PEMETAAN PERSEPTUAL KONSUMEN KAIN TENUN SASAK MENGGUNAKAN METODE MULTIDIMENSIONAL SCALING
In the Sasak tribe, the existence of woven cloth has a very important position, however, this craft is currently increasingly difficult to survive amid woven products from outside the region that flood outlets both in tourist and trade areas. On the other hand, tourists or consumers who buy woven fabric products often cannot distinguish between Sasak weaving and woven fabrics from other regions, even between the woven fabrics produced from one village to another. As a result, Sasak weaving becomes difficult to compete. Therefore, Sasak weaving needs to be introduced to its quality and uniqueness compared to weaving from other regions, even the peculiarities of weaving from one village to another. Therefore, scientific study and analysis is needed, so as to provide a more precise solution that aims to map consumer perceptions through Multi Dimensional Scaling Analysis (MDS). This study involved 103 respondents who know about the woven fabrics Sukarara, Sade and Pringgasela. The MDS results show that the Sukarara cloth is considered very different from the Pringgasela, while the Sade woven cloth has similarities with the Sukarara and Pringgasela woven fabrics. There are two attributes that characterize the woven fabrics of the Sasak tribe, namely easy maintenance and bright colors, but they have different perceptions on several other attributes.Kain tenun memiliki posisi yang sangat penting dalam masyarakat adat Sasak. Akan tetapi, kerajinan kain khas Lombok ini kini kian sulit bertahan di tengah produk tenun dari luar daerah yang membanjiri gerai-gerai baik yang berada di kawasan wisata maupun perdagangan. Di sisi lain, wisatawan atau konsumen yang membeli produk kain tenun seringkali tidak bisa membedakan antara tenun Sasak dengan tenun daerah lain, bahkan antara kain tenun yg di hasilkan antara desa yang satu dengan desa lainnya. Akibatnya tenun Sasak menjadi susah bersaing. Oleh karena itu tenun Sasak perlu diperkenalkan kualitas dan kekhasannya dibanding dengan tenun dari daerah lainnya, bahkan kekhasan antara tenun dari satu desa dengan desa lainnya. Karenanya diperlukan kajian dan analisis secara ilmiah, sehingga memberikan solusi yang lebih tepat yang bertujuan untuk memetakan persepsi konsumen melalaui Analisis Multi Dimensional Scaling (MDS). Penelitian ini melibatkan 103 responden yang mengetahui tentang kain tenun Sukarara, Sade dan Pringgasela. Hasil MDS menunjukan bahwa, kain Sukarara dinilai sangat berbeda dengan Pringgasela, sedangkan kain tenun Sade memiliki kemiripan dengan kain tenun Sukarara dan Pringgasela. Terdapat dua attribut yang menjadi ciri kain tenun suku Sasak yaitu perawatan cukup mudah dan warna cerah, akan tetapi memiliki persepsi yang berbeda pada beberapa atribut lainnya
Effect of emotional intelligence on counterproductive work behavior with job stress as an intervening variable: Study on civil servants in Mataram City
This study aims to analyze the effect of knowing and analyzing the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Counterproductive Work Behavior, to find out and analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Job Stress and to determine and analyze the effect of Job Stress on Counterproductive Work Behavior on Civil Servants in Mataram City. The population in this study were echelon IV civil servants in the city of Mataram as many as 734 people. The number of samples is 90 people. Data collection techniques were conducted using questionnaires, documentation, and interviews, while the data collection tools used questionnaires. The analytical tool used is PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that Emotional Intelligence had a negative and insignificant effect on Counterproductive Work Behavior, Emotional Intelligence had a negative and significant effect on work stress, Job Stress had a positive and significant effect on Counterproductive Work Behavior and Emotional Intelligence had a negative and significant effect on Counterproductive Work Behavior mediated by work stress
Analysis of the Influence of Emotional Intelligence and Job Stress on Organizational Commitment of General Practitioners in Private Hospitals in Mataram City, Indonesia
This study aims to analyse the influence of emotional intelligence and work stress on organisational commitment in general practitioners of private hospitals in Mataram City. This type of research is included in the category of causal research. The data collection method used in this study is a census method with a population of 63 general practitioners working at private hospitals in Mataram City. This study uses structural equation model analysis (SEM analysis) with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results of this study show that emotional intelligence does not affect organisational commitment in general practitioners of private hospitals in Mataram City. Work stress significantly negatively affects organisational commitment in the general practitioner position at a private hospital in Mataram City
PENGARUH WAKTU KERJA DAN DUKUNGAN SUPERVISOR TERHADAP KESEIMBANGAN KEHIDUPAN KERJA KARYAWAN GENERASI Y PADA PT BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI DI PULAU LOMBOK
Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja diperlukan organisasi untuk mendukung keberhasilan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh waktu kerja dan dukungan supervisor terhadap keseimbangan kehidupan kerja karyawan generasi Y PT Bank Syariah Mandiri di Pulau Lombok. Responden penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi karyawan generasi Y sebanyak 89 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan dan dukungan supervisor memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keseimbangan kehidupan kerja karyawan generasi Y PT Bank Syariah Mandiri di Pulau Lombok. Pengaturan waktu kerja yang fleksibel, pembatasan lembur, mengelola hubungan yang baik dengan bawahan, memberikan motivasi, memperhatikan keluhan, menciptakan suasana kekeluargaan dalam menjalankan kepemimpinan dapat meningkatkan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja karyawan. DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v6i2.359
