    Criticism is something that must be built in the scientific world. Because, in science there is no such thing as a definite truth. Criticism here to bring it in the right direction. Especially about the story of the past contained in the Qur\u27an. A story that is explained in it contains truth, lessons and teachings evidently undeniable for all creatures of Allah, for the happiness of the world and the hereafter. This study uses qualitative research in the form of library research, the author uses the approach of the theory of the Qur\u27an and Interpretation and the theory of Diltheiy thinking and interpretive writing ideas in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the collection of data by means of documentation, namely the book Indonesia Negeri Saba\u27by Fahmi Basya and also taken from various related sources. Furthermore, the analysis is done by reading and examining Fahmi Basya\u27s understanding writing, which is written in his book. In summary, Fahmi Basya confirmed 14 comparative accounts of Indonesia and Yemen based on the Qur\u27an and 53 scientific facts which he discovered that Indonesia was the State of Saba\u27. Fahmi Basya\u27s understanding is very contrary to the commentators at least caused by two problems. Finally, Fahmi Basya wants to prove that the State of Saba \u27in the Qur\u27an in Indonesia. Based on the study of Fahmi Basya\u27s understanding it was found that Fahmi Basya was not an expert in the field of the Qur\u27an and Tafsir. So, when he understands the Qur\u27an and reveals the results of his research in the community it needs to be reviewed. Seeing with the scientific viewpoints of the Qur\u27an, Fahmi Basya\u27s interpretation seems to match his discoveries with the Qur\u27anic Verses. And forcing all that can be matched look for verses of the Qur\u27an

The high demand of information for Indonesian society leads to increase local or national television station. Currently, people are able to access more information from a variety media. One of them is the television that became a favorite media for society. This report explains about KuliahKerja Media (KKM) in Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV) as a cameraman who works on Liputan 6 Pagi.Television is a telecommunication cable media that serves as a media receiver in a motion picture and sound, whether it’s a monochrome or colored. SCTV is a national private televition station in Indonesia which born almost at the same time as RCTI in 1980, where Surabaya as the center place to broadcast. SCTV agreed to cooperate with RCTI to form the production of information which was then called PT. SINDO (Seputar Indonesia). Some tasks that has been done by writer are starting from setting a place of Liputan 6 Pagi, whether live or taping, learning how to use CCU (camera control unit) and mixer lighting on every news event, learning switcher, and working as a program director on Liputan 6 Pagi, also being a cameraman that using pedestal or Jimmy Jib. Almost there are no obstacles faced by the author during the event in studio. Except when the computer that wasn’t going to be used normally so that the preparation of news that is usally arranged automated to manually. The author realized the importance of KKM as a method of learning which is applied from broadcast science that he got in a college. During taking KKM, the author that is placed on news division in control room and studio, feeling so lucky because could apply how to work as a cameraman in a real working world.     Application of fuzzy cognitive map in simulating strategic information system planning process / Ahmad Fahmi Abu Hassan

    In this day and age, more researches have been conducted in the domain of Strategic Information System Planning (SISP). However, this is just the continuation from the 1980's where various articles began to probe the underlying causes for the relationship between Information Technology (IT) and businesses. Since then, many academicians and theoreticians have come out with models and approaches to analyze the use of IT from a strategic point of view. Reflect to that, this research is to show the application and capabilities of Fuzzy Cognitive Map (FCM) in simulating SISP business scenarios. This research was conducted because of the level of infancy held by FCM in the SISP domain. Moreover, SISP environment frequently deals with uncertainties and the "whati f circumstances. So, rather than practicing other SISP tools such as Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix, Porter's Five Forces Model and Generic Business Strategies, this research is intended to use FCM as the technique in formulating SISP strategies. In order to achieve the objective, two SISP business scenarios have been designed using FCM technique before being simulated in an open-source simulation program. The simulation program has been developed by its author and using Java programming language. From the simulation, its ou^ut and results have been analyzed and discussed. For the first scenario, it is found that FCM did not provide enough information in decision making for SISP. However, the second scenario showed some promising feature by providing meaningful and interpretable output that can offer broader view for managers in formulating SISP. As recommendations, future researchers should run the simulation on other programs, simulate more SISP scenarios and should also be able to propose a more intricate and extended FCM

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan rumus 5 kali jumlah indikator variabel yang berjumlah 165 responden. Model penelitian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS. Hasil Pengujian Hipotesis membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap desain pekerjaan; Budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan desain pekerjaan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan; desain pekerjaan memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa model peningkatan kinerja pegawai pemerintah kota Banda Aceh merupakan fungsi penguatan budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan, serta peningkatan motivasi dan kesesuaian desain pekerjaan, dimana desain pekerjaan berfungsi sebagai mediator parsial.Keyword : Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Job Desain, Kinerja Pegawa

    Improved Performance of Mean Greedy Algorithm for Chunk Allocation in SC-FDMA Uplink Systems using Joint-User and Chunk-Based Allocation

    In this paper, the problem of subcarrier allocation on chunk-by-chunk basis in SC-FDMA uplink systems is investigated. Improved mean enhanced greedy algorithms are proposed for performing joint-user and chunk-based allocation at each transmission time interval. Selection criteria based on spectral efficiency and fairness are also proposed to choose the final allocation at each transmission time interval. Simulation results show that when the number of users and the velocity of the users were varied, the improved algorithms that use selection criteria based on spectral efficiency and fairness could outperform the existing mean greedy algorithms that employ user-based allocation in terms of spectral efficiency and fairness. Moreover, the improved algorithms not only showed better performance but also had the same time complexity as the existing mean greedy algorithms

