    ABSTRAK PENERAPAN LAYANAN BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING DI SMP WIYATAMA BANDAR LAMPUNG Oleh Nadya Yulia Andini Penerapan kegiatan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah diawali dari kegiatan studi kebutuhan (need assessment), perencanaan program (RPL), pelaksanaan kegiatan, evaluasi, analisis, laporan kegiatan, serta tindak lanjut terhadap hasil layanan. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana penerapan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dilakukan guru BK SMP Wiyatama dengan latar belakang pendidikan guru BKnya yang bukan berasal dari lulusan Bimbingan dan Konseling. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling di SMP Wiyatama mulai dari kegiatan need assessment sampai tindak lanjut terhadap hasil layanan oleh guru BK sudah sesuai dengan prosedur atau belum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan permasalahan, dengan desain penelitian study kasus (case study) yaitu studi kasus instrumental tunggal (single instrumental case study). Jenis laporan penelitian model ini berisi kutipan-kutipan data dalam bentuk narasi. Data dan informasi yang berbentuk narasi tersebut berasal dari teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam (Indepth Interview) dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara, kemudian dilakukan triangulasi data sebagai keabsahan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMP Wiyatama Bandar Lampung menunjukkan kualitas yang cukup baik walaupun latar belakang pendidikan guru BKnya bukan berasal dari lulusan jurusan bimbingan konseling, dalam melakukan need assessment hingga dilakukan pelaksanaan layanan sudah sesuai dengan prosedur namun pada tahap evaluasi dan kegiatan laporan belum sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada hal ini disebabkan karena adanya hambatan dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yaitu kurangnya jam pelajaran yang diberikan oleh pihak sekolah juga kurangnya tenaga ahli atau guru BK. Kata Kunci : Tunagrahita, Video Pembelajaran, Menstruasi Anak tunagrahita adalah anak yang mempunyai keceradasan dibawah rata-rata, mengalami hambatan dalam perilaku adaptif, akademis, komunikasi dan sosial yang terjadi pada masa perkembangan sehingga memerlukan layanan pendidikan khusus. Pada remaja tunagrahita pertumbuhan fisik normal namun tidak diiringi dengan kemampuan berfikir yang semestinya. Salah satu contoh perubahan fisik pada remaja wanita yaitu menstruasi. Pembelajaran merawat menstruasi ada pada  program pengembangan diri. Pembelajaran merawat menstruasi merupakan pembelajaran yang cukup rumit bagi siswa tunagrahita. Sehingga dibutuhkan media untuk mempermudah pemahaman siswa tunagrahita dan mempermudah guru dalam menyampaikan materi tentang perawatan menstruasi. Menurut hasil observasi di SLB Negeri Pandan Pasuruan belum ada media pembelajaran menstruasi. Video pembelajaran dapat menjelaskan materi yang kompleks, yang sulit dijelaskan dengan kata-kata dan gambar saja seperti materi tentang merawat menstruasi. Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah membuat produk berupa video pembelajaran kesehatan reproduksi pada program bina diri khusus materi merawat menstruasi untuk siswa tunagrahita. Pengembangan produk yang dilaksanakan menggunakan metode dari Borg dan Gall yang dimodivikasi menjadi 7 tahap, yaitu: (1) Penelitian dan pengumpulan data; (2) perencanaan; (3) Pengembangan desain produk awal; (4) Validasi produk awal; (5) Revisi produk awal; (6) uji coba lapangan, dan (7) Revisi produk akhir. Validasi produk dilakukan leh ahli media, ahli materi, dan praktisi. Uji coba dilaksanakan dengan sasaran siswa tunagrahita yang telah mengalami menstruasi di SLB Negeri Pandaan Pasuruan. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk validasi dan tes perbuatan untuk uji coba.Video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berjudul “Panduan Menstruasi Sehat”. Hasil skor validasi ahli media yaitu 98% (sangat layak digunakan), skor validasi ahli materi yaitu 95% (sangat layak digunakan), dan skor validasi praktisi yaitu 75% (layak digunakan). Hasil implementasi menunjukkan hasil pre test pada siswa yaitu 52% dan pada post test yaitu 95%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan melalui uji wilcoxon dengan n = 7 pada taraf signifikan 0,05 diperoleh TTabel = 2, maka Hi dterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran “Panduan Menstruasi Sehat” sangat efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan merawat menstruasi siswa tunagrahita di SLB Negeri Pandaan Pasuruan. Saran untuk diseminasi produk yaitu supaya dilakukan pada subjek