Strategi Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pembelajaran Di MIS Misbahul Arifin
Based on the results of initial observations made by researchers at the research location, information was obtained that the leadership of the madrasah head had run optimally, that is, the madrasah head played an active role in implementing learning activities by guiding the implementation of management to improve the quality of learning. The leadership of the madrasah head has been running effectively, namely with the implementation of supervision by the madrasah head both supervision of learning and teaching activities in the classroom and supervision of the madrasa head over the operational activities of teaching teachers. The leadership strategy for the head of the madrasa has been optimal, namely by implementing planning, implementing and acting on learning management in improving the quality of learning at MIS Misbahul Arifin Pangkalan Brandan. Based on the results of these observations, the researchers used qualitative research methods to describe research results based on observations, interviews and documentation. After carrying out the series of research stages, the researcher concluded that the information about the leadership of the head of the Misbahul Arifin Sei Bilah Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah was based on the results of observations and interviews that the author conducted with informants, namely subject teachers and class teachers at the Misbahul Arifin Sei Bilah Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah so that came to the conclusion that the head of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Private Misbahul Arifin Sei Bilah had carried out his duties and roles truthfully and was supported by documentary evidence of the implementation of the leadership of the head of the Madrasa as responsibility for the position
Implementasi Reward Dan Punishment Di Pondok Pesantren Kalimantan Timur
Reward and Punishment is a very important element of management in education. Likewise, Islamic Education. The author will examine these two things in two Islamic boarding schools in East Kalimantan, namely Ibadurrahman in Tenggarong and Al- Mujahidin in Samarinda.
This research will use field data with interview, documentation, and observation techniques. The validity of the data will be triangled over the data that has been obtained. The results of this study reveal that the process of granting rewards and punishments in the modern Islamic boarding school Ibadurrahman in giving punishment to students through several processes, starting from the warning in place, called to care until given punishment by the caregivers. The implementation of the punishment has its own officer. While in the Al Mujahidin Islamic boarding school in giving punishment to students starting from the warning, the summons to the security office until given the punishment while the process of providing direct punishment carried out in security based on the specified time.

Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah prestasi PAI da hasil tes intelegensi memiliki korelasi terhadap akhlaq mulia siswa prestasi PAI dan hasil tes intelegensi dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap akhlaq mulia siswa dengan hipotesis yang penulis kemukakan dapat diterima kebenarannya
Manajemen Personalia Lembaga Pendidikan: MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda dan SMA YPM Diponogoro Tenggarong Seberang
In its development, madrasas experienced ups and downs in their development. The most basic problem is the management aspect. The following cases of management are interesting to note. There are schools or madrasas that initially experience setbacks, then can progress rapidly. On the other hand, there are schools or madrassas that initially developed, but then almost went out of business. One of the reasons is due to the management that is not mature enough, therefore personnel management in the world of education is very important especially in educational institutions especially Islamic-based educational institutions. This study aims to determine the application of personnel management in Islamic education institutions and supporting and inhibiting factors in its application. This research is a type of field research with a multi-case study research approach. Data collection methods used Participatory Observation and In-depth interviews. The steps of data analysis in this study use the analysis of the Miles and Huberman models. Based on the results of research in the field it was found that: 1) The implementation of personnel management in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School which consisted of educators and education staff. There are several components of personnel management, including seven components that have different divisions and elements, namely planning, recruitment, coaching, dismissal, but there are three important components that have not been comprehensively applied, namely compensation, appointment and evaluation. 2) Supporting factors for the implementation of personnel management in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School are the motivation given by the madrasa headmaster and headmaster to their personnel so that they always try to be better and give encouragement or enthusiasm in carrying out their tasks. Both vision, mission, goals because each institution must have a vision, mission and goals as well as MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong High School have a vision, mission and clear objectives, while the inhibiting factor in the implementation of personnel administration is a means of implementing administration in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School due to the unavailability of sufficient funds and human resources in their fields

ABSTRAK
Secara fitrah manusia memiliki potensi untuk membina dan mengembangkan aspek-aspek rohaniah dan jasmaniah yang telah dianugrahkan oleh Allah SWT melalui proses pendidikan. Sebagai jalur pendidikan yang berciri khas Islam, madrasah memiliki peranan penting dan cukup strategis dalam menyikapi kebutuhan akan ilmu pengetahuan umum dan agama dalam waktu yang bersamaan di tengah degradasi moral yang terjadi saat ini.
