Get PDFBased on the results of initial observations made by researchers at the research location, information was obtained that the leadership of the madrasah head had run optimally, that is, the madrasah head played an active role in implementing learning activities by guiding the implementation of management to improve the quality of learning. The leadership of the madrasah head has been running effectively, namely with the implementation of supervision by the madrasah head both supervision of learning and teaching activities in the classroom and supervision of the madrasa head over the operational activities of teaching teachers. The leadership strategy for the head of the madrasa has been optimal, namely by implementing planning, implementing and acting on learning management in improving the quality of learning at MIS Misbahul Arifin Pangkalan Brandan. Based on the results of these observations, the researchers used qualitative research methods to describe research results based on observations, interviews and documentation. After carrying out the series of research stages, the researcher concluded that the information about the leadership of the head of the Misbahul Arifin Sei Bilah Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah was based on the results of observations and interviews that the author conducted with informants, namely subject teachers and class teachers at the Misbahul Arifin Sei Bilah Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah so that came to the conclusion that the head of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Private Misbahul Arifin Sei Bilah had carried out his duties and roles truthfully and was supported by documentary evidence of the implementation of the leadership of the head of the Madrasa as responsibility for the position
FIGURATIVE LANGUAGE IN LINKIN PARK’S SONG LYRICS IN SEEING CHESTER’S SUICIDE IDEATION
Get PDFA way to understand an author is through an understanding of his works. In this case, Linkin Park has done many albums, but there is one particular year that creates questionable relations. In year 2017, Linkin Park’s lead singer died in suicide attempt in the same year the album “One More Light” was released. There might be relations between the ten songs of the album and Chester’s suicide act. Therefore, the focus of this study is to understand Chester Bennington’s suicide act through his suicide ideation by analyzing Figurative Language in ten of the 2017 released songs by Linkin Park under Semantics study. In which, the writer did the study through library research, qualitative research method, and descriptive approach while doing observation to collect the data. Out of the ten songs analyzed, 56 data of Figurative Language which divided into 12 categories were found. The result amounts show that Figurative Language could uncover many invisible meanings that the author used to describe their feelings, ideas and thoughts. In other hand, through the analysis of Figurative Language, 31 data of the 3 factors of Suicide Ideation were found. This result shows that Chester had a strong suicide Ideation which further leads to his suicide act

4.0 era. Entrepreneurial activities are often synonymous with students in the economics and business faculties only. Students with a background in information technology skills are currently perceived as those who produce professionals, resulting in a low level of technopreneurship among information technology students. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurial motivation, innovation, and self-efficacy on technopreneurship intentions among information technology students in West Jakarta. The author used a quantitative descriptive research method, and data collection employed a cross-sectional method. The sampling method used in this research was non-probability with a purposive or judgment sampling type. The sample in this study consisted of 124 information technology students in West Jakarta. In the context of this research, PLS-SEM will be used as the analytical tool. The hypothesis results of
this research indicate a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial motivation and innovation with technopreneurship intentions among information technology students in West Jakarta. However, there is no significant influence between self-efficacy and technopreneurship intentions in this research.

mahasiswa jurusan teknik informatika di Jakarta Barat, Dalam konteks penelitian ini, PLS-SEM akan digunakan sebagai alat analisis, Hasil hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kewirausahaan dan Inovasi dengan Intensi technopreneurship pada mahasiswa teknik informatika di Jakarta Barat. Namun dalam penelitian ini tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan intensi technopreneurship.

Get PDFAbstrak: Tingkat pengangguran terbuka pada Februari 2016 mencapai 7,02 juta orang atau 5,5 persen, berdasarkan taraf pendidikannya, persentase lulusan sekolah dasar ke bawah yang menganggur menurun, yakni dari 3,61 persen menjadi 3,44 persen. Dalam UUD 1945 pasal 27 bahwa: “Tiap-tiap warga negara berhak atas pekerjaan dan penghidupan yang layakâ€, maka pemerintah wajib menyediakan lapangan kerja dan melindungi hak-hak tenaga kerja. Untuk melaksanakan kewajiban tersebut, maka pemerintah lewat instansi terkait telah melakukan upaya-upaya untuk mengatasi masalah- masalah, baik yang berhubungan dengan angkatan kerja maupun dengan tenaga kerja. Salah satu bentuk penyelesaian dari masalah pengangguran adalah memberdayakan industry ekonomi kreatif yang ada dikalangan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode deskriptif. Dimana penulis hanya menganalisis fenomena pemanfaatan website sebagai media promosi bagi industry kreatif. Dalam tulisan ini penulis menjelaskan lima(5) situs toko online yaitu (craftonline, qlapa, bukalapak, tokopedia, FJB Kaskus) yang dapat menjadi referensi dalam memasarkan produk-produk industry kreatif. Dimana pengguna internet dapat menggunakan situs online tersebut untuk menjual produk atau bahkan membeli produk-produk industri kreatif.tujuannya memanfaatkan TIK berperan strategis dalam menciptakan perubahan sosial menuju masyarakat yang lebih produktif, inovatif, kreatif dan kolaboratif.

