PENGARUH CELEBRITY ENDORSER (ARIEF MUHAMAD) TERHADAP MINAT BELI KONSUMEN PADA PRODUK ERIGO STORE
Effect of Celebrity Endorser (Arief Muhamad) on consumer buying interest to products Erigo Store. Study program of marketing management DIII. Faculty of economic. State University of Jakarta.The aim of this study was to test the effect of Celebrity Endorser (Arief Muahamad) on consumer buying interest on Erigo Store Product. This study took a sample of – in the Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta were used as respondents in the study. The author uses descriptive quantitative methods as used to test determines the celebrity endorser influence on consumer buying. The variable x in this study are attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise and y variables that buying interest Quantitative testing performed by multiple linear regression quantitative test that determines how closely the relationship between the variable x and y variables.

This report presents an overview of my six-month internship at the Faculty of Business and Management, UiTM Kampus Alor Gajah, Melaka, from 12 August 2024 to 24 January 2025. Throughout the internship, I was responsible for various administrative tasks, including filing, managing correspondence, photocopying, and providing assistance to lecturers. These duties allowed me to gain hands-on experience in office operations, ensuring that I contributed effectively to the smooth functioning of the faculty's daily activities. My role also involved interacting with faculty staff and students, enhancing my communication skills and adaptability in a professional environment. During the internship, I focused on improving key competencies such as organization, multitasking, and problem-solving. Flandling administrative tasks required attention to detail and efficiency, particularly when managing document flow and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Moreover, assisting lecturers with their academic needs and handling various administrative requests allowed me to understand the academic processes behind faculty management, which was instrumental in broadening my understanding of the educational sector. Overall, this internship provided me with a well-rounded experience in office management within an academic institution. The exposure to real-world administrative work, coupled with the guidance of faculty staff, significantly improved my practical skills and professional manner. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Faculty of Business and Management (FBM) for providing me with the opportunity to intern at UiTM. My deepest gratitude goes to Dr. Siti Normah Awang Tuah, Dr. Anidah Aziz, and Encik Maz Izuan Mazalan for their continuous guidance and support throughout this journey. I am also grateful to all FPP lecturers who have been supportive and contributed to making this internship a truly enriching and rewarding experience. Penelitian bertujuan untuk nengetahui perbedaan koiposisi vegetasi tunbuhan bawah pada dua tegakan yang berbeda dan nengetahui pengaruh langsung dari faktor faktor lingkungan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di hutan wisata Penggaron Kab. Semarang, pada bulan Agustus Oktober 1993. Sampling vegetasi dengan menggunakan metode Stratified random. Data yang diperoleh
berdasarkan Nilai Kepentingan setiap jenis tumbuhan dianalisa dengan metode ordinasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan di lokasi Pinus merkusii didapat 32 jenis dengan nilai kepentingan tertinggi adalah Paku pakuan ( Dryopteris pteroides ), sedangkan pada lokasi eampuran ( Schlma wallichii dengan Swetenia mahagani ) didapatkan 27 jenis dengan nilai kepentingan tertinggi adalah Telo - teloan ( Ipomaea obscures )_ Setelah dihubungkan dengan teknik ordinasi dengan faktor lingkungan yang terukur, naka faktor lingkungan yang berpengaruh adalah kelembaban udara, temperatur dan intensitas eahaya_
Uji statistik menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif antara indeks disimilaritas dengan interval ordinasi yang signifikan melampui 1 X level keboleh jadian.

