    IDENTIFIKASI BENTENG TAKIMPO LIPUOGENA DI KELURAHAN TAKIMPO KECAMATAN PASARWAJO KABUPATEN BUTON

    This study aims to know what are the remains contained in the Takimpo Lipuogena fortress and its function based on the remains. This study used space archeology theory and settlement theory. This study apllied adescriptive method of data collection techniques in the form of literature studies which is means the collection ofliterature related to the title of the study, field observations with surface surveys and data recording and interviews,and the stages of data processing and contextual analysis. The results showed that the archaeological remains of Takimpo Lipuogena fort were in the form of baruga,mosque, inauguration stone, turtle stone, flagpole holes, the stones for burned some candles, reconnaissance holes (miserly holes) and graves. Takimpo Lipuogena was originally built as a village or Kadie based on the orders fromsultanate of Buton. The goal of build the Takimpo Lipuogena Fortress was as a Bhonto or surveillance. then duringthe reign of Sultan Anharuddin in 1822-1823, society in Takimpo Lipuogena fort formed a defense force with theassistance of the sultanate led by Muh. Idrus Kaimuddin to expel the pirates named Tobelo. After Muh. IdrusKaimuddin succeeded in driving away Tobelo, the society of Takimpo Lipuogena rebuilt the settlements in TakimpoLipuogena fort. The society utilized the fort as a plantation and spring as a daily necessity for them which is still usedby the community in Takimpo Village until today.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sisa-sisa yang terkandung dalam benteng Takimpo Lipuogena dan fungsinya berdasarkan sisa-sisa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori arkeologi ruang. Penelitian inimenerapkan metode deskriptif teknik pengumpulan data dalam bentuk studi literatur yang berarti pengumpulanliteratur yang berkaitan dengan judul penelitian, observasi lapangan dengan survei permukaan dan pencatatan danwawancara data, serta tahapan pengolahan data dan kontekstual analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sisa-sisa arkeologis benteng Takimpo Lipuogena adalah dalam bentukbaruga, masjid, batu pelantikan, batu penyu, lubang tiang bendera, batu untuk membakar beberapa lilin, lubangpengintaian (lubang kikir) dan kuburan. Takimpo Lipuogena awalnya dibangun sebagai desa atau Kadie berdasarkanperintah dari kesultanan Buton. Tujuan membangun Benteng Takimpo Lipuogena adalah sebagai Bhonto ataupengawasan. kemudian pada masa pemerintahan Sultan Anharuddin pada tahun 1822-1823, masyarakat di bentengTakimpo Lipuogena membentuk pasukan pertahanan dengan bantuan kesultanan yang dipimpin oleh Muh. IdrusKaimuddin mengusir para perompak bernama Tobelo. Setelah Muh. Idrus Kaimuddin berhasil mengusir Tobelo,masyarakat Takimpo Lipuogena membangun kembali pemukiman di benteng Takimpo Lipuogena. Masyarakatmemanfaatkan benteng sebagai perkebunan dan mata air sebagai kebutuhan sehari-hari bagi mereka yangmasihdigunakan oleh masyarakat di Desa Takimpo hingga saat ini

