Terbatasnya pengetahuan tentang upacara perkawinan adat antara lain juga disebabkan oleh karena mata pelajaran budaya daerah setempat ( upacara perkawinan ) hanya diberikan pada tingkat sekolah menengah pertama saja. Hal ini jelas tidak menguntungkan bagi generasi muda yang sangat berminat mengetahui budaya daerah asalnya. Tidak mengherankan jika sikap, kepercayaan dan perilaku generasi muda di kota Padang cenderung meninggalkan budaya tradisionalnya. Hal ini sebenarnya bukanlah disengaja, tetapi disebabkan oleh terbatas pengetahuan mereka terhadap upacara perkawinan adat

An effort to understand their activities as a subordinate expression of the culture domination is appropriate. Perceiving their activities as deviant cannot be understood with Geertz's cultural concepts. He said that culture is shared values. Young people have their own way in understanding the meaning of life. Their values are not merely inherited from older generation, but the products of the reinterpretation process. The author further argues that in today's social transformation process and media becomes the great agent in disseminates a new life style. This changes is determinant in the formation process of the young people chooses
Space as a Reactive Medium: A Fluid-Dynamic Approach to Gravity, Inertia, and the Dark Matter Problem
No full textModern physics often treats space as either an abstract mathematical geometry (in general relativity) or a quantum vacuum filled with fluctuating fields (in quantum mechanics). However, neither framework adequately explains key physical anomalies such as the Pioneer anomaly, the Casimir effect, or galaxy rotation curves attributed to dark matter.
This paper presents a new model that treats space as a reactive physical medium with fluid-like properties. Using a fluid-dynamic framework, we derive equations showing that matter moving through space interacts with it—displacing, absorbing, and expelling space in a way that mirrors hydrodynamic behavior. These interactions provide novel explanations for gravity, inertia, and unexplained resistance effects in cosmic motion.
We also propose that dark matter may be an emergent effect of spatial resistance rather than an exotic particle. The model offers reinterpretations of cosmological observations, including black holes and the cosmic microwave background, as structural phenomena of space itself. This approach lays the groundwork for a unified and physically intuitive foundation for fundamental physics

Rethinking Time Dilation: A Geometric Explanation Without Slower Time
No full textThis paper challenges the conventional view of time dilation in special relativity by proposing a purely geometric and energetic interpretation. Through a modified light clock thought experiment and precise calculations, we demonstrate that perceived time asymmetries arise from spatial motion and light travel distances, not from any intrinsic slowing of time. Our findings resolve long-standing paradoxes like the twin paradox without requiring time to be a flowing or stretchable substance. By viewing time as a conceptual coordinate for describing change, rather than a real dimension, we offer a coherent alternative framework that preserves mathematical consistency and aligns with physical observations. This reinterpretation may offer new insights for astrophysics, quantum mechanics, and cosmology

This research is aiming to (a) knowing how the influence of clarity the target of budget, understanding of accounting, and the regional financial management on financial accountability performance of skpd and (b) how big the influence of inter variable and ( c ) tries to provide advice and input for improvement the quality of government skpd in relation to the regional financial report.
Sample retrieval method that used by the author is a simple random sampling. The data type used is the primary data, for techniques of data collection is done by means of a survey through questionnaires, and also the study of library. Data processing is carried out using SPSS program. Testing used classic assumptions research includes testing of normality, test multikolinieritas, and heterokedastisitas. While the research model used researchers is to use the Linear Regression equation of statistical analysis, as for Multiple hypothesis testing is done with simultaneous significance test, and the significance of partial coefficients of determinant.
Test results indicate that the budget target, variable clarity of understanding of accounting and financial management of influential simultaneously against accountability, while test results are partial indicates a variable target clarity of budget and financial management significantly give an influense to accountability, while understanding of accounting does not provide any significant effects. Results of the regression analysis shows the value of the coefficient of determinant (R square) of 39,5%, meaning that all independent variables provide a pretty strong correlation to the variable accountability
