EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KERJA PGSI KOTA MALANG TAHUN 2012 PERIODE KEPENGURUSAN 2010-2012 DENGAN PENDEKATAN EVALUASI MODEL CIPP (CONTEXT, INPUT, PROCESS, PRODUCT)

Evaluasi program merupakan penelitian evaluatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui akhir dari sebuah program kebijakan. Evaluasi program digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil akhir dari adanya kebijakan dalam rangka menentukan rekomendasi atas kebijakan suatu program. Jadi dengan dilakukan evaluasi terhadap keterlaksanaan program kerja pada cabang olahraga gulat tahun 2012, maka dapat diketahui hasil yang telah dicapai dari rencana yang telah terprogram apakah sudah memenuhi target sesuai tujuan yang telah direncanakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterlaksanaan program kerja PGSI Kota Malang tahun 2012 periode kepengurusan 2010-2012 dengan pendekatan evaluasi model CIPP yang mencakup tentang bidang kesekretariatan, bidang organisasi, bidang pembinaan prestasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, process, product). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase yang diperoleh dari jawaban responden dibagi dengan jumlah jawaban responden kemudian dikalikan 100%. Berdasarkan analiasis data tersebut, maka diperoleh kesimpulan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. Pertama, pada variabel context atau konteks dalam pelaksanaan program kerja PGSI Kota Malang tahun 2012 terkait dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan dalam pelaksanaan program kerja PGSI Kota Malang tahun 2012 dikategorikan baik sekali. Kedua, pada variabel input atau masukan terkait dengan pengolahraga, tenaga keolahragaan, pengorangisasian, pendanaan, sarana dan prasarana, penghargaan keolahragaan dalam pelaksanaan program kerja PGSI Kota Malang tahun 2012 adalah dikategorikan baik. Ketiga, pada variabel process atau proses terkait dengan pengolahraga, tenaga keolahragaan, pengorangisasian, pendanaan, sarana dan prasarana, penghargaan keolahragaan dalam pelaksanaan program kerja PGSI Kota Malang tahun 2012 dikategorikan cukup. Keempat pada variabel produk terkait dengan output dan outcomes dalam pelaksanaan program kerja PGSI Kota Malang tahun 2012 dikaptegorikan kurang. Program kerja PGSI Kota Malang tahun 2012 belum terealisasi sepenuhnya, terdapat beberapa yang masih belum memenuhi target dan hasil yang ingin dicapai dari bidang kesekretariatan, bidang organisasi, bidang pembinaan prestasi dan bidang sarana dan prasarana yang berhubungan dalam pencapaian prestasi yang diraih oleh atlet gulat Kota Malang. Dalam pelaksanaan program kerja yang telah disusun diperlukan suatu pengoptimalisasian kinerja, kerjasama dan hubungan yang baik dari semua pengurus, atlet dan pelatih. Masih terdapat aspek program kerja pada bidang kesekretariatan, bidang organisasi, bidang pembinaan prestasi dan bidang sarana dan prasarana belum tercapai dan kurang sesuai dengan harapan dalam pencapaian prestasi, “maka perlu merevisi program kerja tahun 2012 yang telah disusun dan melanjutkan program kerja ditahun berikutnya”. Key words: evaluation, occupation programs, PGSI Malang As states on the decree of Binpres No. 14 KONI Malang 2012 which contains the last year evaluation occupation program that arranged by all of the sports under the auspices of KONI Malang. The evaluation program is evaluative research which aims to know the end of a policy program. The evaluation program is used to know the result of the existence policy and to determine the recomendation of the policy of a program. Meanwhile, with the evaluation toward the implementation of occupation programs of wrestle 2012, then it can be known, the result that already reached from the plans which had been program, whether the result already fulfill the target that appropriate with the purposes that have been planned or not. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the feasibility rate of the occupation program of PGSI Malang 2012 in the period management 2010-2012 by evaluation model CIPP (Context, Input, process, product) approach that cover secretarial, organization, achievement guidance. This research used CIPP (Context, Input, process, product) model. The data collection was implemented using questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used presentation formula from the respondent’s answer devided with the amount of respondents’ answer then it multiplied by 100%. Based on the data analysis above, the results obtained some conclusions as follows: first, on the variable of context or the context of the occupation program execution of PGSI Malang 2012 related to the necessity and purpose in implementing the occupation programs PGSI Malang 2012 were categorized very good. Second, on the variables of the input related to the athlete, sport official, organization, funding, infrastructure, sportmanship award in implementing the occupation programs of PGSI Malang 2012 was good. Third, on the variable of process related to the athlete, sport official, organization, funding, infrastructure, sportmanship award in implementing the occupation programs of PGSI Malang 2012 were categorized moderately. Fourth, In variable products related to the output and the outcomes in conducting the occupation programs PGSI Malang 2012 were categorized restricted. The occupation programs of PGSI Malang 2012 do not relized yet, there were some occupation programs that still had not reach the target and the result that want to achieve from the secretariat, organization field, guidance achievement field, and infrastructure field related to reach the wrestling achievement that reached by wrestling athlete in Malang. In implementing the occupation programs that already drawn up requires an optimalize performance, cooperation, and good relation from every committee, athlete, and coach. There were some aspects on the sectretarial occupation programs, organization field, guidance achievement field, and infrastructure field that do not reach yet and lacking in conformity with the expectation in reaching the achievement, therefore it is recomended to revise the occuption work 2012 that have been complied and continue the occupation work for the next year