    Alokasi Daya Kirim pada Visible Light Communication menggunakan Algoritma Waterfilling

    ABSTRAKPeningkatan terhadap kebutuhan akses data membuat Visible Light Communication (VLC) menjadi alternatif media transmisi nirkabel yang efisien. Namun berdasarkan performansinya, VLC memiliki permasalahan data rate yang tidak merata diterima oleh User Equipment (UE). Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menerapkan alokasi daya kirim dengan algoritma waterfilling yang mampu memberikan keadilan data rate setiap UE berdasarkan nilai kanal. Penelitian ini menggunakan kanal Line Of Sight (LOS) dengan 3 skenario berbeda. Kami menggunakan parameter validasi untuk mengukur setiap kinerja dengan nilai Signal Noise Ratio (SNR), data rate, fairness index dan efisiensi energi. Dari hasil simulasi menggunakan algoritma waterfilling, kami memperoleh nilai fairness index untuk data rate sebesar 100% namun tidak memiliki efisiensi daya. Dengan memodifikasi algorima waterfilling, terjadi penurunan fairness index, SNR serta data rate, tapi memberikan efisiensi energi LED hingga 9%. Dengan demikan, daya yang dipancarkan oleh LED memiliki lifetime yang lebih panjang dengan modified waterfilling.Kata kunci: VLC, Power Allocation, Waterfilling, Fairness. ABSTRACTThe increase in the need for data access makes Visible Light Communication (VLC) an alternative wireless transmission medium that is efficient. However, based on its performance, VLC has a data rate problem that is not evenly accepted by User Equipment (UE). In overcoming this problem, this study applies power allocation with waterfilling algorithm that is able to provide fair data rate for each UE based on channel value. This study uses the Line Of Sight (LOS) channel with 3 different scenarios. We use validation parameters to measure each performance using the Signal Noise Ratio (SNR) value, data rate, fairness index and energy efficiency. From the results of simulation using the waterfilling algorithm, we obtain a fairness index value for the data rate of 100% but does not have a power efficiency. By modifying the waterfilling algorithm, there is a decrease in the fairness index, SNR and data rate, but provide LED energy efficiency of up to 9%. Thus, the power emitted by the LED has a longer lifetime with modified waterfilling algorithm.Keywords: VLC, Power Allocation, Waterfilling, Fairness

The author follows the scientific method in accordance with the rules of the nursing process include: assessment, data analysis, intervention nursing, implementation, and evaluation. In the author's review process using data collection techniques such as anamnesis, observation, study documentation, as well as physical examination to collect various data from the patient is Mrs. A to complete the data, the author also collected interviews to the family of Mrs. A.     Pada sistem DS-CDMA, sejumlah user menggunakan lebar pita frekuensi yang sama dan dalam waktuyang bersamaan. Tiap user dibedakan oleh kode unik (kode penebar). Tetapi yang sering terjadi adalah adanyakorelasi antar kode penebar yang digunakan, sehingga setiap user akan mengalami interferensi antar user. Halini sangat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat orthogonalitas dari kode penebar yang digunakan.Pada makalah ini akan dilakukan studi komparasi kinerja sistem dengan menggunakan beberapa kodepenebar yang berbeda-beda. Kode yang digunakan adalah PN-sequence, Walsh code, Zadoff-Chu code danGolay Code. Lalu akan dibandingkan kinerja sistem ketika ada variabel yang berubah. Seperti bagaimanaperbaikan kinerja sistem (BER) ketika jenis kode dan panjang kode berubah.Dari simulasi kinerja sistem pada kondisi kanal AWGN dan Rayleigh, taget BER layanan voice yaitu 10-3dicapai pada rentang nilai SNR 5–10 dB untuk kode Walsh dan Golay, sedangkan untuk kode PN dan Zadofftidak bisa mencapai target BER. Pada kondisi terburuk ketika kanal pada kondisi frekuensi selektif, kode Golaymasih lebih baik dibandingkan dengan yang lain. Untuk kapasitas sistem sangat dipengaruhi oleh panjang kodepenebar yang digunakan. Ketika jumlah user yang aktif mendekati panjang kode penebar yang digunakan makakinerja sistem akan mengalami titik jenuh.Kata kunci: DS-CDMA, Kode Spreading, Auto korelasi, Korelasi Silan

    SIMULASI SISTEM DS-CDMA DENGAN BERBAGAI KODE PENEBAR

    In DS-CDMA, a number of users are able to use the same frequency bandwidth in the same time. Each user’s canal is differentiated by a unique code (spread code) used to spread the power of information signal into bandwidth wider the information signal bandwidth. But, the thing commonly happen is that there is correlation between spreader codes used, so users will interference each other. This is very much obtained by the orthogonal levels of spreader code used. In this final paper, a study on comparison of the system performance will be done by using different spreader code. Codes that are used in this study are PN-sequence, Walsh code, Zadoff-Chu code and Golay code. And then, the system performance will also compared when some variables are changed, e.g. on how the system performance correction (BER) when variety and length of code are changed. From the simulation of system performance in the canal condition of AWGN and Rayleigh, the target of BER in voice service of 10-3 is reached in the SNR range of 5-10 dB for Walsh and Golay; PN and Zadoff can not reach BER target. In the worst condition when the canal is in selective condition, Golay code still better than the other codes. System capacity is so much determined by length of spreader code. When the amount of active user approaches length of used spreader code, the system performance will be in saturation point
