Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Motivasi siswa tuna laras
untuk mengikuti pembelajaran keterampilan boga, (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran
keterampilan bagi anak-anak tuna laras di SLB Negeri Sragen, dan (3)
Penguasaan keterampilan boga anak-anak tuna laras SLB Negeri Sragen.
Peneltian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini
dilakukan di SLB Negeri Sragen Jawa Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini
adalah anak-anak SLB Negeri Sragen berjumlah 30 anak. Pengumpulan data
dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan angket. Analisis data yang
dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa: (1) motivasi siswa tuna laras
untuk mengikuti pembelajaran keterampilan boga yang berada pada kategori
tinggi sebanyak 17 orang (56,7%), frekuensi motivasi secara keseluruhan pada
kategori sedang sebanyak 8 orang (26,7%), dan frekuensi motivasi secara
keseluruhan pada kategori rendah sebanyak 5 orang (16,7%), (2) Pelaksanaan
pembelajaran keterampilan bagi anak-anak tuna laras di SLB Negeri Sragen pada
kategori tinggi sebanyak 6 orang (20,0%), frekuensi variabel keterampilan
memasak pada kategori sedang sebanyak 11 orang (36,7%), dan frekuensi
variabel keterampilan memasak pada kategori rendah sebanyak 13 orang
(43,3%), dan (3) Penguasaan keterampilan boga anak-anak tuna laras SLB
Negeri Sragen dalam yang berada pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 4 orang
(13,3%), frekuensi variabel kompetensi keterampilan memasak pada kategori
sedang sebanyak 22 orang (73,3%), dan frekuensi variabel kompetensi
keterampilan memasak pada kategori rendah sebanyak 4 orang (13,3%).

A TEST OF GRAHAM'S AND LYNCH'S STOCK SCREENING CRITERIA ON SHARES TRADED ON THE INDONESIAN STOCK EXCHANGE (IDX)
Benjamin Graham and Peter Lynch listed criteria for screening stocks, which investors could use to identify undervalued stocks that would outperform the market. Numerous tests have been conducted in the United States and other countries, but not yet in Indonesia. Thus, the author aims to test the applicability of Graham’s and Lynch’s formulation on shares traded on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) by screening stocks that meet the various sets of Graham's and Lynch's criteria and then measuring the performance of the portfolios over the years from 2010 to 2014. The author uses a simple linear regression to measure the performance of the portfolios against the IDX Composite (IHSG). The author discovered that investors who used the combined criteria of Lynch earned positive risk-adjusted returns, of 28.81 percent per year in 2010-2012 and 27.33 percent per year in 2012-2014. While investors who used a combination of two of Graham’s criteria obtained significant risk-adjusted returns of 47.55 percent annually in 2010-2012 and 5.92 percent annually in 2012-2014. However, investors who implemented a combination of three of Graham’s criteria did not earn positive risk-adjusted returns consistently during the research period. The increasingly complex criteria do not improve the performance of the portfolios, because when more criteria are used, less and less stocks can meet the criteria, hence the portfolios become more volatile and investors do not enjoy the benefits from diversification
Perbandingan Perlindungan Disabilitas di Indonesia dan Malaysia: Tinjauan Maqasid Asy-Syari’ah
People with disabilities are often considered one-sided by the community. They are considered unproductive, and often can be reproached. In this case the role of the state is needed to maintain and strengthen persons with disabilities in their lives. In this study, the author will examine the comparison of disability treatment in Indonesia and Malaysia, the review of the Maqasid ash-Shariah. In this case the author uses a type of library research that studies books and other scientific works. The result is known that Indonesia and Malaysia have carried out the protection of the nafs (soul) in terms of the Maqasid Asy-Sharia, but for the implementation it is more inclined to Malaysia through the legal efforts of the policy “Basis and Pelan Actions of Persons with No Effort†(policy and National Plan of Action of Persons with Disabilities). This policy was made to remove the barriers of persons with disabilities from all physical, social, economic and cultural barriers. Where the government supervises and gives special attention. Whereas in Indonesia legal remedies already exist, namely in Law Number 8 of 2016, especially articles 6, 20 and 26. Pembuatan Aplikasi Informasi Tagihan Listrik Berbasis Android