yang lebih luas, baik peserta didik di sekolah khusus maupun di sekolah inklusi. This study aims to describe the structure and meaning of the epistemic modalities ~ to omou, ~ kamoshirenai, ~ darou and to explain the similarities and differences of the epistemic modalities ~ to omou, ~ kamoshirenai, ~ darou. The data in this study were taken from the official Japanese website. The data collection method in this thesis uses the library method. Then to analyze the structure and meaning of the epistemic modality ~ to omou, ~ kamoshirenai, ~ darou using a qualitative descriptive method. Meanwhile, to analyze the similarities and differences of the epistemic modalities ~ to omou, ~ kamoshirenai, ~ darou using the agih method. Based on the data analysis that the author has done, it is concluded that the epistemic modalities ~ to omou, ~ kamoshirenai, ~ darou can be attached to verbs, i-adjectives, na-adjectives, and nouns. The epistemic modality ~ to omou states the meaning of possibility that shows personal ideas or opinions that are subjective in the mind of the speaker. The epistemic modality ~ kamoshirenai expresses the meaning of the possibility of situations and general opinion.     Indonesia dikenal sebagai negara dengan kekayaan suku dan budaya yang beragam. Setiap suku dan budaya memiliki karakteristik unik yang mencerminkan keberagaman bangsa Indonesia. Salah satu contohnya adalah masyarakat Madura yang memiliki nilai-nilai kekeluargaan yang tinggi, terlihat dari rumah adat mereka yang dikenal sebagai Tanean Lanjhang. Tradisi Tanean Lanjhang menghadapi tantangan akibat perubahan sosial dan budaya di era globalisasi, yang mengakibatkan pemukiman Tanean Lanjhang mulai punah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami kondisi budaya Tanean Lanjhang di Pamekasan dan menganalisis pembangunan berbasis budaya lokal Tanean Lanjhang, serta mengidentifikasi strategi pelestarian budaya Tanean Lanjhang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografi semiotik. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen untuk mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan. Data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal, skripsi, laporan, dan buku terkait budaya Tanean Lanjhang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi umum Tanean Lanjhang sebagai warisan budaya lokal yang telah berdiri lebih dari 50 tahun dengan ciri khas halaman panjang membentuk barisan rumah kayu dan bambu. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti kerusakan dan pengaruh modernisasi, kesadaran dan upaya bersama masyarakat berhasil menjaga kelestarian Tanean Lanjhang sebagai bagian integral dari warisan budaya Madura. Makna arsitektur Tanean Lanjhang terdiri dari deretan rumah yang mencerminkan kehidupan sosial budaya seperti Lantai Denah, Dinding, Pintu dan Jendela, Kolom, Ornamen Atap, Kobhung, Roma Pegun, Dapor, dan Kandang, menjelaskan keberagaman fungsi rumah adat tersebut. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap budaya Tanean Lanjhang dengan fokus pada penerapan The Community Capitals Framework dianggap sebagai modal krusial dalam pembangunan berbasis budaya lokal, dapat mendorong keterlibatan aktif dalam pelestarian budaya. Strategi untuk meningkatkan budaya Tanean Lanjhang di Dusun Buddagan 1 melibatkan penguatan tujuh modal berdasarkan pendekatan The Community Capitals Framework, dengan tujuan melestarikan budaya, meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat, serta memberikan inspirasi bagi pembangunan berbasis budaya di daerah lain di Indonesia. ==================================================================================================================================== Indonesia is renowned for its rich diversity of ethnicities and cultures. Each ethnic group and culture possesses unique characteristics that reflect the nation's diversity. One example is the Madurese community, known for their strong familial values, as evident in their traditional house called Tanean Lanjhang. The Tanean Lanjhang tradition faces challenges due to social and cultural changes in the era of globalization, leading to the decline of Tanean Lanjhang settlements. This research aims to delve into the cultural condition of Tanean Lanjhang in Pamekasan, analyze culturally-based development of Tanean Lanjhang, and identify preservation strategies. The study adopts a qualitative approach with semiotic ethnography methods. Primary data is obtained through interviews, direct observations, and document analysis to gather necessary information. Secondary data is collected from various sources such as journals, theses, reports, and books