Abstract: The open unemployment rate in February 2016 reached 7.02 million people, or 5.5 percent, based on their education level, the percentage of primary school graduates who are unemployed decreased downwards, from 3.61 percent to 3.44 percent.
In a 1945 article 27 that: "Every citizen has the right to work and a decent living", then the government must provide jobs and protect labor rights. To carry out this obligation, then government through relevant agencies have made efforts to address problems, whether related to work force and labor. One form of settlement of the problem of unemployment is to empower the creative economy industry that exist among the community. The method used in this paper is the descriptive method. Where the author only analyzes the phenomenon of the use of the website as a promotional medium for the creative industry. In this paper the author describes five (5) that the online store site (craftonline, qlapa, bukalapak, Tokopedia, FJB Kaskus) that can become a reference in marketing the products of the creative industry. Where internet users can use these online sites to sell products or even buy industrial products kreatif.tujuannya use of ICT play a strategic role in creating social change towards a more productive, innovative, creative and collaborative.

Kegiatan Kerja Praktik ini bertujuan untuk mengenal ruang lingkup pekerjaan di lapangan serta memberikan pengalaman praktek kerja kepada mahasiswa agar lebih mudah beradaptasi dengan lingkungan kerja ketika lulus dari dunia perkuliahan Kegiatan ini dillaksanakan selama satu bulan mulai pukul 01.00 sampai dengan pukul 17.00, di “SMK Gemilang Modernland†yang beralamat Jl. Jend. Sudirman By. Pass Gg. Alfalah Rt. 05/06. Selama pelaksanaan kegiatan kerja praktik ini, penulis mendapatkan tugas untuk membuat sebuah website dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, CSS & PHP, bahasa yang cukup mudah di aplikasikan dalam berbahai macam platform.Sistem informasi E-Rapor dibangun membantu dalam meningkatkan penginputan data secara cepat, serta pencarian dapat dilakukan lebih mudah dibandingkan dengan sistem lama yang harus dicatat lalu di input secara manual.Kata kunci: Kerja Praktik, E-Raport,& HTMLABSTRACT The Practical Work course is one of the mandatory courses for all students of the Faculty of Engineering, Pamulang University. This practical work activity aims to get to know the scope of work in the field and provide practical practical experience to students to make it easier to adapt to the work environment when they graduate from the world of lectures. This activity is carried out for one month from 01.00 to 17.00, at "SMK Gemilang Modernland †whose address is Jl. Gen. Sudirman By. Pass Gg. Alfalah Rt. 05/06. During the implementation of this practical work activity, the author was given the task of creating a website using the HTML, CSS & PHP programming languages, a language that is quite easy to apply on various platforms. The E-Rapor information system was built to help increase data input quickly, and searches can be done more easily compared to the old system which had to be recorded and then entered manually. KOMPETENSI PRAGMATIK DALAM SERAT WULANGREH KARYA SRI SUSUHUNAN PAKUBUWANA IV
Get PDFAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kompetensi pragmatik pada tembang dalam Serat Wulangreh karya Sri Susuhunan Pakubuwana IV. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data penelitian berupa kata, frasa, atau kalimat di setiap gatra pada tembang dalam Serat Wulangreh. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan informan. Sumber data berasal dari Serat Wulangreh dengan mengambil tembang pada Pupuh Kinanthi, Sinom dan Girisa. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah budayawan Jawa dan dalang wayang purwa (anggota Pepadi). Data yang sudah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik simak catat (content analysis) dan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pragmatik dalam Pupuh Kinanthi, Sinom dan Girisa dalam Serat Wulangreh pada tataran tindak tutur mencakup tindak tutur lokusi dan ilokusi. Klasifikasi tindak tutur terdiri dari: (1) tindak tutur deklaratif, (2) tindak tutur representatif, (3) tindak tutur komisif, (4) tindak tutur direktif, dan (5) tindak tutur ekspresif. Klasifikasi tindak tutur didominasi oleh tindak tutur deklaratif dan direktif. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena penutur (penulis) merupakan seorang pujangga dan sekaligus sebagai Raja Kasunanan Surakarta yang bertahta pada tahun 1788 – 1820. Abstract This research aims to describe and analyze pragmatic competence in the song in Serat Wulangreh by Sri Susuhunan Pakubuwana IV. The research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The research data is in the form of words, phrases, or sentences in each style of the song in Serat Wulangreh. Data was collected through documentation techniques and interviews with informants. The data source comes from Serat Wulangreh by taking songs from Pupuh Kinanthi, Sinom, and Girisa. The informants involved in this research were Javanese cultural figures and wayang purwa puppeteers (members of Pepadi). The data that has been collected is then analyzed using note-taking techniques (content analysis) and purposive sampling. The research results show that pragmatic competence in Pupuh Kinanthi, Sinom, and Girisa in Serat Wulangreh at the speech act level includes elocutionary and illocutionary speech acts. The classification of speech acts consists of (1) declarative speech acts, (2) representative speech acts, (3) commissive speech acts, (4) directive speech acts, and (5) expressive speech acts. The classification of speech acts is dominated by declarative and directive speech acts. This is possible because the speaker (author) is a poet and also the King of Kasunanan Surakarta who reigned from 1788 – 1820.