From 49 million customers of PLN, there are customers who need information about their electric bill in every month. To provide this information, PLN build a website that can be accessed on a PC or mobile. But the website address provided by PLN is not quite popular for the customers. Moreover there is internet access speed issue. It would be a problem for mobile users who use volume-based internet package, because website files are large enough. There is another service provided by PLN for billing information, that is SMS service. But, customers must remember the SMS service format and service number, and it is charged customers for IDR 500 for every reply or SMS from PLN. To overcome these problems, so the author built an application that can be run on mobile device. It is simpler, faster, consumes less bandwidth, and more informative than the service provided by PLN. The author chose a mobile application because it can be operated anywhere and anytime. This application is built for mobile devices which use Android as its operating system. Android is chosen because it is the most popular mobile operating system in Indonesia
Penerapan Praktis Analisis Fundamental
To be a successful investor, learning fundamental analysis is the first step in selecting stocks. Therefore, the author hopes this article can describe the implementation of fundamental analysis on a stock in a practical and comprehensive manner using the research style of the Burkenroad Reports that has been wellknown to the world for the quality of the report, the well-performed track record, and the independent opinion. The research method applied in this study is a case study on Bristow Group Inc. whose shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Research on Bristow started from August 2012 to February 2013 using interviews, field survey and literature review. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. Linear regressionmethod is used to project the company\u27s revenue and time series method is used to predict the growth of the company\u27s assets. Fundamental analysis consists of economic analysis, industry analysis, and analysis of the company, followed by a comparative analysis. Industrial analysis used is Porter\u27s five forces analysis and risk analysis of the industry. The valuation of the company uses discounted cash flow method, the relative value comparison methods, and dividends model. In addition to the three above analysis, this research also collects comparative analysis through the analysis of Ben Graham, Altman, investor composition analysis, and recommendations from other stock analysts. Based on the fundamental analysis, the author predicted price increase to 49.48. The author suggests to hold Bristow shares at the end of the study period for stocks are predicted to rise in the next year with growth rate of less than 20 percen
Coping With Bullying In Sharon Draper’s Novel, Out Of My Mind (2010) : Individual Psychological Perspectve
Bullying is an action that still occurs frequently. Bullying not only a concern of psychologists, parents and society, but also authors. One of the authors who cares about bullying is Sharon Draper in her work entitled Out of My Mind (2010). This study examines how to deal with intimidation found in the novel. In this study using the theory of individual psychology by Alfred Adler and the technique used is literature. The purpose of this study was to analyze the indicators of bullying, how the main characters cope with bullying, and why she wrote this novel. Two data sources used namely primary data derived from the novel itself and secondary data consisting of books, e-books, journals, websites, etc. There are three research results found, first there are four indicators of bullying contained in the novel, teasing the body language, teasing the speaking manner, giving a disparaging look and making fun/calling by other name. Second, the main character overcomes bullying by using six principles from the theory of individual psychology. Third, there are three reasons why the author wrote this novel. First, the personal experience of writers, the author wants to appreciate parents and caregivers and last, the author wants to convey feelings of humanity and respect to others
School literacy movement program in elementary school, Indonesia: Literature review
The Ministry of Education and Culture developed the school literacy movement (SLM) program. This program aims to foster student interest in reading and improve reading skills so that knowledge can be mastered better. The author uses a literature review design by collecting data from various journal sources relevant to the SLM program in elementary schools, Indonesia. This research is an analytical descriptive study, which is a regular breakdown of the data that has been obtained, then understanding and explanation are given so that it can be understood well by the reader. The selected journal criteria are journals published in 2015-2021. SLM activities in elementary schools are influenced by supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factor is that the principal has a good commitment to carry out SLM activities, teachers and students and other components of the school also contribute to the success of SLM activities in elementary schools. Availability of sufficient funds to provide the necessary books is also a factor supporting SLM. While the inhibiting factor is that there are still very few books available so students cannot choose reading books that match their interests. Reading books is the main factor that must exist to make this SLM activity a success. Therefore, the procurement of reading books is very necessary. Students' reading habits are still low, they are still waiting for the teacher's orders to carry out SLM activities. ANALISIS KELAYAKAN MATERI REAKSI REDOKS PADA BUKU TEKS KIMIA SMA/MA KELAS X BERDASARKAN KRITERIA TAHAP SELEKSI DARI 4S TMD : Four Steps Teaching Material Development
