The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between organizational commitment, job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Kabelindo Murni, Tbk. This research was carried out for three months since November 2016 until December 2016. The method of this research is survey method with causality approach. The population in this research were all the employee at at PT. Kabelindo Murni, Tbk. The affordable population were all the production division employee at PT. Kabelindo Murni, Tbk with total 174 employee. Sampling techniques used was simple random sampling, so the sample in this research is amounted 114 respondents. Data performance (Y) is obtained by taking the data from the company and organizational commitment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis technique used were the test requirement analysis consists of a normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test which consists of t-test and f-test. Based on the results of data analysis can be known that there are partially effect between organizational commitment with performance. It can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows tcount 9,701 > t1,6587. Job satisfaction partially effects on performance, it’s seen from the results of the data analysis that shows t hitung 2,803 > t tabel tabel
1,6587. Organizational commitmen and job satisfaction effect on performance, it’s seen by data analysis that show F (3,08). The obtained regretion equation is Ý = 60,146 + 0,254 X1 + 0,066 X2. Based on determination of the coefficient test R2 hitung is 0,572 that’s means Organizational commitment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) effects on performance (Y) amount 57,2% .

Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda, 2013. This study aims to reveal the relationship of confidence with the ability to adapt Bukaka Technical Employees in Main Balikpapan PT. No matter how small changes in employee confidence will affect the employee's ability to adapt. Employee behavior will be correlated with the ability to adapt. The population in this study were employees working at PT. Main Technical Bukaka Balikpapan. As many as 143 samples taken from 319 respondents the existing population.Non-parametric correlation test using the product moment correlation coefficient to determine the relationship between variables X and Y values by comparing the count r with r table. From the calculations, r of 0.6250. After the results of the analysis are compared with the r table (table critical value) where N = 143 with a significance level of 0.05, it turns out empirical count r is greater than r table (0.6250> 0.176> 0.230). Thus the working hypothesis (hi) be accepted as true and reject the null hypothesis (ho). This means that there is a significant relationship between self-confidence with the adaptability of employees at PT. Main Technical Bukaka Balikpapa

Praktik Kerja Lapangan ini dilakukan di Kementerian Perdagangan Republik Indonesia, Jalan M. I. Ridwan Rais No. 5 Jakarta Pusat - 10110. Selama kurang lebih satu bulan terhitung pada tanggal 8 Januari 2015 sampai dengan 28 Januari 2015. Praktikan ditempatkan di Bagian Pelaksanaan Anggaran.
Praktik Kerja Lapangan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran dunia kerja yang sebenarnya, meningkatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, informasi, pengalaman, kemampuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa. Penulisan laporan ini bertujuan untuk menemukan data yang berguna pada Kementerian Perdagangan Republik Indonesia, selain itu juga untuk memenuhi salah satu syarat akademik untuk mendapatkan gelar sarjana pendidikan pada jurusan Ekonomi dan Administrasi Universitas Negeri Jakarta.
Penulisan laporan ini menguraikan manfaat serta tujuan dari Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL), diantaranya menjalin kerja sama antara pihak– pihak yang terlibat, yaitu perguruan tinggi dengan instansi pemerintah tempat praktik mahasiswa, mengaplikasikan ilmu yang didapat di perkuliahan, serta mendapatkan umpan balik untuk menyempurnakan kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan di dunia kerja dan tuntutan perkembangan zaman.
Pada masa-masa awal Praktik Kerja Lapangan, Praktikan merasa banyak menghadapi kendala seperti, rasa gugup dan stres karena sulitnya penyesuaian diri serta belum memiliki pengalaman kerja. Dalam mensiasati kendala tersebut, praktikan harus berusaha menyesuaikan diri, membangun komunikasi yang efektif, bekerja sama dengan pegawai yang lain, dan melakukan manajemen waktu serta manajemen stres. praktikan sering diam saja jika tugas yang diberikan telah selesai, keadaan kantor yang kurang kondusif dan sangat tidak efektif, juga tata letak meja yang tidak teratur, membuat praktikan tidak nyaman dan kurangnya manajemen waktu dari dalam diri praktikan
Improvement of customer satisfaction through OTAs website: Tri Giao Hotel, Vietnam
Get PDFThis thesis aims to, first and foremost, gain a more in-depth understanding of customer rates and reviews of Tri Giao Hotel on OTA websites. The author selected six leading OTA websites to conduct the research, i.e. TripAdvisor, Booking, Expedia, Agoda, Facebook, and Google. In addition, the study compared the Tri Giao Hotel with other four hotels, which are also local brand hotel and have 4-star international standard, in a competitive set. Finally, this thesis explored satisfaction and dissatisfaction determinants of service quality can affect customer satisfaction.
Since the main customers of Tri Giao Hotel are charters and from travel agencies, the customers from OTA have not been focused. Therefore, this research-oriented thesis selected Tri Giao Hotel as the commissioning company. This study used qualitative methods such as observation, interview with FOM, data collection on OTA websites, and content analysis. These methods are based on conceptual framework and theoretical framework, especially SERVQUAL model. After that, decisive factors that affect customers’ decisions to book a hotel room online were discovered. Hence, some suggestions on how to improve customer satisfaction through the OTA website were given.
The results revealed that the service quality of Tri Giao Hotel has a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Combining all the reviews on six main OTA websites, the hotel received 301 customer reviews and 199 written comments. The hotel review index was 90.6% and the management response was 58.8%. The service, staff, and value of the hotel makes the customer the most satisfied. However, the location of hotel and quality of the food were the main weaknesses that need to be improved. Besides, some other factors also affected customer satisfaction. Suggestions and new ideas were briefly discussed to improve customers’ satisfaction to Tri Giao Hotel

