MEREDUKSI OFF TASK BEHAVIOR DENGAN SOSIODRAMA: REDUCE OFF TASK BEHAVIOR WITH SOCIODRAMA
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena permasalahan yang ada di sekolah. Masih ada siswa yang belum mampu mengikuti aturan yang ada di kelas dan menunjukkan perilaku yang tidak sesuai dengan yang dikehendaki (off task behavior) seperti berjalan di dalam kelas saat ada guru, berbicara dengan temannya, melamun, tidur dan lain sebagainya selama pelajaran berlangsung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menurunkan off task behavior dengan menggunakan metode sosiodrama. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan one-group pre-test-post-test design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 siswa di SMP RA Jakarta yang memiliki skor tertinggi pada hasil pre-test. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala off task behavior yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti berdasarkan indikator dari off task behavior dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan statistik uji t-test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode sosiodrama yang digunakan efektif untuk mereduksi off task behavior
METODE KAUNY DAN PENGUATAN PSIKOLOGIS BAGI MUALAF DANAU PANTAU KAPUAS
Mualaf merupakan pelaku konversi agama yang berasal dari agama maupun keyakinan berbeda lalu memilih Islam sebagai agama tujuan. Setelah menjadi mualaf, seseorang mengalami berbagai kondisi dimulai dari minimnya pengetahuan tentang Islam, adaptasi terhadap ibadah baru, serta mengalami sejumlah tekanan psikologis. Para mualaf dituntut mampu menghafal bacaan salat serta surah-surah dalam Al-Qur’an sebagai syarat sah ibadah salat. Meski demikian, menghafal bacaan yang disajikan dalam bahasa yang sama sekali baru bukan persoalan mudah bagi mereka. Belum lagi tentang pelafalan huruf sesuai kaidah tajwid yang tepat seringkali menjadi kendala. Namun, pada dasarnya hal ini dapat diatasi dengan memberikan pendampingan, baik secara kelompok maupun individual, terutama yang berkaitan dengan aqidah, syari’at dan muamalah. Peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan metode kauny serta penguatan psikologis berjumlah 40 peserta yang terdiri atas para mualaf serta pengurus Aisyiyah ranting Danau Pantau. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu materi mengenai makharijul huruf serta pelafalan huruf hijaiyah yang tepat, metode kauny, dan penguatan psikologis. 90 persen peserta menunjukkan peningkatan dalam mengikuti pelatihan ini. Metode kauny dapat menjadi pilihan yang baik untuk mualaf dalam memperdalam ilmu agama Islam khususnya dalam belajar Al-Qur’an
The Relationship Between Big Five Personality Factors and Mother’s Parenting Style
This study aims to discover a significant relationship between the Big Five personality factors owned by mothers to the type of parenting style applied by the mother, and how the relationship between the authoritative parenting type to each of the Big Five personality factors of the mother. The sampling technique is a non-probability quota type. The initial sample consisted of 349 housewives who have children in elementary and/or junior high school at National Plus schools in Jakarta. The measuring instruments used are: (1) International Personality Item Pool with a Cronbach's alpha reliability value of 0.970 to measure the Big Five personality factors, and (2) The Child Rearing Practices Report with a Cronbach's alpha reliability value of 0.992 to measure parenting style. The correlation test between the Big Five personality and mother's parenting style used Chi-Square with the result of X2 = 53.367. The Chi-Square correlation test between the agreement dimension and the authoritative parenting style had the highest percentage, which is 5.7%. The results of the correlation test showed that (1) there is a significant relationship between the Big Five personality factors and parenting style, and (2) the majority of mothers with an authoritative parenting style showed high agreement compared to other parenting styles
Motivasi dan Praktik Spiritual Mahasiswa Mualaf: Studi Kasus di Lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya
AbstractSpiritual motivation is related to the fulfillment of spiritual needs such as self-actualization and individual tendencies to a particular religion, while spiritual practice is the embodiment of an individual\u27s spiritual soul based on his spiritual awareness and experience. This study aims to determine the motivation and spiritual practice of students who converted to Islam while in college. The research design used is a qualitative case study approach involving four subjects with data collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study found that two subjects had spiritual motivation before becoming a student, while the spiritual motivation of the other two subjects appeared when they were in college, which was motivated by the impressed factor by the worship practices of the academic community in college, as well as the understanding of Islam obtained from the Kemuhammadiyahan course. The subjects also experienced various dynamics and consequences after converting to Islam. It is known that three subjects received inconvenience treatment from their family and environment in the form of opposition, threat, insult, exile, not being given living expenses until they were kicked out of the house. While one subject gets a positive thing, namely the relationship with her parents is getting more harmonious. The spiritual practice has been carried out with full awareness by the four subjects. One of the four subjects is still actively following spiritual guidance while the other three subjects are no longer receiving spiritual guidance. They rely on manuals obtained when converting to Islam and seek information from the internet whenever they have in-depth questions about Islamic teachings.Keywors: Spiritual Motivation
