Perusahaan papan bunga sebagai termasuk salah satu industri utama pemberi kepuasan masyarakat ketika mengadakan acara besar.Di Kota Medan banyak ditemukan perusahaan papan bunga. Apabila bisnis ini tidak dikelola dengan baik, maka perusahaan tidak akan bisa mampu bertahan di tengah persaingan.
Penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesa dan menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran dan bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan penggunaan papan bunga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dari pengkuantifikasian skala Likert. Dari populasi sebanyak 133 orang diperoleh sebanyak 100 pelanggan yang dijadikan sebagai responden penelitian dengan menggunakan slovin dengan tingkat error 5%. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara pembagian kuesioner sebanyak 18 pertanyaan, wawacara dengan beberapa pertanyaan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Strategi pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan papan bunga pada Fadhilah Florist, (2) Bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan papan bunga pada Fadhilah Florist, dan (3) Strategi pemasaran dan bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan papan bunga pada Fadhilah Florist. Marketing strategy includes every effort and effort to achieve conformity between the company and its environment in order to achieve solutions to problems faced by the company. How can the company's business run well in an environment full of competition on the basis of product, price, promotion, and distribution perspectives for? serving the market.Flower board companies are one of the main industries that provide public satisfaction when holding large events. In Medan, there are many flower board companies. If this business is not managed properly, the company will not be able to survive in the midst of competition.This research is associative with a quantitative approach which aims to test hypotheses and analyze the effect of marketing strategies and marketing mix on decisions to use flower boards. This type of research is quantitative from the Likert scale quantification. From a population of 133 people, 100 customers were selected as research respondents using Slovin with an error rate of 5%. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires of 18 questions, interviews with several questions and documentation. The results showed that; (1) The marketing strategy has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use flower boards on the Fadhilah Florist, (2) The marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use flower boards on the Fadhilah Florist, and (3) The marketing strategy and marketing mix have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use a flower board at Fadhilah Florist

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to know the application of Accounting at MTsS Fadhilah Pekanbaru with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The results of the research and discussion put forward by the author are that MTsS Fadhilah Pekanbaru in the process of accounting records, schools use the accrual basis concept. In the accounting process, schools do not make ledgers and do not make adjusting entries at the end of the period, and do not depreciate their fixed assets. So that the value of fixed assets does not show its true value. Meanwhile, in the process of preparing the financial statements of MTsS Fadhilah Pekanbaru only compiled a statement of financial position and a profit / loss statement and did not prepare a cash flow statement and notes on the financial report. Based on the results of this research and discussion, it can be concluded that the application of accounting that has been carried out at MTsS Fadhilah Pekanbaru is not in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

Get PDFThis thesis is entitled "HISTORY OF DEVELOPMENT OF FOUNDATION UMMI FADHILAH IN SURABAYA (2006-2018)". To find out some of the problems contained in the study, a number of problems were formulated, including: (1) How was the history of the establishment of the Surabaya Ummi Fadhilah foundation? (2) How was the development of the Ummi Fadhilah Foundation in 2006-2018? (3) What are the supporting factors and the inhibiting factors of the Surabaya Ummi Fadhilah Foundation? This thesis uses a historical research method which consists of five stages, namely topic selection, Heuristics (Finding and gathering resources), Verification or source criticism (which consists of extreme and internal criticism), Interpretation (Source Interpretation), and Historiography (History Writing). The method of data collection is done by means of library studies, field studies or interviews and archival studies. This thesis uses the Historical and Sociology approach, and uses the theory of Social Institution (Social Institution). The results of this thesis are, (1) the Ummi Fadhilah Foundation was established on August 30, 2006, starting its pioneering in 2004 with the inauguration of the Fadhil TBAS by Ms. Immarianis, S.Pd, M.Sc, Kons along with their volunteers and staff. (2) the Ummi Fadhilah foundation experienced rapid development in several aspects including the development of the number of trained members, the development of branch foundations in several cities in Indonesia, business charity / work programs, organizational structure, and developments in facilities and infrastructure. (3) in its development there are also supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the development of the foundation including its strategic location because it is in the center of Surabaya, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and support from santri guardians and some people. Factors that inhibit the development of foundations include the lack of land for activities, lack of funding, and lack of teaching staff and active staff

