Sulsel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah atlet petanque Sulsel yang memiliki tingkat usia
15-29 tahun dengan jumlah sampel 30 atlet dan pengambilan sampel
yaitu mengunakan total sampling atau teknik pengambilan sampel
dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi. Dari hasil
penelitian menunjukkan : (1tingkat vo2max atlet petanque Sulsel
adalah dominan berkategori baik )

Profitability drivers of commercial banks: an empirical investigation / Farhanah Dirman
Full text linkCommercial banks are important to the financial segment, particularly in developing economies where capital markets are not well developed and strong. Commercial banks’ profitability is important because the soundness of an industry is closely connected to the soundness of the whole economy. Profitability of the banking sector is also central to the well-being of the industry is closely associated with the wellness of the whole economy in general. Thus, a proficient and productive banking sector is able and better placed to endure negative economic shocks. This study investigated determinants of profitability of Malaysian commercial banks. The study explored the effect of the liquidity, capital adequacy and bank size on banks’ profitability. The study used secondary data from 16 Malaysian commercial banks from the years 2007 to 2016. The data collected was edited, sorted for completeness and then analyzed using Fixed Effect Model and Pearson correlation using the statistical package for social studies and the established insignificant relationship between capital adequacy and bank profitability and a significant negative relationship between liquidity, bank size and bank profitability. The study concluded that liquidity plays a key role in determining commercial banks profitability and higher levels of liquidity provide adequate funds to lend which in turn increase interest income hence banks’ profitability. The study recommended that regulatory authorities like the central bank of Malaysia should develop effective policies on capital adequacy, liquidity and credit risk management to ensure that banks are in a position where they can enhance their profitability

Makalah Komprehensif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan interjeksi dan fungsi interjeksi bahasa Jerman menurut Jacob Grimm, yang terdapat di dalam komik “Bär liebt Katze” karya Holger Hoffman.
Berdasarkan hasil dari penjelasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat banyak sekali fungsi-fungsi interjeksi yang perlu diketahui seperti fungsi-fungsi menurut Jacob Grimm yang membagi fungsi interjeksi ke dalam 23 tipologi fungsi interjeksi. Fungsi-fungsi interjeksi tersebut menurut Jacob Grimm antara lain der/des Aus-/Rufenden, Schmerzempfindenden, Frost (algentis)/ Hitze (calentis)/ Leidende, Freuenden dan lain-lain. Maka dari itu fungsi intejeksi sangat penting untuk dipelajari bagi seorang pembelajar bahasa untuk mengurangi kesalahan pemahaman dan penerjemahan interjeksi dalam sebuah kalimat, buku, percakapan, ataupun komik seperti contoh komik Bär liebt Katze karya Holger Hoffman.

The aim of this scientific work is the description and the function of interjection according to Jacob Grimm in the comic “Bär liebt Katze” by Holger Hoffman.
The result of the explanation shows that there are many interjection functions that need to be known, such as Jacob Grimm functions, which subdivides the interjection function into 23 typologies of the interjection function. The interjection functions according to Jacob Grimm include der/des Aus-/Rufenden, Schmerzempfindenden, Frost (algentis)/ Hitze (calentis)/ Leidende, Freuenden, etc. It is therefore very important for a language student to learn the function of interjection and to reduce misinterpretations and translations of interjection in a sentence, book, conversation or comic such as the example of the comic Bear Loves Cat by Holger Hoffman
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana analisis kemampuan representasi matematis ditinjau dari kepercayaan diri. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan menggunakan desain studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 siswa kelas VIII SMPN 23 Pekanbaru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah triangulasi data dengan teknik tes menggunakan instrumen soal tes kemampuan representasi matematis, teknik angket menggunakan angket kepercayaan diri, dan teknik wawancara menggunakan pedoman wawancara. Pengolahan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: (1) secara keseluruhan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa kelas VIII SMPN 23 Pekanbaru tergolong tinggi. (2) kepercayaan diri yang dimiliki siswa beragam sesuai dengan kemampuan representasi matematis, siswa dengan kepercayaan diri tinggi dan sedang memiliki kemampuan representasi yang baik, sedangkan siswa dengan kepercayaan diri rendah memiliki kemampuan representasi yang cukup.

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
