Mrs. Kariani\u27s business has been running for 11 years and is assisted by 3 employees. During a field visit to find existing partners, he said the last few years have experienced a decline in orders due to business competition. Specifically, Ms. Kariani said the competition was motivated by marketing limitations and the absence of innovation or development in her business. Based on these problems, the solution that has been given is product diversification activities and the digitalization of Kari Cake Bali

Get PDFPerempuan memiliki nilai tanda dan nilai tukar yang dapat direpresentasikan pada era kini.Perihal tubuh, perempuan menjadi objek yang berpotensi untuk dieksplotasi sebagai nilai ekonomis yang tinggi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan komodifikasi tubuh perempuan operator SPBU 54.801.50 di Denpasar.Pemilihan metode studi kasus dalam penelitian ini sangat tepat dikarenakan hanya SPBU 54.80.50 yang memperkerjakan perempuan sebagai operator dengan berpakaian seksi.Jenis penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan teknik analisis menggunakan model interaktif.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perempuan yang bekerja sebagai operator di SPBU 54.801.50cukup menerima apa yang telah ditetapkan oleh atasan untuk berpakaian seksi, adapun yang mempengaruhi memilih pekerjaan dengan ketentuan tersebut berasal dari faktor eksternal dan internal. Komodifikasi yang melekat pada perempuan operator tersebut dirasakan tidak berdampak pada pencitraan negative seorang perempuan.Hal itu dianggap sebagai bentuk strategi pemasaran dari para pemegang kekuasaan untuk mendapatkan hasil produksi yang diinginkan

Tujuan dari kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat pada target sasaran kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga Desa Manukaya adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada keluarga khususnya ibu yang memiliki peran penting di keluarga dalam mengantisipasi sikap negative dari dampak modernisasi. Focus Group Discussion di pilih dalam memecahkan masalah yang terjadi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tim pelaksana memberikan 2 kegiatan diantaranya adalah pertama memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya kearifan lokal dan strategi mempertahankan kearifan lokal melalui mendongeng. Kedua memberikan pendampingan pelatihan sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki oleh kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga Desa Manukaya yaitu merajut. Dari potensi tersebut, diberikan kegiatan pendampingan pembuatan media boneka jari dengan cara merajut dan berbahan dasar flannel. Dari media boneka jari yang telah dibuat, diharapkan dapat diaplikasikan kepada anak-anak dalam mengajarkan kearifan lokal Bali melalui dongeng. PENINGKATAN USAHA PENGRAJIN TEDUNG LUKIS MELALUI PENERAPAN IPTEK
Get PDFTedung Lukis adalah salah satu warisan budaya yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Bali. Sesuai perkembangan jaman, Tedung Lukis mulai banyak diminati oleh masyarakat, selain untuk upacara keagamaan umat Hindu, tedung lukis bisa digunakan sebagai aksen interior maupun eksterior untuk rumah, hotel, maupun restoran. Sasaran konsumen tidak hanya berasal dari domestic namun juga mancanegara. Usaha beliau sudah berjalan kurang lebih 5 tahun dengan dibantu oleh 4 karyawan. Mitra ini mengalami permasalahan pada produksi yakni kekurangan alat dan branding identitas dimana tidak memiliki brand logo serta kurangnya pemasaran. Penyelesaian permasalahan yang terjadi pada UKM Tedung Lukis Bali adalah pemberian desain logo dan pembuatan Instagram sebagai media pemasaran Payung Tedung Lukis Bali. Selain itu, untuk menunjang efektivitas dan efisiensi waktu produksi Tedung Lukis, mitra diberikan alat pendukung berupa mesin serut. Menurut mitra, kegiatan ini sangat memberikan manfaat bagi usaha Tedung Lukis Bali.

ABSTRACT
Tedung Lukis is one of the cultural heritage owned by the Balinese people. According to the development era. Tedung Lukis serpents began to be in demand by the community, other than for Hindu religious ceremonies, painting fiery serpents can be used as an interior or exterior accent for the house, hotel, and restaurant. Target consumers not only come from domestic but also foreign. His efforts have been about 5 years with assisted by 4 employees. These partners are experiencing problems in the production of tool shortage and identity branding where there is no brand logo and lack of marketing. Solving problems that occur in Tedung Lukis is to give the logo design and creation of Instagram as a marketing medium of Bali Tedung Lukis. In addition, to support the effectiveness and efficiency of production of Tedung Lukis, partners are given supporting tools in the form of a drawstring machine. According to partners, this activity is very beneficial for the efforts of the Tedung Lukis Bali.

Symbolism of Movement in Widya Prakrti Dance: A Phenomenological Analysis of Cultural and Spiritual Interpretation

This research aims to anticipate the degradation of the understanding of the art of cultural identity by finding historical records, symbols and meanings in the Widya Prakrti Dance owned by the maestro of the island of Bali. It is essential to conduct an in-depth study that has an impact on the millennial generation in the digital era not to leave the tradition of meaning symbols in their cultural identity. The method used in this research is qualitative phenomenology. Data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, documentation and literature studies and studied using George Herbert Mead\u27s theory of symbolic interactionism. The participants are divided into 2 groups, namely key informants of 2 people and companion informants of 13 people who will complete the data presentation. The findings of this study examine the history, meaning and symbols of the Widya Prakrti dance. The sacredness of this dance is a manifestation of love for God and Lord Vishnu as the strength and balance of life

Mitra pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Usaha Nail art dan Eyelash Extension yang diberi nama Griya Lentik. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi pemilik usaha ini yaitu Ibu Jane Sally adalah kurangnya pelayanan prima para stylist dalam meberikan pelayanan terhadap konsumen. Sehingga menyebabkan pendapatan yang fluktiatif. Dari kendala yang dialami oleh pemilik usaha tersebut, maka dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian yaitu pelatihan tentang service excellence dengan tujuan adanya peningkatan kualitas untuk stylist dan kuantitas dari sisi pelanggan maupun pendapatan di Griya Lentik

This application is built by appl ying the MDLC method. Applications are designed using Adobe Illustrator CC 2018, Adobe Animate CC 2018 to create applications with the Actionscript 3.0 programming language, and Adobe Audition CC 2018 to process audio data.