In producing a design, an architect cannot be separated from detail information to reach the advantage. The larger and more complex a project will be designed, the more information is needed. Based on the design information, an architect should have an understanding of every detail of design information, which affects on the process of designing a building. This research aims at identifying the major factors that affect on design information into the final outcome of building design processes and the level of
effect of design information (from the project plan to design) due to the outcome of building design processes. This study was conducted by the direct field research method, spread the
questionaires to 75 building consultants to the A and B level of architecture consultants in Central Java and Yogyakarta. Fifty-four filled questionaires were obtained. The Kendall W. test analysis and multiple regression analysis were used in this research to examine the major factors which give effects on the final results of building design process and analyze the level of independent variables to the dependent variables which are the final outcome of building design process, such as technical drawing, specification and bill of quantity. The mean ranks of the statistical outputs show that design information component which give the major effects to the final outcome of building design is "consideration of the required space needed in the building which going to design'. Based on the rank effect analysis of the design information to the final outcome building design process through multiple regression analysis shows that "emphasize one of the space function in designing the building" and "the general weather situation on the site planning" are the most significant effects. Therefore, the factor that gives the highest contribution to the final result is "the building allocated fund"

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang: 1) Cara menggunakan media LCD dalam pembelajaran IPS kelas V SD Negeri Tanjungsari kecamatan Kutowinangun kabupaten Kebumen tahun ajaran 2012/2013, 2) Peningkatan Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media LCD dalam pembelajaran IPS kelas V SD Negeri Tanjungsari kecamatan Kutowinangun kabupaten Kebumen tahun ajaran 2012/2013, 3) Kendala dan Solusi penggunaan media LCD dalam pembelajaran IPS kelas V SD Negeri Tanjungsari kecamatan Kutowinangun kabupaten Kebumen tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama tiga siklus. Sumber penelitian ini berasal dari peneliti, observer dan siswa. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes hasil belajar.Hasil penelitian ini yaitu penggunaan media LCD dalam pembelajaran IPS kelas V SD Negeri Tanjungsari kecamatan Kutowinangun kabupaten Kebumen tahun ajaran 2012/2013 dapat meningkatkan belajar dan hasil belajar siswa dari prasiklus ke siklus I, siklus I ke siklus II dan siklus II ke siklus III, terbukti pada siklus I dari 29 siswa ada 19 siswa yang tuntas mencapai nilai KKM (70) dan 10 siswa belum tuntas (dibawah KKM (70), siklus II ada 25 siswa sudah tuntas mencapai nilai KKM (70) dan 4 siswa belum tuntas, pada siklus III 27 siswa sudah tuntas mencapai nilai KKM(70) dan ada 2 siswa yang belum tuntas mencapai nilai KKM. Langkah penggunaan media LCD yaitu: a) Instal LCD, b) Pengaturan Kelas, c) Pemilihan Program, d) Penggunaan Program, e) Penyampaian Materi, f) Pengelolaan Pembelajaran, g) Penggunaan Metode, h) Pembahasan, i) Kegiatan Evaluasi, dan ij Motivasi.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media LCD dalam pembelajaran IPS kelas V SD Negeri Tanjungsari kecamatan Kutowinangun kabupaten Kebumen tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Terbukti dengan meningkatnya konsentrasi siswa, keaktifan dan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siklus I sampai siklus III. Saran dalam penggunaan Media LCD yaitu agar lebih sering dipraktikkan dengan persiapan yang baik, memanfaatkan segala kompetensi baik siswa maupun guru. This study includes classroom action research. The experiment was conducted during three cycles. Source of this study comes from researchers, observers and students. Data collection tool used is observation and achievement test.Results of this research is the use of media in teaching IPS LCD fifth grade elementary school districts Tanjungsari Kutowinangun Kebumen district academic year 2012/2013 can improve learning and student learning outcomes of prasiklus to the first cycle, the first cycle to the second cycle and cycle II to cycle III, proven in the first cycle of 29 students there are 19 students who completed reaching the KKM (70) and 10 students have not completed (under KKM (70), the second cycle there are 25 students have completed reaching the KKM (70) and four students have not been completed, the cycle III 27 students have completed reaching the KKM (70) and there are two students who have not completed reaching the KKM. Step the use of media in teaching IPS LCD, namely: a) Install the LCD, b) Setting Class, c) Selection Program, d) Use of the Program, e) Submission of materials, f) Management of Learning, g) Use of methods, h) Discussion, i) Evaluation Activities and Motivation ij.The conclusions of this study is the use of media in teaching IPS LCD fifth grade elementary school districts Tanjungsari Kutowinangun Kebumen district academic year 2012/2013. Evidenced by the growing concentration of students, the activity and rising average value of first cycle study results until the third cycle. No full textGrand Haven historian, author, and dentist Dave Seibold has a passionate interest in community heritage. Prior to relocating to Grand Haven, Dr. Seibold served in Hawaii at a dental clinic for children. In this interview, Dr. Seibold and his wife Dottie discuss the founding of the Grand Haven Area Historical Society, which began its existence as the Tri-Cities Historical Society in 1959, and the Tri-Cities Historical Museum. Dr. Seibold explains the efforts to save the Grand Haven railroad depot from demolition for possible use as a museum and his project to write a history of northern Ottawa County to continue the work of historian Leo C. Lillie. In 1990, Dr. Seibold authored and published Coast Guard City, U.S.A: A History of the Port of Grand Haven. The Seibolds also recall how they met in their hometown of Jackson, Michigan, married, and chose Grand Haven as their home in 1955