related to Tanean Lanjhang culture. The findings reveal that Tanean Lanjhang, as a local cultural heritage standing for over 50 years, features a distinct characteristic of a long courtyard with a row of wooden and bamboo houses. Despite challenges like damage and modernization influence, community awareness and collaborative efforts have successfully preserved Tanean Lanjhang as an integral part of Madurese cultural heritage. The architectural meaning of Tanean Lanjhang consists of a series of houses reflecting socio-cultural life elements like Floor Plans, Walls, Doors and Windows, Columns, Roof Ornaments, Kobhung, Roma Pegun, Dapor, and Kandang, explaining the diverse functions of the traditional houses. The community's perception of Tanean Lanjhang culture, focusing on the application of The Community Capitals Framework, is considered a crucial asset in culturally-based local development, encouraging active involvement in cultural preservation. Strategies to enhance Tanean Lanjhang culture in Buddagan 1 involve strengthening seven capitals based on The Community Capitals Framework, with the goal of preserving culture, improving community quality of life, and serving as inspiration for culturally-based development in other regions of Indonesia

    Carpal tunnel syndrome is a collection of symptoms caused by pressure on the median nerve in carpal tunnel on the wrist. One occupation at risk of carpal tunnel syndrome is sewing, as sewing involves a lot of hand activity. Based on the results of the initial survey, seamstresses experience pain, tingling, and numbness in the hands, including the wrists and fingers, especially at night. This study aims to identify the factors associated with carpal tunnel syndrome complaints among seamstresses at PT. Harapan Cahaya Plasindo in 2025. The research method used is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample size consists of 31 tailors selected using the total population technique. The independent variables studied include age, family history, BMI, and repetitive movements. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires, and direct measurements. The analysis test used in this study was chi-square test. The results showed a significant association between age (p=0.015), family history (p=0.018), and repetitive movements (p=0.021) with CTS complaints. There was no association between BMI and CTS complaints (p=1.000). The majority of tailors aged > 40 years experienced severe pain and numbness in their hands at night. The most dominant symptom in tailors with family history of risk was severe numbness. Meanwhile, tailors with repetitive movements > 20 movements/minute most frequently complained of pain during the day. Sewers with severe complaints are advised to apply cold compresses for a maximum of 20 minutes and use wrist supports at night for 2–3 weeks to reduce pressure on the nerves. Work rhythm management is important, with short breaks of 1.5–2 minutes every 20–40 minutes of work, while maintaining a neutral hand position and avoiding other activities.     PERBANDINGAN PENINGKATAN KADAR SGOT DAN SGPT PADA ANAK EPILEPSI YANG MENDAPAT MONOTERAPI ASAM VALPROAT DI POLIKLINIK ANAK RSUDZA

    Asam valproat merupakan salah satu jenis antiepilepsi yang mengalami metabolisme dalam hati dan lama terapi epilepsi bisa berlangsung selama 2 tahun atau lebih. Penilaian fungsi hati menjadi topik penting pada penggunaan obat dalam jangka waktu panjang dan dapat diketahui dengan memeriksa Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase/SGOT dan Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase/SGPT. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan peningkatan kadar SGOT dan SGPT pada anak epilepsi yang mendapat monoterapi asam valproat. Studi komparatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai November 2015. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan rancangan systematic random. Data diperoleh dengan melihat data rekam medik pasien dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 anak yang terdiri atas 28 laki-laki dan 20 perempuan adalah kadar SGOT memiliki peningkatan signifikan dibandingkan dengan kadar SGPT. Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase memiliki peningkatan yang signifikan antara kadar SGOT awal terapi dengan kadar SGOT akhir terapi (p-value=0,008). Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase tidak memiliki peningkatan signifikan antara kadar SGPT awal dan akhir terapi (p-value=0,416).Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kadar SGOT lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan peningkatan kadar SGPT.