Career Interests Mapping on Economics Education Students in Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya
The selection of economics education students in this research considers the suitability of the student's career interests aiming to align the graduates' learning outcomes with the study program wishes to achieve, both in the short and long term. Career interests mapping among students aims to determine the alignment of students' interests with the graduate profile achievement targets that the economics education study program wishes to achieve. This is useful as reflection material for study programs to create relevant curricula that will adequately prepare undergraduate graduates. The RMIB was used as the interest-measuring instrument in this research. Its widespread use in academic and professional contexts has demonstrated its efficacy intracking trends in students' career interests. Based on the research's findings, the three highest-ranking jobs among respondents—a total of 69 students—are the subject of career information, which is the primary concern according to the RMIB assessment. Among all students, the three most popular professional paths were computational (18%), social services (16%), and clerical (16%). The three fields with the highest career interest rates among male students were found to be clerical (20%), computational (14%), and social service (11%). In contrast, the fields with the highest career interest rates among female students were computational (20%), social service (18%), and clerical (12%). According to the research's data, there is a correlation between the learning outcomes of graduates (CPL) from the economics education study program in the teaching and educational faculty at Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya for the 2023–2024 academic year and the career interests of program participants
Islam and Environmental Protection: The Implementation of Ecological Dakwah in the Makassar "Zero Waste" Community
ABSTRACT
Efforts to reduce waste need to continue to be declared. This is important because an increase in the amount of waste will have an impact on the environment and lead to numbers of problems in life. The production of waste is influenced by a variety of factors. Among them is an understanding of waste handling and consumer lifestyle. However, there are still groups of people who care about environmental conservation. One of them is the "Zero Waste" community of Makassar. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation of the ecological perspective in the “Zero Waste” community as an effort to preserve the environment and reduce the waste result. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with the use of description analysis on the community. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The results of this research shows that the implementation of ecological perspectives in the “Zero Waste” community includes 1) dakwah bil-lisan, in the form of providing training, becoming speaker and educating the public; 2) dakwah bil-kitabah, promoting waste management through social media communities; and 3) dakwah bil-hal, implementing a “waste fasting” lifestyle and collaborating with related stakeholders such as government and private agencies.

EFEKTIVITAS PELATIHAN SELF-TALK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HARGA DIRI REMAJA KORBAN BULLYING (Studi pada Siswa SMP X Pasar Minggu)
Abstract: Adolescents who are unable to adapt in school environments are more likely to get bullying from other, more dominant or more popular students. Bullying makes teenagers difficult to actualize themselves, concentrate on learning, always feel insecure, and have low self-esteem. Teenagers with low self-esteem will believe that what the bully says about him is true and start blaming himself for being weak, not beautiful, or useless. Low self-esteem can be increased one of them through self-talk techniques that aim to deny irrational thinking and encourage the emergence of healthy thinking by saying positive sentences. Bullying behavior by peers is still common in junior high school, so some students become more quiet, crying in school, avoiding bullying, asking to move classes, to choose to change schools. This research was conducted to find out the effectiveness of self-talk training to increase the self-esteem of bullying students in SMP X. This study used experimental design involving 10 participants aged 14 to 16 years. The researchers used the Self-Estimation tool developed by Utomo (2011) as a pre-test and post-test. Based on different test with paired sample t-test on gain score of self esteem obtained mean value 14.80 (SD = 3.271) and t = 7.020, p <0.01. Thus, self-talk training is effective to increase the self-esteem of bullying teenagers
An Integration of Education and Economic Empowerment in Da'wah Strategies: A Case Study of Mualaf in the Dayak Meratus Tribe
This study aims to analyze the da'wah model implemented within the Dayak Meratus tribe in South Kalimantan, focusing on the provision of scholarships and economic empowerment. Da'wah in this community plays a significant role in enhancing religious understanding and improving the quality of life. