This research uses descriptive method. The object of this study is figurative language and meaning of figurative language. The data source is the object of this study are the songs contained in a collection of songs Ratu Sikumbang. This research process qualitative data. To obtain the data and document engineering researchers conducted a study or library. Data in the form of lyrics that correspond to figures of speech in Ratu Sikumbang set of songs. Data obtained using qualitative analysis techniques and validity of the data obtained with the technique of the adequacy of reference, discussion and triangulation. Ratu Sikumbang collection of songs produced by Agri'e and Al-Glory. A collection of songs Ratu Sikumbang totaling 53 songs. The results of this study are as follows. (1) The types of figurative language found amounted to 102 the data; 5 metaphors, hyperbole 24, 24, parable, allegory 22, 9 parable, fable 1, 2 personification, one epithet, 1 sinekdoke, 2 metonymy, antonomasia 9, 1 1 hipalase and satire. The specificity of figurative language used every song lies in the use of words that come from the environment, and the words derived from the expression of feelings of the author; (2) The meanings of figurative language that amounted to 102, has diverse meanings based on the use of figurative language found in the collection of the song Ratu Sikumbang. The techniques of collecting data use questionnaire, interview and observation.
The result of the research were, most of the domestic tourists who visited
the Ratu Boko temple were satisfied with the service given by Ratu Boko Temple
tourist destinations management. Tourist attractions in Ratu Boko Temple was
considered fairly interestingly, amenitas is in the Ratu Boko Temple are pretty
good, so does with accesibiliity is easy to reach. Questionnaire results indicate
that most of the tourists who become the respondents in the study said they are
willing to revisit Ratu Boko temple in the future.

Fenomena yang terjadi di Desa Labuhan Ratu Kecamatan Labuhan Ratu
Kabupaten Lampung Timur seseorang akan menjual rumah, tanah, atau
barang berharga lainnya untuk kebutuhan hidup. Dalam menawarkan
barangnya mereka menggunakan jasa makelar di Desa tersebut. Dalam hal
ini makelar mempunyai peran aktif dalam memasarkan tanah tersebut baik
dalam bidang menerima pesanan, penawaran harga, sampai dengan
perolehan laba masing-masing. Akan tetapi, makelar yang membantu penjual
dan pembeli, ditinggalkan langsung tanpa menerima fee atau upah dari
penjualan tanah.
Teori yang digunakan dalam peneletian ini adalah ijarah dan samsarah.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat
deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan di Desa Labuhan Ratu. Sumber data yang
penulis gunakan adalah terdiri dari sumber data primer yaitu data yang
diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi dari kedua belah pihak
yaitu pemilik tanah dengan makelar ataupun pembeli dengan makelar, serta
sumber data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh melalui penelaahan buku�buku yang berkaitan. Setelah data terkumpul penulis melakukan analisa data
dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis kuallitatif dengan
pendekatan induktif.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah fee makelar tanah yang ada di Desa
Labuhan Ratu Kecamatan Labuhan Ratu Kabupaten Lampung Timur
diberikan dengan 2 cara, cara pertama yaitu menggunakan persentase dan
cara kedua menggunakan kelebihan harga penjualan dari penjualan. Namun
di Desa Labuhan Ratu Kecamatan Labuhan Ratu Kabupaten Lampung Timur
lebih sering menggunakan persentase. Dari 4 orang makelar, 3 orang
makelar mendapatkan fee dari persentase dan 1 orang mendapatkan fee dari
kelebihan harga jual. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam tentang fee makelar
tanah di Desa Labuhan Ratu Kecamatan Labuhan Ratu Kabupaten Lampung
Timur berdasarkan teori ijarah dan samsarah bahwa upah atau fee yang
dilakukan adalah sah. Karena sudah memenuhi rukun dan syarat ijarah dan
samsarah, serta sudah terjadi kesepakatan antara pemilik tanah dan makelar
dari segi pemberian upah dengan sistem persentase.