Demikian pula didalam dunia usaha yang dituntut untuk selalu berinovasi dalam menghadapi era persaingan yang semakin pesat saat ini. Salah satu dunia usaha yang dimaksud adalah Cahaya Bedcover, yaitu salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Bedcover. Namun dalam hal ini, berdasarkan analisa sistem yang sedang berjalan, diperoleh hasil bahwa sistem penjualan di Cahaya Bedcover melakukan kegiatan transaksi menggunakan media telepon, E-mail atau datang untuk bertanya langsung mengenai Cahaya Bedcover dan terkadang barang yang ingin dipesan tidak selalu ada sehingga Costumer harus menunggu. Hal ini berdampak terhadap adanya indikasi omset penjualan yang menurun. Untuk itu perlu diterapkan sebuah sistem pelayanan yang disebut dengan sistem informasi Penjualan Berbasis website, guna memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi Costumer dalam mendapatkan informasi, memudahkan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian serta memperluas area pemasaran di Cahaya Bedcover. Untuk memperoleh data-data yang diperlukan selama penelitian, penulis menggunakan beberapa metode, antara lain: wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah berupa rancangan sistem Penjualan Berbasis Website yang dapat membantu dalam memudahkan Costumer dalam pembelian.

Abstract: The rapid development of information technology from year to year requires us to always move forward and follow these developments. Likewise in the business world that is required to always innovate in the face of an era of increasingly rapid competition today. One of the business world in question is Cahaya Bedcover, which is one of the companies engaged in Bedcover. But in this case, based on the current system analysis, obtained results that the sales system at Cahaya Bedcover conducts transaction activities using the telephone, e-mail or come to ask directly about Bedcover Light and sometimes the items you want to order are not always available so the Customer must wait. This has an impact on indications of a decline in sales turnover. For that, it is necessary to apply a service system called the Sales-Based Website information system, in order to provide satisfying services for the Customer in obtaining information, making it easier for consumers to make purchases and expanding the marketing area in Bedcover Light. To obtain the data needed during the study, the author uses several methods, including: interviews, observation and literature study. The final result of this study is in the form of a Website-Based Sales system that can help in facilitating the Customer in purchasing.

Changes in Contrast Sensitivity in Young Adults with Diabetes
Get PDFBackground: This study compared contrast sensitivity and visual acuity of young adults with diabetes to that of controls and attempted to identify predictors of dry eye symptoms in patients with diabetes. Methods: This cross-sectional study, which included 37 patients with diabetes and 37 age-matched controls, was conducted in the Optometry Clinic of Kulliyyah Allied Health Science. All participants were aged between 19 and 39 years. Inclusion criteria were a diagnosis of diabetes without any evidence of ocular disease, abnormalities in colour vision or media opacity. Results: The contrast sensitivity significantly differed between patients and controls (p = 0.045). A multiple regression analysis showed that contrast sensitivity was a significant predictor of ocular symptoms in patients with diabetes, and this was statistically significant (p = 0.002). Conclusions: Contrast sensitivity may be affected during early ocular changes among young adults with diabetes. It may also predict the occurrence of dry eye symptoms in such patients