Berdasarkan kenyataan itu MTs SA Misbahul Hasan menerapkan Metode Tanya Jawab Pembelajaran Fiqih untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa. Di mana di sini Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, maka rumusan masalah yang diangkat oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana pengembangan metode Tanya Jawab Pembelajaran Fiqih untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di MTs SA Misbahul Hasan Andungsari dan Solusi Problematika yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan Metode Tanya Jawab Pembelajaran Fiqih pada Siswa MTs SA Misbahul Hasan Andungsari.
Adapun yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini pertama Mengetahui Pengembangan Metode Tanya jawab Pembelajaran Fiqih untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar siswa di MTs SA Misbahul Hasan Andungsari. Kedua Mengetahui Solusi Problematika Metode Pembelajaran Tanya Jawab Pembelajaran Fiqih Untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa di MTs SA Misbahul Hasan Andungsari.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang menghasilkan data diskripsi baik ucapan maupun tulisan dan perilaku yang dapat diambil dari orangorang atau subyek itu sendiri.
Dalam proses pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan beberapa metode, yaitu metode observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisis datanya, penulis menggunakan tehnik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu berupa pemaparan data secara tertulis mengenai data-data terkait, baik yang tertulis maupun lisan dari objek penelitian yang ada di lembaga tersebut di atas yang telah diamati, dimana dalam hal ini penulis menggambarkan secara menyeluruh tentang keadaan yang sebenarnya.
Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa dalam penerapan Metode Tanya Jawab Pembelajaran Fiqih adalah penyampaian pelajaran dengan jalan guru mengajukan pertanyaan dan murid menjawab, atau bisa juga suatu metode di dalam pendidikan dimana guru bertanya sedangkan murid menjawab bahan atau materi yang ingin di perolehnya.
Halhal yang perlu di perhatikan dalam menerapkan metode Tanya jawab ini adalah: Guru harus benarbenar menguasai bahan pelajaran, termasuk semua jawaban yang mungkin akan di dengarkannya dari murid atas suatu pertanyaan yang di ajukannya. Guru harus sudah mempersiapkan semua pertanyaan yang diajukan olehnya kepada murid dengan cepat. Pertanyaanpertanyaan harus jelas dan singkat ini harus di perhatikan, sebab pertanyaanpertanyaan harus diajukan secara lisan. Susunlah pertanyaan dalam bahasa yang mudah di pahami murid. Guru harus mengarahkan pertanyaan pada seluruh kelas. Berikan waktu yang cukup untuk memikirkan jawaban pertanyaan, sehingga murid dapat merumuskannya dengan sistematis. Tanya jawab harus di lakukan dengan suasana yang tenang dan bukan dalam suasana yang tegang yang penuh dengan persaingan yang tidak sehat diantara anak didik. Agar sebanyak-banyaknya murid memperoleh giliran menjawab pertanyaan dan jika seseorang tidak dapat menjawab segera, giliran di berikan kepada murid yang lain. Usahakan selalu agar setiap pertanyaan hanya berisi satu problem saja. Pertanyaan harus di bedakan dalam golongan pertanyaan pikiran dan pertanyaan reproduksi atau pertanyaan yang meminta pendapat dan hanya faktafakta.
