The objective of this research was to study growth of oil palm seedlings at various
growing media comparisons of sludge and EPOEFB in pre nursery. This research
was conducted atKebun Bangun PTPN III from January-June 2013 using nonfactorial
randomized block design consisted of 11 types of growing media: ultisol
topsoil, sludge, TKKS and composite media 10:80:10, 10:70:20, 10:60:30,
10:50:40, 10:40:50, 10:30:60, 10:20:70, 10:10:80. Parameters observed wereplant
height, number of chlorophyll, root dry weight , shoot dry weight, and root
volume .The results showed that each media haddifferent growth characteristics.
Sludge can be used as a growing media if it is in the form of a mixture . If the
sludge is used alone then plant growth restricted. Media composition 10:20:70

An author is considered successful if he is able to convey moral and religious messages and life through the literary works he writes, so that the reader does not feel that he is being lectured or lectured, but without realizing the moral message in literary works. Religion refers more to the system of worship of God in terms of official, laws, ordinances, statutes, etc., as well as the organization of the overall interpretation of the Bible, which includes social levels. Abstrak
Kejang demam didefinisikan sebagai bangkitan kejang yang terjadi pada kenaikan suhu tubuh (suhu rektal di atas 38°C) yang disebabkan oleh proses ekstrakranium. Kejang demam merupakan kejang yang paling sering terjadi pada anak. Sebanyak 2% sampai 5% anak yang berumur kurang dari 5 tahun pernah mengalami kejang disertai demam dan kejadian terbanyak adalah pada usia 17-23 bulan. . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pelatihan penanganan kejang demam terhadap kemampuan ibu di puskesmas gladak pakem jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra eksperimen dilakukan dengan secara pre test dan post test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 orang dengan sampel 37 orang. Hasil analisis yang di dapatkan dari uji statistic menyimpulkan bahwa uji T Test didapatkan hasil p-value 0,00 < 0,05 yang artinya ada pengaruh pelatihan penanganan kejang demam terhadap kemampuan ibu dalam perawatan kejang demam pada balita di Puskesmas Gladak Pakem. . Penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada oang tua agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan serta kemampuan dalam melakukan tindakan pertologan pertama kejang demam serta menjadi sumber informasi kepada masyarakat umum mengenai kejang demam. The Influence of Febrile Seizure Training on Mother's Ability to Care for Febrile Seizures in Toddlers at the Gladak Pakem Health Center in Jember

Abstract
Febrile convulsions are defined as seizures that occur with an increase in body temperature (rectal temperature above 38°C) caused by extracranial processes. Febrile seizures are the most common seizures in children. As many as 2% to 5% of children aged less than 5 years have experienced seizures with fever and the most incidence is at the age of 17-23 months. When a child has seizures, immediate help is needed. Many parents are still mistaken in doing help when their child has a febrile seizure because they don't know what to do when it happens. If help is given too late it can cause disability and be life threatening. Knowledge about febrile seizures is needed and can improve the ability to perform first aid measures so that the actions taken are appropriate. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of training in handling febrile seizures on the ability of mothers at the Gladak Pakem Jember Public Health Center. This study used a pre-experimental design carried out by pre-test and post-test. The population in this study amounted to 37 people with a sample of 37 people. The results of the analysis obtained from the statistical test concluded that the T test showed p-value 0.00 < 0.05, which means that there was an effect of training in handling febrile seizures on the mother's ability to treat febrile seizures in toddlers at the Gladak Pakem Public Health Center.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa wacana apa dalam teks nilai-nilai keluarga Islam? Bagaimana analisis wacana dalam kognisi sosial? Bagaimana analisis wacana dalam konteks sosial? Metode analisis ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari sebuah novel yang dikarang oleh Hanum dan Rangga. Buku tersebut dianalisa agar dapat mengetahui isi teks dalam novel tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil, sangat sulit mempertahankan sebuah keluarga jika masih memiliki egonya masing-masing.

The problem in this research is the analysis of what discourse in the text of Islamic family values? How about discourse analysis in social cognition? How is discourse analysis in a social context? This analysis method uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods. Data was obtained from a novel written by Hanum and Rangga. Big Data, Big Libraries, Big Problems?: the 2014 LibTech Anti-talk?
No full textThe desire to create automatons is a familiar theme in human history, and during the age of the Enlightenment mechanical automatons became not only an “emblem of the cosmos”, but a symbol of man’s confidence that he would unlock nature’s greatest mysteries and fully harness her power. And yet only a century later, automatons had begun to represent human repression and servitude, a theme later picked up by writers of science fiction. Man’s confidence undeterred, the endgame of the modern scientific and technological mindset, or MSTM, seems to be increasingly coming into view with the rise of “information technology” in general and “Big data” in particular. Along with those who wield them, these can be seen as functioning together as a “mechanical muse” of sorts – surprisingly alluring – and, like a physical automaton can serve as a symbol – a microcosm – of what the MSTM sees (at the very least in practice) as the cosmic machine, our “final frontier”. And yet, individuals who unreflectively participate in these things – giving themselves over to them and seeking the powers afforded by the technology apart from technology’s rightful purposes – in fact yield to the same pragmatism and reductionism those wielding them are captive to. Thus, they ultimately nullify themselves philosophically, politically, and economically – their value increasingly being only the data concerning their persons, and its perceived usefulness. Likewise libraries, the time-honored place of, and symbol for, the intellectual flowering of the individual, will, insofar as they spurn the classical liberal arts (with the idea that things are intrinsically good, and in the case of humans, special as well) in favor of the alluring embrace of MSTM-driven “information technology” and Big data - unwittingly contribute to their irrelevance and demise as they find themselves increasingly less needed, valued, wanted. Likewise for the liberal arts as a whole, and in fact history itself, if the acid of a “science” untethered from what is, in fact, good (intrinsically), continues to gain strengt