    ABSTRAK Promotion dan selling merupakan fungsi penting yang menjadi kunci keberhasilan operasional perbankan. Bank harus mampu melihat kebutuhan dan selera pasar yang dinamis dengan kondisi yang sangat kompetitif. Apalagi produk dan jasa dalam perbankan syariah masih baru serta masih belum banyak dikenal masyarakat sehingga harus memiliki karakter tersendiri dalam strategi pemasaran dan penjualannya. Dan disini penulis tertarik meneliti penjualan produk iB Hasanah Card melalui promotion, karena hal ini didukung pula dengan penuturan dari salah satu karyawan BNI Syari’ah di kota Palangka Raya yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pada variabel-variabel Promotion mix terhadap volume penjualan produk iB Hasanah card ini, ditambah lagi di tahun 2015 ini Bank Indonesia (BI) menerbitkan aturan yang membatasi kepemilikan kartu kredit berdasarkan usia dan pendapatan. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu; (1) Bagaimana karakteristik produk iB Hasanah card (2) Bagaimana penjualan produk iB Hasanah Card . Penelitian lapangan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, yang mana objek penelitian adalah penjualan produk iB Hasanah Card melalui Promotion mix pada BNI SyariahCab. Sementara subjek penelitian adalah 2 orang karyawan yang memegang jabatan terkait. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan validitas data juga di buktikan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber, lalu data di analisis melalui metode collection, reduction, display, dan conclusions. Dengan berbagai macam referensi teori yang digunakan untuk mendukung penelitian maka hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa, penjualan produk iB Hasanah Card melalui promotion mixberdasarkan hasil analisis penulis menyimpulkan bahwa personal selling, advertising, sales promotion dan publisitas telah ditelaksanakan di BNI Syariah namun dalam hal penerapan di aktivitas periklanan yang lainnya terdapat beberapa yang belum digunakan seperti pada media elektronik oleh BNI Syariah Cab. Kota Palangka Raya diantaranya:,TVatau Ad Lips (iklan yang berupa bentuk suara yang biasanya dikhususkan kepada para target konsumen). Hal ini pun selaras dengan data yang didapat penulis bahwa pada tahun 2014 ke 2015 hanya advertising yang mengalami penurunan yakni dari 65,97% ke 60,38% dan data ini memperkuat alasan dari permasalahan yang terjadi yakni berdasarkan penuturan karyawan BNI Syariah pada observasi awal ternyata memang ada pengaruh pada salah satu dari promotion mix yang ternyata ialah advertising. And here the authors are interested in researching the product sales iB Hasanah Card through the promotion, because it is supported also by the narrative of one of the employees of BNI sharia city of Palangkaraya stating that there is significant influence on variables Promotion product mix on sales volume iB Hasanah this card, plus another in 2015, Bank Indonesia (BI) has issued rules restricting the credit card ownership by age and income. This field research using qualitative descriptive approach, which is the object of research is the sale of products through the iB Hasanah Card Promotion mix on BNI Syariah Cab. While the validity of the data is also attested by the triangulation technique, and then the data were analyzed through the method of collection, reduction, display, and Conclusions. With a wide range of references theory used to support the research, the results showed that, the sale of products iB Hasanah Card through the promotion mix based on the analysis the author concludes that personal selling, advertising, sales promotion and publicity has ditelaksanakan in BNI Syariah but in terms of application in advertising activity others there are some who have not been used as the electronic media by BNI Syariah Cab. The city of Palangkaraya including :, TV or Ad Lips (ads are a form of noise that is usually devoted to the target consumer). It is also aligned with the authors that the data obtained in the year 2014 to 2015 only the advertising decreased from 65.97% to 60.38% and these data reinforce the reasons of the problems that occur according to the narrative of employees of BNI Syariah at the initial observation turns indeed no influence on one of the promotion mix which turns out is advertising

    AbstractPurpose - This study aims to find out what a hasanah savings product is and the marketing strategy implemented by KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah Semarang.Method - This research is a type of field research conducted at KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah Genuk Semarang to explore relevant data or primary and secondary data sources. The author collects data by interview, observation, and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed by analytical descriptive method.Result - The marketing strategy carried out by KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah is advertising by KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah in the form of brochures, internet, MMT and souvenirs. In addition to advertising, there is also personal selling, in practice marketing KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah serves and influences, offers, and directly disseminates its products to partners. There is also publicity carried out by KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah through tausiyah activities at the school foundation which is a mandatory activity once a month in the last week of the month accompanied by door prizes.Implication - This research can be used as a reference in marketing KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah hasanah savings products.Originality- The marketing strategy used in marketing KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah hasanah savings products in Semarang is through advertising in the form of brochures, internet, MMT and souvenirs, besides that there are tausiyah activities and door prizes.