Buku teks pelajaran adalah salah satu bentuk bahan ajar yang paling banyak digunakan dan berfungsi sebagai pedoman belajar bagi siswa dan pedoman membelajarkan siswa bagi guru pada bidang studi atau mata pelajaran tertentu, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas suatu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kelayakan materi reaksi redoks pada buku teks pelajaran yang digunakan di sebagian besar SMA/MA di kota Bandung, berdasarkan tiga kriteria tahap seleksi dari Four Step Material Development (4S TMD). Materi yang dianalisis merupakan materi reaksi redoks dalam buku teks pelajaran kimia SMA/MA kelas X (penulis A, penerbit B) yang banyak digunakan di SMA Negeri se-Kota Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif evaluatif. Berdasarkan kriteria pertama yaitu kesesuaian dengan tuntutan kurikulum, diketahui bahwa materi pada buku teks belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum 2013. Ditinjau dari segi keluasan materi, secara umum keluasan materi reaksi redoks pada buku teks tersebut sesuai hanya saja ada dua konsep yang digabung menjadi satu. Ditinjau berdasarkan kedalaman konsep, tiga konsep dinyatakan kurang dalam. Berdasarkan kriteria kebenaran konsep, diketahui bahwa dua konsep dinyatakan salah. Berdasarkan kriteria penanaman nilai, diketahui bahwa nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan pada materi ialah religius, bersahabat/komunikatif, menghargai prestasi, disiplin, dan kerja keras.;--Textbooks is a most widely used form of teaching materials. Besides, textbook serves as a study guide for students and teaching guidelines for teachers in the field of study was conducted to determine the fesibility of redox reactions and electrochemical material in the textbook which is used in most SMA/MA in Kota Bandung based on three criteria of the selection process of Four Step Material Development (4S TMD). The analyzed material is redox reaction in high school chemistry textbook class X (author A, publisher B), widely used book in the Senior High Schools in Bandung. The type the research is evaluative descriftive research. Based on the conformity with the demands of the curriculum, the material is not yet fully in accordance with the demands of Kurikulum 2013. Based on analysis of the width of the material, the redox reaction material is appropriate only that there are two concepts combined into one. Based on analysis of the depth concepts the three concepts are stated less deep. Based on the concepts validity, it is known that the two concepts are declared wrong. Based on analysis of value investment, is known that values inculcated in the material are religious, friendly, appreciate achievement, discipline, and hard work
Meningkatkan Kreativitas Siswa Melalui Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada Materi Bangun Datar di Kelas 4 SDN Ngaglik 01 Batu
In mathematics learning, students often complain that the discussion of material is difficult and requires concrete discussion, especially on flat material. The problem is that learners do not understand what they have learned and how that knowledge is used. A formula that takes a long time is needed to lift the creativity of students to a higher level. Lacking models, it is difficult to facilitate learner learning. So that teachers can develop learning, one of which is with the PjBL learning model. This research is a type of classroom action research (PTK). Is research applied to teaching and learning activities in the classroom that aims to improve the learning process. This research improves the learning model applied in the classroom and increases student learning creativity. Research data sources use primary and secondary data sources. The data obtained are observational data, questionnaires, interviews and documentationThe percentage results show that from cycle I to cycle II there has been an increase in results in the form of values from LKPD that have been done by students with the context of assessment on the creativity of divergent thinking from the results of making compositions and decompositions of various flat buildings with more than one. The results are assessed by the teacher based on the ability of learners to make compositions and decompositions of various flat shapes with more than one. The author innovates by using learning models so that teachers can provide meaningful feedback rather than abstract and vague assessments, allowing students to participate in assessing their own work, learning from their mistakes, and how to solve problems according to the syntax of the project based learning (PjBL) learning mode