Defensive Enforcement: Human Rights in Indonesia
The objective of the article is to examine the human rights enforcement in Indonesian legal and political system. This is done by studying the legal basis of human rights, the process of proliferation of human rights discourse, and the actual controversies of human rights enforcement. The study has the effect of highlighting some of the immense deficits in ensuring that violations are treated under judicial procedure and the protection of human rights is available and accessible for victims. The author inevitably came into a conclusion that the openness of legal and political arenas for human rights discourses is not followed with a tangible impact on the entitlement positions of the people. Gambaran Mikroskopis Ovarium Hamster Campbell (Phodopus campbelli) Pasca Stimulasi Hormon pada Siklus Estrus yang Berbeda
Pregnant mare serum gonadotropin (PMSG) dan human chorionic
gonadotropin (hCG) merupakan hormon yang biasa digunakan untuk program
stimulasi. Hormon ini dapat digunakan untuk menstimulasi perkembangan folikel
ovarium agar jumlah oosit yang diovulasikan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui siklus estrus dan melihat gambaran mikroskopis ovarium
hamster campbell pasca stimulasi hormon pada siklus estrus yang berbeda
berdasarkan perhitungan jumlah folikel dan corpus luteum. Pemeriksaan panjang
fase siklus estrus dilakukan selama 7 hari setiap 6 jam dengan metode ulas vagina
dan bilas vagina kemudian dilakukan pewarnaan menggunakan giemsa dan
diamati dibawah mikroskop. Evaluasi jaringan ovarium dilakukan pada tiga
kelompok hamster yang diberi perlakuan stimulasi hormon, yaitu hamster
kelompok metestrus, hamster kelompok diestrus, dan hamster kelompok
proestrus. Sampel jaringan ovarium selanjutnya diproses dengan teknik histologi
dan pewarnaan hematoksilin eosin (HE) kemudian diamati di bawah mikroskop
untuk dihitung jumlah folikel primer, sekunder, tersier, de Graff, dan corpus
luteum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan panjang fase siklus estrus yang diperiksa
dengan metode ulas vagina dan bilas vagina tidak menunjukkan perbedaan hasil,
selain itu fase diestrus memiliki durasi paling lama dibandingkan fase lainnya.
Hasil perhitungan terhadap jumlah folikel dan corpus luteum menunjukkan ratarata
paling tinggi adalah hamster kelompok proestrus, sedangkan kelompok
metestrus dan diestrus hasilnya relatif sama. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa
program stimulasi hormon PMSG dan hCG paling baik dilakukan pada hamster
kelompok proestrus
Hubungan Kualitas Produk dengan Keputusan Pembelian Laptop Gaming pada Komunitas Gamers Medan
Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin melihat hubungan Kualitas Produk dengan Keputusan Pembelian Laptop Gaming pada Komunitas Gamers. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan positif antara Kualitas Produk dengan Keputusan Pembelian pada Anggota Stream Gaming Community. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adalah skala Kualitas Produk dan Keputusan Pembelian yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi – dimensi dari variabel kualitas produk dan tahapan keputusan pembelian kedalam skala bentuk likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kolerasi Product Moment dengan hasil terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas produk dengan keputusan pembelian. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisen korelasi rxy = 0,372 ; p = 0,001, berarti p < 0,01. Selanjutnya sumbangan nilai yang diberikan oleh variabel kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian menghasilkan 13,9%. Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 86,1% kontribusi dari faktor lain terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Diketahui bahwa subjek penelitian ini anggota Stream Gaming Community, memiliki Keputusan Pembelian yang tergolong sangat tinggi terhadap Kualitas Produk yang baik.This study aims to see the correlation between Product Quality and Laptop Gaming Purchase Decisions in the gamers community. The hypothesis proposed that there is a positive correlation between Product Quality and Purchasing Decisions on gaming community stream member. The population in this study amounted to 80 people. The sampling technique that is used is Purposive sampling. The method of data collection is the scale of Product Quality and Purchase Decisions that are arranged based on the dimensions of product quality variables and the stages of Purchasing Decisions into the Likert form scale. This study uses Product moment correlation technique with the result that there is a significant relationship between Product Quality and Purchasing Decisions, This result is proven by the rxy = 0,372 ; p = 0,001, which means P < 0.01. Furthermore, the contribution of the value given result in 13.9%. from these result it is known that there are still 86.1% contributions from other factors to the purchasing decision. It is known that the subject of this study is member of the gaming community stream, which has very high Purchasing Decision against good Product Quality
Analisis Isi Berita Pilkada Sulawesi Selatan 2013 pada Harian Tribun Timur Makassar
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan pemberitaan para kandidat terkait pilkada Sul-Sel 2013 pada Harian Tribun Timur Makassar lebih menonjolkan sisi positif para kandidat, orientasi berita yang positif dapat dilihat dari adanya pujian, dukungan, penyampaian hal-hal yang positif mengenai kandidat (kekuatan, kemampuan, prediksi kemenangan) dalam berita. Bermain game adalah salah satu cara untuk menghilangkan kebosanan dan
kepenatan. Dan hingga saat ini sudah banyak pula variasi aplikasi dan game yang
diproduksi oleh para developer. Salah satu game yang sedang banyak berkembang
sekarang adalah game dengan basis web atau bisa disebut dengan gamebrowser
karena besarnya ketergantungan masyarakat sekarang terhadap internet yang
menuntut mereka untuk berinteraksi dengan browser setiap hari.Namun
kebanyakan game yang beredar hanya berisi hiburan semata, oleh sebab itu
penulis bermaksud untuk menyisipkan cerita budaya yang akan diangkat ke dalam
game tersebut dan cerita Anoman yang penulis anggap cukup bagus untuk
diangkat menjadi sebuah game petualangan menggunakan HTML5.
Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam laporan ini terbagi dari beberapa
tahap yaitu tahap pengumpulan data, tahap perancangan game, tahap pembuatan
game, tahap uji coba serta tahap penerapan dan perbaikan. Proses pembuatan
game ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman javascript dan HTML5 serta
software CorelDraw dan Photoshop untuk pembuatan design objek dan user
interface.
Serta dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa telah berhasil dibuat game cerita
rakyat anomandengan genre endless run yang terbagi dalam 3 level yang berbeda.
Serta pada game tersebut dapat di manfaatkan sebagai penyampaian cerita budaya
Indonesia.

Playing game is one of the methods that is used to get rid of boredom.
Until today, there have been a number of variations of applications and games
developed. One of the games that is now emerging is web-based, or people
usually call it browser game. Due to the high amount of dependency of people on
the internet, which demands them to interact with browser every day. However,
most of the available games are developed to amuse people only. Bases on the
problem, the author aims to insert the value of culture into it. The story of
Anoman is considered perfect to be involved in an adventure game using HTML5.
The research method that is used in this final paper consists of several
phases, which are data compiling, game designing, game developing, game
testing, and applying and improving phase. The process of game development use
javascript and HTML5 programming, and CorelDraw and Photoshop for creating
object designs and user interface.
It can be concluded, that it has been made a game of the folklore of
Anoman in endless run genre that consists of 3 different levels. Furthermore, the
game can be a good messenger of the story of Indonesian culture.