No full textKejahatan pengoplosan dengan objek pengoplosan pupuk yang sangat sering ditemukan di masyarakat adalah kejahatan pengoplosan pupuk bersubsidi menjadi non subsidi. Pupuk bersubsidi adalah barang dalam pengawasan yang pengadaan dan penyalurannya mendapat subsidi dari pemerintah untuk kebutuhan kelompok tani dan/atau petani disektor pertanian meliputi pupuk urea, pupuk SP-36, pupuk ZA, pupuk NPK dan jenis pupuk bersubsidi lainnya yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri yang menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan dibidang pertanian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaturan hukum tentang penggunaan pupuk bersubsidi, untuk mengetahui pertanggungjawaban terhadap pelaku pengoplosan pupuk bersubsidi menjadi non subsidi, untuk mengetahui pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan terhadap pelaku pengoplosan pupuk bersubsidi menjadi non subsidi dalam putusan Pengadilan Negeri Binjai Nomor 224/Pid.sus/2016/PN.Bnj. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian normatif, yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan peraturan perundang-undangan sebagai dasar pemecahan permasalahan yang dikemukakan. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data sekunder dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dipahami bahwa cara digunakan pelaku pengoplosan pupuk adalah dengan mengganti pupuk bersubsidi Pemerintah jenis Urea N (Nitrogen 46%) produksi PT. Pupuk Indonesia dibuka jahitan goninya lalu isinya dituangkan ke dalam molen penggiling dari mesin. kemudian kedalam molen penggiling dimasukkan cairan pemutih Hidrogen Perixide sebanyak 1 (satu) liter, lalu diputar atau diaduk oleh molen selama 2 (dua) menit dan setelah warna pupuk berubah dari merah jambu menjadi putih/dioplos maka pupuk tersebut sudah jadi (tidak kelihatan sebagai pupuk bersubsidi lagi). Setelah itu pupuk tersebut dituang ke dalam angkong (kereta sorong) lalu dibawa ke tempat penjemuran yang terbuat dari terpal warna biru dan dijemur sampai kering dalam putusan Pengadilan Negeri Binjai Nomor 224/Pid.Sus/2016/PN.Bnj, dimana hakim dalam putusannya menjatuhkan vonis pidana penjara selama 4 (empat) bulan 15 (lima belas) hari karena telah terbukti bersalah secara sah dan meyakinkan melakukan tindak pidana secara bersama-sama dengan sengaja mengedarkan pupuk yang tidak sesuai dengan labelnya. Vonis ini tidak sesuai dengan tuntutan Jaksa Penuntut Umum yang menuntut terdakwa dengan hukuman 9 (sembilan) bulan penjara