The types of data obtained in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained during interviews with sources or the school. Secondary data is data that researchers get in the form of school structure, school history, financial position reports, income statements, diaries, and asset lists. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the basis for applying accounting at SDIT Fadhilah Pekanbaru is not in accordance with ISAK 35

Banyak dari musuh-musuh Islam bahkan dari umat Islam sendiri menganggap di antara hadis-hadis menunjukkan Islam merendahkan wanita. Dari sekian banyak hadis-hadis yang dianggap misoginis, penulis memilih tiga hadis yaitu wanita duplikat setan, wanita penyebar sensualitas, dan wanita pembawa sial. Metode analisis sanad hadis-hadis yang tiga ini dalam kitab Sunan at-Tirmi§³, dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah dalam penelitian hadis yaitu:1) Melakukan takhr³j 2) Melakukan i`tib±r as-sanad, 3) Menelusuri biografi setiap perawi dan menghimpun pernyataan-pernyataan ulama al-jar¥ dan at-ta`d³l, 4) Memperhatikan kebersambungan mata rantai sanad. Adapun analisis matan hadis-hadis ini adalah apakah bertentangan dengan dengan Alquran, Hadis yang lebih kuat, fakta sejarah dan logika, serta susunan lafaz hadis yang menunjukkan bahwasannya hadis ini berasal dari Rasulullah saw., serta fikih (pemahaman) hadis dan bantahan terhadap anggapan Hadis misoginis. Hasil penelitian penulis terhadap hadis-hadis yang dianggap misoginis yang tiga ini adalah Hadis ¡a¥³¥ li z±tih, kecuali hadis wanita pembawa sial adalah hadis sy±© dan «a`³f. Hadis-hadis ini tidak bertentangan dengan Alquran, Hadis yang lebih kuat, fakta sejarah dan logika, serta dari lafaz kalimatnya, menunjukkan hadis ini berasal dari Rasulullah saw. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa hadis-hadis yang tiga ini bukanlah hadis-hadis misoginis, namun hadis-hadis ini memberikan pesan dan nasehat kepada wanita agar berhati-hati dalam bersikap

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of academic supervision and school organizational culture on teacher performance at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru. The population in this study were teachers at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, totaling 35 respondents who are teachers at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. while the classical assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test), statistical test (t test, F test, coefficient of determination test). The results of this study indicate that academic supervision and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru.

No full textAbstract: The purpose of this research is to look at the influence of English vocabulary of children with Story Telling through Animated Films on children's language development in Kindergarten Fadhilah Amal 3 Tunggul Hitam Padang. the activity of introducing English with Story Telling through this Animated Film researchers wanted to see how the deve-lopment of children's language, especially in English at TK Fadhilah Amal 3 Tunggul Hitam Padang. Quantitative research methods used in the form of Quasi Experiments. The population consisted of all 43 Fadhilah Amal 3 Kindergarten students, namely groups B1, B2 and B3. B3 group was used as an experimental sample and B1 as a control class sample of 15 people each. The sampling technique used cluster sampling. The data collection techniques used by teachers' tests, such as statements of 4 statements as well as data collection in the form of statement widths in the form of an instrument lattice. The results of tests conducted using SPSS version 16, with the results obtained in the experimental class obtained an average of 13.13 and a control class 11.60. The conclusion drawn is that there is a significant influence of the activities of introducing English with Story Telling through animated films on children's language skills, especially English, in children in Kindergarten Fadhilah Amal 3 Tunggul Hitam Padang

This project requires data from ICReSS. The system is basically an online web application which has the ability to search the lecturer's class at a specific day or time. The proposed project is an enhancement feature (function) of ICReSS. This system use information retrieval concept by supplying specific parameters to build a query. The design and implementation of search engine concept can help people to efficiently search for useful information. The search tool, which is a search utility, looks for information in the database and reports the result of the searching task to users via website interface. The advantages of this system are its ability to search faster, reliable, up to date and can be use by unlimited number of users. The system is targeted to be used by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering staff