PEMANFAATAN APLIKASI MIND MAP SEBAGAI MEDIA INOVATIF DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATA KULIAH PENGEMBANGAN PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN SEKOLAH DASAR
This study was conducted to develop an innovative medium in learning Elementary School-Civic Education (PKn SD) Development course in order to improve the lecturer competency in developing good learning media, improving learning quality, and producing a computer and internet-based media product. The development of innovative media in this study was carried out by utilizing mind map application available in internet. This study was taken place in Elementary School Teacher Education, Pedagogic Faculty, Semarang State University. The subject of research consisted of corresponding students and lecturers. This study was an educational research with research and development approach. The procedure of research included preliminary study with descriptive qualitative approach, media development design, design validation and design improvement, and followed with limited trial on media design by applying experimental method (before-after), and product revision, if any, and final product development. The result achieved in this study was that the author had conducted a preliminary study by mapping competency and indicator into PKn SD Development course and then designed the lecturing learning plan as needed by utilizing the mind map application as learning media. The author had designed an innovative media using mind map application and had the media design validated by the competent validators in their area. The mind map application-based learning media had been tried out in treatment class. The result of test with the data processed by the author showed the following result. 1) The result of pretest and posttest showed significant improvement; it could be seen from the number of correct answer minimally 5 (40%) and maximally 13 (63%) in pre-test result and minimally 16 (80%) and maximally 20 (100%) in posttest result. 2) The result of content quality and objective aspect questionnaire before and after using mind map application showed the ratio of 55%: 89%, with instructional quality aspect of 54% : 88%, and technical quality aspect of 51% : 90%, so that the overall ratio was 54% : 89%. Considering the result of data analysis, it could be found that the mind map application use can be developed further as an innovative learning media utilizing computer technology and informatics technology mastery support. The author organized the result of study into a scientific article to be published and organized a final report as accountability.
PENDEKATAN ETNOPEDAGOGI DALAM PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR MENULIS KARYA ILMIAH DI SMA
The multidimensional crisis in Indonesia over the past decade requires evidence-based solutions, particularly in the field of humanities, including education and teaching. As the world undergoes rapid and significant changes, education undoubtedly plays a crucial role in every transformation that occurs. Teaching materials are reshaping the role of teachers in the learning process. Teachers are no longer the sole source of knowledge but rather serve as guides. Modern learning activities today focus on student-centered learning, which aims to provide opportunities for students to actively engage in their education. The core issue lies in the implementation of scientific work materials with ethnopedagogical content, which incorporate local wisdom values. However, these efforts have yet to achieve the desired outcomes and continue to face numerous challenges. To address these problems, the author employs a method involving the analysis of teaching materials, the design and development of instructional content, the application of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model, and product evaluation at SMAN 1 Berau. The design model used in this study follows the ADDIE approach, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of the testing indicate that teaching materials developed using ethnopedagogical methods are highly effective and beneficial as supplementary learning resource
Pengaruh Media Panorama dan Wordwall dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila Terhadap Minat Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas V SDN Pulorejo 01
Someone who has an interest will be stimulated to be enthusiastic about an activity, including studying. Students' learning interest can be influenced by the learning media implemented by the teacher during the learning process. This research aims to determine the effect of using panorama and Wordwall learning media and compare the effectiveness of the two media in learning Pancasila Education on the learning interest of class V students at SDN Pulorejo 01. This research uses the Classroom Action Research method. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. From the teaching practice activities that have been carried out by the author by applying panorama and wordwall media in Pancasila education learning in class V at SDN Pulorejo 01, it can be seen that these two media have an influence on the learning interest of class V students at SDN Pulorejo 01. The students were initially passive and less active becomes more active after using learning media in teaching and learning activities. Based on the research that has been carried out, the most effective way to apply Pancasila education for class V at SDN Pulorejo 01 is wordwall
Problems with the Implementation of Parate Executie in Indonesia for Land as an Object for Debt Collateral