Adapun yang menjadi faktor pendukungnya adalah adanya dukungan dari orang tua siswa, diterapkannya sistem kelas kecil dan lamanya waktu belajar, sistem penilaian yang kontinyu (raport bulanan), penerapan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi, Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat pembelajaran sistem Metode Tanya Jawab di MTs SA Misbahul Hasan Andungsari adalah masih kurangnya fasilitas sarana dan prasarana belajar, belum adanya insentif yang seimbang bagi guru, masih kurangnya jumlah tenaga pengajar, serta masih kurangnya dana untuk pengembangan madrasah.
Keberhasilan suatu metode merupakan suatu tujuan dan harapan. Hal ini tercermin pada keantusiasan masyarakat dalam menyekolahkan anak mereka. Selain itu juga bisa dilihat dari hasil dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang selalu menampakkan hal yang positif ini artinya bahwa meningkatnya belajar dan sangat penting dalam menumbuhkan kcerdasan siswa yang permanent, namun lebih dari itu, juga berbentuk akhlak mereka dalam bermasyarakat di masa akan datang.

In human nature has the potential to foster and develop the spiritual aspects and the physical that has been bestowed by God through the education process. As a path distinctively Islamic education, Islamic schools have a key and strategic enough in addressing the need for general science and religion at the same time in the midst of moral degradation that occurs at this time.
Based on the fact that MTs SA Hasan apply Misbahul FAQs Learning Methods to Improve Fiqh Student Achievement. Based here in which the above problems, the formulation of the issues raised by the researchers in this study is: How does the development of Learning Fiqh Q & A method for improving student achievement in MTs SA Hasan Misbahul Andungsari and Solutions Problems experienced in the implementation of the Q & Learning Methods jurisprudence on Student MTs Misbahul Hasan SA Andungsari.

Second Knowing Solution of Problematika Method Study Of Question And Answer Study Of Fiqih To Increase Achievement Learn Student in MTS SA Misbahul Hasan Andungsari.
Types of research used in this study is descriptive research design using qualitative research. Qualitative research is research that produces data and written descriptions of both speech and behavior that can be taken from the people or the subject itself.
In the process of data collection, the authors used several methods, the methods of observation, interview and documentation. As for the data analysis, the authors used a qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely in the form of data presentation in writing of the relevant data, both written and spoken of the research object in the abovementioned institutions which have been observed, which in this case the author describes in thorough examination of the actual circumstances.
Of research has been done, then the researcher can conclude that the application of the method of Q & Learning Fiqh is the delivery of lessons by teachers and students asking questions to answer, or it could be a method of education in which teachers asked students to answer while the material or materials to in perolehnya.
The things to note in applying the method of this FAQ is: Teachers need to really master the material, including all the possible answers of the students will be listened to on a question which in ajukannya. Teachers have been preparing all questions be submitted by him to students quickly. These questions must be clear and concise it should be noticed, because the questions must be submitted orally. Arrange questions in a language that is easy to understand students. Teachers should direct questions to the entire class. Give enough time to think about answers to questions, so that students can formulate a systematic manner.
Debriefing should be done with a quiet atmosphere and not in a tense atmosphere that is full of unhealthy competition among students. In order to obtain as many students turn to answer questions and if someone can not answer immediately, in turn give to other students. Try always to every question contains only one problem only. Questions should be distinguished in the class thought questions and questions are asked reproduction or opinion and only the facts.
As for the supporting factor is the support of parents, the practice of small classes and the length of time learning, continuous assessment system (monthly report cards), the application of various teaching methods, while the limiting factor Methods learning system FAQs in MTs SA Misbahul Hasan Andungsari is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure facilities, the lack of balanced incentives for teachers, are still insufficient numbers of faculty, and is still a lack of funds for the development of madrasah.

