    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MTsN Kota Solok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) diawali dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan lembaga terhadap tenaga guru, pegawai dan karyawan sekaligus penginformasian kebutuhan SDM sesuai dengan formasi pekerjaan yang diperlukan; melakukan proses seleksi berdasarkan kualifikasi yang ditetapkan; serta melakukan proses penerimaan dan penempatan. Pemberdayaan SDM dilakukan dengan melibatkan guru dan pegawai untuk mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan yang sesuai dengan bidang tugas dan keahliannya; serta pendelegasian tugas dan wewenang dalam rangka pengembangan kinerja guru dan pegawai. Pengawasan SDM dilakukan melalui kegiatan supervisi terhadap kinerja guru, pegawai dan karyawan. Baik supervisi yang dilakukan secara langsung melalui pengamatan yang intens, maupun supervisi tidak langsung melalui laporan yang dibuat oleh masing-masing guru, pegawai dan karyawan. Hasil supervisi kemudian dinilai, dikoreksi dan diperbaiki sehingga produktivitas SDM semakin meningkat

    The Importance of Establishing Functional Position of Corporate Supervisor at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights

    The establishment of Functional Position of Corporate Supervisor is one of the priority working programs to be realized at the Directorate General of Legal Administrative Affairs. This is important, not only to implement the government programs, namely simplifying the bureaucracy, but also to optimize the performance of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The question is why it is important to establish the Functional Position of Corporate Supervisor at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The research method used is normative and empirical legal research with descriptive research characteristics and a qualitative analysis approach. The results showed that the importance of the Functional Position of Corporate Supervisor at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights is based on the mandate of Presidential Regulation Number 13 Year 2018 and Article 138 to Article 141 of Law Number 40 Year 2007, as well as changes in the institutional structure of the Directorate of Civil Affairs. In order for the mandate of Presidential Regulation Number 13 Year 2018 and Article 138 to Article 141 of Law Number 40 Year 2007 to be realized, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights needs to immediately establish the Functional Position of Corporate Supervisor, and also immediately change the organizational structure of the Directorate of Civil Affairs.

    This study aims to describe the contribution of the School Committee in improving the quality of Islamic religious education at MTsN Solok City. The School Committee, which should carry out its duties and functions properly is still faced with many problems so that the quality of education in general and the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), especially in the madrasa, has not shown the expected results. This research is field research (field research). The approach used is a qualitative approach. Sources of data for this research include School Committees, Principals, Deputy Principals of Madrasahs, and teachers of religious subjects. Collecting data using observation techniques, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Analysis data using the inductive method. The research credibility test uses observation persistence, source triangulation, and interview triangulation results with observations. The results of this study indicate that the contribution as a supporting body such as holding regular meetings with parents/guardians of students, providing support for infrastructure, and also funds to support PAI activities. Contributions as a controlling body such as supervising the planning and implementation of PAI activities, being involved in the ratification of the PAI program, supervising the progress of students' attitudes and skills after participating in PAI activities, monitoring students who excel in PAI activities, controlling the income and expenses of PAI activities. Contributions as a liaison body such as fostering collaboration with stakeholders, disseminating PAI policies and programs, and facilitating various program policy inputs

    Parate eksekusi adalah menjalankan sendiri atau mengambil sendiri apa yang menjadi haknya, dalam arti tanpa perantaraan hakim, yang ditujukan atas sesuatu barang jaminan untuk selanjutnya menjual sendiri barang tersebut. Parate executie adalah eksekusi yang dilaksanakan sendiri oleh pemegang hak jaminan (gadai dan hipotik) tanpa melalui bantuan atau campur tangan pengadilan negeri, melainkan hanya berdasarkan bantuan Kantor Lelang Negara saja.  Jadi dapat dipahami bahwa pelaksanaan parate executie merupakan cara termudah dan sederhana bagi kreditur untuk memperoleh kembali piutangnya, manakala debitur cidera janji dibandingkan dengan eksekusi yang melalui bantuan atau campur tangan Pengadilan Negeri

    Globalisasi memberikan dampak berupa perubahan pada pasar internasional, salah satunya adalah liberalisasi perdagangan, yang dipandang sebagai suatu upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi.hal ini menjadi polemik bagi Negara berkembang seperti Indonesia yang memang mengharuskan untuk memproteksi liberalisasi perdagangan dunia tersebut untuk menjaga kelangsungan produksi lokal sebagai Implikasi keikutsertaan Indonesia dalam organisasi GATT/ WTO. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendapat gambaran tentang fungsi dan manfaat WTO  bagi negara berkembang khususnya Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif, data yang diperoleh di analisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasilnya adalah, ada 3 Fungsi WTO bagi negara berkembang, Pertama, sebagai suatu perangkat ketentuan (aturan) multilateral yang mengatur tindak tanduk perdagangan; Kedua, sebagai suatu forum (wadah) perundingan perdagangan. Ketiga sebagai suatu “pengadilan” internasional. Dan Manfaat WTO bagi Negara berkembang adalah dapat meningkatkan kinerja, khususnya bagi Indonesia dapat menjamin terciptanya lapangan pekerjaan, meningkatkan produksi dan perdagangan dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sumberdaya dunia. Sementara itu terdapat hambatan, antara lain kurangnya komitmen pemerintah dalam meningkatkan dunia usaha akibat mengalami masalah dalam pembangunan, ditambah dengan kurangnya kesiapan sumber daya manusia, baik pengusaha, kalangan professional, maupun pejabat pemerintah.     Alternatif penyelesaian sengketa kekayaan intelektual melalui mediasi di Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia telah dibentuk sejak tahun 2010, namun dalam proses penyelesaiannya belum berjalan secara optimal. Menjadi pertanyaan, mengapa mediasi kekayaan intelektual di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM belum optimal? Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja kendala yang dihadapi Kementerian Hukum dan HAM  dalam penyelesaian sengketa kekayaan intelektual melalui mediasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dan empiris  dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alternatif penyelesaian sengketa kekayaan intelektual melalui mediasi di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM belum berjalan dengan optimal dikarenakan masih terdapat kendala, dari aspek Kelembagaan, mekanisme, dan Sumber Daya Manusia (mediator) yang harus dilakukan pembenahan. Untuk mengoptimalkan alternatif penyelesaian sengketa kekayaan intelektual di Kemenkumham, maka Kementerian Hukum dan Ham perlu membentuk Jabatan Fungsional Mediator Kekayaan intelektual, yang dituangkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan HAM yang mengatur jenjang karier, angka kredit, instansi Pembina, serta pengembangan kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (mediator) melalui Pendidikan dan pelatihan mediasi.     This study aims to describe the management of decision making in improving the quality of education at MTsN Kota Solok. The quality of education can be seen from three aspects, namely: input, process and output. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the planning for decision making by the Head of MTsN Kota Solok is carried out through a meeting forum involving the entire assembly of teachers and employees by identifying the needs of the institution. Organizing decision making is done by classifying problems that require decision making based on a priority scale. The implementation of decision making is carried out according to the plan, namely through a meeting forum attended by the entire assembly of teachers and employees. In the meeting, the teachers and employees were asked for their opinions and suggestions related to the problems that were taken and then mutually agreed upon. Decision-making control is carried out through monitoring and evaluation as well as supervision and follow-up plans