Among those who came, there are some scholars who stayed in Aceh and return to his homeland as well. While in Aceh, they became a teacher, especially in the science of religion and the author of books on various branches of science. Since the number of teachers and authors who live in Aceh make Aceh as "Qibla" the study of Islam and other sciences in the archipelago at that time. The purpose of this study was to determine how the system of Islamic education in the XVII century (1050-1086 H = 1641-1675 AD), the progress and the development of Islamic education in Aceh during the reign of Sri Ratu Tajul Alam Safiatuddin and compliance with the current context. Laki-laki dan perempuan memiliki kesetaraan namun tidak menghilangkan kodratnya
sebagai makhluk dengan identitas gender dan jenis kelamin mereka secara biologis. Melalui
pengajaran yang di berikan, guru dapat meningkatkan hubungan anak bersama teman-teman
sebayanya untuk berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi sehingga mendorong terbentuknya
pertemananan tanpa membedakan gender. Dengan data pra-penelitian yang ditemukan penulis di
TK Aisyiyah 1 Labuhan ratu, pada saat itu terdapat peserta duduk yang sedang bermain. karena
permainan yang dilakukan oleh keduanya berbeda namun anak-anak itu tidak ingin bermain
bersama walaupun mereka main di ruangan yang sama dan jarak yang berdekatan. Selanjutnya
peserta didik di TK Aisyiyah 1 Labuhan Ratu masih menunjukkan adanya perlabelan dalam
bentuk kata-kata, dilihat dari seringnya peserta didik disana melontarkan kalimat ejekan atau
olokan kepada identitas gender yang berbeda darinya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif
kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh guru yang ada di TK Aisyiyah 1
Labuhan Ratu. Informasi data yang didapatkan dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian
data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan
dokumentasi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian peran guru dalam pembelajaran berbasis gender di TK
Aisyiyah 1 Labuhan Ratu yaitu guru menjalankan peran secara professional. Dengan
pembelajaran berbasis gender yang berdasarkan kurikulum TK Aisyiyah 1 Labuhan Ratu,
memahami pentingnya pembelajaran adil gender pada anak, sarana dan prasarana yang dipakai
sudah mendukung pembelajaran adil gender, penilaian pada anak yang dilakukan guru tidak
membedakan gender. Serta adil dalam pemberian hukuman maupun apresiasi yang diberikan
oleh guru. Terjadi olokan antar peserta didik laki-laki dan Perempuan yang terdengar oleh orang
tua nya, namun orang tua tidak menegur apa yang dilakukan anak-anaknya. Orang tua atau wali
mengira itu hal yang biasa atau candaan saja. Namun, jika ini terus dibiarkan maka akan
berdampak kepada sudut pandang peserta didik itu Ketika mereka dewasa. Mereka akan terus�terusan melebelkan bahwa yang bersifat lemah itu Perempuan dan laki-laki yang cenderung
nakal atau orang yang suka membuat masalah.

ABSTRACK
Equality between males and females does not negate their inherent nature as beings with
gender and biological sex identities. Through effective teaching, educators can enhance
children's relationships with their peers, encouraging interaction and communication that fosters
friendships without gender distinctions. Based on pre-research data gathered by the author at TK
Aisyiyah 1 Labuhan Ratu, participants were observed playing separately despite being in the
same room and close proximity. Furthermore, students at TK Aisyiyah 1 Labuhan Ratu exhibited
labeling behavior, evidenced by frequent taunts or mockery directed at those with different
gender identities.
This research employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive qualitative
approach. The subjects are all the teachers at TK Aisyiyah 1 Labuhan Ratu. Data collected were
analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data collection
methods included observation, interviews, and documentation.
Based on the research findings, the role of teachers in gender-based learning at TK
Aisyiyah 1 Labuhan Ratu is characterized by a professional approach. The gender-based
curriculum at TK Aisyiyah 1 Labuhan Ratu emphasizes the importance of fair gender education
for children. The facilities used support gender-equitable learning, and assessments conducted by
teachers do not differentiate based on gender. Fairness is maintained in the administration of
punishments and appreciations by teachers.
Instances of teasing between male and female students have been reported to parents, but
the parents did not address their children's behavior, perceiving it as normal or merely joking.
However, if left unattended, this could impact the perspectives of the students as they grow
older. They may perpetuate the belief that femininity is associated with weakness, while males
are inclined towards mischief or troublemaking.

Motor Vehicle Tax is a tax on ownership and/or control of motorized vehicles. In the implementation of the collection is done at Samsat. The level of effectiveness of the motor vehicle tax on online payments. The analytical technique used in this research is qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of paying motor vehicle taxes through E-Samsat has changed from year to year. From 2019 to 2020, it decreased by 7%, and 2021 experienced an increase of 17%. The obstacles that must be considered when making motor vehicle tax payments online are by increasing taxpayer awareness to pay taxes and conducting socialization to the public to make tax payments. And the level of effectiveness of online motor vehicle tax receipts at the Pelabuhan Ratu Samsat is in the effective category

The author uses the foundation of the theory of literary psychology to find a form of inner conflict in the main character, but before the author will use the structural theory as the element of the formation of literary works of characters and characterizations, and the flow and channeling in the story. The method used is data collection study, data analysis study, exposure analysis result study.
This study produces three psychological elements namely id (das es) where Tora proves that the id was born because of encouragement from other parties that make him always eager. Ego (das ich) where Tora becomes increasingly eager to learn because there are encouragements and threats from his master's people. Super ego (dum uber ich) where Tora really is a deeply wrestling inner struggle. Emotional classifications also appear in the study include emotional classifications such as guilt, buried guilt, self-punishment, shame, sadness, hatred, and love.