It also can be seen from the results of the everyday life which always showed a positive thing it means is that the increased learning and a very important role in fostering students kcerdasan permanent, but more than that, it also shaped their morals in society in the future
THE CONTRIBUTION OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION (PAI) MATERIALS TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS’ TOLERANT AND INTEGRATIVE ATTITUDES
This research aims to analyze the contribution of Islamic Education materials in developing students' tolerant and integrative attitudes. The research method employs a qualitative approach with library research that analyzes relevant literature from the 2021-2025 period. The research findings indicate that Islamic Education materials have comprehensive dimensions in forming students' tolerant character through the concept of tasamuh and universal Islamic values. The implementation of religious moderation in Islamic Education learning proves effective in developing balanced and inclusive religious attitudes. The development of integrative attitudes occurs systematically through the internalization of contextual Islamic values. Factors influencing the success of implementation include teacher competence, institutional support, student characteristics, and socio-cultural context. This research recommends curriculum reform, teacher competence enhancement, and strengthening the synergy of educational tri-centers to optimize the contribution of Islamic Education materials in forming students' tolerant and integrative character sustainably

Output feedback rotational maneuvers and vibration damping of Nasa Scole system by inversion theory
We treat the question of large rotational maneuver and vibration stabilization of NASA Spacecraft Control Laboratory Experiment System (SCOLE). The mathematical model of SCOLE System includes the dynamical equations for rigid body slew maneuver and three dimensional vibration of the rigid space shuttle, the flexible beam and the reflector with an offset mass. The contribution of this thesis lies in the development of two control systems based on (i) Euler angles or (ii) angular velocity components as output variables for large rotational maneuvers and vibration suppression of the SCOLE System. Nonlinear inversion theory is used for the design. The design approach taken here is to decompose the rigid mode control from vibration stabilization. (Abstract shortened with permission of author.)
Urgensi Akta Ikrar Wakaf sebagai Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa Tanah: Urgency of Waqf Pledge Certificate as an Alternative of Land Dispute Resolution
This paper was to identify the truth and position of waqf that occurred in Bongkudai Village, East Bolaang Mongondow District, Indonesia and to determine ways to resolve the problems that happened in the village. There are problems regarding waqf land which is used for personal interests and the issue of land payment receipts intended for waqf makes the writer have the intention to prepare this study. The method used by the author in the completion of this study was a qualitative method whose approach is a descriptive approach, by prioritizing interviews and field facts as the main source, for data collection conducted by the author was observation, interviews, and documentation to get concrete data and facts that occur in the field. The results obtained are that land which is known as waqf land has been partly used for personal use. Besides, there is a problem with the receipt in question. The land that is known as waqf land should never be used for individual interests. A receipt is actually not an urgent matter in a problem, as long as the disputing party has no evidence to oppose it. Therefore it must be a land payment receipt intended for waqf to directly record the endowment so that problems do not occur in the future
Regulasi Nikah Beda Agama Dalam Sema Nomor 2 Tahun 2023 : Perspektif Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah Ibn ‘Āsyūr
In 2023 the Supreme Court issued Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) Number 2 of 2023 concerning Instructions for Judges in Adjudicating Cases on Applications for Registration of Marriages Between People of Different Religions and Beliefs . SEMA sparked a polemic because it was considered discriminatory and lacked urgency. This research was conducted to explore the actual regulations for interfaith marriages in SEMA Number 2 of 2023 from the perspective of MaqÄá¹£id SyarÄ«'ah Ibnu 'Ä€syÅ«r. In an effort to answer the perceived discriminatory policies contained in SEMA Number 2 of 2023 the author uses 4 bases of Ibn Asyur's MaqÄá¹£id asy-SyarÄ«'ah. The concept of MaqÄá¹£id ash-SyarÄ«'ah 'Ammah and Ibn Asyur's level of Maslahah will be used to formulate and track the level of urgency in promulgating SEMA Number 2 of 2023 through the benefits contained therein. In this process the author will use the statute approach and conceptual approach, with descriptive analysis. The research results show that the urgency of promulgating SEMA Number 2 of 2023 in the Indonesian context, according to the author, is at the level of hajiyat benefits . Meanwhile, efforts to enforce or supremacy of law through SEMA Number 2 of 2023 will be less effective. Apart from that, SEMA Number 2 of 2023 is considered to be less than fully successful in providing social stability and resilience to the justice-seeking community as desired by Ibnu Asyur through legal supremacy efforts