Membangun Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Entrepreneur Santri di Masa Pandemi Covid Guna Meningkatkan Kemandirian Pondok Pesantren Al - Istiqomah Desa Telaga Waru Kecamatan Labuapi Kabupaten Lombok Barat
This counseling and training activity on building financial management and student entrepreneurs during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to increase the independence of the Al-Istiqomah Islamic boarding school in Telaga Waru Village, Labuapi District, West Lombok Regency, aims to provide understanding and training to boarding school administrators and students in West Lombok Regency. . In addition, this training was carried out to provide knowledge to Islamic boarding school administrators and students about the importance of making financial reports and entrepreneurship education during the covid-19 pandemic so that funds from donors can be managed properly and can be managed in the field of entrepreneurship in order to increase the independence of Islamic boarding schools. . In the end, this activity is expected to produce human resources who are able to manage finances and the talents of students in the field of entrepreneurship. This training activity will be aimed at the management of the Al - Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School in Telaga Waru Village, Labuapi District, West Lombok Regency. The implementation of the activity is carried out with an approach to providing material that is relevant to the needs of Islamic boarding school administrators according to PSAK 45 and procedures for building student entrepreneurs during the pandemic. Another hope is that this activity can be a means to carry out community service activities, in particular providing counseling and training on the preparation of financial reports as well as training on building student entrepreneurs during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Spiritual Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for The Environment in Harapan Keluarga Hospital Employees: The Mediating Role of Self-Efficacy and Psychological Ownership
This study intends to investigate the impact of spiritual leadership on organisational environmental citizenship behaviour using self-efficacy and psychological ownership as mediators. This sort of study employs quantitative research techniques and a causal associative strategy. A simple random sampling procedure was used to choose the sample, consisting of 136 responses from 205 employees at the Harapan Keluarga Mataram Hospital in Lombok – data analysis using the SEM-PLS method and SMART PLS software. The findings of this study indicate that Spiritual Leadership has a significant positive impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment, Self-efficacy, and Psychological Ownership.In contrast, Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment, but Psychological Ownership has an insignificant positive impact. Additionally, Self-efficacy can mediate the beneficial effects of Spiritual Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment, but Psychological Ownership cannot do so. Management must adopt spiritual leadership to motivate their staff to be more environmentally friendly on a discretionary basis to help the environment and the organisation's budget

The activity of improving the governance of the Ikaboga Branch Management Board (DPC) of West Lombok Regency aims to provide knowledge for the administrators of the Ikaboga DPC, West Lombok Regency regarding good organizational governance. Another objective of this activity is to provide knowledge on how to compile financial reports, especially bookkeeping and provide training to make financial reports for administrators so that the organization becomes good governance. In the end, this activity is expected to provide an understanding for the administrators of the Ikaboga DPC, West Lombok Regency about how good governance and the administrators of the Ikaboga DPC in West Lombok Regency are able to manage finances and make financial reports so as to improve better governance. Job Fatigue and Work Family Conflict on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variable
The objectives of this study include: To determine the significance of the effect of job burnout on turnover intention, work-family conflict on turnover intention, job burnout on job satisfaction, work-family conflict on job satisfaction, job satisfaction on turnover intention, job satisfaction mediates job burnout on turnover intention and job satisfaction mediates work-family conflict on turnover intention. In this study there were 150 respondents consisting of 6 contract / part-time doctors hereinafter referred to as Medical Personnel and 129 Nurses and 15 midwives hereinafter referred to as Paramedics at the NTB Provincial Hospital. Data collection techniques using direct interview system and questionnaire distribution in the form of questionnaires. The research method uses the Partial Last Square (PLS) method. The results showed that job fatigue has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, work-family conflict has a positive but insignificant effect on turnover intention, job fatigue has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, work-family conflict has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction mediates the effect of job fatigue on turnover intention and job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work-family conflict on turnover intention