    ABSTRAK Produk Hasanah Card merupakan produk unggulan Bank syariah Indonesia Metro. Produk Hasanah Card pembiayaan menggunakan akad mudharabah dan musyarakah yaitu memperoleh bagi hasil. Namun semakin berkembang sector perbankan di Indonesia diperlukan dan pemasaran untuk menghadapi persaingan khususnya pada produk pembiayaan. Pentingnya pemasaran dilakukan dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat akan suatu produk atau jasa. Penelitian ini mengangkat suatu rumusan masalah yaitu strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Metro, Bagaimmana pandangan Islam terhadap strategi pemasaran produk iB Hasanah dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Metro, Bagaimana pengalaman pelanggan dalam penggunaan produk Hasanah Card. Adapun metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis berupa wawancara dengan pihak Bank Syariah Indonesia serta dokumentasi yang berkaitan dalam penelitian ini dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa strategi pemasaran dalam upaya meningkatkan jumlah nasabah produk Hasanah Card di Bank Syariah Indonesia sebagai berikut: menggunakan bauran pemasaran atau marketing mix yang tediridari 7P, yaitu Product, Price, Place dan Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence. Pandangan Islam terhadap strategi pemasaran produk iB Hasanah dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Metro bahwasannya secara keseluruhan strategi pemasaran Hasanah card yang dilakukan oleh BSI Metro sudah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, mulai dari segmentasi pemasaran yang tepat dalam memasarkan produk-produknya dan tidak melanggar hal-hal yang mengandung unsur prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam. Pengalaman pelanggan dalam penggunaan produk Hasanah Card Pengalaman pelanggan dalam menggunakan produk BSI Hasanah Card dapat bervariasi tergantung pada preferensi masing-masing pelanggan. The importance of marketing is to fulfill people's needs and desires for a product or service. This research raises a problem formulation, namely marketing strategy in increasing competitive advantage at Bank Syariah Indonesia Metro, What is the Islamic view of the marketing strategy for iB Hasanah products in increasing competitive advantage at Bank Syariah Indonesia Metro, What is the customer experience in using Hasanah Card products. The research method that the author uses in writing this thesis is using a qualitative approach. The data collection used by the author took the form of interviews with Bank Syariah Indonesia as well as documentation related to this research and the data analysis used was qualitative descriptive. From the research results, it can be seen that the marketing strategy in an effort to increase the number of Hasanah Card product customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia is as follows: using a marketing mix consisting of 7Ps, namely Product, Price, Place and Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence. The Islamic view on the marketing strategy for iB Hasanah products in increasing competitive advantage at Bank Syariah Indonesia Metro is that overall the Hasanah card marketing strategy carried out by BSI Metro is in accordance with sharia principles, starting from appropriate marketing segmentation in marketing its products and not violating any -things that contain elements of Islamic economic principles. The research conducted by the author aims to find out how the application of financial accounting at the Salafiyah Uswatun Hasanah Islamic Boarding School Foundation in Silangkitang District, Labuhan Batu Regency, South Sumatra, North Sumatra, based on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The types of data collection in this study are primary data and secondary data. The methods used by the author are interviews and written documents. The Salafiyah Uswatun Hasanah Islamic Boarding School Foundation in the financial recording process does not depreciate fixed assets, so it does not show the total book value of fixed assets. Furthermore, in the process of preparing financial statements, the foundation only makes balance sheet financial reports and profit / loss reports and does not make cash flow reports and notes to financial statements. The results of this study can be concluded that the application of accounting at the Uswatun Hasanah Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School Foundation is not in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

    Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah is a financial institution that uses sharia principles in its implementation by providing services to the public to meet financing needs. BPR Syariah Hasanah Pekanbaru is a pioneer bank for sharia banking in the Riau Province region which has been operating since January 9, 1995. As a sharia banking, BPR Syariah Hasanah Pekanbaru operates with a sharia system which has the aim of helping and collaborating with the wider community in growing people's lives by transaction media and sharia financial services. BPR Syariah Hasanah is collecting public funds and channeling them in the form of financing using contracts and procedures that are in accordance with sharia principles. In the financing activities carried out by BPRS Hasanah Pekanbaru, several problems were found, such as bad financing. This can increase if it is not minimized by the bank. Based on the background above, problems arise, namely: 1) How is the settlement of bad financing carried out by BPR Syariah Hasanah Pekanbaru due to default debtors, 2) What are the obstacles in solving bad financing due to default debtors for the BPR Syariah Hasanah Pekanbaru. According to the type, this study falls under the category of sociological research, namely research that is carried out directly to the field. In collecting data, the authors use primary data sources, namely data obtained directly from the research location by conducting interviews and observations. The author obtained primary data from BPRS Hasanah Pekanbaru, as well as secondary data in the form of literature studies and other documents. Furthermore, the authors analyze the data to obtain conclusions. While look up to this research is descriptive analytical. The results of the study show the efforts made by the bank in solving problem financing and the problems experienced by the bank in solving bad financing. There are several ways that are used by BPRS Hasanah Pekanbaru in solving problematic financing. BPRS Hasanah takes a persuasive approach as much as possible by contacting customers via telephone. If the customer does not respond to calls from the bank, the bank will send a notification of arrears and maturity. Furthermore, if the results are not effective enough, BPRS Hasanah uses third party service assistance to make billing. Furthermore the bank’s problems in solving bad financing are debtors who are difficult to contact, negligence of debtors who didn’t see the contents of agreement, debtors’ economic problems, and also debtors’ business failure

    The writing of this thesis aims to analyze how the marketing strategy and the obstacles and how to solve the marketing of Tapenas Hasanah iB Savings products. The background of this thesis writing is the increasing development of the number of savings product customers in the North Jakarta Branch. However, the growth in the number of customers in Savings products is not followed in Tapenas Hasanah iB Savings Products which experienced a not significant increase compared to the previous year. It is interesting for researchers to know and analyze further how the marketing strategy and what are the constraints and solutions that influence it.In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods by means of library research and direct research in the field. This research was conducted from mid to late 2018 at PT. Bank BNI Syariah North Jakarta Branch Office. The source of information obtained by the author is the employee and customer of BNI Syariah North Jakarta Branch Office. The conclusion of this study is that the lack of promotional activities and savings programs made the Tapenas Hasanah iB Savings experience no progress. The solution is to facilitate the requirements for opening Savings and routinely increase understanding and selling skills to unit funding so that it can easily market Tapenas Hasanah iB Savings products.

    The loss of the essence of an educator's qudwah al-hasanah is one of the causes of personal damage and behavior of a child, even though the Prophet has taught his followers related to the best of role model. Islamic education has an important role in advancing civilization. One of the methods applied in Islamic education is by qudwah al-hasanah because is a basic method of educating and a child learns by sees and imitates. Seeing this, the method of accuracy is considered very important to be reviewed in the al-Qur’an surah al-Ahzab verse 21 which discusses the method of Islamic education with accuracy as taught by the Prophet. The purpose of this research is 1) To find out the tafsir of al-Ahzab verse 21 according to the commentary of Al Munir Dr. Wahbah Az-Az-Zuhaili. 2) To know the method of Islamic education with qudwah al-hasanah contained in surah al-Ahzab verse 21. This type of discussion is literature research or library research where researchers get data from reading books that are relevant to the titles and written documentation obtained from library books. Particularly with regard to the tafsir of the text of the Al-Qur'an Surah al-Ahzab verse 21 through an analytical approach with a descriptive-qualitative method. Then processed according to the ability of the author. The writing of this journal discusses the method of Islamic education with qudwah al-hasanah in surah al-Ahzab verse 21 according to Tafsir Al-Munir. Dr. Wahbah Az-Az-Zuhaili 1) The tafsir of surah al-Ahzab verse 21 according to the Tafsir of Al-Munir explains that the Messenger of Allah is the best role model for mankind and should emulate the Prophet in his words, deeds and in various circumstances. Especially in terms of courage, courage to go forward, struggle and patience, and encouragement to always remember Allah and hope in Allah. 2) The method of education using qudwah al-hasanah taught by the Prophet in Surah al-ahzab 21 includes courage, courage to go forward, patience and struggle. This is the description of the discussion of Islamic education methods with qudwah-al hasanahcontained in the Al-Ahzab verse 21 (Study of Tafsir Al-Munir of Dr. Wahbah Az-Az-Zuhaili). It is hoped that educators and teachers to educate children with the qudwah al-hasanah method, so that they can become the best examples in words, deeds, and under any circumstances.