When the debtor defaults on the agreed debt agreement, then legally the creditor has the right to the debt collateral object for payment of achievements that should be carried out by the debtor by executing it, but the implementation must of course be by applicable legal provisions. Execution of the debt guarantee object can be carried out by parate executie, by way of title executorial, or by way of a private sale. As for Parate Executie or direct execution on one's power, it is a practice of simplifying executions without having to involve the judiciary, which is quite simple, low cost, and relatively fast in time. Unfortunately, parate executives in Indonesia often cause problems in their applications. including because of its existence which currently exists or does not exist and is even considered the same as the concept of the executorial title, so its application becomes inconsistent. The existing problems cause the author to intend to conduct research that aims to find out what exactly is the cause of problems occurring in the implementation of parate executie and what are the solutions to overcome these problems. This research uses normative legal research methods using a statutory approach (statute approach) and a case approach (case approach) that are relevant to the object of the problem in this research. The results of the research from the author's research to find out what are the real problems in implementing parate executie in Indonesia are that there are inconsistent arrangements and implementation and there is confusion in the arrangement which originally regulated 3 (three) types of execution that can be taken by creditors against collateral objects of mortgage rights Also included here is the object of fiduciary guarantees if the debtor defaults (default), namely the exercise of executorial title, parate executie on his own power and underhanded execution, but in the end, it is no longer different and all must get fiat from the Chair of the District Court
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA ULAR TANGGA PADA MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA MATERI PECAHAN (ARTACA) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR KELAS III SD
Everything that can be used to convey messages or information during the teaching and learning process is called learning media. Teaching mathematics, especially fractions, will be easier if you use learning media. Teachers and educators still use lectures and assignments as learning methods, so students may not understand the fraction material. Thus, researchers must apply the Snakes and Ladders learning media to evaluate students' responses to the media and to identify differences between pre- and post-test results. The author uses research and development (R&D). This research and development uses Sugiyono's development model modified from Borg and Gall. The research was conducted on class III students at Masangan Wetan Elementary School with a total of 33 students. The results of the research show that 88.5% of students understand the fraction material better after using Snakes and Ladders media, thus showing that Snakes and Ladders media is suitable for use. From the results of the questionnaire calculation, media validation obtained a score of 84% (very feasible) and material validation obtained a score of 88.5% (very feasible) and was proven to be able to improve learning outcomes achieved with a satisfaction score of 87.6 (strongly agree), and learning outcomes Students experienced an increase, initially the completion score of the pretest questions obtained a percentage of 73.3% in the good category and the completion score of the posttest obtained a percentage of 87.5% in the very good category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the development of fractional snakes and ladders media (ARTACA) can improve the learning outcomes of grade III elementary school students
INOVASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN STRATEGI REFLECTION THINKING, REINFORCEMENT & HABITUATION (R2H) BERBASIS NILAI-NILAI KONSERVASI DALAM MATA KULIAH PENGEMBANGAN PKn SEKOLAH DASAR
This research aimed to produce the learning model innovation by developing R2H learning strategies based on conservation values in the Civic Education Development for Elementary School course. The research method employed was education research with development approach (R&D).This research was taken place in Elementary School Teacher Education Department of Education Faculty, Semarang State University. The subject of research consisted of students and corresponding lecturers.The result of research obtained by the author was the preliminary study by mapping competency and indicator in the Elementary School Civic Education Development Course, and then designing a product in the form of course learning plan according to the research purpose through reflection thinking, reinforcement & habituation (r2h) based on conservation values that in turn could be used or trialed with the treatment class. Before the trial, the design of learning model product was consulted with the expert validator. Validator gave input related the equilibrium in developing the strategy used and confirmed that the model designed could be trialed, and then the author trialed it with the treatment class using one group pretest posttest design. The result of pretest and posttest showed that there was an increased in the learning achievement from 45.88% to 88.95%, when calculated using N-Gain formula, the score of 0.79 was obtained meaning that the increase belonged to high category, while the questionnaire of model innovation effectiveness showed that there was an increase in learning effectiveness before and after using the learning model innovation from 53.29% to 89.31%. Considering the result of research, it could be concluded that the learning model innovation was effective to be developed in the Civic Education Development for Elementary School course learning

Of the many problems that occur, it is necessary to use an appropriate application to disseminate emergency information by considering how the victim reports, the time it takes for the victim to report, and the accuracy of the reporting data. With the development of the Panic Button application, it is hoped that it will make it easier to contact the surrounding community in delivering an emergency. Where the system will send a notification to the user\u27s cell phone and turn on an alarm. In its development, the author uses the Global Positioning System to get location coordinates, Firebase Push Notification as a notification message sender and Arduino Wemos D1 as an alarm system driving mechanism