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews and direct observation as data collection methods. The research was conducted in several areas inhabited by the Dayak Meratus tribe, with subjects comprising mualaf, religious leaders, and policymakers involved in economic empowerment programs. The findings indicate that the provision of scholarships for education and collaboration with multiple stakeholders has had a positive impact on the increase in the number of mualaf and the socio-economic welfare of the community. The family-based guidance approach and the frequency of meetings have proven effective in maintaining the commitment of converts to Islam. Furthermore, economic empowerment has made a significant contribution to strengthening their integration into the Muslim community. The discussion highlights that the success of da'wah is heavily influenced by the combination of educational support, economic empowerment, and sustainable social approaches. The conclusion of this study is that a holistic da'wah strategy, combining education and economic empowerment, is highly effective in increasing the number of converts and improving their quality of life. Recommendations for future research include expanding the scope of the study area and involving more variables that influence the success of da'wah within indigenous communities.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model dakwah yang diterapkan di suku Dayak Meratus, Kalimantan Selatan, dengan fokus pada pemberian beasiswa dan pemberdayaan ekonomi. Dakwah di komunitas ini memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman agama dan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Lokasi penelitian berada di beberapa wilayah yang dihuni oleh masyarakat Dayak Meratus, dengan subjek yang terdiri dari mualaf, tokoh agama, dan pemangku kebijakan yang terlibat dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi umat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian beasiswa untuk pendidikan dan kerjasama dengan banyak stakeholder telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan jumlah mualaf dan kesejahteraan sosial-ekonomi masyarakat. Pembinaan yang berbasis pada pendekatan keluarga dan intensitas pertemuan terbukti efektif dalam menjaga komitmen mualaf terhadap Islam. Selain itu, pemberdayaan ekonomi memberikan kontribusi besar dalam memperkuat integrasi mereka ke dalam masyarakat Islam. Diskusi ini mengemukakan bahwa kesuksesan dakwah sangat dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi antara dukungan pendidikan, pemberdayaan ekonomi, dan pendekatan sosial yang berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa strategi dakwah yang holistik, yang menggabungkan pendidikan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi, sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan jumlah mualaf dan kualitas hidup mereka. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah memperluas cakupan wilayah dan melibatkan lebih banyak variabel yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dakwah dalam komunitas adat
Chaining and Prompting Technique of Behavior Modification to Improve Adaptive Skills in Child with Intellectual Disability
Children with intellectual disabilities experience difficulties in understanding academics, adapting to their environment, and taking care of themselves. The ability to take care of oneself, which is also called adaptive life skills, is a top priority in an effort to teach children to achieve independence in taking care of themselves. It is hoped that children will be able to take care of themselves until they are completely independent without the help of others. One of the adaptive life skills that need to be trained in students with a diagnosis of intellectual disability is wearing all the clothes they need for school, starting from buttoning their clothes, fastening the buttons on their trousers and skirts, tying their shoelaces, and wearing socks. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the chaining technique in improving the ability to wear socks in a student with mild intellectual disability. This research was conducted on KN, a 12-year-old student diagnosed with mild intellectual disability who was not yet fully able to put on socks which made her was still helped by her mother every day. This research design used a single-subject experimental design with 8 intervention sessions using chaining and prompting-type behavior modification techniques. Analysis was carried out by comparing the ability to put on socks before and after the intervention. The research results showed that the chaining and prompting techniques were successful in improving the adaptive life skills of putting on socks in a child diagnosed with mild intellectual disability
Dynamics Of The Sinoman Hadrah Al Irsyad Tradition, Kintapura Village, Kintap District, Tanah Laut District, 2010-2022
Sinoman Hadrah consists five or six poetry singers well as tambourine players, then jellyfish umbrella players and accompanied Sinoman Hadrah dancers numbering 20 to 30 people based on number of members while holding small triangular flags inscribed with Arabic letters (Asmaul Husna). The research method in this article is a historical method consisting of the processes of historiography, heuristics, criticism and interpretation used in this research. The author has ensured that the sources used in the research are trustworthy. Among them are Mr. Guru Marhani, Abdul Manap, Muhammad Helman, Rian Sidiq, Muhammad Seman Alfarisi, Emansyah, Middad H. Rahmadi, Masliani, and Mr. Guru Marhani. They include Coach Sinoman Hadra Al Irsyad and his members, as well as the Kintapura community. After ensuring existing sources meet the requirements as candidates for the interview. After obtaining the required data, the researcher analyzes and presents the research results using historiography. The results of the research show that the existence the Sinoman Hadrah Al Irsyad Tradition experiences setbacks and developments every year. caused several factors such as not knowing the origins the Sinoman Hadrah Al Irsyad Tradition, the lack of interest of young people in taking part as well as the role of citizens in maintaining its existence. This research aims to find out the origins of the Sinoman Hadrah Al Irsyad Tradition as well as the dynamics of the reduction and development of Sinoman Hadrah Al Irsyad so that the role of the Kintapura community in maintaining its existence will remain with the community
