the happiness of the world and the hereafter, basic things that should be developed in education is a science of manners. Good science will be born of all obedience, teachers and students, to the civilized manners of this science. Thus, the learning and education is not simply a transfer of knowledge, but rather an attempt delivery of civilized human beings (ta'dib). Civilized man is a man of high knowledge and fear on the Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala. Educate by using the relevant methods with traditional education is sorogan, bandongan, muhawarah, and mudzakarah. Character education materials can be taken from al-Qur'an, al-Hadith, as well as classic books that have been verified by K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari. Character education environment are: family and boarding school.
The conclusions described above, we should bear the thought of authors to contribute suggestions, among others, character education by K.H. Hashim Ash'ari has noble aims and objectives, and remain relevant to the present, amid the character degradation that swept this nation. The concept of character education needs to be implemented in an effort to improve the character nation today. And as an educator should be a uswah hasanah for learners
Rancang Bangun Pengaman Sepeda Motor Menggunakan RFID Berbasis Arduino
The safety of a motorcycle is very important for vehicle owners. Until now, most motorbikes still rely only on the key to contact the vehicle itself. In the case of vehicle theft, it is very easy for the perpetrator of the theft to use the letter "T" key. Therefore an additional vehicle safety is required which is difficult to break apart from the ignition key. The purpose of this research is to design and implement motorcycle safety using Arduino-based Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as additional vehicle safety. The author uses an RFID card / tag to add security to the vehicle starting system with a card / tag reading distance that can be read by an RFID reader. The ID code on the RFID Card must be inputted into the Arduino so that the RFID reader can read the ID Card that has been inputted into the Arduino. Based on the results of the tests that have been done, it is found that the reading distance of the RFID Card / Tag ranges from 1 cm to 3.5 cm. If the correct ID code is inputted, the electrical system is active and vice versa if the ID code entered is wrong, the buzzer will sound and the electrical system in the vehicle is not active / does not tur
كفاءة الاستماع على ضوء رشدي أحمد طعيمة لدى تلاميذ مدرسة الإرشاد تنجاران المتوسطة السابعة بمدينة باتو

الاستماع كالمهارة اللغوية الأولى يجب على تلاميذ إتقانها عند تعلم اللغة الثانية. فإن تعليم الاستماع دون قياس الكفاءة لن يكون له تأثير كبير، وإنْ تم التعليم بشكل مكثف باستخدام الأساليب والوسائل المناسبة. لذلك يجب أن يكون تعليم الاستماع مع قيام اختبار الكفاءة. لذلك، تم إجراء هذا البحث على 27 تلميذا من مدرسة الإرشاد تنجاران المتوسطة السابعة بمدينة باتو لقياس ودراسة ؛ 1) مدى قدرة التلاميذ في كفاءة الاستماع، 2) كفاءة الاستماع على ضوء رشدي أحمد طعيمة لدى التلاميذ.
في هذه الدراسة استخدم الباحث منجا كمية وكيفية أو يسمى المنهج المزيج. الأدوات المستخدم في عملية جمع البيانات هي الاختبار والمقابلة والملاحظة. البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها هي؛ الأولى، نتيجة اختبار الاستماع لدى التلاميذ على ثلاثة مستويات: المبتدئ والمتوسط والمتقدم. الثانية: بيانات المقابلة مع معلم اللغة العربية. الثالثة، بيانات عن أنشطة تعليم اللغة العربية خاصة الاستماع. أما طريقة عرض البيانات هي ؛ الأولى، تصنيف درجات كفاءة الطالب بناء على مستوى الاختبارات. الثانية، عرض كفاءة استماع التلاميذ على ضوء رشدي أحمد طعيمة.
بناء على عملية البحث المذكورة، وجد الباحث؛ 1) تظهر كفاءة الاستماع لدى التلاميذ في الاختبار للمبتدئ النتيجة المعدلة 76 والنسبة المعدلة 91٪ ، 2) تظهر كفاءة الاستماع لدى التلاميذ في الاختبار للمتوسط النتيجة المعدلة 36 والنسبة المعدلة 69٪ ، 3) تظهر كفاءة الاستماع لدى التلاميذ في الاختبار للمتوسط النتيجة المعدلة 14 والنسبة المعدلة 35٪.
ABSTRAK
Menyimak (istima') sebagai keterampilan bahasa pertama yang harus dikuasai oleh setiap manusia ketika mempelajari bahasa kedua (asing). Penguasaan kompetensi menyimak memudahkan siswa untuk memperoleh keterampilan bahasa lainnya; berbicara, membaca dan menulis. Kompetensi ini bisa dipelajari secara mandiri dan/atau diajarkan oleh guru melalui latihan mendengar berita, pidato dan menjawab soal-soal. Namun pembelajaran menyimak (istima') tanpa pengukuran kompetensi (ujian) tidak akan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan, meskipun pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara intensif menggunakan metode dan media yang tepat. Maka pembelajaran menyimak (istima') harus dibarengi dengan pengukuran kompetensi, sehingga guru menemukan titik kelemahan siswa yang harus diperbaiki. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 27 siswa MTs Al-Irsyad Tengaran 7 Kota Batu untuk mengukur dan mengkaji; 1) nilai kompetensi menyimak siswa, 2) kompetensi menyimak siswa berdasarkan perspektif Rusydi Ahmad Thuaimah.
Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif atau disebut dengan mixed method (metode campuran) untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data yang diperoleh. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes, wawancara dan observasi. Data yang diperoleh berupa; Pertama, nilai kompetensi menyimak siswa berdasarkan ujian di tiga tingkatan: pemula (mubtadi'), menengah (mutawasshit) dan mahir (mutaqaddim). Kedua, data wawancara dengan Guru Bahasa Arab. Ketiga, data obvervasi kegiatan pembelajaran Bahasa Arab (istima'). Teknik penyajian data yaitu; pertama, klasifikasi nilai kompetensi siswa berdasarkan tahapan ujian. Kedua, penguraian nilai siswa secara individual berdasarkan aspek penguasaan kompetensi menyimak (istima').
Berdasarkan proses penelitian di atas peneliti menemukan; 1) kompetensi menyimak siswa pada ujian pemula (mubtadi') menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 76 dan penguasaan kompetensi sebesar 91%, 2) kompetensi menyimak siswa pada ujian menengah (mutawasshit) menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 36 dan penguasaan kompetensi sebesar 69%, 3) kompetensi menyimak siswa pada ujian mahir (mutaqaddim) menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 14 dan penguasaan kompetensi sebesar 35%.
ABSTRACT
Listening (istima') is a first language skill that every human being must master when learning a second (foreign) language. Mastery of listening competencies makes it easier for students to acquire other language skills; speaking, reading, and writing. This competency can be learned independently and/or taught by the teacher through the practice of hearing news, speeches, and answering questions. However, listening learning without competency measurement (exams) will not have a significant effect, even if learning is carried out intensively using appropriate methods and media. So listening learning must be accompanied by competency measurement so that teachers find student weaknesses that must be corrected. Therefore, this research was carried out on 27 students of MTs Al-Irsyad Tengaran 7 Batu City to measure and study; 1) the value of students' listening competencies, 2) students' listening competencies based on the perspective of Rusydi Ahmad Thuaimah.
In this study, the author used quantitative and qualitative approaches or called mixed methods to collect and analyze the data obtained. The data collection process uses test instruments, interviews, and observations. The data obtained are; First, students' listening competency scores are based on exams at three levels: beginner (mubtadi'), intermediate (mutawasshit), and advanced (mutaqaddim). Second, the data from the interview with the Arabic Teacher. Third, data on the obvervation of Arabic learning activities. Data presentation techniques are; First, the classification of student competency scores based on the stages of the exam. Second, the decipherment of individual student scores based on aspects of mastery of listening competencies.
Based on the above research process the researcher found; 1) students' listening competence in the beginner exam shows an average score of 76 and mastery of competence of 91%, 2) students' listening competence in the intermediate exam shows an average score of 36 and mastery of competence of 69%, 3) students' listening competence in the advanced exam shows an average score of 14 and mastery of competence of 35%
Analisis Tata Kelola Maritim Indonesia: Implementasi Visi Pemerintah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
Indonesia sebagai negara maritim memiliki banyak peluang dan ancaman. Hal tersebut memerlukan adanya perhatian yang lebih besar terhadap wilayah laut. Penelitian ini membahas strategi Pemerintah Indonesia untuk meningkatkan peluang ekonomi dan mengatasi tantangan melalui Poros Maritim Dunia. Tujuan riset ini adalah menganalisa kebijakan Pemerintah Indonesia dan Pemerintah Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dalam pengembangan wilayah pesisir menggunakan teori geopolitik dan teori kekuatan laut. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif studi kasus. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer melalui wawancara dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku, artikel jurnal dan publikasi daring. Penulis menemukan bahwa sinergitas penegak hukum, diplomasi maritim sudah cukup baik, namun perlu lebih aktif melibatkan masyarakat untuk pengelolaan sumber daya hayati yang berkelanjutan dan peningkatan SDM masyarakat pesisir. Sementara Visi Gubernur DIY bernama Abad Samudera Hindia belum terlaksana dengan maksimal. Masyarakat membutuhkan tambahan pembangunan TPI baru dan pengembangan TPI menjadi PPN dan PPS untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan nelayan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemerintah pusat dan daerah harus selalu memperhatikan pengelolaan laut, khususnya untuk pemanfaatan sumber daya dan pangan. Bahwa laut memiliki kekayaan alam yang berlimpah dapat digunakan meningkatkan gizi masyarakat dan pendapatan negara. This condition requires greater attention to the sea area. This research discusses the strategy of the Government of Indonesia to increase economic opportunities and overcome challenges through the World Maritime Fulcrum. This research aims to analyze the policies of the Government of Indonesia and the Provincial Government of DIY in developing coastal areas using geopolitical theory and the theory of sea power. This study uses a qualitative case study method. The data used are primary data through interviews and secondary data obtained from books, journal articles and online publications. The author finds that the synergism between law enforcement and maritime diplomacy is good enough. However, it is necessary to involve the community more actively in the sustainable management of biological resources and to increase the human resources of coastal communities. Meanwhile, the vision of the Governor of DIY called the Century of the Indian Ocean, has not been implemented optimally. The community needs additional construction of new TPI and development of TPI to become PPN and PPS to increase the productivity and welfare of fishermen.
